Sal... Excellent Customer Service is an understatement. As a COO of my company. Im always looking for ways to improve in operations and how employees can best service our clients so when going to any establishment I base my patronage on the type of service I receive as a sticker when it comes to Great Customer Service. When I walked into this establishment it was a pleasant surprise to have a store that greets you with a smile. One employee deserves special recognition for not only providing EXCELLENT customer service, but to be very knowledgeable as well. Sal gave suggestions on other products; he was very personable and a model employee the type of employee any great company would be honored to have. Sal is definitely a jewel and needs to be recognized for his diligence in upholding the company in a great light. So much that I wanted to make sure I acknowledged it... Keep up the Great Work young man!!

The store is very clean and well maintained. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Sal informed me and helped me sign up for the rewards program. Sal is always welcoming as soon as you come through the front door. Very courteous and kind!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Debi is the most wonderful, polite and respectful lady when we come into Wild Bill’s. She’s always smiling and friendly, and she told me about the new Elite. I bought one and it’s great!. My husband tried the the Wild Horse too. She always thanks us and invites us to come back soon.

Eric and Sal are the most knowledgeable and helpful workers Ive met at any Wild Bills. If youre curious about any product talk to them. They can explain and help you find exactly what youre looking for without pressuring you into a selection you wont like. Eric and Sal want you to be happy about what youre buying. Anytime I have a question I go to them. I wont bother talking to anyone else about new products if theyre not there. Id rather wait until I see them working and get something I purchased before.

Came into the store today and was greeted in a very polite manner, I would like to give a shout out to Sal, he is very personable and extremely informative about the reward’s system and gave me a lot of information that pertains to the specific items I purchas from wild bills. I work all through out metro Detroit and usually go to the closest wild bills near me, I’ve visited a lot of different stores and he is the first one to inform me on certain deals which i appreciate. Sal is a great guy and whenever I’m in the area I will make sure to stop by this location. 10/10

Great value, but take care to avoid the older lady associate. She will terrify you with her many overly personal questions and opinions.

Sal was very professional and welcoming and he helped me get the product I needed and was very knowledgeable when I asked me questions about kratom.

I went into today to get a vape and Sal helped me. Hes amazing on what he does. Sal helped me with signing up for the rewards program and talked to me about different/new vapes to try. SCS wild bills is the best Ive been at.

Very clean, newly established Wild Bills! Good customer service walking in. They have a large cigar humidor! Once it is filled, the store will be excellent. It is missing several key brands, one being Camacho.

I absolutely love stopping in at this wild Bills location. They act like old friends & they can advise & educate you on all the products I’ve purchased. Sal & Eric are so friendly, welcoming, professional & never make you feel rushed. I live in Algonac, but they never seem to know the product & don’t personalize themselves with the customers. I’ll keep traveling the 45 minutes to St. Clair Shores because I’ve become attached. Great job guys!!! My only complaint about this location is that they need to have more vape options in the Geek bar, Raz bar & there equal to.

Came in today looking for somewhat hard to find replacement pieces for my puffco peaks atomizer. Within about 60 seconds of walking into the store, the associate was able to tell me unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock but can help me find a nearby store that might have them, an sure enough was able to find the last pack of what I needed a few miles down the road. My experiences with wild bills usually aren’t great but these guys definitely went above a beyond to help an did it very promptly! 10 out of 10 for this store! Definitely would recommend others to shop here
