I dont live here but I come to Picayune 3 times a week for work. I love this little gem!! Lots of cool stuff and great prices!

I bought 2vapes and the lady that checked me out said “you don’t need to try it, if it doesn’t work we will swap it out. We stand behind all our products”. One of the vapes I purchased doesn’t hit right, so I just now went to swap it out and a different lady was in there and refused to swap it out. She acted like I was stupid, insinuating I didn’t pull the sticker off the bottom and I did then asking me if I charged it and I also did, but you shouldn’t have to charge it when it’s brand new just out the box. Never going back to this place again!! Extremely disappointed in the horrible customer service! I would do anything to make my customers happy, I would rather a great customer experience than worry about a $12.99 vape. I didn’t even want my money back I just wanted a vape that worked. I will tell everybody I know to never go there to buy anything!

Amazing atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They treated me like family the very first time I walked in. Each person is very knowledgeable about what best suited my needs and the prices are single parent affordable. They were more concerned about helping me quit smoking then they were about making money. The juice flavors are the smoothest I have tried and the choices are unlimited. They make you want to come back just for the atmosphere and laughter . I will never go anywhere else.

Great staff. I was new to the store and the staff was incredibly helpful. They were super nice and fun to have a conversation with.Awesome rewards program. The store’s loyalty points system is great with an unbelievable top tier point claim. Unbelievable in the sense that it’s an incredible deal, but it’s totally attainable (as evidenced by the store’s photos).Amazing prices. They cost about 1/3 less for house liquid than my home storeGood E-liquid. You will have to let it steep, but a place that lets you customize e-liquid is rare nowadays. They have a very wide variety and I can’t wait to try more!

Will never go anywhere else! I love coming in and seeing all the employees and the owner, they are always so nice and welcoming. They genuinely care about you, will answer any questions, etc. The point system they have is great, and they have such a wide variety of mods, juices, and accessories. Love it, love it, love it! Great selection! Great deals on their products. If youre going in to look for something specific on a certain budget, theyll help you out. This is the one store I can say is worth going to. Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Great Shop here in town . Fair prices and large inventory. They are always willing to help a novice and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell from Starter Kits and the more advanced items for the experienced vape aficionado. They recently added a very nice area full of crystals, beads, assortment of oils and crystals and chime bowels that are used to make the most wonderful notes when a mallet is used to run around the outer edge of the bowels. I have seen the Hindus & Monks use a variety of different size bowels made of several different metals, glass , and other natural stones to make the most peaceful tones you will ever hear. I spent hours listening to many play when in Nepal. It is captivating.

Unfortunately have to change this review because the staff (mainly the manager) does not know or care to follow up on promises. We had asked them if they could order a couple different mods as we couldnt find them online unless we were a vendor. They stated they would check into it for us and give us a call back. A week went by so we called for an update as we really was wanting to buy a mod ASAP. The manager stated she had been having some personal family issues but would get to it soon and call back.In the meantime we had started buying some of thier CBD flower by the ounce and was curious to see if they would do a special price for it as they had for some other amounts. They once again said they would get back to us. Its now been 6 months. The last straw was when we wanted to buy a couple grams @ sale price but they said it all had to be the same strain to get the sale price.Btw the staff is not very knowledgeable on the products they offer whether it be CBD flower or mods. When we 1st went to the store they had no idea what we were looking for even doe they sold the brand we were looking for. We had to speak to 3 different ppl before someone had a hint of knowledge. Another instance we asked which strains were Sativa and they insisted that all the flower were hybrids so they all had Sativa. While this is generally true all hybrids are either sativa or indica dominant. Which of course they had no clue on the specifics. They also didnt know which had the highest amount of CBD either. Sure the bags they put the flower in has that information but its so small and blurred they themselves cannot even read it. We had to use a magnifying glass and our phones to make it clear. Any place selling specific products especially medicinal ones should be more knowledgeable than yup we sell that.While it was nice to be able to buy locally, we have taken our business elsewhere and its been more convenient not just because its not overpriced as this store is but they also deliver straight to our doorstep plus have amazing customer service. If you want to get gutted in prices and treated like you dont matter go here. Trust us there is way better online if you just do some research.

Great little shop that is packed with products. They have all your vaping needs. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They every kind of coil for your vaping needs, even the very hard to find kind. Have made this my new goto vape shop. They have an excellent selection of premium juices as well as house juices. Highly recommend this shop. I send all my friends there.

They are nice but if you are not much of a talker and want to get in and get out, I suggest a different vape store, they talk your head off and are too hyper. The vape juice makes coils go bad quickly, not good mixtures.

Awesome shop, the owner is absolutely phenomenal too. They will work to make you happy as a customer. Cannot stop raving about them.

I quit smoking June 2nd and started vaping. I use Big Time Vapes, bc they are so friendly in there. The staff is great and tell you about anything u want to know. Very helpful! Keep up the good work guys!☺ I would give them more stars but only allow 5. I would not go to any other vape store. Great environment when you walk in door and get greeted. Very friendly!! This is where I go to get all my juice and accessories. I used to be a huge Customs fan since literally the beginning when they were at the old location and I had my old stick mod. They were always straight to business and not very helpful at all even after YEARS of going there and the environment doesnt feel very inviting. The workers seem miserable and its almost impossible to have a decent conversation with them unless youre buying something. Oh let me tell you, the Clerks guy will be your best friend if you wip out that cash. My last and final purchase at Customs was when I bought the Smok T-Priv 3 and Smok Prince tank combo for 109.99. He sold me the used display mod inside the counter for FULL retail price and it has been defective since day 1. Coincidentally, as he was bagging it all up, he was talking about people refunding mods. He went into details on the warranty and talked about past returns with other customers. The mod would randomly turn up to 300watts when I hit the fire button and would literally burn all my coils. Those are not cheap.. Customs juice price is high and they have been out for all these years but 100ml is still their biggest House blend bottle they sell. Seems to me like they dont want to sell bigger bottles because they are making enough money making people buy multiple 100ml bottles, since you dont get much of a deal with a 100ml. Big times juice selection is huge compared to Customs. They will even let you try before Buy and at Customs you get what they make and if you dont like it then it will take an act of God to do anything about it. Big times has an amazing reward point system and this caught my interest right away. For every dollar you spend you get a point and can spend these points to get free items mods, coils, juice etc. Big Time Vapes is amazing and if you havent been here you should consider looking into it or reconsider going back if you havent been there in a long time. I went to Big Time Vapes to try them out a few years ago and it was nothing compared to what it is now. The change in the environment and energy is night and day. You feel welcomed when you walk through the door and they have genuine interest in conversation. Try them out and youll notice all these things and much more. Thank you Big Time Vapes!

Staff was pretty friendly the few times Ive been in there but, Buyer Beware! While I agree everyone has to make a living, this place has some absolutely obscene price mark ups. Please, please if youre new to Vaping in general, dont think you cant afford it (or that these prices are normal). Research, look online, price around. This place is charging nearly double what their (near Walmart) competitor is and nearly 4x online pricing. For instance: Theyre currently charging almost $40 for a 5 Pack of Smok TFV4 Coils when theyre $11.50 all day every day on MtBaker. I made a terrible mistake purchasing here and regret it terribly. They also dont offer any refunds of any kind (not their fault, FDA tobacco classifications) so be CAREFUL when you buy here. These guys are nice, and yes, everyone has to make a living but if youre a blue collar individual, beware of these exorbitant prices.

Employees are not very sanitary. Bought some house juice and a mod. When one employee was showing me how to start up my mod a huge drop of snot leaked from her nose onto the counter and her hand. She just wiped it on her pants and continued touching my mod. I got sick afterwards most likely due to that. I would never go back here unless you want an illness.

I’ve been to numerous vape stores in different states, and I have to say this is the most informative, friendly, and helpful store I’ve ever been to. The juice is phenomenal! The customer service is the best I’ve ever received! The prices are unbeatable! They have a wide variety of any vape related products you can think of. Ive spent hundreds of dollars there before an was good until I got a battery that did not work lady told me to keep the recipe if I have any problems to bring it back so when I called them this lady said no refunds an was so rude I couldnt even get out my mouth that the battery did not work so waiting till monday to speak with manager but they definitely lost me as a customer
