Inline Vape Shop St. Clair Shores

I have never had a problem with the employment at this store, actually I’ve never had but nice things to say about all the employees. They have always been very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I have had some problems with an employee who I may assume is newer because I haven’t seen her before this week. My first encounter with this female employer happened Monday afternoon of this week and she just came off as very rude and disrespectful. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she might just be having a bad day, but I was just in there not more than 20 minutes ago, and the same female employer was working and was very rude again to me right from the start, making me feel stupid instead of trying to help me, and also she has a lot of sarcasm when she talks. Unfortunately for this reason I will not be going back there anymore.

Had what I was looking for in stock and had the best prices too! No need to pay for shipping. And it smells good in there. Sales associate is very friendly and easy on the eyes!

Outstanding service! I had ordered an item offline during a one day delivery promotion and the the item was out of stock. I received a phone call from them stating that and was offered some new vape juice flavors to try and picked one. then the juice was HAND DELIVERED to my home by an employee and the new juice turned out to be excellent. I couldnt be more pleased! Thank you employees of inline vape I will be glad to continue doing business with you in the future.

Employee was nice and friendly, had everything i needed. Only thing is, it was over priced. Charged me $10 for a tank glass that i get for $2 at the store near my house. Probably won’t go back because of pricing, if that’s not an issue for you, this is a really good vape shop. Everything you need.

This place has all your vaping and roll your own needs. On my visit today the gentleman working was NOT wearing a mask, sniffling, and rubbing his nose while handling product. There was no hand sanitizer in sight. They do not require a mask to enter.

We as customers are required to wear a mask when we enter your store. Why is your help not required not to. There was a young lady who waited on me and a young man sitting at the end of the counter on 12/21. Neither one had a mask on.

Worst vape shop around extremely over priced product, on top of serious lack of inventory also knowtest product on shelf with missing items out of the case I brought it to attention and he shrugged and said the managers prob did that and proceeded to say yeah we will sell any thing even tampered products standard ooze pen costs 3-5$ go to ur local 8 mile smoke and avoid being ripped off inline sells pen batteries over 20$ a pop and only pay 3 for em d0 not give your money to these greedy people they do not care about u at all just your money that are plenty near by spots that offer better products for less another example of what a rip off tgis place is they sell pen battery chargers for 6$ that cost them 30cents in bulk discustingly greedy and no care for the cummunity

Don’t buy their MYLÉ vapes they are fake!! I didn’t some research on them because I wanted something like a juul but not as pricey! So he recommended me a MYLÉ and I was okay sure, well I payed around $50 for the device and 4 pods! I’m very disappointed in them I’m never going there again!!

Quit Smoking 4 weeks, needed information on vaping, Ray was awesome!!! I purchased a small sourin air and a few flavored juices!!! Tytyty for the individual time!!! I will be back!

My adult children had me stop to grab them damn breezes that everyone seem to be smoking. The service and prices was good

In recent years the service has gotten better. Still little to no product knowledge most of the time though.

It is what it is. They sell #Cigarettes #Tobacco #Bongs and #Vape products. Staff is always helping somebody out but never to busy to jump to the register to ring me up.

This place is legit. the person who helped me knows a lot about vapes and liquids and everything she recommended has been working perfectly for me.

Favorite vape place on the east side cuz theyre the only place that has both the juices I like, they always hook me up and help me out.

Called you see if they had coils I need. They picked up the phone then hung up. Didnt pick up anymore after that. Just rude.

They have no knowledge of what they are selling. No return policy after I bought something I wasn’t expecting and was not happy with. Very unhelpful store

Prices on juice are pretty high. I prefer smokers ally but this was closer.
