Massage Envy

The therapists at this location are great. Though there seems to be a lot of turnover.The lower rating is due to the administrative staff.On several occasions they’ve had to cancel and failed to notify me until I was checking in.I know my number on file is correct because when they make the reminder calls and emails, the call and voicemail and emails comes through just fine.So I have to wonder why it seems that their alleged cancellation calls never quite get delivered. No email notification though the info is on file.It’s quite the inconvenience.My last therapist allegedly left on good terms, for some reason, I didn’t get notice. My guess is that if she left on good terms, she gave two weeks notice. They had at least several days to notify me my appointment would need to be canceled, but I find this information out upon my arrival. (My appoints are booked out months in advance).I’ve turned down other invites/events in order to make it to my appointments and so it bothers me to no end when my account can’t be managed on their end.While I would recommend the excellent therapist Jenn B, I cannot refer friends or family to this location which is quite disappointing.I live closer to the Santee location and so I go out of my way to get to Grossmont. I will not be doing this any longer.

This location is closing! I joined this Massage Envy because it was an easy drive from home or work. Now they have transferred to Santee. Not convenient for me.

My massage was wonderful I loved Kari she gave the best massage.

Awesome massage. The storefront looks small but its misleading, the place is huge.

EVERYONE at this location is AMAZING! The staff are friendly, it’s clean, and I feel so rejuvenated every time I leave.

I highly recommend this location! I am having a back issue and go every week. They are always very helpful.

I just finished a 30 minute stretching appt with Sarah..... I FEEL WONDERFUL!!!! happy customer will return!
