Can only speak for the outside experience as I never made it in despite having tickets for my event. I arrived around 11:50pm just to find out I couldn’t enter because somehow my ticket was scanned at 10:21??? Never dealt with more unprofessional and unreasonable security staff. I never shared my ticket or scanned it prior to arrival. Any reasonable person would look at the ID and name associated with the ticket vs denying someone entry. Extremely disappointing
Came here and met friends. Great sound system and ViP areas. The event was an Ipiano, Soca, and Afrobeats musical festival type! Great staff who kept the place clean and organized! Very friendly as well! Drinks were a little watered down and the serving size was small! Get a table, its great views of the river and the city!
This place was absolutely horrible. Ive gone to dozens of clubs all over NYC and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. The promoter I was in contact with was incredibly rude and condescending. The drinks are also incredibly overpriced(and I know NYC pricing). Unless you were in the VIP you could only access about 10% of the entire rooftop; and the VIP wasnt even all that. If you actually want to have a good time do not go here.
I went to a Brunch/ Day party here last Saturday. The food was horrible. I had to put down a $110 deposit in advance for my reservation. When the bill came... the deposit wasnt deducted. Drinks were watered down. Also, the bouncer charges $40 to park on the street in front of the location. The music was terrible. Were never going back there for Brunch. Boring...
Went for brunch. Food was completely inedible and tiny portions. The “complimentary” mimosas were left untouched they were so bad. We were given Styrofoam cups to drink from! Bar drinks are overpriced $26 for a tiny cup and also awful. The seats were grungy and ripped up. The place was completely empty besides one other small group. DJ refused song suggestions. Would not recommend
Trash experience had a table & bought a ticket, been denied entry because I was wearing shorts.I looked at the website & tried calling a busy phone line for nobody to pickup for dress code.Wasted time & money, they are running a scam having people pay online then deny entry due to some arbitrary dress code rules that are not posted anywhere.
Please if you are black or even a black artist, especially a woman DO NOT COME INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. MY FRIENDS WENT AND WAS ASSAULTED BY ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THEIR SECTION AND THEIR SECURITY PROCEEDED TO BERATE AND KICK US OUT WITHOUT OUR BELONGINGS DESPITE OUR PLEAS. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO NOT GIVE US THE INFORMATION OF THE PERSON WHO ASSAULTED US. WE WERE THE TWO DARKEST GIRLS IN THE SECTION AND OUR FRIEND WHO WAS MIXED/LIGHT-SKIN EVEN HIT THE GIRL IN FRONT OF SECURITY WAS ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE CLUB. HOWEVER ME,WHO NEVER HIT ANYONE AND MY FRIEND WHO GOT ASSAULTED FROM THE BACK WAS FORCIBLY AND WRONGFULLY REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES. JUST AWFUL TREATMENT, THEY LIKE TO INVITE BLACK ARTIST TO THEIR FUNCTION TO PROFIT FROM THE BLACK COMMUNITY BUT WONT PROTECT THE PEOPLE AND WOMEN FROM THE COMMUNITY WHEN IT COMES TIME. DISGUSTING AND EXPLOITIVE.
Went here for a Bachelorette party burlesque show May 4.Got there and was made to wait like 10 minutes outside because the person who was supposed to check our IDs to let us in was busy or something. The 2 drink minimum was 25$ for everyone, even the person who was 20 and therefore couldnt drink alcohol, which the staff felt the need to tell us that wed be kicked out if they were caught even taking a sip of someone elses drink, and we said that wouldnt be a problem and the staff felt the need to say it again immediately anyway. After I used the 2 drink tickets to get some very tiny drinks, I asked for a cup of tap water. The server nodded, walked away, came back with FOUR bottles of water, saying we dont have tap water. Then charged us $5 per each of the 4 bottles at the end of the show.Actually, it wasnt the end of the show. In the middle of like the second or third to last act, he insisted we settle the bill and completely took our attention away from the performance to give him the payment.Performers were great. Venue was awful.
I almost never write reviews but hopefully this can save a few people. This is the worst “club” I have ever been too… paid 30 for a ticket to get in and then you’re designated to one spot the entire night. Just to get into the “vip” section for 6 people it’s $1,200 and it’s really not a “vip” section. Went there at 11 for an “open bar” but there idea of an open bar is a limited selection to one option which is the worst tequila you can ever have mixed with either pineapple or grapefruit. Drinks are no less than $25. Do what you want with this info…
Its ok. Went there for a celebrity event. DJ was ok. Kept playing old school music. Crowd is not my style. Security confused us on how to get out so we went down the wrong exit. Overall not my type of place.
This one place is very unorganized ! The service sucks we came for brunch the waiter took 45 mins to get our orders. Food came a hour later and we got our food before our mimosa came, they didn’t even offer us water nothing ! The food was stiff this place sucks a$$. The music is a vibe but other than that this place sucks
We had a sip and paint with models event which supposed to start at 4pm. One of the models was over half an hour late. To my dismay, it was over exactly an hour and half later which supposed to be an 2 hour event. We were told the bartender probably cant make the drinks we saw in the menu so we had to think of top of our heads for a drink. Oh, the food was too pricy but we told it was good. The workers were nice and the models were good looking. Overall, we had a good time but I think this was a bucket list event than something I would do again.
NEVER visit this place. On Friday, April 19 at the partyALTAJODAFEST (Dustin Luke)There was a MASSIVE ROBBERY in the place and the security knew about it and they didnt want to do NOTHING, at the exit we asked them to check to find more than 10 stolen cell phones and wallets and they said they couldnt do anything and they were very rude, especially the girl who was at the entrance checking our wallets, they said that next time we should take better care of our personal stuff.IT IS NOT SAFE AND IT IS EXPENSIVE.He doesnt care about people.
No hate but the DJ sucks and it ultimately just makes it very boring. Also a girl threw up on herself and the “cleaner” came and refused to clean the throw up off the couch. Just overall a waste of money. Also $20 for one vodka shot. House vodka btw. The place lowkey just for clout and men trying to show off a 5,000 dollar table to a bunch of women. Idk if people are into that but personally I’m not. Women to men ratio is like 80:20 as well. If your a man good luck waiting on the like for hours I really don’t know why people come here
It was a cool place in a good location. The upstairs was bright and had a great view of the sunset. The roof was retractable so they kept it closed and air conditioned until it got cooler outside so they could open it. The lower floor was very trendy and much darker and it was a bit quieter so I was able to have conversations.
Great Argentine atmosphere created by the one and only Dustin Luke with his Alta Joda Fest parties.Highly recommend!
Literally one of the best places to party! So many people, such a good vibe from everyone, and heck its always clean here! Like even the restrooms are clean which is something you don’t tend to see in most clubs. The only downside i can actually say about this place is the prices for drinks and menu. So You should be prepared to spend a decent amount of money here if you are looking to have some drinks here. Tho i cant blame them much for the prices, they do push in quality by probably paying a ton of money on the rent for this location and staff, etc… so even tho this is literally my first review on a club in my life (I usually tend to trash clubs and not do reviews) it is well deserved the five stars.
It was so ghetto. a fight broke out with the bouncers. the guy who looked like a knock off mac miller is very rude and unfair. i felt very unsafe, disrespected and violated. they’re scammers. i would not recommend this place to go out.
Came here for my friends birthday brunch and the food was not good. The music and drinks were good. The workers were nice. I would come here again for dancing and drinks but not the food.
Worst staff and worst ambience ever. Avoid at every cost. Wouldn’t go even if the drinks are free. The staff is extremely rude.
This place charges for rail soda water mixer when you buy bottles which no place does. Also they dont give you an itemized receipt. Very overpriced.
This place is wack and over priced mimosas taste like hot garbage. The mimosas, tasted like seltzer and the food is okay . They tried to sell me organic avocado toast like no I can get that from Dunkin’ Donuts . The steak looked anorexic and they had the nerve to add an additional 15.00 per steak order . We complained about service and they gave us a $10.00 champagne bottle. They tried to sell us a pitcher of mimosa for 100.00, I couldn’t believe it . The audacity I spoke to a friend this morning that was with me and she said the female security guard last night was harassing her about her medical device that she has to bring with her for personal health reasons .I don’t recommend this place for brunch please go elsewhere . Please don’t believe the reviews or Instagram it’s nothing like that . I’m just upset I came here !The photographer purposely takes pictures from angles to make it seem like it’s lit when it’s not
Wish I could give this place zero stars. The workers/owner here are some of the worst human beings I’ve ever met and that’s saying a lot for someone from nyc. Super expensive and bad music. My promoter friends said they stopped promoting this place because it’s so bad.
The food was good mimosas were trash and rum punch were trash they promoted that Vado and Mary j Blige would be hosting clearly they meant the dj would play their music all night the di kept saying she was on her way never showed cause they never booked her very overpriced let’s not mention no matter how big the party size is you get one couch that fits 3 ppl and if you want more you have to buy more bottles it was just a expensive mess but the vibes were good
Awful place. We put a deposit to hold our table and they did not use it towards our bill . They put in their own gratuity. Security was super weird . The food wasn’t great . They ask to hold your license and card until you’re done eating which is very suspicious. The music felt like we were in a high school dance party .The marketing and what they promote does not match . It’s all false . Don’t waste your time or money on this place . When we were leaving- security goes “did you have a good time” I gave them a flat out honest answer - NOOOOOOO !
Well i wish i could rate my experience there but the only experience I have is that I made a reservation a month in advance and they decided to cancel my reservation due to “other bookings” THE DAY BEFORE. I had a party of 10 people. Absolutely unprofessional and rude.
If I can give this place 0 stars, I would definitely do so. Worst brunch experience ever. I paid 50 bucks to reserve a table from 2 to 4. Then 50 per person. The place was not ready. The DJ nor staff wasnt there. Chairs were dirty, old and broken. The rum punch and mimosas tasted so acidic and cheap. The food looked like it came from a microwave box. At 4pm they told us our reservation was up and we needed to go. We were not finished with drinks nor food. They clean our table and took our food and drinks. I never experienced that. Usually u can go and sit at the bar but the place was empty and no one was on line to wait. Bad customer service, bad food, drinks, service dont waste your time nor money...
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Came for a friends birthday, had a e-ticket that scanned and I received a actual ticket after the ticket scanned and my ID was checked. There’s a person collecting tickets at the door along with another security/staff that took my ticket and gave it to the ticket collector when they were not aware of it. As soon as I try to go up the club, the ticket collector and the security/staff member confront me and the security/staff member acts like he didn’t take my ticket (although I am not insane and know he did 100% take it). This was a absolute scam. I told the security and bouncers outside about it but none of them believed me and told me I would have to pay a large fee to enter or else I have to exit. Awful awful staff and it ruined my night.
Overall I’d give my experience here a 3. we came for the Halloween day party that was intended to be hosted by Dave east, but he ended up coming at 9:30 when the party started around 3:30. my friend and I ended up leaving before he came. it seemed like it was just a grab to get more publicity for the event. the drinks were extremely expensive (21 for a small cup) but we were fortunate enough that a sweet female bartender gave us 2 drinks for free. some of the staff were a little dodgy and rude as well. however the music and atmosphere was super fun, im just not sure I’d come back
This was a fun club if you like dancing. The drinks were expensive and I didn’t see any food but it was a good time.
This was the worst club in all of NYC. We had a table reserved and were waiting but were denied bottle service since the girls in our group were “NOT HOT ENOUGH” I have never witnessed such discrimination. This club deserves to be shut down. We paid for out table and yet did not receive the service we paid for.
Celebration for Kayla Birthday. Service was very good. Security was doing their job. Food was very good. Sound system was loud...lol. Brunch drinks was very good. They serve large funnels.
The place was an absolute joke. Made a deposit and was told it would be 4k for the night with gratuity and taxes and they did a bait and switch which was about 6.5k. The staff was very unprofessional and I can now see why this place has terrible reviews. Save your energy and time by researching multiple venues before you settle on this one. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Needs to be restructured with better management, and staff that are hospitable to the guests.
The staff at harbor was absolutely disgusting. We had table service that we were denied simply because “the girls weren’t hot enough.” Literally the worst club, $21 drinks and $7 water for what? Go here if you want to pay for bad drinks and even worse service.
Awful awful service. Would NOT recommend going here.We were tricked into accepting a bar tab instead of a seated reservation, even though I confirmed several times that I wanted to be seated for a boozy brunch. I think they either didnt have availability but didnt want to lose business or they didnt like how we looked at the door.We ended up with a bar tab....literally standing at the bar. It was ridiculous. We also had to give a card ahead of time so we had no choice but to stand there and order overpriced drinks til we met the bar tab amount. We had to go eat somewhere else where we could actually sit. After being tricked like that, I warn all my friends and coworkers to never go to Harbor. I would NEVER give Harbor my business ever again.
Super excited to come here and celebrate my cousin birthday! With reservations made in advanced for this day at 4pm, upon arrival we were immediately hit with an issue. Now I understand that it’s Sunday, it’s crowded and it’s busy. Butor it to be after 7pm and still not be seated is a bit much for me. Had my party who was fully here on time wait that long, giving different times to be seated every 20-30mins is truly unprofessional. First it was a 30min wait, which turned into an hour wait, which then resulted in waiting now over 3 hours to be seated. Again it’s brunch and it’s busy. I get that but the attitudes and the way my party was spoken to and handled was disgusting and rude. We all have our bad days but at the end of the day you’re a business and need to act and conduct yourselves accordingly! It’s just sad I was given such great reviews on this place but my experience was the total opposite! Hopefully it won’t be the same for others.
This is probably one of the worst venues I’ve been to in NYC. The staff here has no clue what is going on and are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I couldn’t believe the way they were speaking to patrons who were trying to enter the venue. They were also really nasty to me when I arrived and was asking questions about the party I was there to attend. It was raining that night and they wouldn’t let me bring my umbrella inside. Tiny drinks were $27. The walk upstairs to the rooftop is extremely steep and very dangerous. I ultimately had a good time because of the people who were hosting the party, but the venue itself is not the best considering their unprofessional staff.
Staff was very pushy and rude. Had no respect for patrons. Bottles of water were $7. That’s insane.
Great venue to have big events. Been here twice and i’ve had a good time.
Went for rkm y Ken y show and they themselves were great but security was awful. This big dyke was giving me problems because I wanted to wait for my female friend while she grabbed her coat from coat check. And they pushed me to the side when I said I wasn’t leaving her. Disgustingly hostile for no reason
This is NOT a club, it’s a lounge. no one is genuinely dancing. honestly, embarrassed that i was seen there and gave them even a penny. security is on a power trip like let me in if i have a booth and mind your business.
Expected the worst based on the reviews but actually had a great time here. Staff was accommodating from the bouncers to the bartenders (s/o to Lyor and Sean). Waited in line about 10 minutes which was reasonable given the line with no politics to get in. The setup is mostly tailored to bottle service, so the view of performers is limited (suggestion for Harbor, have a slightly elevated stage in front of the dj booth so more people can see and post videos from the events). Performer didnt go on until close to 3am but overall the music was good and had a solid crowd while not being too cramped. Will definitely return! If you ever went to Hudson Terrace back in the day, its the same location.
First off, getting into the place took 1 hour, 45 minutes too long, even with a ticket that I paid for. The lines to get in are very discouraging so be prepared to wait! Dress code is so important so I’m happy to say they are stricter. Second, make sure you are prepared for the stairs. Third, the ambience is really chill and fun. Once you are inside I felt like I was transported into this light and airy space even though it was crowded. Easy bar access. Bottle service was fun and available for the tables. Great music and lively DJ! Single bathroom line that goes pretty quickly as they have several stalls (co-ed). I had an overall great time! Will def be back
My friend prepaid for a bachelorette party of 13 people and was denied at the door for wearing flats. After being denied we saw a group of girls in flat and sneakers be let in. The group was discriminated against and that should never stand at any institution in NYC. She waited to try to talk to anyone in management and was completely disregarded and turned away. Just stay away from this hole in the wall. You’re better off!
Went to this club last night for the first time ever. The vibe is good and they play good music but it is NOT worth the MANDATORY coat check that you have to pay for and the overly priced drinks. A single shot of tequila is worth 20-25 bucks and their drinks are all watered down which incites you to just buy more drinks since you dont feel a buzz at all. Absolutely ridiculous. There are other places that are better off going to.
Harbor NYC has the most top flight A1 security in the entire tri-state area. Their dedication to security has proven to be some of the finest and most distinguished I have ever witnessed. They keep place in-check and from being to over crowded. One day, when all the girls were on me in the club, mad dudes were hating on me. I was stealing all their girls. Next thing you know, my me and my squad were fighting all the hater we stole the girls from. The security guard John, knocked out like 10 dudes on the opposing side, while I was able, to put down 3 people and give out a couple wedgies. It was crazy. I seen John save someones life at the club too.
DON’T waste your time and go to this club. It’s very small inside and there general admission tickets give you one little area to stand in. VIP/tables take up the whole club. Smells horrible in this place it’s very dirty. They had a security guard standing in front of Central Cee the whole time so you couldn’t see there “special guest” perform. They also didn’t have him perform right by the DJ table in the middle they had him standing to the side where you can barely see him. Don’t waste your money to be in this place.
To be honest being turned away by security would be a blessing as your night will only get worse after you get in. If youre looking for a disappointing forgettable night this is the place for you. If you love being blatantly lied to about events and appearances, this is the place for you. If you adore being repeatedly disrespected every time you speak to staff member or make a purchase THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
Worst club ever. Culturally insensitive and extremely rude staff. Should be banned.
Honestly a waste of money and time. The music was mediocre at best. The security makes no sense. Rules apply for one person but not the other. Go somewhere else. Would rate 0 if I could. I truly have never hated an experience at a venue more than this depressing excuse for a venue.
The security guard, John, is horrible! He ruined my friend’s birthday celebration by denying me & another friend entry. We were up to dress code, but we’re denied entry do to our size. Other friends went inside and said it wasn’t even nice either. Please save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere else!
👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Very bad place to be and waste of money and time. It’s the worst nightclub in Nyc we paid 1000$ for tickets we wait 5 hours in line. small bottle of spring water cost 18,00$.Trust me Not recommended at all especially when there is a star or rapper who is coming. They using them so they can bring people. And the security and the whole staff they have bad attitude. If you start compelling about why you cant get in or ask questions why you are waiting in line they will not let you in and with no refund.
Horrible club, horrible service. There’s no views so don’t know why they call themselves a rooftop bar. The bouncers are power hungry who would kick you out just to display their power. It’s really bad service and extremely expensive drinks. I wouldn’t ever recommend going to the club even for any event they’re hosting. They should shut down.
I never leave reviews but this place 100% deserves it. Went this weekend for my birthday brunch and it was nothing but amazing!! We were treated with respect from everyone involved from the second we walked in till the second we left. Everyone including the bouncers, security team, hostess/servers were spectacular and very professional. The entire harbor team made sure we had a blast and you can truly tell they want you to enjoy your time there. The DJ/music was amazing, the food was great, the service was tremendous and the vibes were even better. Someone from our party misplaced her jewelry and the security team did everything they could to help us find it. So happy I chose this place to celebrate my birthday. Def make your next brunch reservations with them! Thank you harbor for such a great experience!! You guys are doing it right!
Overpriced event space with lack of seating and bad service
I came here for Halloween and left the party within 10 minutes . First of all, the bouncer at the staircase near the entrance was EXTREMELY rude. After going through security and being patted down, I was told to go up the staircase. told him politely that I am waiting for my husband who was still getting checked outside. His response? “Do you want to go up or go home”. What kind of attitude is that for paying customers? His manner was very agressive and completely unprofessional. Please ask your employees to treat paying customers better! I willMake sure that all of my friends avoid this place.Once upstairs, the party was so crowded that it was impossible to even move. And they were packing more people in. I see it like a big safety hazard as well when I cannot even walk properly. Just insane.I’m surprised that people even continue coming to this place.
I went to Harbor with two friends for the Yellow Claw show last night. The atmosphere was true to the typical Yellow Claw crowd, fine. A few things I didn’t understand or like. Many people in the crowd decided it was a good idea to drug themselves for the show in front of everyone’s plain sight. Security definitely saw the action, but did not bother to take their part in action. These same people continuously pushed and shoved through the crowd to get where they wanted to be (not the club’s fault just added to my experience). However my one friend and I felt ill, and could not breathe as if our lives do not depend on it. Throw in the massive scent of BO, and you have yourself a ticket to one of the nastiest club atmospheres. Finally, drinks were pricey. Typical. I get it. But adding on an automatic gratuity (which wasn’t clear even the slightest on your receipt for most) for all cocktails that took minimal effort and bottled water that takes no effort, is a joke.Overall did not feel super safe. People were apparently arguing and screaming just to get into the bathrooms. I also witnessed a brief fight within minutes of arrival on the second floor. And of course security was not present for that solid minute. The music was awesome, just not the best experience here.
Experiencing dissatisfaction with this venue and not receiving any response after sending an email is a definite source of frustration. This was further exacerbated since I have suffered an accident while at the venue and are seeking some form of acknowledgement or resolution. It is important to know that the venue has a responsibility to ensure the safety of its patrons, and since I have sustained an injury due to their negligence, I have the right to seek compensation.
This place is awful! Not fun at all. Paid to get in and they wouldnt even let us go to the second level. And I saw one woman get DRAGGED down the stairs by her HAIR for trying to go upstairs to the second level! And when I finally finessed my way upstairs to the second level, it wasn’t anything special. No one was dancing on either level and the vibes were off. Also, the floor plan made it really awkward with all of the “sections” connected in one big rectangle, there was NO DANCE FLOOR on the second floor. Your only option was to dance ON the couch in your section or dance in the WALKWAY. Which is probably the reason no one was dancing. But there was no one dancing downstairs where they was a dance floor either. Everyone was probably too depressed about the amount of money they spent on drinks, which were outrageously priced. One 6 oz drink here cost the same amount as a 32 oz BOTTLE of top shelf alcohol from the liquor store. I spent SO much money at this place and it wasn’t even fun. I was so embarrassed to have brought my friends here. I dont recommend. Save your money and go somewhere funner and cheaper —there are many MUCH better party places in NYC.
BEWARE!! The owner only likes white girls. He made me and my friends pay to get in while a large group of white girls just walked in! We paid $70 for 3 drinks and $60 for hookah!!! Both were ok. Overall the club was a waste of time and we could have went somewhere else with a better DJ and atmosphere. If you decide to go without buying a table it’s not worth it!
I do not recommend this place. Overprice drinks, also if you do not pay attention, tip is already included to the bill, but they add the tip option also. The cocktails tasted like juice mixed with water. And the shot of fireball was also tasting weird. Also the promoter called Ackim, promised me free entrance, a table and free drinks, to me and my 15 girls to celebrate my birthday. When we got there, they told us that we should pay, and we did not get anything that he said. That was a Scan. Also he was very mean to me and my friends saying that we were not dressing appropriated to the club, when we were all overdressed. The Djs was repeating songs all night.I do not recommend this place, and for sure I will never come back.
There was an African American lady that worked at the front door. She was extremely aggressive barking at everyone in the line for no reason. I understand part of her job is safety but she was disrespectful ruining everyone night ! It was a party for certain group of people with certain religion. We believe her attitude was disrespectful, discriminatory. I got permission from the event organizer to go out of the door to get a friend and ofc show ID again and come back inside but the lady at the door was yelling both at me and the event organizer saying “you can’t go outside”. People are allowed to go outside and be able to go through security and go back inside. Her behavior was very aggressive and her tone came off very disrespectful to me. The bar should just have her fired in my opinion.
Worst experience ever. First time there and they didnt have the courtesy to let me in with a picture of my ID. What kind of place doesnt barcode ID. They scammed us $150 in entrance amd refuse to give a refund. Never again going to this POS place
Promoter said we could bring my boyfriend to our table for a $50 min tab (this was fine). Upon arrival the host aggressively pulled him by the elbow from our table and said it’d be $100 to seat him separately at the bar, where he’d have to stay the whole time.Seriously? We were a diverse group at a half-full daytime event and other men were seated with their parties, so something about this felt targeted. Hate to be that person, but I can see how the poor service and aggressive staff would inspire all the other bad reviews on here.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. The drinks are overpriced & the security guards at the front will search you unnecessarily, and take your belongings trying to charge $20 to watch them. They are aggressive, disrespectful and racist!!! The security guards are EVIL PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COST.
On 5/21/2021, I attended an event at this place. Well let me start by saying, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. We were waiting over an hour to go inside after arriving at 4PM. When we observed the entrance where the bouncers were at, we saw no one was being admitted. Yet, they claimed that they were checking vaccine cards and doing body temperature checks. Yet, myself and others never observed this upon the rising frustration surrounding the lack of people admittance from those who arrived at 3PM and the crowd whom arrived with me at 4PM. It was clear that the staff were compelling peoplewait outside until the surrender of the entry fee-$20.00-was completed. The advertisement posted by this venue claimed that entry was *free* prior to 5PM. Clearly this was a ploy designed to attract more persons so as to enhance their income profitability.Additionally, I observed the staff acting discrimitorily. This venue should be closed entirely. This is a definitely the worst places at had ever attended. Please dont go there.
If you want to be profiled by racist Italians this is the place for you.Ironically enough they allow talented black celebrities that will garner them money & cool points by relevancy/association. (This is literally the only thing that holds them a float, the service is poor and there are better clubs in the city with better vibes overall). While being disrespectful to black men and women at the door..especially towards the women. Ive never had an issue with the security guards, they are professional.Separately there are Italian men( emphasizing Italian because thats they only way in which I can identify them) ranging from college age to mid thirties/late forties who give out wrist bands and also facilitate who gets to get in or not. Charging or denying black people while allowing yt people in. I understand the nature of a club, so no they were not unattractive poorly dressed etc. Ive seen them deny black models, actors etc. while allowing yt women in who look like nonnas.Ive spoken to SEVERAL people who have expressed their same experience. I wish I could say this was a one time ordealI suggest they fix the way in which they speak to patrons so they arent putting themselves or security guards at risk...Being condescending , rude, passive aggressive or saying racial slurs under their breath is unacceptable.I see a class action lawsuit in their near future....
Terrible service! Bouncers we’re super disrespectful to my girlfriend, they didn’t open on time, and they charge extra at the door even if you have tickets. Honestly it was a total waste of time. There are plenty of great bars/clubs in the city, please don’t waste your time here.
The vibe and the scene is great. The staff are nice but the business is poorly ran. They advertise a prefixed menu that was not available when our group arrived. Thus, forcing the group to order food items “family” style that they are allergic to or do not eat such as pork and meat options. No communication was provided to the group prior leaving the birthday person dissatisfied and bothered. I would not recommend for groups over 10 people!
I went last night with some friends, after i have bought tickets on their website. Around 00.30, while we were waiting outside, music stopped, everybody left. They tried to check our tickets and they werent giving any sign of validity, but they let us through. After that, we were going to the elevator to go up and they told us the club was close, without giving any explanation.I have sent some email asking a refund, and still no sign of life.
I usually do not write reviews but when the service is this bad, I definitely have to share my experience. The bouncers are rude and hungry for power. They need some milk. The drinks are overly priced. The place has a weird scent. How did they even pass the sanitary inspection?
Went there last night for my sisters birthday party. We reserved a table/space that was so tiny we could barely fit the decorations. Drinks were overpriced but the worst part is they put the tip on your check without your knowledge. I asked why the drinks when from 19 to 23 snd he said it was because he added ice!! Because he blatantly lied I gave him another cash tip. I only noticed because I decided to take a look at the bill !! Just dishonest business practices and it should be illegal !! Watch out for a tall white male bartender with long hair!! Or better yet avoid all together
Extremely disappointed with this place. I know it’s easy to skip over a few bad reviews when there’s so many good ones, but pay attention to the negative ones as they are the most honest. To start off, they didn’t have my friends reservation which was confirmed days prior and we were given a confirmation number. One of the guys then said that they could “accommodate” us almost as if they were doing US a favor. Second, the security is extremely rude and invasive, asked my friend several personal questions about what she had in her bag and made disgusting, ableist remarks. The food is very bland and is not worth it at all. Mimosas were 98% juice and tasted terrible ($100 for a refill on the pitcher by the way). We didn’t order hookah but were told that it would be $75 and $35 for a refill which is ridiculous. Starting to think these people have to charge so much to keep the place running after hearing all of the negative experiences people have had with them. Avoid at all costs, will never be going back here.
I was supposed to be charged 45$ for 2 beers and 1 drink and they charged me 86$. No one answers the call or voice messages. This place will rip you off, make sure you have your receipt, that’s the only thing stopping me to fight against them!
Bought a $30 ticket for DJ Sinatra for 2/5/22 and was made to stand in 18 degrees for 2 hours with no organized way of letting people in and then we eventually left. The line did not move for 2 hours and new people keep coming in and going straight to the bouncer to get in with contacts. People keep getting in randomly but there was no respect for people waiting with us for 2 hours in 18 degrees weather. The tickets should have advertised as entry may not be possible even if you paid money. The worst clubbing experience of my life
I was included in a “package” deal for my 360 photo machine, I was to be paid via check and never received payment, dont do business with these shady people! Once I asked for verification I was threatened
FEMALES BEWARE!!!!!!They dont care about females in there. Security didnt care about our issue with a drunk male patron. My friends and I had to take care of an unknown female who was in distress. The guy was still trying to give her a drink of Casamigos, which we stopped. And it escalated from there. He was trying to take advantage of her and we were basically her guardian angels. We brought the situation to security and they brushed us off. HARBOR NYC NEEDS TO DO BETTER !!!!
Unimpressive rooftop bar with expensive drinks, not friendly promoters, and no real central area for dancing. The only saving grace is that it is big enough to host a crew of 15+ if you cannot find other plans, plus the DJ throws some hits.
DONT GO HERE. We were denied entry because some of us were PLUS SIZE! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. Literally so many people were let in with sneakers, t-shirts, slides and some without ID, but all the plus size girlies and their groups were not!If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would.
Absolutely wack. DO NOT COME HERE. All staff, (except for my guy working the bathroom) were incredibly incredible rude. From the bouncer when we got it pushing me back after a girl told me I could go in front of her, to the security guard who charged us $150 to go in the vip section just to get kicked out my a manger after 10 minutes and then told to go f myself. DO NOT COME HERE.
This is for the after hours night club portion of Harbor formally Hudson Terrace. So I bought 3 Jameson & red bulls, 2 shots of tequila & a vodka mixed drink & was charged $286. No bottle service, no top shelf liquor and it was almost $300. This is what the bartenders do especially if its a female bartender. Shell charge you $5 for your drink because itll say $5 on the receipt but the charge on your card will $43. I bought the same thing each time with the exception of the 2 shots of tequila & the vodka drink for a girl. So tell me why are the charges to my card inconsistent? And fluctuates? They will steal your money. When you call theyll tell you theyll send a note to the manager but of course the manager wont call you back because thats the whole set up. Money is the motive, I like Hudson Terrace better, this would have never happened at Hudson Terrace. I cannot support this business again.
We prepaid for a bachelorette party of 13 people and was denied at the door for wearing flats. After being denied, we saw a group of girls in flats and sneakers be let in. After trying to speak to management, we were completely ignored and pushed to the side. Do not go here.
Terrible experience. They will have you buy a ticket then charge extra at the door. Not worth the time or the money. Literally no one was on line to go inside. It seems like it was very empty for a Saturday.
Made reservations for 14 people 3 days prior. We showed up with 12 people becuase 2 canceled and we’re told only 4 could get through. Wanted an extra $20 each for everyone else and on top of that told us we have to buy a bottle.staff was rude. This was the worst club in NYC definitely go to any of the other places that have much better service.
I booked this place before I read the terrible reviews. When I was on the way I was nervous after I read the reviews. I had a table for 18 booked for a birthday brunch at 3 pm. At the end if I could give this 6 stars I would! Food, hookah, bottle service, everything went great. Zero issues with the staff or security. Great time!
I had bought tickets before hand and when we got there we were waiting from around 11pm until 2am and they would not let us in because they only wanted to let promoters in. I explained that I am diabetic and I had my medical card on me proving that I am diabetic and I explained if I can use the bathroom and come back on the line if needed. The owner was there and when he heard this he said we are lying and he asked how many people were with us and he told all of us to get out of the line and to go home. Even with me having proof of being diabetic and explaining I can come back on the line after using the bathroom and having pre bough tickets
A well gin & tonic in a small plastic cup is $17. They automatically added a 20% gratuity to my bill/ didn’t provide an itemized receipt or the customer copy of the receipt. They refused to serve tap water, and instead sell water bottles for $7. I wouldn’t recommend this venue unless you want overpriced drinks, dingy space, and tacky music.
So disorganized!! If you want to get ripped off come here. We got tickets from their website. Even their Instagram promotes that website! It was not scanning. It’s just a SCAM because they want to charge more at the door. So we paid because we waited on the line twice for over an hour. Then you get up stairs and the club not even full. Drinks are expensive. It’s just ridiculous. I just want to have a good time and good vibes. Put staff at the end of the line so we know we’re standing in the right line. NEVER AGAIN !!
This place is the worst club in NYC ever!!! They have you in goose chase just to get in and you most likely wont even get in whether you have a connection OR NOT! Please do not give your money to this club or buy tickets because you will most likely be sent back home. You would honestly have more fun and less of a headache at a hookah lounge. Yall be safe tho.
I didnt like this place at all, all they want to do is take advantage of people. I got my tickets way before the day arrived and I went there on time and they made me and my friends wait in the line for like an hour while they were allowing other people that were arriving there later to come in first. and then they told us that we have to pay if we wanted to get in after we waited for that long. And adding to that they asked the man with their girlfriends to come in first for free. and then they were asking for $18 dollars for a little cup of alcohol which was pretty much nothing. I don’t recommend this place at all if you want to be robbed in your face then do it. :/
If you’re into the crowded club scene with possible high profile sightings this is the place for you. Good drinks, definitely a costly night out but we had fun.
4 of us went. Bottle Service. Mid 20s couple, and an older party couple. Saturday Night. Over all - This was a ONE TIME visit. Table was small but the seating was worse. We had to take turns sitting. Someone always had to stand. Music started poor. The first DJ was mixing songs so fast every few seconds and it was a new song. The dance floor was empty until a second DJ started. He quickly got people moving but if you are really into music and dancing... it still was poor. The bottle service started great. But was very hard to FIND someone to bring a second bottle half way through the night.Stuffed! No one could walk an inch. The poor layout and no bouncers to keep people from shoving past each other, the dance floor became mosh pit. Had to stop people from crashing over our table all night! If I wasnt a big guy, things could of gotten out of hand.Price, normal NYC high prices. But was able to get $50, then another $75 off just by talking the staff who booked our table. Tip was NOT included so you can leave as much or as little as you wanted. But still check your bill twice. They did make a mistake the 1st time through. We danced some, drank a lot, had some fun and went home. But with other places we been to being better, we will not be returning. Try it on a slower night might help.
Attacked by other patrons when we bumped into them crossing the dance floor. We left the venue when bouncers did nothing except separate them from us. There was a group of six of them and two of us. They kept trying to punch my friend. Very scary. Never returning. There are much nicer venues that are less expensive and kick out people who start fights. Not a rooftop. Crowded. Overpriced. You wont feel valued.
This place is just pathetic. We reserved a table for bottle service weeks in advance for a bachelorette party. At 4pm on the day OF the event, they EMAILED the maid of honor who had coordinated this event saying that they are taking another reservation and we cannot go in until midnight. Once we got in, the waitress directed us to our table which was not on the rooftop which we requested and paid in full for. As far as customer service, there wasnt any. The only other times the waitress came up to us was when she told us to scoot over to another table, which we did. She later came over and told us to move downstairs. She gave the bride to be an attitude after she told her we will not be moving to a lower level. This is because they overcrowd the place WAY beyond legal capacity. This was a huge disappointment to the bridal party. We did not pay the outrageous price of bottle service to accommodate the staff. I wish there was on option to give negative stars, as one star is way too generous.
Worst bar Ive been to. Bouncers were being aggressive. I made a comment about finding my friend and bouncer couldnt handle my comment and kicked me out after paying $100. They said exit is final so tried to make me pay again to get in. You can find much better bars with no cover. Dont go to this place ever.
Im going to give this place a 3 because I dont think I got the full experience to give an accurate review. For example, other reviews says there are two floors, an indoor area and outdoor. I only experience one floor, the indoor area. I was also here for an Halloween event which was a Wednesday. I will start my review by saying that its tough getting here. No matter what subway you take, you have a 10 to 15 minutes away ahead of you. Its also by the water so it get colder the closer you get to the venue. So for the ladies out there, wear your coat! The area itself its a lively area. But once you arrive, you will take an elevator up to the venue. The place itself is nice. Very spacious. Big windows to see the river. There are lots of seating also. They were playing hip hop music. At first no one was dancing but as people drink more they started to dance. Because there are lot of seating, many people were sitting down at first. But once the place started to fill up and the seats were taken, people were forced to stand thus encouraging them to dance to avoid looking awkward. There was also a photo booth at the venue. All in all, not a bad party. But the location makes it difficult to want to go here again.
If I could give less than a star I would do it so fast.Probably the worst place to go to if you are trying to enjoy yourself/others. No space to move at all what so ever, extremely rude employees. You end up spending so much money for so little. What turns me off the most is how non accommodating the management and staff was. It was my first time there last night and it is surely my last.If the staff could be a little more nicer, attentive, and the management can actually give a rats ** about you, especially when you are paying more than $700 for two flimsy cheap bottles and horrible seating I would actually come back. But from what I experienced yesterday, no thank you.So many stupid young disrespectful drunk people groping my family members, people were trying to offer us drugs.. Just really bad. The pictures are only pleasing to see but when you step foot in the place, you might wanna turn back around.
I prepaid for tickets, and I would give zero stars if I could. Organization is awful. I waited on three different lines before a bouncer told me “he didn’t want to hear it” about the misinformation given. Customer service is god awful. Do not have customers pay $40+ if they will stand in line for one hour plus and be denied entry. As a New Yorker I am embarrassed that a place like this is allowed to conduct business
Complete waste. Typical situation with promoters, bouncers, managers all with fake designer and watches trying to shake you down and pay for every step you take in there. 2 red bull vodkas ran us $106. Bouncers are violent and beat me up on the way out they must have mistaken me for someone because nothing was said. I couldnt make it to work and Im still waiting for anyone to answer me about my complaint. I talked to some friends of mine that were there and everybody was looking for a different place to go to. Nothing would bring me back to this place.
I am having a blast with this club. It was more fun. Also, the Dj was amazing, very informative, and has a good choice of music. I highly recommend this club because the ambiance was great, and the drinks and foods were awesome. Besides, I greatly enjoyed my free-time spending here. Worth it and satisfying!
The employees all have an attitude. My Friends & I bought our tickets online and when we walked in, they told us we needed to pay even after I gave the girl at the front desk a copy of our receipt. She told me to go back outside and ask the guy in the front. I went out, the guy looked at us, rolled his eyes, gave us our tickets and told us he better not see us again. Even after all of this we still gave the place a try and it sucked. There was definitely under age kids in there. The drinks are too pricey and their open bar is literally juice. There is no alcohol in those drinks, they are fooling you all. There were people who couldnt even stand straight in line and were still allowed in. They took one hour to bring bottle service. If i could give this place no stars, i would. Just dont waste your time here.
I was here celebrating the Birthday of a few of my friends, if you come for a birthday party, in the door they charge just 10 bucks to get in if you come before 12 AM.The place is not a bad, we can say that the site is in the open air, with large space where you can dance and in the middle there is a small altar where women can go up and give demonstration of what dancing is. One bad thing is that it was overcrowded when i went, I barely was able to walk. The drinks and beers are overpriced. The music is a good selection and is pretty fun to dance. The staff is not bad.
Security is horrible! Walking in kills your vibe for the night because of how trash they are. The crowd is ratchet and sub level human beings. Expect there to be problems every time you go. I would avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere else.
Went here for a friends birthday brunch who was from out of town. The “deal” they give you is a $50 carafe of mimosa….split between two people….LOL. Then if you want another carafe they want you to pay $100. Even the server had trouble saying that out loud because it is so egregiously overpriced…..My recommendation to other out of towners: go to literally any pub or almost any other establishment anywhere else in all of NYC and you will find $30 2-hour bottomless brunch. Chelsea, upper east side, midtown, west village….not this $50 for half a pitcher garbage. AND you will also have more fun. This place was about a 1/3 full on a Saturday afternoon….I wonder why 😅.P.S. - to the front desk girl last Saturday, you were extremely and unnecessarily rude :)
Saturday night it is a club. It’s a closed rooftop and the center is VIP section with the DJ. Two bars on both sides and the prices are outrageous. $11 for a corona & $20+ for a mixed drink that’s mainly ice. The bartenders were very nice though.Cover was $20 for girls & $30 for the boys, that was typical.Crowd range is 20-30year olds. Music is a mix of house, pop, Latin & hip hop. Definitely pre-game if you plan on attending. There’s a wonderful deli up the block from the club.
Came here for my coworker’s bridal party and my birthday, had an amazing time on both occasions. The drinks were good and affordable. The music was great, the DJ played Caribbean, hip hop and rap. This is definitely the place you want to go to have a good time.
Ive spent about 4000 at this club on thanksgiving, was asked to give my passport to the waiter because i was payin contactless so i couldnt give her a card. (made no sence that she needed my passport cause i payed then and there thru my phone) im pretty sure that she never gave me back my passport either way it stayed behind at that club.Ive tried to reach out to the venue and got no responce, now im stuck in america and cant even go home over the hollidays.
I attended an event here on the 3rd floor and it was hotter than an oven with a fully cooked turkey. The bar was severely understaffed and getting a drink was like watching paint dry.Once it ended I left. My friends stayed on the 2nd floor. When I tried to join them a few minutes later (I was assured it was much better there), I was told Id need heels to re-enter (I was in a dress w/ flat sandals and other girls were in jeans and low block heels so that was annoying). I go grab heels and return. I was let in by the doorman and given access to the 2nd and 3rd floors. I reconnected with my friends on the 2nd floor....30min later security asked the 2nd floor to clear out. I asked to go back to the 3rd floor and am forced out of the building even after explaining that I re-entered with the new doorman. The demographics of floor 2 and 3 were starkly different. I believe security (mainly 1 woman) didnt want to listen because I looked like I belonged only on the 2nd floor. After spending $100 for 4 cocktails, being mis-treated, and sweating like I was in a sauna there is nothing favorable about this venue and I suggest going elsewhere. The attempt to curate high-end events fails when customer service waivers. There are no amount of neon signs that can make up for poor service.
WE ASK FOR BUTTER 🧈 THEY HAD NO BUTTER FOR THEY DRY A$$ HARD BREAD NEED I SAY MORE?! AND THEY TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND 🆔 BEFORE ORDERING ! WHY YOU ASK? BECAUSE THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD A RIDICULOUS GRATUITY FOR THE WAITRESS THATS WHY THE STAFF IS SO RUDE ! AND ITS NOT NICE INSIDE LOOKS LIKE A CAFETERIA WITH A DJ IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DANCE FLOOR . FREE ENTRY ONLY GETS YOU BAR ACCESS ONLY 2 FEET FROM CAFETERIA FOOD & TABLES UNBELIEVABLE . DJ MUSIC GOOD BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A $200 TAB THAT WAS SUPPOSE 2 BE $50 A PERSON 2 PEOPLE .. NOTHING ADDITIONAL HOW A TAB DOUBLED TO $200 . FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER? BECAUSE THEY DO NO OFFER COMPLIMENTARY WATET . I DO NOT DO REVIEWS HOWEVER I HAD TIME TODAY. I WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE I WASTED MY TIME & MONEY . THANK ME LATER!
This place is stunning! The biggest plus is the amount of bathrooms. You never have to wait, and they all have their own hand dryers and sinks inside. Usually at nightlife or events venues toilets are limited and its a pain to relieve yourself or use the mirror or wash your hands. This was a lovely experience!
The vibes were rancid and I had an abysmal time.It smells like cat pee in there
Terrible customer service. Celebrating a Bach trip and some of our girls were turned away for wearing dress sandals. Literally 0/10 recommend. Oh and the music was trash
Can we talk about the security guards that overcharge and then pocket your money for events? Or steal the things they claim u can’t bring inside ? Or charge u AGAIN although u already purchased a ticket online? Or solicit money from u to bring greens inside? Curators & patrons beware!!!
This is probably the worst brunch spot I’ve ever been too. Don’t let TikTok fool you these people will scam you! They claimed they didn’t have my name for reservations. I had to show a screenshot on my phone. Then the guy told me we can “accommodate you” like I didn’t already have a reservations prior. The bouncers were aggressive. For extra pitcher of mimosa which tasted like tropicana it was $100! The hookah they claimed over the phone when I called to confirmed my reservation was 75, there they had it for 60?! Already shady. The staff is very unprofessional not attentive whatsoever. This place is not worth it, while leaving two guys were at the front claiming items were stole from them!
Terrible they waited till we was at the door to tell use the dress code and never mentioned on Their website. They pick and choose to who can come in and they didn’t give our refund for the dress code issue.
I went on 4/19/19 to celebrate my birthday which was on 4/19. The music was terrible. The DJ played early 2000 music until 130am then played later 2000s rap music, but no reggae. Xavier, a manager there, charged someone in my party the entry fee when we all had the free tickets to get in. Then instead of immediately refunding when brought to his attention, he tried to force us to get a table which went from $250 online to 450 plus in person. The rooftop wasnt even open. Ill never go back and Im telling all my friends and family not to go here either.
Made reservations two weeks in advance, showed up made us wait an hour and a half in line just for them to tell us that we didn’t make a deposit when it wasn’t mentioned once in the reservation process and no email confirmation was sent. Bouncer/manager told us it wasn’t his problem and just offered us to go to the bar. Terrible service and no accountability.
As far as lounges go in NY, I would say that Hudson Terrace is one of the less trashy spots. I went for a birthday party and a table. Upon mentioning the name of the party, the staff was extremely helpful in getting me and the people i was with to the appropriate level. While the girls dancing on various things around the dancefloor on the level I was on, the crowd wasnt full of your usual club scum trying to hit on you or touch you. Rather, the layout was such that people in the party could socialize with each other, and go on the dance floor as they wished. Another great thing about this place was that no one had to worry about their things being stolen as the party area was blocked and set up near the windows a bit, guarded by security guards. It would have been difficult for anyone to take anything. While a club is a club, this one was pretty alright. The view was also decent, as well.
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Tuh. So I came here to celebrate one of my favorite cousins birthday. We had to wait on a line even tho we had a reservation. We got seated about 3:15 pm. No one paid us attention for at least 45 minutes. We ordered from the pre fix menu, which was entirely different from the one on their website. Then argued with us that they couldn’t honor the menu on website. Also they didn’t have an item on the menu they were presenting and gave us another option cause they ran out of spring rolls. The appetizers came out 2.5 hours after we ordered and it was so called family style cause we had a party of 17. It was NOT family style. Cause they brought out a single plate of salad. The entree meals came out 2 hours after the appetizer and there was hair on the plates. And also they served us eggo waffles. EGGO WAFFLES!! Whatever you do in your NYC experience. DO NOT COME HERE. OVERPRICED FOOD & HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Went there with a couple of friends drinks are over priced the club was not what i expected over rated don’t waste your time or money going there. Had to buy a ticket for 25 bucks and not even worth it. had vip tables and all the tables were empty
Very spacious, I went for the day party and stayed for the night party. Depending on dj music may be good or too much of one type of music. They open the see through ceiling sometimes for some natural air and more sun. We had to exit the club and return for the night party causing some guys to pay again. Overall it was nice and I had a good time.
First, they advertise that if you buy your ticket online, you’ll have VIP access and a free drink. We showed our tickets and were sent to the back of the line. When finally in, we took an elevator that had a terrible smell. Second, we asked for our free drink and were told that everyone gets a vodka free drink before 11PM (false advertising) which was disgusting. Then, our Booked VIP table for a 10 people party Included room for only 2 people to sit down. Third, the restroom line was huge, incredibly long, waited almost 30 minutes to go the bathroom. Music was regular, they ran out of Corona and tequila at midnight (on a Cinco de Mayo). Do not go to this place.
It has 2 different floors and they have valet parking. The drinks are precise and very yummy. The service is quick and the music is good. The only thing negative is the entrance because I was their for a reserve birthday party and some people had reservation. but everybody had to wait in a ridiculous line for an hour and a half to be able to get in the lobby.
If you can honestly avoid this club. You need tickets to get in which is actually fine but you buy the tickets and they pick/chose who they wanna let in. We waited in line with paid tickets and they only let in gringa’s(white girls). They don’t let you in unless you have heels or connections. If you can save your time & $$, go to Yuca bar or Delancey in east village
Please stop holding your events here! The only reason Ive trekked all the way over to this remote location is b/c people hold events here and invite me. Stop! At this point, I just dont go if theres an event here. If Im trekking all the way over to the Hudson I want some value - the Intrepid is there and thats worth the trek. This place always seems to disappoint. They hold the door in order to create a line even when its empty upstairs - Ive arrived, seen the line and called/texted friends already there and they say its empty. In addition, they try to charge on top of what youve paid for your event. Their drinks taste like theyre watered down and the bartenders never seem to know the drink specials being offered - how convenient. Lastly, they have a retractable roof and they think if the roof is open - even 2 feet - then they can allow smoking. Disgusting and thats not the NYC smoking law. If you see them doing that take pics and call 311...Theres just no good reason to go here.
I went there on a Friday evening with my friends. Terribly hot and we were all sweating for 3 hours. After paying $50 per head I see everyone with a piece of paper or a menu in their hand, trying to blow some air in their faces. Thats terrible even the servers are upset about that.Very small bar with 2 bartenders for a crowd of over 200 people, so the line is long and have to wait for 15-20 mins to get a drink.Music is good, food is good. I could give 2 stars for that, but no. Just one. Not going there again.
The atmosphere was nice and very spacious. The bartender was very attentive despite been the only one behind the bar in that section. It got a bit crowded and very hot (I went for BDPE) after and bathroom line is not fun. But I will definitely go again.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place has zero organization. They took my reservation and confirmed it. But on the day of my reservation, as I’m standing in the entrance, the host informed me that the entire venue was booked for a private event. Nobody had informed me of this change & it forced me to change my entire itinerary. The organizers of this “private event” were also extremely rude.
Registered online for this party last night, it stated guys reduced price and ladies free until 1am. I got there at 12, they held the line so we didn’t get in until 12:40 AM. Upon entering, lady says 20 for females 30 for guys. I showed her the email and she says show the guy at the door. Go back and the guy at the door was nowhere to be found. Some other guy just said if you don’t have a ticket you have to pay. Crazy part is, it says free before 1 AM. We decided to go in because we were there for a friends birthday. They also pick and choose who they let in. They told these two guys they could not get in because they had on t shirts and sneakers, well upon entering there were patrons in sneakers, T-shirts, fitted hats, I even saw a guy in a sports jersey. Drink was overpriced and the bouncers here are very rude. I went to the bar and the bar was full of people. I could not get a drink because of it, I saw a open section of the bar guarded by a bouncer and I asked can I just squeeze by you and get a drink. He says no and points me to the crowded bar section. I didn’t argue and said okay cool because it’s not that serious. Get two drinks and they are overpriced. Two drinks for 30 dollars. After bringing my fiancé her drink, I see a female patron slide right behind the bouncer and buy a drink. Bouncer walked up to my fiancé and I and just said, “move” so they could fit a guy in a wheelchair where we were. I will not be returning to this place ever again.
Went there for a bday brunch and the vibez were on point but for the pricing of the food, drinks, and hookah; it wasn’t worth it. I would just go if you wanna dance and party which you can do when it turns into a club at night.
Went there for Halloween it was awful.. the speakers on the top room were blasting couldnt even hear the music properly. There was a performer there where she couldnt even sing of how bad the system was. Overly crowded and absolutely crazy expensive the drinks specially shots. (4 shots=$80). Very dirty and old building and terrible stairs. They call themselves a rooftop but its a third floor building.
Do not go here. The bouncer decided to use the little power he has to deny my sister entry because of her “outfit” when there were plenty of smaller women in jeans and crop tops. Clearly fatphobic. Disgusted with how they treat people.
Fancy, schmancy. Its for the beautiful people. Thats not a negative, but it is what it is. I wont talk about the cost, because the intrinsic value of going to a venue to socialize, is in the social aspect itself. Come looking to have a great time, with fun people you know; and you will indeed have a good time. The DJ was decent. Its a New York nightclub, best reserved for people under 30.
Great place to enjoy a show. Awesome views, and glass roof provide an awesome atmosphere.Prepared for a hot crowded mess, but its kind of what youre signing up for and is part of the experience as far as Im concerned. Id definitely come back.ALSO: Lots of stairs, be prepared for that!
SCAM ——— waited for 1 hour in the line with pre purchased tickets, and they allowed the promoters line to go in … inside place was divided in two sections one for general tickets and other for promoters line.. Crazy expensive drinkers with pre added 20 % gratitude.. Never ever coming again
Vendor - I work here annually setting up my photobooth. Easy time loading in and exiting. Staff there are attentive and helpful with your needs. Always a fun time. Looking forward to the year to come. Seems like a great place to throw a party. Views of the water are spectacular on their multiple floors.
Paid 50 bucks for a ticket and didnt even get in. Waited in line for over 2 hrs with a really trashy crowd thats waiting to pick a fight. Save your dollars and dignity and go literally anywhere else.
Worst place ever. Extremely rude security and bartenders work here. I was not even allowed to wear a thin jacket inside just so they could get $5 for the cloak room. The security at the entrance did not even know how to talk to the customers. This place is a major turnoff. They even charged extra for the bill while including tip. I could have given 0 stars but there is no option to post this without clicking on 1 star.
The 1 star is because the venue was actually quite cute. Ive been here twice now. First time, I came for an after work event and apparently the private event beforehand had run over so they had a very small section roped off for us but nobody could get to the bar to get anything so we ended up leaving. 2nd time was for an after party for the Internet Week 2014 and this time it wasnt roped off but I still wasnt impressed. Music was okay and we ordered some food which was okay but I couldnt really see myself wanting to come back here and party any other day.
So hot and stuffy (in the winter). My friends had a table for their birthday but that did not mean we had any sort of a private space - it was hot and stuffy and impossible to move an inch, definitely way over capacity (or what capacity should be). It could have been fun if it wasnt so packed. Nice patios, but not so relevant in the winter. And the elevator was slow or broken and with so many people needing to get up or down (and only a few allowed in at once) there was a lot of stair walking.
This could have been a nice experience but the doorman/promoter wanted to gouge a party of 10 that was on the guestlist telling us that we wont be let in unless we ordered bottle service which would would have run $1050 for 3 bottles on top of the cover charge. They used the usual, were at capacity line but somehow use ordering bottles would make more space. The venue itself is nice but the drinks are far too overpriced for any section of Manhattan. $17 cocktails are a negative. The DJ might as well have been playing an ipod. The staff and security are inattentive and unprofessional. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. There is nothing special about this place.
Wow, this place is an absolute scam. We paid close to $200 for 2 people to see a Diva Royal drag show that barely lasted an hour and a half. There were absolutely no COVID restrictions. And the drinks were trash. Also, no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms. I have no idea how this place is allowed to exist.
If it wasn’t for the second DJ I would have walked out. The worst service. They over charged. Over priced. Unorganized. They try to make it seem like this high class spot. But it just an over priced venue if I can give zero star I would. :)
Hudson Terrace is a great space for parties especially in the Spring and Fall when the weather is nice and the roof can be fully retracted. The venue isnt that big so the more popular parties tend to be overcrowded and the bar sometimes struggles to keep up. However, the decor is nice, and the seats (if youre able to get one) are comfy.
This place is so fun!! Came here for a friends bday brunch. It’s an open air space which makes it really nice. DJ was great, had everyone dancing. Drinks were good. Def a party atmosphere.
If you are here in NYC for one night, this is not the place you would want to be at. The prices are on the higher side, with an additional cover requirment and there is no crowd screening. Some of the reasons why it makes it unpredicatble to have a good time. The location is great and the view seems to be okay, only if they let you near the windows - the VIP tables are near the windows so its unlikely they will let you near them. Overall there are much better clubs in this city with better vibe, music and people.
They have no immediate available information for tourists. Everyone that knows anyone in the club was allowed to skip the line was allowed in immediately. We had to wait to get in and we paid for tickets ripoff cover charge. No where to sit if you’re a tourist and don’t know anyone. Very disappointed. No recomendó este club si eres turista. Soy turista, quería bailar mi música favorita en un ambiente chido y no fue posible. Si no conoces a alguien no les importas.
Paid for the NYE event and could not have been more disappointed. What was billed as a Gatsby house party had almost no 20s decoration and instead looked like a high school dance. The venue also promised multiple areas to dance or chill, which there was not really, just a patio bar in a tent that presented almost no space. The rooftop was closed even though it was advertised, and we were only told at the door. Would not recommend and will not be returning. Barbacks and bartenders did a great job! Not their fault the party fell flat.
Went here for Halloween party and it was the worst experience ever. The tickets were overpriced and they had a “so called” open bar which had NO alcohol, and they were making drinks with literally one drop of alcohol and fooling their customers. At the end, to make our night even worse, we left are coats and paid 4$ each for one coat and left it near the coat area, and they lost one of our coats and never got back to us. They made us wait there for 1 hour from 11:00-12:00am and told us to wait for another 3 hours until the club closed which was ridiculous. They have still not gotten back to me about my coat and probably lost it and now won’t even give me the money I spent on it. This club sucks and is overrrated.
Ive visited Hudson Terrace on two different occasions for networking events and was disappointed. The view, especially at sunset, is great. The little booths around the perimeter of the venue look like cozy places to sit, however, at a networking event, no one really uses the seating. In the ladies room, the first flimsy door I tried was missing a lock. I actually feel bad complaining about the ladies bathroom because theres a full-time attendant in there. Then again, Im not really sure why there is a full-time attendant in there when its such a small space.
Went there last night.Place was overcrowded, ppl are literally stepping on you and throwing ice everywhere security doesnt react to any of that.I bought a bottle service for six ppl they only provide sitting for three ppl and once you get up to the bathroom and someone takes your sit you are done with this table. For paying $500 for a bottle I would expect that the table is guaranteed for my guest. They advertised open bar from 10-11PM, i even had email confirmation on that and they say there is no such thing when you get there....Very bad service. They were so greedy they let way too many ppl in there, that ppl had to stand on sits in order to dance. You just couldnt move at all. The only good thing about that was the music, but again you cant enjoy it if you cant even move around. No AC, so if its raining and roof top is closed you cant breathe.
If youre hosting a large party, Hudson Terrace is the place you want to be since its one of the best rooftops so far on the west side that overlooks the Intrepid Museum and the Hudson River. The rooftop literally has a large opening on the roof where it opens up for star gazing during the night and natural light during the day. While Hudson Terrace has a nice view of the west side and a great place to lounge around day or night, the service here can be much improved. Staffs downstairs are usually rude and have an attitude with people waiting to enter. Dont expect to get a smile from them cause thats not going to happen. Even though the staffs here are nasty, especially the bouncers, the place is nice for a few drinks and good for some Kodak moments with your friends.
They don’t give you water unsafe and illegal 😬
We bought tickets but still had to wait outside for 2 hours and eventually just left because the line didn’t move and they were “over capacity.” Why did you sell that many tickets then? A complete scam.
SHUT IT DOWN! DISRESPECTFUL BOUNCERS and OVERLY PRICED FOR DRINKS. They pick and chose who they let in. We got there at 12:30am. Some of us were able to get in. The remaining of our large group got there at 1:30am and remained outside until almost 3AM! We stayed because we planned to celebrate our friends birthday. The first group that went in decided to do bottle service just so that the group outside can get in. We ended up not even doing bottle service (after they got all my info for it) anymore because the remaining of our party was still outside. We werent ganna pop bottles if the rest of our party is still outside. Then, they stated that they reached capacity. Xavier went MIA for 2 hours. NO WHERE IN SITE!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN!!!! Negative stars should be options. Extermely disappointed.
Way overpriced drinks… $20 for a shot!? And $20 for a WEAK rum and coke. Not only that, but the crowd is just bad. 80% of the crowd was single frat guys who went up to every girl at the place. Music was okay.
This is a great place to host a party or special event. The main floor is nicely decorated with a large bar counter, and lots of lounge seating. There is a small stage for live performances and a small DJ booth too. Upstairs is one of the main attractions with a roof top bar. Although, it can get a bit uncomfortable depending on the temperature since you are outdoors. The cocktail prices are a bit pricey for me and depending on when you go, there may be an admission fee. One thing I dont like about the building is the elevator; I think it needs to be ungraded somehow since its very slow and only allow about 4-5 people max at a time. The staircase might be a quicker option, but you have to walk up a lot of steps...
Got bottle service and a table and then 2 random guys who worked there sat on our booth with their feet on the seat cushion taking up almost all the space for our party to sit. They had no respect for me when I questioned them and management was no help. Everyone in our party was discouraged from sitting in our designated area. One of the waitresses walking around told me to move the f*** out of the way when I accidentally stepped on her foot. This is a trashy place run by trashier people. The guy from Senegal in the elevator was my favorite. He was so nice and friendly and deserves a raise.
This is the most worse place in NYC. I suggest not to go there. All hospitality clubs are expensive and no rooms to dance. Very very bad place……..
After paying $650 for a table, they wanted us to pay another $20 to let us take home a bottle of barely used tequila in our limo (parked in front). The tequila came with the table we had so technically we already owned it but apparently they wanted a bride which we refused to pay. We were treated very poorly given we tried our best to negotiate. This place is corrupt and truly unfare. They physically assaulted my friend over a stupid bottle of liquor just because we refused their illegal bribe. There was also a women complaining about how she was groped. I would avoid at all costs, especially if you plan on having a table. Considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
I originally brought tickets on Groupon for a brunch deal on July 7th . Apparently, the deal was inaccurate from the time of the brunch to the actual brunch . After speaking to the manager, he was truly extremely accommodating. He refunded me everyone in my group money back as well as providing complimentary champagne for my inconvenience as well as my reserved section. I truly appreciate everything he did to make my birthday go smoothly. A great manager is someone who puts the customers first. I wish I could remember his name . Very sweet light skin big guy .Thank you for everything
SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Do not go here. The drinks are overpriced and the security staff is extremely rude. If you want to have a fun night out, this is NOT the place to go. All you’re gonna get here is bad service and a very long waiting time. Believe me there are hundreds of other places you can go to in the area if you’re looking for a good night. Once it gets late they will start to kick out random people just so they can make more space for new customers.
Today we were there for Lunay they said 11 is door open we though 12.12.30 he is gonna come and sing but they made us wait untill 2.30 after that he sing only 2-3 songs. That’s it! It was a lie Lunay concert, it’s like he was there only for say hi. Also workers are so rude pushing people like crazy, I saw a tall security guard push a small girl like a pet and he didint even care
Had a birthday brunch here yesterday.. I enjoyed myself.. it was the best birthday ever!! Great music! Great food ! Good vibes! Thank you for making my birthday special
I went on Saturday, for Halloween Party. The place was pretty crowded (which is normal), but the problem was most of people got into the place around 10:30 and the open bar was between 10:00 pm & 11:00 Pm (trick number 1). On the other hand, you guys seriously put only one guy at the bar outside?...besides he was absolutely rude and slow, so it was a real fight to get one free drink; fight that we lost because most the people could not get one (trick number 2). Finally, what genious thought that a mixed line to get into the restroom was going to be the best option?, had to waste 30 minutes to go to the restroom (and during the wait still fighting to avoid to lost the spot).
Completely a trashy place. Horrible experience, went on twork occasions. Crowd is lame. Drunk underage college students who cant handle their alcohol was the crowd. Staff is horrible. Bouncers allowing underage college girls enter with fake IDs. It reminded me of my college dorm party days. Dont go to to this place. There are more classy places. This place is trash.
We booked a New Years celebration party and the reality was nothing like the description! it was advertised as the 5th Annual Gatsbys House Party, having 2 areas of excitement (there were VIP tickets that include both, which we got). Amazing countdown, the best countdown at a NYC Nighclub. 5 hour premium open bar; Multiple areas to find the perfect atmosphere; Elevated VIP Section; Outside smoking patio; VIP Dom Perignon Table Packages.Reality: no rooftop, only one floor open, the second was under construction. The smoking patio location: go back with the elevator and outside the building. The areas of excitement were one simple hall with a bar, a few tall cocktail tables, a few sitting tables (those were the VIP bottle packages) and one cheap white tent with a small bar. The tent was horrible - no decoration, white, nylon, bad for the pictures. At least there was a picture place with a black background and golden letters, where it was packed with drunk teenagers. The whole place was not classy and stylish at all - more like teenage party - they charge like hundreds dollars per person and serve in plastic glasses! This I cannot forgive. the elevated VIP section was a table at the end of the hall on the little club stage. The line for the restroom was around 30 minutes all the time and the line goes in the hall, in front of the VIP Section, along the tables. I wonder what more did we get than the people who did not pay the VIP ticket, but the whole thing is total scam - when I got back home, I checked the tickets and, of course, there was nothing specified, it just says the amount and the letters VIP. Nothing you can relate to afterwards. The bar was actually open til 1 am and surprisingly, there was no scam here - you could go and get drinks for free. The bartender inside was inadequate however - we asked for 2 whiskeys and were asked like 3 times what we want the whiskey with, we said nothing, he kept asking waht we want him to put with the whiskey and we were like Nothing, just whiskey - in the end he still poured some whiskey in the largest plastic cups and filled them with ice to the top?! We were shocked! We were tourists in NYC and got the tickets in JUN, went shopping in NYC especially for the 20s outfits and were totally disappointed.
Had planned to come to an event Saturday February 15 for my birthday with friends and though doors were supposed to open at 11, we were in line for 45 or more minutes in freezing temperatures. They were barely letting people in and we ended up LEAVING. Not a great first experience going out in NYC
It will say free online but when you get there they still want you to pay $20. They’ll make you stand outside until the free time frame is up. The music is ok but the quality isn’t consistent all night. Super crowded, the staff always seems to need to pass by you by touching you. It’s not in the best neighborhood and there is no transportation nearby so be prepared to call a cab or walk back to 42nd. NYC definitely has better to offer.
One beer is $25 they dont tell you the price. Water isnt free they only have water bottles for $6 fxk that. This place is a joke. Only went there for the Thursday event. Nothing special about this place. Do not waste your money here.
Can I give 0 stars? Horrible experience! I made a reservation for my colleagues and I to have drinks and appetizers on The Rooftop of Hudson Terrace on 7/20/16 at 6:00 pm. When I made the reservation, I asked about The Rooftop, the view, if appetizers were available to order, and their hostess said she would reserve an area to accommodate our group. That day as our group was arriving, I was informed that they couldnt accommodate us as they had 2 large parties. No one ever called me to inform me that they were cancelling our reservation! Management was no help and left us with no place to go. We had people in from all over, and had to scramble to find another place.
Was here on a Friday night with the girls and it was packed. I enjoy the set up and open air. Theres also a room downstairs which tends to be less crowded. Music wasnt bad. As for dealing with the door, I cant say if it was a pain or not since we knew the door man but what do people expect from any club/lounge in nyc on a Friday and Saturday night?
Celebrated my Brothers bday last night at hudson Terrace, The service was good, from bottle girls but the Bouncers were very Rude& Disrespectful, too Aggresive with The People, One of the Bouncers Pushed me very hard as he walked by, den tells me he said excuse me 3 times?! Which was a lie!! There was still No need to Shove me so hard, All the other bouncers were very mean with my group, like dey All wanted to fight. Poor management, Bouncers are there for security & to stop, and diffuse ppl from fighting, these bouncers acted as if they were looking for fights with my group!! We will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either and to spread the Word! 👎👎
Such a great place to host events!
Update: We did receive a refund for the ticket after going through the process to request a refund. We paid for tickets to an event and did not even get in within an hour and a half…. Total scam. Would give 0 stars if I could
PREPARE TO BE SCAMMED!Possibly the worst night club Ive ever been to. When RSVPing on Eventbrite, it says that theres no cover charge... Went through the front door, and here they are asking me for a COVER CHARGE. If they wouldve just stated beforehand that there was a charge, I wouldnt have cared. On top of that, they falsely claimed that there was an open bar for an hour, which there was not.Lastly, the DJ was the absolute worst. Dont call yourself a DJ if you dont even look up once to see if the crowd is moving to your music selection. He might as well had been a random person with an AUX cord at that point.Find a better place to party, people.
I would give this -10 stars if i could. My experience here was horrible. This past weekend, Dec 8th 2017, a group of us traveled from PA to NYC to celebrate my sisters birthday to enjoy a burlesque show at hudson terrance. Not only was the event cancelled, we were faced with the nastiest door person by the name of either Shauna or Danielle (i asked for her name and recived two different names) she is a slim caucassian women with long blond hair. The womans answer to the cancelled event was to get free drinks upstairs or figure out how to get your money back. I Was confused as to the lack of unprofessionalism and compassion and was told, due to me asking questions and being rude I could not go inside and retrieve the free drinks. This was the worst experience I ever had in my life and my sister birthday was ruined. The other security guards outside told me this woman has a reputation for being very rude . Hudson Terrace, please retrain this young lady on customer service and professionalism because she is a liability to your business or get rid of her. Please reach out to me for further information
If you want to get ripped off you should come here. Paid $30 for a VIP 2 hour open bar from 5-7pm with Skip Line Acess. First off they didnt allow anyone to skip the line so I waited an hour in from 5-6pm, wasting an hour of my open bar time. Once I was in there they closed the open bar at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before adverstised price and said Sorry you can either be kicked out or pay for your drink if you want to be lied to and ripped off you should go here.P.S. They water down their liquor big time during the open bar...
I had reservations s to this venue for my birthday and when I got there they told me the venue has been rented out for a pride lesbian party. They were SOOOOO RUDE TO ME and cursed me out… this venue should have contacted me about it and told me they had rented the space out but they didn’t until I actually arrived with all my friends. They even confirmed my reservation the night before through email. What a disgrace and embarrassment.
$25 for a tiny plastic cup of vodka cranberry. There are no prices so they don’t tell you until it’s time to pay up. If you have any guys in your party, they won’t let them in with you. Overpriced and not worth it!
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Very disrespectful & rude. The people at the door are the most degrading people I’ve ever encountered. Do not spend your money here, a very racist establishment.
You pay entry just to get in 3rd floor rooftop with lounge in the whole middle of the club, so you stand on the edges to dance with bad hip hop djs and to spend more money on drinks and may be paying bouncers to let you into the lounge as well.. Not recommended at all..
Security guard named Diamond pushed my friends and I down the stairs to try and get us to leave when we were just trying to put our jackets on before going out into the cold! Never going back again, don’t go unless you wanna be assaulted
Its OK. I was told from promoter Brian P. that was I was going to be on his list and get in free. Which I told the other couple I invited. But when we got there some fast talking door guy try to charge us unless I gave my credit card upfront committing that we speed $50 per couple. I dont nind spending but dont do a bate and switch on me. As for the club, its OK. Dj didnt play anything remotely new and made some mistakes doing his craft.Pros: Everyone was dancing and they were very high energy young croud but not a lot real hot chicks.
If you want to ruin your night this is the perfect place .i was in few clubs around the world and this is the worst ever if i could give 0 star I would do it.Total scammers and Im not talking about the drinks prices or tickets prices (money isn’t issue) Im talking about that I bought ticket for hallowe’en and they didn’t let us in the right place (second floor) with the right DJ s that was labelled on the flyer and the people are so rude there are alot of better place than this one be aware of this place
Security gave my group a hard time about getting into our event but after that everything went smooth. Service was quick and efficient and everyone I encountered was polite. No view from the terrace.
Well I was here for a Mardi Gras party. I had very high expectations from this place.First of all this place is separated from the sky terrace and this place only did not offer any breathtaking views. I arrived here post 9 in the evening. Me and my friends did not had to pay the cover since I knew the promoter of the event. The place is huge with one side completely lined up with leather couches. The DJ was ok buy I expected some kick ass music since it was mardi gras. Now coming to my experience at the bar. It is way expensive out here, vodka with red bull was $18 bucks.Come on people what is so special about this place that they have sky rocketing prices at the bar. On top of that it is nestled at the end of street and is far off from the main street where all other bars/clubs are located.
Hosted a happy hour here awhile back with some friends and we had a great time. I emailed the staff ahead of time and they were very easy to work with to set up a guest list. The drinks are kinda pricey but the happy hour specials make it attractive. The venue was set up nicely - space to dance and walk around. Great sunset views over the Hudson. The music was good but very loud - had to yell to hear anyone (standard).I started with the blackberry mojito and it was tasty! - w/ muddled fresh blackberries! I tried to order a pitcher of blackberry mojito but they only serve it by the glass. So we ordered the regular mojito pitchers and they tasted good too but it was a narrow pitcher (kind of small) and went fast (4-5 drinks). We also ordered a few appetizers - the guac and hummus was great but the Mediterranean trio (or whatever it was called) was meh._____Also, I went last week for an event on another floor and the room was great and was set up nicely for everyone to mingle. I didnt know they had several rooms/floors. This is a good place to keep in mind for a future private event or holiday party.
Terrible place. I went in and it was so bad I had to leave. I calmly request requested a $20 refund. The doorman Javier got an attitude with me and ultimately would not refund me then walked away. Seems like he’s on drugs. Trashy establishment and poorly managed. Tip to management — Fire Javier. Stay away people.
I went for a private event on the rooftop and loved it here. Views of the Hudson River and great service. Im sure it was very tame the night I went as Ive passed by on another night and it seems like a rave place. Kind of a trek to get to the train and while there may be a bus that gets you closer but I didnt research this in advance. Should of just taken a cab!!
