It’s a vape shop that doesn’t know their own products. Sold me the wrong pods, didn’t realize it until I got home and they refused to exchange or return them when I went back. Go to a store that knows what they’re selling and gives you the product you ask for.

I lost my mod. The person at the front was very helpful with me find a new mod and which pod was better. I come here all the time and the customer service is great

Updated Review: Still friendly service, but really doing a poor job with store upkeep over the past few months. I went in about 5 weeks ago and they were out of the coils/juice that I use. Thats fine. But I went back in again a few days ago and they still were out. In fact, the shelves were exactly the same product as before with low inventory. Its not some rare brand that I use either. On top of that, the store is pretty clearly neglected when it comes to cleaning. Its not that its gross inside, just disheveled and dark/dusty. Ill give them another shot in a few weeks before I fully stop going.Original Review: Ignore reviews about it being a poor environment, my experience was very pleasant. I have no idea about vaping but didn’t feel talked down to when asking questions. Also only place that had the unit I was looking for

Dave is amazing. Hes extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and knows everything about the products in his store. He will make sure that you are happy with the device that you pick. Hes not gonna sell you something just to make a sale. Ive been to a lot of the shops but none of them compare to love vape on South street. They have a wide variety of juices, devices, pricing is reasonable , clean spot and most importantly someone that cares about the customer. Try them out if Daves working you wont be disappointed.

The girl on sundays isnt helpful and doesn’t give you happy hour prices ever. but the guys usually have great customer service- they aren’t stocked with frozen fruit flavors often which is something I think the guy from Hatfield is supposed to be improving.

I like how this shop is low key. It kinda reminds me of some of the record shops & skate shops I grew up in. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. The prices are affordable and comparable to online shops. I will return for my vaping needs, no doubt.

Place was close enough for NJ residents. Prices were normal. Choices of flavors of oil were alright, had some name brand options too. The employee was helpful as well. Ill be back.

2 weeks ago my husband and I came in and bought 5 fume disposables. Total was 100 bucks. Went in today same product, same amount and the guy says 145 (different employee) . This vape shop is unprofessional and inconsistent. No vape shops in philly charge 30 bucks each for disposables. Shady and unfortunately lost 2 good customers because they dont know how to run a vape shop. Unprofessional.

They will show you how everything works and give great information about their products. You leave knowing you have made a great decision. And the staff always makes me smile with a joke or some silly Philly antidote.

If you want to quit smoking this is a great place to start or if your into vaping this place is vapors paradise! The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. They will let you try different flavors until you find what you like. The prices are very reasonable too, they dont want to hurt youre pocket. They do have high end equipment too if you want to best and can afford it.

David is a great employee and knows how to go above and beyond for his clients. The shop also has a great selection of affordable quality salt nic products. Convenient location and clean shop!

Horrible experience. Went there a total of 4 times. Two times, I bought things I had issues with and they refused to offer a replacement or return. The first time I bought an RDA tank, a rare brand, which burnt the wick and gave a horrible, throat burning taste, and they very rudely refused to fix, exchange, or return it, and I ended up stuck without anything I could use. Fifty dollars down the drain. The second time, I bought 2 batteries for my RX300, and learned I had a marriage issue, and again, was very rudely refused a replacement or exchange, and ended up stuck again without 2 batteries, and thirty dollars down the drain. Both times I had receipts. Eighty dollars I ended up out of, not to mention a deflated ego. I strongly recommend you stay away from this shop unless you want to end up stuck with something you cant use and their pockets fatter than yours.

Great service always in stock

Went to this shop with a friend today to have a new a new build made for his e-cig. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing and managed to break the e-cig and then claimed it was broken before he got there and was unfixable. We then went to another shop about a block away and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in about 5 minutes.

Ive been to a lot of other vape shops (in Pa and a handful of other states i.e Hi, Fl, Ca, Mi, Nj), and honestly there isnt a shop out there that is like Love Vape.The atmosphere, staff, selection, service, location and genuineness is unique to that of Love Vape. It harbors a lot of the Philadelphia I know and grew up in. Its culture and business mentality delivers a stellar sheen in the glow of red, white, and black with hints of large LCD TVs.When you are there, you always feel comfort and ease that there is no pressure as what to buy or who to be. The staff does a great job of setting you up with whatever your goal is - be it that you are a new time vapor on a budget or OG human fog machine.My opinion may be a bit bias for I am close friends/family with a lot of the people at Love Vape, but dont get me wrong, ive been to other shops and where they come up a bit short, Love Vape is bustling.If your ever in the south philly area, be sure to drop by and check it out.

This is an amazing shop, The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. They also have a dog that hangs out in the shop that is super sweet, Their product line is beyond amazing, and they carry EVERY JUICE BRAND YOU COULD EVER WANT!!!! They also allow you to sample juices on your mod and atomizer so you can try the juice the way you are going to consume it. If you dont have a mod with you, thats ok! They will set you up with a mod so you can sample juices. This definitely makes the decision making much easier, especially if you have a dripper rather than trying juices on an ego and a cartomiozer. Definitely a role model shop for Pennsylvania.

So if you take away all the hype behind the name, (if you have been to any car shows or anything you will see a love vape sticker or stand somewhere) and just look at it for what it is...a vape shop then you might realize that it sucks. The staff, not just one guy, but all of them are drones at best. I had some questions and they collectively gave these odd mediocre answers. Terrible. I left with more questions about my device than I started out with. Then I decided to buy a juice flavor. Asked them what was good....they couldnt tell me but made a suggestion...some Strawberry shortcake or something. I threw it away already. F**k love vape. They are whats wrong with the industry. On the bright side I found Vape Funk Monkey up in Manayunk and they are amazing.

Very inviting and friendly staff. Great selection of vaping products and brand name juice. Relaxed atmosphere where you can hang out, and friendly vapors to talk to. Multiple TVs and a sized fooseball table. Like a vape clubhouse, cant wait to go back.

I bought cereal trip vape and I did not get no flavor at all even with a prince12 T10 coil. If I could give no stars I would. I recommend not getting it. Such a bad experience

Screw this shop I walk in the dude is less than helpful and kept his back to me body language was terrible and so was his attitude I wouldnt have mind paying the price for quality juice if I was actually treated like a customer

Its a smaller vape shop but due to the location, its easy overpriced. The workers do seen knowledgeable and they do have some nice stuff at least.

Ok I came from Virginia and we had vape shop all around but coming to Philly its hard to get a good vape shop I like where there located but I wish they get more of the juice that I used more stock of coils
