Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Came in for a 90min couples massage for my birthday and it was the perfect way to start the day. We’ve been coming to Comfort Spa for years now and it never disappoints.David and Liya were great. They communicated throughout the session, asking how’s the pressure, which spots need extra attention, and if we experienced any pain/discomfort.If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage, I recommend them!

I’ll be honest, I came here skeptical not expecting much after reading the negative reviews. I purchased a Groupon for this place and it was a good deal, figured I had nothing to lose since I had already made the purchase so I tried it out for myself. The Groupon was for a couple’s massage but I took my mother. I tried to make an appointment with the business by calling their telephone number but was directed to a cellphone number where I had to text staff to make said appointment. When we checked in we were greeted and asked for our form of payment, I presented the staff member with my Groupon voucher and she honored it no problem. They have an ATM machine inside the business for your convenience if you’re willing to pay the fees, they prefer cash. The experience overall was great, we were directed to a room with two massage tables and everything looked clean. We each had our own masseuse they were both very respectful and remained silent throughout the 50 minute massage. In the end, we were greeted once more with a cup of water and expected to give a tip. I had no issues with this place and would probably visit again. I would say give it a try first for yourself before deciding this place isn’t for you. I will attach some photos of the signs I saw in their waiting area.

Comfort Spa is my go-to place--weekly! I need frequent massages and appreciate this close, neighborhood business that delivers quality. Im a fan of Jessica and her people. Everything is always perfect and my time there is always fun and therapeutic. I highly recommend them!

My husband had just finished a marathon the day before and really needed some tlc. I called after his massage and let them know there was definitely a hiccup on there end with the massage being interrupted.Jessica(whom I spoke with) was gracious enough to fix the situation in offering a complimentary massage to rectify the situation. My husband just got back from his massage with Lily and said it was great. We will definitely be back and I will recommend them in the future. Thank you much🙌😀

Neil was GREAT! He knew the exact pressure and concentrated on muscles in my back that were extremely tight. I just made and appointment yesterday and I did not have to wait at all when I arrived. They were ready for me (9am) I will definitely be back! The hot stones were an AWESOME touch. I am pretty selective and picky about my massages, too. I’m hate to leave a bad review because my first massage here was very nice, but I had a bad experience here with my second massage. The masseuse used his elbow for most of the massage, hard and very close to the bone. and when he used his hands the technique was not nice. There were no times where I felt my muscles were getting directly massaged. It felt like poking fingers giving me bruises. I probably should have requested the first masseuse.

Just got the best massage from Yan! Came in with a lot of discomfort in my shoulder and upper back and Yan worked her magic in my 50 minute massage. She checked in to make sure the pressure was okay and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be returning, thank you for a great experience!

This place is well worth the time and money. First, it is clean, prices are normal. paid $70/hour to Jessica and she resolved serious neck and shoulder pain from the last few days. Add in some good stretches and i walked out ready for a new day. If you need a strong legit massage this is a great place!

This place is amazing. After landing in San Diego a massage was needed. We got the couples massage. The room was peaceful and elegant. The two women massaging us were truly amazing. They checked in with us to make sure they weren’t massaging too hard. The hot stones are a must! We will return before we leave San Diego. This place is a gem! This is literally the BEST SPA/MASSAGE place i’ve ever been to in the entire san diego area!!! their skills are really amazing, the music was so relaxing too, and the entire vibe and environment was just so great. I really recommend this place, the price is really reasonable too. So worth it!!!!!

I told the therapist before we started that I don’t like deep tissue massage. I told her 3 times during the massage that the pressure was too hard. I should have walked. My back felt bruised for nearly a week afterward. Plus they charged $15 more than the rate on their web site.

My daughter bought me a massage at Comfort Spa after she had a good experience. I sent a text as voicemail was full but the message did leave me the option to text. I sent a text with the time and day I wanted and got a text reply confirming my appointment.I had Jackie (male) who gave me a very relaxing hot stone massage with the right pressure.I’m going to try their foot massage next time but I’ll ask what their special offer is first (maybe I can get a 75 minute or 90 minute deal and have more time for the knots in my neck!) They had a special up on their board “therapeutic massage” for painful back or shoulders for $60.I’m definitely going back - they are open 7 days a week 9:30-9:30 (I booked 2 days in advance).

We booked a couples massage through Groupon. We had no wait, and were led directly to the room and given instructions on preparing. The masseuses came in shortly, and we received a great massage! They asked if we wanted a hard or medium massage and worked accordingly. I had been carrying some tension in my lower left back, and I could tell the masseuse picked up on it and spent some extra time on it. They provided aromatherapy and hot stones. They were not clock watchers and we received a full massage that was excellent! For an affordable massage in San Diego, you can’t really go wrong here!

We booked a 50min massage through groupon, and came on a Saturday when they were not very busy.The massage was so-so, and scheduling was easy, but the actual experience left my girlfriend and I both thinking It was nice, but we would not return nor tell our friends they should go here.We arrived, and we were left sitting in the room for almost ten minutes waiting for it to begin. They began on me first (with masseuse #1), and no one was in to begin on my girlfriend for almost ten MORE minutes (mind you, this is now twenty minutes into our 50 minute massage) and the only reason the second person (masseuse #2) came was because I asked where the second person was. Masseuse #2 came in and was very grumbly and complaining about something, and then began. It felt rushed, especially for the person who was working on my girlfriend. We ended at our scheduled finish time unfortunately, which means that I got a 40 minute massage and my girlfriend got a 30 minute massage (paid for 50min). More so, they did not get to the entirety of our bodies and left a lot of areas of my arms and legs completely untouched. Also, masseuse #1 had large calluses on her hand and left my back covered in scratches.Additionally, they squeezed two beds into a one-bed room and it obviously did not fit. The ladys kept talking loudly during our entire massage and bumping into us and the tables constantly.While nice, it was not great, and we will NOT be returning to this place again. I was upset from my experience and wanted to share online.

Yan had amazing technique and finesse with her hands/arms! I have chronic tension in my neck and had a bad knot on the right. She fixed it and I can now turn my head to the right. Just the right amount of pressure and wonderful with the hot stones. I haven’t found a masseuse I like I in a while that is affordable (the fancy ones that charge a lot weren’t to my liking either). Will definitely come back!

Best massage I’ve had in a really long time. My entire body was in pain and sore, but after an hour with Yan I felt brand new. She used the best pressure and hit every single spot that was hurting. Would highly recommend.

Not great. We did a couples massage and got what we paid for on groupon essentially. My masseur was very rough, basically threw her weight on me the entire time with no real technique and legitimately scrapped my scalp with her “head massage.” My boyfriend didn’t feel like it was all that great either. They expect a $20 tip per person no matter what, we attempted with $35 but the ladies literally offered their hands out to us for more money and blocked the door. It’s an alright spot, what you can expect for the prices.

Id been here before for a couples massage, and honestly is the best place Ive found (theres other places in SD that I have tried; look flashy but all the bells and whistles are just for show). So I got a Groupon for a 60min massage, and let me tell you...it was even better than the previous massage Id gotten here! My masseuse kept checking in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable, and also, that the hot stones werent TOO hot or anything. Im coming back for sure!

This was THE BEST massage I have had in years! It was phenomenal! We got a deep tissue massage with hot stones. They were welcoming, polite and made the booking so smooth. They were kind enough to fit us in for a later evening appointment so it was an excellent way to end the day.Great pressure, amazing technique, and the hot stones were heavenly. The music was nice and relaxing.We are definitely coming back! We were very happy, felt rejuvenated and left on cloud nine.

It was an ok couples massage. They didn’t introduce themselves at all. We were not asked if we wanted specific areas focused on & they hurt my knee. Then when we were ready to go they would not let us leave until we left a tip, there ATM doesn’t work, then they texted me with there cellphone like 30mins later asking for a tip and to send it it through Zelle. It’s very unprofessional, it’s not our fault that there matching isn’t working and to be asking for tips, it’s up to me if I want to leave a tip or not but not for them to be begging for tips.

When a place offers $50/hr, they are used to cheap people. Saw reviews before going and value of massage for price was debated.Error on the side of generosity up front in good faith they will treat you in kind. An amazing 4-handed massage is what follows.Will be going again.

Did the couples spa package with my mom through GroupOn w/ the hot stone/aromatherapy custom massage, and it was great! SO GOOD. Couldnt stop thinking about it afterwards and how time flies during the time they massage you. I literally didnt want to feel like getting up feeling so relaxed and refreshed, and it was my first ever proper massage experience. Will recommend to my friends and family!

Honestly I was a little nervous to go here after seeing some of the negative reviews about the tipping, but I’m really glad I went here! Everyone was really nice and the ladies really know what they’re doing. They can feel which muscles need more pressure from tension. I was super impressed with how thorough they were! The place was very clean too. When I went to check out, I was going to do 20%, but I realized the reason why they do the tip policy a little bit differently is because the price for service is VERY affordable! So of course they still want their employees to be fairly compensated for their hard work. I didn’t feel pressured to tip though and I didn’t experience any rudeness like some other reviews mentioned when the policy was pointed out to me. Also even with the tip policy, the total at the end is really affordable. Such a great gem! I will definitely be a new customer here :)

My appointment time kept moving with my crazy schedule, and they were so accommodating making it work.It was my first professional message, so I have no comparison to the quality of message. I felt really relaxed after word. My lower back stated to feel really tight later in the evening. The next morning it felt fine and I was able to do a half marathon. Overall a decent experience.

Linda @ Comfort Spa gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. She is very professional and has such a caring touch . She knows the pressure points well and adjusts to the needs of the client. I had a terrible headache and migraine which went away after she incorporated head and face massage into my session. I am very grateful and will definitely come back to see her again. My sister and I had a couples massage today at Comfort Spa. We found the environment to be clean, comfortable and relaxing. Linda , the masseuse, was strong yet gentle where she needed to be. The fifty minute massage left my problem areas-neck and back- feeling loose and relaxed, but my favorite part was the wonderful scalp massage. Linda seemed to know where my tension would build up and would work on that area to release it. I would highly recommend Linda and the Comfort Spa if you are looking for a relaxing and comprehensive massage at a good price.

My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. They had over booked, so we rescheduled for a later time that night . One of the masseuses was so sorry that she insisted we take money for our gas, which was very sweet. We came back 2 hours later and had great massages. There’s a sign in the lobby saying we would be sore and it was true! The next morning we both felt like we had had a good work out. She had found so many knots I didn’t know I had! Really sweet people there, good value, and we will definitely be back! I would have given 5 stars, but due to the overbooking and reschedule I had to give 4.

My wife and I went to Comfort Spa for a couples massage and it was a delightful experience... well be back! The massage was a combination of deep tissue, and warm oil with gliding strokes (more Swedish style) and hot stones. We left feeling relaxed and with definite plans to return. The therapists did a great job, and kept asking if the pressure was right and would adjust if needed (my wife likes lighter pressure; I like firm). The facility was clean, neat and nicely decorated. The soft music was perfect. To top it all off, Comfort Spas prices are truly hard to beat, and it is conventiently located in a great neighborbood.

So unfortunately I have only gotten a professional massage a handful of times in my life, but i have to say that the woman who did mine was awesome. Very friendly and applied heavy pressure for the whole hour ( a couple times it was a bit much but she adjusted perfectly for those specific areas). I came here with a couples massage special in Groupon. My daughter -shes my SO (=. said her massage was great as well. Gave them the max tip and will be back at some point. Also they only accept cash tips so please have cash available if you go!

I went for a massage today. It was my first time at Comfort Spa and the massage I got from Yang truly exceeded my expectations!! It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Me and my husband got wonderful experience in here. The Chinese woman and man were absolutely gorgeous, they don’t speak English, but their hands did everything needed! My body was so thankful for massage, especially I liked that hot stones and deep tissues were included! 😍

Unfortunately, I tried to handle this matter by directly contacting Comfort Spa as to not publicly display the terrible experience that I had, but they never responded to my email. Here was my experience. As a provider that works with my hands regularly, I am truly saddened by this experience.I was not going to reach out initially about the bad experience I had because I understand that sometimes people are tired and overworked, but I could not sleep last night because my spine is bruised from my massage.First off, we showed up at our time allotted and had to wait 30 minutes, which again, I am OK with waiting, but to wait 30 minutes for the massage that I had, was unacceptable.The massage therapist was using her elbow, mainly because her nails were too long, and just kept running her elbow over my spine. So much so, that my spine is bruised and I could not sleep last night. Also, her nails were so long to the point that I had scratch marks on my back when I left and that were very painful during the massage. Then, Im pretty sure she was on her phone throughout the massage. She stayed in one spot on my back for 15 minutes, barely even massaging me as if she was not even looking at what she was doing. She touched my neck/upper shoulders for maybe 45 seconds. Then I explained an injury to my elbow, which she asked how long I had. I told her about a 9 months which is when my last surgery was - she continued to firmly press and even run a hot stone over my elbow which hit one of the screws I have in place there.I dont think the service we had was worth the money that we paid. I work with my hands myself and I would never give that quality of work to a patient.

My sister bought me the Groupon for my birthday and we both had really great massages. They were accommodating and did a nice job getting our knots out. I was a little worried going into the experience because I did read some reviews beforehand and felt the experience might be rushed and they might pressure us to leave an exorbitant tip but they didn’t. No rush and no pressure to tip whatsoever like the other reviews suggest. Of course I did leave a tip in the room because it’s the kind thing to do and our service was great.

Once arrived, we enjoyed some fresh water. The conversation was sweet, as the front desk woman promptly scanned our group on QR code. After we disrobed ;) ourselves, the massage began, it was intense - like a circus fire. He/she/they hit all my spots. 5/5 would buy again.

Great deep tissue massage, really dug into all parts of the body. Comfortable beds, music was great and temperature. Did a couple massage the only thing my boyfriend said was the bed wasn’t long enough for him since he’s 6ft so his feet had to hang off the table.

Comfort Spa is affordable and offers a good value massage. The pressure was good- but she always asked me if i was ok (checked in a lot) which I liked bc I asked for a lot of pressure so she was making sure I felt good. I will certainly return.

Most people only leave reviews when they have a negative experience, unfortunately. My experience with my partner was wonderful. We used Groupon, it was super easy. Was in town for work and needed a massage for back pain. Yen was AMAZING and just the right amount of pressure! I’ve been here twice and will probably go once more before I leave. Great price and very convenient scheduling in text.

Very clean, friendly place. Masseuse asked what type of massage I wanted. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 out of 5 was because when I made the appointment I asked for a female masseuse and they initially gave me a male masseuse. But up upon request they changed it to a female masseuse. I would definitely recommend this place again!

Found this place on Groupon and I can honestly say that it was by far the best massage I ever got. Just moved out of the east coast so I got really surprised with the price, not expensive at all and the massage was on point. The place was cleaned and the staffs were very professional and friendly. My girlfriend and I went in late for the last appointment slot if the day. Grabbed a Groupon last minute, great deal ($95 couple massage - 50 minutes). Got there and tables were ready for us, room was clean. Massage started right at 8pm and both masseuses were female and sensitive and to both of our desired pressures. Tonight I wanted to get a massage with my mother, so we went to Comfort Spa. We got the BEST massage of our lifes!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. The masseuses are really good, and they know how to massage with the right strength. My body feel amazing right now. We will come back for sure!

Cici is amazing! Ive been here 3 times and shes my favorite. I, myself, am a massage therapist needing to take care if myself so I can take care of others. Note that this is not a custom massage, more of a routine, but great for what it is! And their prices are reasonable. They respond well to texts messages to make appointments, which is convenient.

Extremely rude personal. My girlfriend and I went there together but we had very different experiences. My massage was good I cant lie here, it felt good and my body felt very relaxed, but my girlfriend had a very bad experience. The masseur only worked on her left side and rushed the entire process, including the hot stones. This was one of her worst experiences so far. It depends who you get in the salon I guess.The most unpleasing thing is their forced tipping policy. We went there because I got a voucher for my birthday, and we didnt pay a single dollar. We obviously didnt expect such a forced policy, but my girlfriend had a 10 dollar bill so we just gave them that. However their tipping policy wants people to give $10 if the experience was fine. She looked at us extremely weird when we only gave her 10 dollars and told us 10 times atm here and pretty much forced us to withdraw money. She called her co-worker and did the same again, looking at us and ordering us to withdraw 10 dollars minimum from the atm. Thats when we left and got super angry at that behavior, this is extremely rude and unprofessional, people shouldnt get forced to give a tip as the point of the tip itself is to give it if the experience was pleasant.

Hubby and I just got our couples massage. We bought a Groupon for a 50min Couples Full Body with Foot Massage Hot Stones and Aromatherapy as an anniversary gift to ourselves. We get massages regularly and we were totally upset with what we received from Comfort Spa. First, there was nothing relaxing about the experience. The room we were in was cramped, masseuses squeezing around and between beds, NO aromatherapy was used and there was NO relaxing music playing in our room. Instead of music all we heard was talking between our masseuses, the first 10 min was them talking to one another then they chatted on and off through our massage which was annoying. The beginning of the massage was ALL deep tissue which I never thought was part of it, stones only on our back. Both masseuses were straddling us over our heads, with NO forewarnings, to do our back (AWKWARD) then over our faces (more AWKWARD) to do our chest. Hubbys masseuse sat on his behind (!!!), unexpectedly, to do his legs; my masseuse opened my legs to get on the table to do mine-without warning!. Hubs has had deep tissue before but never like this. Every stroke was quick, nothing relaxing, no long smoothing, enjoyable strokes like we are used to. It seemed more like they were in a hurry to usher us out. Hubby called it a “chaotic massage”. Then at the end we gave a $30 tip, which they counted in front of us, and got laughs as we walked out. All in all it was a very unprofessional, and NOT relaxing, massage beginning to end. We will return to Eco Chateau for future massages.

The best massage I’ve EVER had. They’re not afraid to give you the deepest/hardest massage. I have a medium size build and the woman giving me the massage was very petite so I was hesitant at first that it wouldn’t be hard enough but I was happily mistaken. Definitely going again soon. 10/10 would recommend the deep tissue massage. Awesome job ladies!!!

I really loved my massage from CiCi. It’s just unfortunate that the average turnover rate of the masseuses is so frequent. One week they’re there and the next they’re not. They had a great deal on Groupon, but even better in-store if you’re able to pay cash. $38 for a 60-min massage? Unheard of. $75 for a COUPLES massage? Unreal.

We had a couple massage and our experience was great. The massage was a bit stronger than expected. However the overall was very satisfying and and would recommend to friends and family.

She did a fantastic job at relaxing and releasing the tension in my body. She checked in with me periodically to see how I was doing. She focused on the areas I asked for and she massaged every part of my body. The hot rocks were my favorite that I’ve had she used them all over and it felt so good. Definitely recommend! Only reason not a 10 was because I scheduled an appt at 12:44 and didnt get in until at least 1:20. They had lots of people waiting which I can see why not, the massages are well done and they have great prices.

Not terrible, but there are more professional places to chose from in San Diego. Seemed clean. When I was done there wasnt anyone initally at the front desk to collect payment/tip. When she arrived I was told I was given 60 minutes versus 50. The service I selected was a 50 minute. Not sure if she was implying I needed to pay more because they didnt keep massage to 50 minutes? Was I responsible for tracking their time? I gave a 20% tip so I wasnt commented because I was under tipping. Just seemed odd because then she just walked away so I assumed we were all squared away. It was just an odd experience that Ive never had at a spa before. Probably wont go back.

Went in for a couples massage. The place was clean but we were there to unwind and the ladies doing our massage wouldnt stop talking and giggling, which made it impossible to relax. Sometimes they would get so invested in their convo that they would stop. At the end of the massage they straight up asked for their tips as if they actually deserved it.EDIT: No, Im not a competitor. And I certainly wasnt offered a refund when I complaint to the lady in the front desk, instead she decided to call one of the ladies to scold and shame her in front of me. That moment alone was worst than the massage.

I highly recommend. Great for after working out or when you are stiff. The person giving me the massage was strong and the massage was vigorous. It feels like the fascia and muscles are released! Outstanding value.

I came here with my girlfriend for a couples massage and we each had very different experiences. My massage was relaxing, but hers was awful. She had a male massage therapist and I had a female one (we didn’t catch their names). She told me that hers had somewhat of a peculiar style, which included things like massaging the face and lips right after giving a foot massage, as well as raising the arms over the body and wiggling them repeatedly while the upper body is fully exposed. Since we were both in the same room, I heard her massage therapist repeatedly slapping parts of her body throughout the massage. None of these things that I just mentioned were done to me, which is pretty unsettling. Neither of the massage therapists introduced themselves to us beforehand, and didn’t ask us about specific areas or preferences, which made the whole experience seem even more impersonal.My girlfriend said that her massage therapist put her in a specific position and spent a whole two minutes massaging her armpits. She described the experience as uncomfortable to say the least. When the male massage therapist tried to massage her lips after the foot massage, he would laugh when she tried to close her mouth to stop him. I heard all of this happen from where I was at too. The behavior shown by the male massage therapist was totally unacceptable and borderline questionable. No female patron should feel personally violated after receiving a massage.Both of us noticed that the door was cracked open for extended periods of time during our massages, while parts of our bodies were exposed. Also, during the couples massage, the massage therapists were constantly whispering to each other, laughing, and sometimes even conversing with a normal volume, all of which came off as totally unprofessional. Not to mention the fact that we had scheduled an appointment and showed up right on time, yet were told that we had to wait 20 minutes.Needless to say, we will definitely not be returning to this establishment as this was, by far, the worst massage experience that we have had.

It was OK. It’s just a lot of rubbing. They need more technique in their massages but it was nice, just a typical massage when you go to one of the Asian spa places that are open late.

They did a great job. We did a couples massage and we both feel amazing. Was calm, clean and comforting. We will be going back on the regular.

Clean overall from what I saw. Unisex Bathroom had to have paper towels refilled but overall service was good. Foot massage was best part. Went in with Groupon. Not fluent in English but decent 50min body & foot massage with hot stones.

We received a 50min couples, our experience was identical so a few points:1- for both of us, it was technically a full body massage but was about 60% upper back, 20% lower back, and 15% arms and legs, 5% neck and up. it becomes tedious when someone is elbowing the same spot for 20 minutes.2- there were a few sudden movements, one of which (twisting my ankle fast and hard) that hurt my knee so much im still struggling to walk 2 days after.3- I asked the guy who massaged me if I am left or right handed ( not too hard to tell as I play volleyball ) for extra tip and he couldnt answer.4- They called us at the end, were waiting out of the door for the tip, and after a 20% tip we gave them in cash, they were very dissatisfied and asked if it is really the tip for both of them.

I had a couples massage Groupon & let me tell you that woman put the works in on my back. My body had pain I didn’t even know I had and she massaged it all out of my body. They were really nice, 10/10 I highly recommend.

The service was excellent! I took my elderly father for some foot and leg stimulation. They were very accommodating for my pops and they were able to relieve lot of sedentary tension in his muscles allowing him more mobility and feeling great! Will certainly return for another session !!!

I showed up 10 minutes early with a Groupon and it was taking a minute for the Groupon to pull up. The lady behind the register said she didnt have time for this and pressured me to pay again saying the Groupon was refundable (it was not). Then, they walked in on me while I was getting undressed, did not apologize. The whole massage was rushed, and they pressured me to tip afterwards. I will never go back.

We booked a couples massage here through Groupon, and IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Initially we had to reschedule because my son got sick, but they allowed us to reschedule with NO PROBLEMS. THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING, both my boyfriend and I already have plans to go back once a week if we can!! FANTASTIC!!!!

My girlfriend went in to receive a hot stone massage about a week ago and while she did enjoy her massage for the most part, she was sore and in pain for a few days after, I told her maybe this was normal ? but she insisted the pain and discomfort was there and she had never experienced anything like this before after a massage. Bang for buck, this is it! The attention to detail on what parts needed more work than others was great. Did a couples massage with hot stones and Id highly recommend this place if youre looking for relief from aches caused by the everyday. Refunded and asked to leave without any offer of reschedule. Look elsewhere or don’t hold your breath.

Confort Spa in San Diego is amazing. We came for a couples massage (50 minutes custom body and foot massage with aromatherapy and hot stones) and their technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. Thank you very much!!

Don’t go there I bought from Groupon and I got the worst experience massage so painful No oil use when they do massage the whole massage was done using her elbow bone not hand so painful . I have so much pain I couldn’t even sleep night. She hurt me more than I thought this is the worst place for a massage. unbelievable she doesn’t use her hands for massage only her elbow for my back and my neck so much pain I am now I don’t know if I should go hospital and follow claim with this place. My muscles all sorts more than I had it before . Please don’t waste your time and your money to go there not worth it

It was an ok massage. We were not asked if we wanted specific areas focused on. The techniques used were not techniques taught in massage school. Then when we were ready to go they would not let us leave until we showed them their tip was left in the room. Will not return. It was the most awkward thing massage I have ever received.

The massage is ok but overall service is bad. They dont accept credit/debit card and they have an atm machine inside that will charge $2 per transaction. The ambience of the place is poorly maintained. They didnt finish the whole 60minutes of service that we paid so we just decided to let it slide but then before we left, the host/cashier demanded for a tip so my husband gave them $5 each and then she told us the minimum for the tip is $10. I was shook lol l wouldnt come back to this place honestly I would get better service at the other spas who wouldnt force their clients for some tips.

I cannot get enough of this place. I have bought massages for my sister and her fiancé multiple times, and sent a few friends. We all enjoy their services and come out feeling recharged and relaxed.

The massage was great but the place is sketchy. The manager was demanding a tip. When I said I left one in the room she made the masseuse go check. Not to mention Im pretty sure she asked if I needed to be charged extra for add ons. It was in Chinese so not sure. Left me with a bad feeling.

Terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment. The business does not answer their phone, sends you straight to voicemail, and then messages you via text. When trying to coordinate a date/time for availability, they do not reply or answer the texts to figure out a time that works. Attempted to call multiple times with no answer. Take your money elsewhere.
