Came in for the first time today and was greeted by Mohammed. First and foremost, I never have super high expectations out of smoke shops here since there’s so many of them but this place was beyond my expectations. Super clean shop, great display setup, wide variety of any products you need, fair prices and super friendly staff. Mohammed went above and beyond to explain different products they had as well as make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be coming back with friends, this is my new go to shop in SD.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE,I am writing to share my recent experience at your shop and express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received.Upon entering your store today, I encountered one of your employees, a white gentleman, who did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. As someone who values good customer service, this was not the best way to start my visit. Nevertheless, I decided to proceed further and explore your store, which indeed had a nice selection of supplies.While browsing, I approached the same employee and informed him that I was in search of a pipe and had a budget of around $50. Unfortunately, he did not respond to my initial request, so I politely repeated it. It was at this point that he informed me, rather rudely, that he had heard me the first time. Additionally, he showed a clear disdain in his behavior towards me. Feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer, I promptly decided to leave the shop, urging my husband to do the same.I wanted to convey my disappointment not only because I expect better treatment as a customer, but also because, as a loyal customer, I believe in supporting businesses that prioritize excellent customer service. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience spend my hard-earned money in a shop that fails to value its customers.I felt compelled to share my experience with you and others who may consider visiting your establishment. I encourage everyone to think twice before bringing their money to your shop, as I believe there are alternative options available that offer superior customer service. This store is located on El Cajon blvd by sdsu. It is very well stocked and has a variety of smoking supplies. Also the store is very well organized. Great for shopping and the staff is knowledgeable. There is parking out front. A+

I have been a frequent flyer of most of the smoke shops here in San Diego especially the ones that are open later (10pm, 11pm, or the rare few open til midnight)…but the last few years it’s been hard to justify going anywhere else besides The Cage…All their stores open til midnight with an inventory of all the newest gadget and gizmos while still keeping the highest quality traditional products….competitively priced…. these stores are run by the very TOP guys in this industry and they still take the time to greet and chat it up with all their customers… and if anyone hasn’t checked out their newest store (5058 El Cajon Blvd) do yourself a favor and just drive by it - one can’t resist going inside….beautiful store, spotless and lit like the Vegas strip, complete with its own mini-parking strip right in front they’ve made ‘popping in’ easy and convenient just like their other stores….
