My first time here, and theyre stuck with me! I like how you can try out the flavors before you buy them, and theyll even mix & match flavors for you! I highly recommend their Scooby-Dew flavor! They have so many great tasting flavors, I cant wait to go back!! The staff was awesome, and Alyssa seemed very knowledgeable about everything!

I absolutely love this place! They are the only place I need to go for my vape needs. Lately they have been lacking on hardware, tanks, coils and such.

Both times I have been here the employees have been courteous, helpful and clarifying when I’ve had questions. Their price point is comparable to other local vape shops. In terms of selection, there is definitely value put on quality vs. quantity. The main reason I’ll be returning though is they have their own blends (in terms of nic salts). Can’t remember the name of the peachy, mango glory I first bought there but it’s my favorite flavor to date and I love that it comes in two different strengths. Also love that they carry the reusable pods for my vape.

I visited this shop for the first time today and i was greeted politely and both attendants helped me makes a solid decision on a disposable vape and offered me different alternatives for future use. So helpful and polite. I will certainly be back!

Twice Ive come in here with my tank and twice the cashier has sold me coils that didnt fit my tank... while also being super condescending about what they thought they knew. 0/10 service/ knowledge about tanks/coils.I knew what i wanted and needed. I take responsibility for being talked into buying the wrong thing.

Incredibly friendly staff and a good selection of mods. Insane amount of vape juice flavors! Pricing is very competitive, I actually got my mod for $5 less than an online shop was selling it. If you are an experienced vaper who is looking for RDAs, Im not sure if this is going to be the best place.In terms of mod selection, they do a good job of having something for every budget. I also appreciate the fact that they always ask if I need coils when I stop in for juice(it can be easy to forget that you might need new coils soon).Overall, this is the best vape shop in the Roxborough/Manayunk area.

The guys that work here are always trying to help. they are always upfront and willing to go the extra mile. they are not only fun to talk to but they are some of the most knowledgeable vapers ive ever met. they can take apart a mod and put it back together with ease. they are technically advanced and passionate about their shop!expansive and well crafted juices that are much more affordable than online or any other stores ive seen.

I walked in and instantly felt that this was a cool atmosphere. Chris and Mark were really nice guys. They built me some new coils for my rda. They also have some great ejuice at such a low price. I fell in love with their capons milk juice.They also have a great premium line called six realms, my favorite is karma. They also stock a lot of great products. You should definitely check them out. I promise you best vape shop in the area.

Best vape shop in Philadelphia in my opinion. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Im a frequent customer there, and Im treated like family instead of a customer. Plus, rewards and discounts are nice there as well. Just met the owner John. Awesome guy. Keep it up E cigs.

I came in here with very minimal knowledge of vapes, expecting to kind of be scoffed at for my inexperience. So clearly I was a little nervous to be in such a well known vape shop. Seth, however, totally hooked me up and gave absolutely no judgment! He told me all about the cheaper options for vapes, how they work, the batteries that usually go in, which juices are the most popular, etc. I left this place feeling very confident with my purchase, and even more confident that Ill be back again.

I have been here a few times. I can say that their service does beat their competitor on main street but the bar isnt exactly set high. Needed a new device and tank recently so I went in to pick one out. Left with a rebuildable tank and sigelei device. First off, tank was $40 and device was $75. Looking at reputable sites online and the average price of the tank was $30 and the device was $40. I get stores need to charge more than online. I just cant justify 45 dollars more. Rip off right from the start.Then you have every employee in this place pushing you to use 100% vg juice blends for tanks. While even beginner vapers know 100% vg is mostly for drippers and not tanks. I have had them try to push it on me the last three times I have been here. Everyone that works there says thats what I use except it doesnt work. Even the manufacturer of the tank I bought recommends not using 100% vg. Yet its shoved down your throat when you walk in the door. I thought they knew something about this new tank I didnt know so I bought two bottles of 100% vg ($22 a piece) which ate essentially garbage now. So now Im sitting at $89 I wasted at this store because of overpriced products and garbage advice.Their only saving grace is that they have a selection of devices and tanks. Even thought its overly priced and every employee acts as if they know everything.I suggest looking at their stuff then ordering online. They work alright for a quick juice pick up. I will however never be buying devices or seeking information from them.

The staff is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful to customers of all experience levels. Theres a wide selection of in-house juices, mods, coils and other supplies at prices that cant be beat!

I hate going into this place. The male employees are so smug and condescending when I ask questions I feel soo uncomfortable. I was loyal to this place for a long time as its local but due to the rudeness of the male employees and vapors engulfing the store we will be taking our business to Main Street.

I visit this shop regularly and have always found the staff to be helpful. Theyve got very good prices for a B&M shop. They also mix their own eliquids which are high quality with a good mixture of flavors.

I stopped into this store just to find a replacement drip tip as mine had mysteriously fallen off. Im not from the area, just passing through to get back to NY and found the experience to be uncomfortable. Ive been to plenty of vape shops in the tri-state area and this was the first time I wasnt greeted appropriately. First words out of the guys mouth were Do you have your I.D.? and then proceeded to be obnoxious throughout the entire transaction.Clearly a small store with minimal displays. Perhaps they only enjoy selling to their buddies or locals, but the vibe was definitely not inviting. 2-stars because they had drip tips.

Superb customer service. Selection of both six realms and homemade (Zen) juices reaches the hundreds of flavors mark with variable vg/pg and nic levels. Healthy but not amazing selection of mods, tanks and kits (still better than paying for shipping costs) make this my go-to for vaping needs.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!The juice is Not pre-made, so it is not steeped! The prices are slightly high and they do not have up to date devices. Customer service is terrible! It seems like they always have a bad attitude. They do NOT sell authentic devices! Or do they have the safest batteries(battery safety is #1 priority when vaping). They have a very limited selection of coils for the tanks they sell and they do NOT sell different types of wire for us who love to rebuild RDAs! The employees there have a VERY limited knowledge of vaping products! As an experienced vaper I would recommend ordering you supplies online or going to Funky Monkey Vape Shop on Main St. in Manayunk. They are a bit more expensive but have a way better selection and the in house juice they sell IS pre-made, so it is steeped! There are a lot of online vape shops with amazing prices for authentic devices, RDAs and RDTAs. Just do a little browsing and you will find what you want for a way better price!Freedom of Speech is part of the United States Constitution! What I say is my opinion! If it dont apply let it fly!

Place is just all around bad, people are not helpful and clearly dont want to be there. Everything is wayyy overpriced and the selection is very limited, they dont even let you buy individual coils. I asked to taste one of the juices until I saw how disgusting the area around it looked.

Have been a loyal customer for some time. Had an issue with a mod and it was resolved. Will continue doing business and recommending. Thank you John for all your help.

If I could leave a 0 I would. I bought a device, opened it and it didn’t fit the carts I get. So when I came back to return it THE NEXT DAY!! he said they don’t returns or exchanges after selling me an item that only works on specific carts.

Great vape juice mods are higher than what u can get online I usually have to go back to get a new device cuz the first one they sell me is faulty I hope one day they fix these issues in the future n this doesnt happen to anyone else
