I was in this establishment and was very disappointed. I felt as if it was very racial and the hospitality was horrible. I understand the ladies having regular customers but it was obvious that wasn’t the issue. The only hospitable person was a nice young lady that smelled ridiculously. I wanted to give her more money but I couldn’t deal with her body odor. The rest of the women despite the fact that I tried to spread the love would rather sit by themselves. Stereotypes is what led me to walk in this establishment with 10k and leave with 9500. I make it my business in life to give back 10k every time I make 110k. This is why I stay blessed. When I was leaving the same manager that congratulated me on getting the 1’s when paying the cover charge told me that I should have done a better job of presenting myself as a customer. I have been to adult clubs in every state that allows them across America. Seeing that I travel for a living. I have never once heard of a customer forcing his money on someone. If I have to do that then it means I need to keep my money in my pocket,

I came and the waitress patty was the best she took care of me all night and Emily the bartender is awesome as well she makes very good drinks!! Definitely will be back to see them.

One of those environments that’s always a good time with friends. Good bar service, multiple stages with dancers performing, main stage performances are entertaining. Ladies do pretty good crowd work and trying to mingle with everyone. The new lady manager is awesome, think the overall atmosphere of the club has improved since she took over. Lounge/bottle service is pricey but the waitress do a good job taking care of you. All in all a good time, we all know why we’re there (.)(.) 🤪

Was in town for a friends birthday Friday night, we decided to check out the Texas style clubs and it was definitely up to par on my list. Dancers were all beautiful! Staff did a great job and were all very welcoming from the moment we walked in. The tall beautiful manager that worked the VIP was amazing and very helpful I believe her name was Lashawn. This was a great choice to stop at and enjoy the night. Next time we are in town we will definitely be stopping by again. Great club and great atmosphere.

Im from a larger city than Odessa, and couldnt get this level of customer service, attention to detail, anticipation of my needs, they took the time to know my name, the girls are BEAUTIFUL, the management, BIG Priest was exceptional. Well organized, properly promoted, and just all around a great employee. In fact, I may run back down there and see if hes willing to relocate to work at one of my spots.As a customer, this place was fantastic, good food, good service just fantastic!

Stopped in town to visit family. My cousins and I went to Ricks and let me tell you I was impressed. The music is great, they played different kinds of music all night. Also the girls are beautiful. The managers were awesome , they took their time to set me up in the vip. The manager Chris was down to earth and took care of us. I will diffently going back when Im in town.

We went to Rick’s this weekend for our Anniversary and had the best time. The Matradee who sat us was really nice and professional. Our Cocktail waitress was really great, very attentive and liked the way they helped each other and worked together. Tge bartenders made great drinks that came out fast. My wife and I loved the majority of the dancers. There were only 2 dancers who were literally horrible and clearly lazy and either didn’t want to be up there and looked spaced out and they both just got up there and did nothing but stand tgere and look spaced out barely moving at all. The rest were very good. A thanks to Hell on Heels. The Absolute Best of them all was by far the beautiful POCAHONTAS WHO Showed my wife the best time. Thank you Pocahontas for making our night one we will never forget. The rest of the dancers could learn a lot from you. We hope to see you dance again sometime soon. We were definitely glad we didn’t go anywhere else that night.

On the road traveling for work, decided to stop in for a drink. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable and the overall vibe was fun and energetic. I travel all over for work and the girls were above average on the hottness scale. All in All was a good time and I will be back.

Went to Rick’s with my wife by invitation of one of the managers we met at Shack. My wife was hesitant at first as she’s never been to a strip club before, and I was nervous about how my wife would handle this situation but the manager Karla assured us it was a fun and safe environment for men, women, and couples. We are both glad we tried it out! We had a blast with a bunch of fun dancers that made sure my wife was given plenty attention on her first visit ever. Will be adding this to the list our of date night options.

Maddison has really changed this place for the best. Much better feeling here since he started managing. We will be back.

Me & my husband went in on a Saturday night for Halloween and we were greeted by David the barback.. He was attentive, set us in a great spot, checked on us threw the night to make sure we were good.. It was a great time and we will definitely go back.

The dancers are nice and approachable. The songs are lit and the bouncers keep things cool. Would recommend. The bartenders check up on you and marina was exceptional! They give you exact change and let you tip with all the 1s to the dancers! :p

Best place in West Texas to go have a good time an drink. Management are really respectful an service is great and fast. Servers are quick an never have to wait long to get a drink. The establishment is ran very well and never had an issue. Definitely will be back and always recommend.
