Husband and I had a couples spa day here, LOVELY!! So worth the drive if you don’t live close. The spa house is adorable, staff is very friendly and the environment is welcoming, cozy and relaxing. They offer a wide array of services for any type of client. We had massages, red light and sauna. All details were very well thought out and the massages were excellent! Left feeling moisturized, relaxed, satisfied. We even got a delicious smoothie to finish off the experience! 20/10!

I have been going to the KC Spa for almost 2 years, there isn’t anywhere else I would go. I get my lashes done every two week and have also been there for massages and facials. Platte City is fortunate to have this business, and Desiree is always so personable, but still professional. I literally get compliments on my lashes weekly! We are hoping to start having monthly mom’s night out at the spa! If you can, go to the KC Spa!!!

Took the girls for mothers day spa day. we had a massage , facial and a sauna/red light treatment along w a smoothie! it was an awesome experience from the arrival to end. I will definitely be going back. all of the people were super friendly and excellent at massages and facials.

There are not enough positive remarks I can make about the atmosphere of this spa. Desiree and her team are exceptional. Danielle is an incredible massage therapist that has been a huge part of my healing process. Desiree is a phenomenal aesthetician that is extremely intentional about creating the most relaxing experience possible. Tess is another amazing massage therapist that has helped my husband recover from athletic injuries. Chandler, the spa concierge, always greets me with a smile. Everyone here has created a space for healing and positivity. I always look forward to my visits!

My first facial ever was last month and I am back for another “pampering session” with Jessica, at The KC Spa. Not only is she knowledgeable about skincare and the products, she made me feel at ease right away, resulting in the best, 60 minute relaxation and self-care experience I could have hoped for. Desiree is wonderful and very skilled! She gives incredible facials and does a great job with eyebrow waxing and tinting also. She is very knowledgeable with the skin and different treatments. She is so kind and I am always pleased with my visits. Go to The KC Spa, I promise you wont be disappointed.

The infrared sauna with red light therapy is an absolute must!!! If you do the research you will find that the combination of the 2 is very beneficial for wellness to the body! And don’t forget to grab yourself one of their delicious shakes loaded with nutritious ingredients. Tess Bravo is an amazing massage therapist. The best atmosphere for self care. You won’t be disappointed. If only there were 10 stars to rate this spa, I’d give it to them.

I had an amazing 90 minute facial at KC Spa. It had all of the elements I love in a facial and was a very relaxing atmosphere and experience. We are so fortunate to have this service in Platte City.

I love her new beautiful location, and her friendly and professional team. The KC Spa is a gem in our community. Desiree always makes me feel beautiful! KC Spa staff and service was excellent! Got a massage, a gift card for my wife, and some nice products like bath bombs and a smoothie as well. Really great people and great service. Will be booking here again.

Love this spa and the owner, Desiree, SO much! This spa is in the most beautiful converted Victorian home, which creates the best atmosphere the moment you walk in. Desirees facials are not only the most relaxing experience ever, but also so effective! My skin looks the best it has in a long time. Desiree is so sweet and will make you feel very comfortable during your service. I really felt so pampered the whole time. She goes above and beyond any spa experience Ive ever had with little touches like a scalp, hand, and arm massage. I also got a lash lift from her. It was the first time I ever got one, but I would love to get them regularly. I can actually put mascara on without curling my lashes for the first time in my life! Thank you for all your amazing work, Desiree!!!

I have been using KC Esthetics for my eyelashes for a while now. I try and go every three weeks to have my volume eyelashes filled and fixed. The employees and the owner have been nothing short of amazing to me. Amazing customer service, amazing prices, amazing environment, amazing atmosphere, and most importantly, perfectly amazing outcome of what I go there to accomplish, my eyelashes. It has taken me a while to find the right place with the right price and right people. KC Esthetics has my permanent business. I very highly recommend anyone who is looking for anything cosmetic done, this is the place to go continuously. Even with me moving, your business is worth the commute! My first service from Desiree, at KC Esthetics Spa, was a set of classic lashes that came out looking fabulous & flawless. She took her time and was so gentle. Who knew just getting lashes could be soooo relaxing! My second service was a 60 min. custom facial and eyebrow wax.... Again, soooo soo relaxing 😴 she is very knowledgeable about types of skin, issues with the skin, and skincare custom to your skin.... very good at what she does. I left glowing and feeling so rejuvenated. My skin feels lovely. And once again shes so gentle and takes her time no matter the service... My eyebrows are literal perfection 👌 😁I was very lucky to have found KC Esthetics Spa. For years I have got my eyebrows done from a nail place, it had been the same lady for quite some time and she got careless with my eyebrows and messed them up over time.... finding someone to do your eyebrows is scary in my opinion. Desiree has created the most relaxing ambiance. The intentionality and forethought is clear - from the choices of essential oils to the perfectly heated table. I was at peace from the moment I walked into the spa.The skin examination under the special device showed me my trouble areas and gave Desiree a look into the work ahead. Her choices in facial products during my service were superb and her scalp massage was the absolute best.I left with a complementary trial kit of Image’s Ormedic line. The trial kit alone has lasted me almost two weeks! The products are quality. I plan on purchasing the entire line when my trial kit is finished. I feel like a goddess each and every time I wash my face.I cannot say enough positive things about my experience before, during, and after my facial with Desiree. I’ve informed my entire family that they are getting facials for the holidays. I plan on booking my next appointment and picking up my skincare products soon.
