Lina was a very thorough and knowledgeable. I had the body and feet combo then the head massage. Highly recommended this place. The spa is cozy and super tranquil once you walk in. Highly recommend giving this place a try and they have so many options for massages.

A hidden gem! Amy is incredible. In 60 minutes she takes all the tension out of my muscles. Their 90 or 120 min hot stone massage is the best Ive had in NY. Its a beautiful, clean place and theyre always on time. Highly recommend, if they had spa treatments Id spend all my time there!

The spa was clean and the ambiance was relaxing. The massage was tremendous. The therapist really made sure to target your problem areas and knots. Also, the price is great compared to other spas I’ve been to. I had the best sleep of my life afterwards. Will def come again. 🧖‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️🪷

My sister took me here for my birthday and I was so disappointed with my service. I am unsure who took care of me, but I wish I had the woman who took my sister. Not only was the service the most painful experience, but I did not get what my sister paid for which was 60 min hot stone and 30 minute foot massage. I have been to multiple spa places. I know exactly what to expect. I told the lady at least 8-9 times she was hurting me. I stood on my stomach the whole 90 mins which caused my shoulders to hurt so badly. Then when I finally turned over she rub my shoulders for 5 mins and said thank you. I was in disbelief. She did not massage my whole front. My legs, feet nothing. It was so disappointing because I was looking forward to it. My sister had an amazing experience. The woman I had was certainly not a masseuse.

I went to Inner Peace spa for the first time yesterday and will be a loyal customer for life. I received a combination massage from Amy (60 minute body + 30 minute feet), and it was one of the best and most relaxing massages I have ever had. The receptionist was friendly and organized as well - she knew the details of my appointment before I even told her my name . The treatment rooms are cozy, calming, and clean. I can’t recommend this spa highly enough!

I recently visited the Inner Peace Spa, I was very impressed by the experience. The serene ambiance and the skilled licensed massage therapist which surpassed my expectations.Walking into the spa I felt immediately relaxed and comfortable. The music, surroundings, and decor added to the session.The layout of the spa was very well thought out, the place is immaculate.I benefited greatly from the therapists work, she is intuitive at finding the right area of irritation. Truly it was a healing experience.I would recommend this wonderful spa.

Their website indicates they offer Foot Reflexology which is what I wanted and needed, but what I got today was a Foot Massage. That was far from reflexology, There is a big difference between one and the other. And too much talking at the beginning of the session.I am not coming back.

This is such an amazing place. I just left the spa and had to write a review. The ladies performed a couple massage for me and my partner. They accommodated me and him after we notified the owner we would be an hour late. They added hot stone and a foot massage. The price was honestly a steal! The spa is very aesthetically pleasurable and clean is an understatement. I went on a Saturday and the parking was available. It was street parking and I didn’t even pay for the meter and there wasn’t any ticket on my boyfriends car. They massaged us for over 60 minutes 10/10

My husband and I went for a couple massage, and took only a 60 min. one - just to check the place. We are hooked! It was easy to book and very easy to park, and the location is also very convenient. The place itself very peaceful, clean, and with a very Zen ambiance. We were greeted by (I think) the owner and asked for any specific areas we wanted addressed. My husband had some neck issues that (again, I think) the owner really took care of, and I just wanted a regular, relaxing massage. We both loved what we received, and will definitely become regulars. I have to add, my husband is not easy to please with a mediocre massage, and he was super happy here. What I also liked (maybe not a big deal for some, but I have noticed) - there was no egg timer set with an annoying alarm at the end, that I sometimes feel disruptive. The ladies managed with the wall clock :)Great experience. We will be back, soon!

I had an excellent experience with Lina for a 90 minute massage. She was professional, kind and thorough. The spa was easy to find with parking out front. Bring quarters for the meter or download the parking app. The spa was gorgeous and clean, very soothing atmosphere . I arrived early and Lina took me as soon as I came in which was really nice. I would definitely recommend Inner Peace Spa.

I had an amazing experience here. My massage felt great. I forget her name but I think it was the owner I had. She took great care of me & followed my directions well when it came to my shoulder issue. I felt very relaxed here as the ambiance was great as well. Best massage I’ve had and I’ve been to quite a few spas in Westchester. I will most definitely be back for sure because this will now be my regular spot.

Incredible experience here with a very attentive staff and extremely professional! The spa is clean with soothing-relaxing music playing during the session. Every sore spot I had disappeared and I left floating on air. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went and did a couples massage tonight. We loved the environmment and the fantastic massages.What impressed me most was how professional and thorough the intake process was. They asked us which areas needed focus, if there were areas to avoid, what type of pressure we like, and the overall type of massage..The massage therapistart that took care of me was exceptionally strong and skilled. The massage felt so good and relieved so much pain that I almost blurted out I love you to her a couple of times. It really was that good.

Im in my third pregnancy trimester and started having back pain since week 30. I’ve already had 3 pre-natal massage sessions with Lina and my back has dramatically improved! Lina works my back carefully and ensuring pressure is adequate at all times. I can’t thank her enough!Additionally , the environment is welcoming and relaxing. It’s actually very quite inside despite the street noise.I highly recommend this spa for pre-natal massages.

This was the best massage Ive ever received. And I have had countless massages from licensed massage therapists all over the U.S. Linas work is detailed and thoughtful. Her demeanor and genuine attitude make you feel you are relaxed at the door. If you are looking for a true professional in the art of massage therapy ask for Lina. I will be back, thank you!

Very beautiful spa and a great location. There was plenty of parking and there’s little places to get coffee or get something to eat afterwards. Spa was impeccably clean and the energy was wonderful. I was greeted quickly and taken care of by the spa owner. She was super professional, kind and attentive. The accupressure massage was 30mins and I felt immense relief afterwards. This is truly a hidden gem and I wish them lots of luck!

She is so nice and the massage was incredible. I did 60 min Swedish massage and It was so cool. I got pain on my back because of workout, but after her massage, it feels much better. I would definitely visit again!
