My experience at Bijou Blu has been nothing short of amazing ! I’ve been utilizing the cryotherapy treatments and the results are fantastic. Anne and her staff are wonderful. Cryotherapy both directly with the T-shock and the chamber continue to help my joint inflammation as well as muscle recovery. The chamber energizes me and also helps me sleep. Love the great customer service, flexibility, and multiple services available. Annie, Autumn and team create a great atmosphere to relax and recharge!

I went to Bijou a little apprehensive about cryotherapy, but left a true believer. The whole body cryotherapy chamber was, not surprisingly, very cold. But the owner, Annie, “counted me down” the entire time and I noticed an immediate energy boost. The cryo t-shock facial was so relaxing and I left with glowing, rejuvenated skin. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to naturally increase circulation and collagen and reduce fine lines.

I really enjoyed my massage at Bijou Blu, the owner even gave me a tour and told me all about the different services they offer. They are going for a personalized, high tech beauty and wellness experience and I think they deliver. It feels very one on one and the owner and staff would easily take the time out to help you choose the right treatments for you, as Im sure many people dont know about the high tech services and IV cocktails they offer

I had a signature facial with Autumn and it was by far the best facial I have ever enjoyed. Not only was each step an absolute delight, my skin glowed for at least 2 days afterwards. It made such a difference. Autumn was really informative and made me want to care more for my skin. I was absolutely boneless when I got up...so relaxed and happy. Her hand massage was out of this world!

The woman working at the establishment was truly delightful… I write as I had an adverse effect to the Therapy that put me in the ER today - it was very scary, and felt life-threatening.I don’t suffer from any real health conditions and apparently my experience resulted in what appeared to be hypothermia. I went for the appt.to help sooth general body aches. This day was most scary - I’m not out of the woods and need to monitor systems. I hope for a full recover.

Excellent service. Everything about our visit was perfect. Great building. Wonderful atmosphere, Annie was incredibly sweet and helpful. This was our first time trying some of this new healing stuff. It was outstanding. Cant wait to come back.

Absolutely loved my first cryotherapy experience with Annie. Looking forward to continuing this therapy for pain management in my joints throughout the winter. Bijou Blu is my go to place for cryotherapy, cupping and whole body therapy. Bijou offers an incredible wide variety of services- all of which are fantastic. I specifically do routine cryotherapy and cupping for upper back/neck/ shoulder pain stemmed from tension headaches and scapular tension. The cryotherapy instantly resolves this pain and the cupping is a fantastic touch to get all the blood flowing to the right areas. Each time I walk out pain free and feeling revived. All of the staff working at Bijou have been fantastic, professional and personable! I cannot recommend this business enough.

I have chronic pain that has reached a level where it is impacting my daily life. I recently started going to Bijou Blu for deep tissue work with Lindsey and I am amazed at how good she is. She listened intently to me and worked on the areas where I indicated the most pain. The next week she was so prepared and remembered what we had done and where we were going from week to week. The cupping she performed really had a dramatic affect on some issues I was having that day. I felt 100% better after walking out. I was greeted with a smile by Annie who took me through a full body cryotherapy treatment. She asked questions if I had ever received the treatment before (which I had at a different location) and she bumped my level up slightly which was a nice way to increase muscle recovery. After my treatment she also gave me a tour of the facility. I just got a membership with bijou blu, today I did the whole body cryotherapy and loved it! Annie was wonderful and gave me all the details about the chamber and what it was going to be like. I recently visited Bijou Blu on the recommendation of a colleague to help treatment of a sports injury. I had never tried Cryotherapy before but was pleasantly surprised with the processes and experience. I was also able to get a deep tissue sports massage with Bridget the same day which was very helpful along with some guidance on how to further pursue the healing process for my shoulder with all of her knowledge and experience. Furthermore, after my first visit I decided to return for the localized cryotherapy on my shoulder for the painful swelling and inflammation from the lingering winter hockey injury. Madison was very helpful and informative when discussing the best options for the quickest and most effective treatments. It seemed the swelling, soreness, and pain had subsided as soon as I left and I was able to use my shoulder again. I was overall very impressed with the facilities, services, and professionalism of the well inform and welcoming staff. I had such an excellent first cryotherapy experience at Bijou Blu! When I walked in for my appointment, I was instantly greeted by Annie and her dog Tupac who made me feel very welcome. The waiting area was very cozy and relaxing and Annie made sure to explain the process while answering any questions I had. She even talked me through the three very cold minutes in the chamber. I’ve now been going to Bijou Blu for a few weeks and I am so glad I discovered it! Cryotherapy and compression therapy have been extremely helpful for both my chronic inflammation and localized tendinitis. I’ve tried many many methods, holistically, naturopathically, physical therapy, etc etc and have found the most relief where inflammation is concerned with the BB services! It’s amazing. First time doing cryo and had such a fun experience. Annie was super awesome and walked me through every step, even talked me through some teeth chattering shivers with mindful strategies to keep calm. I’m not sure what might have gone on physiologically, but it felt like a got such a boost to my mood and overall state of mind this morning. Call it endorphins or whatever you want, but it was certainly a shot of life! Cool space too!

I went to see Bridget for a massage and it was great. Very relaxing but knew all the problem area to work out the knots. she is a great therapist. I’ve also done cryotherapy with Annie and it is very invigorating. The spa is clean and cozy. Go see them!

Bijou has been a staple of my recovery from ACL surgery over the past five months. The cryo, compression, and massage options are great and the space is beautiful.

Went to Bijou Blu for the first time today. Decided to give cryotherapy a try. I wasnt sure what to expect but Annie walked me through it first and then it was easy peasy from there. I wrapped a towel around me. Put on mittens and booties, stood in the cryo machine for 3 minutes while Annie hung close by and that was it. I felt so good after! Looking forward to making it a thing!

I had 4 Cyro T Shock facials, 1 a week for a month with the double chin treatment. All I can say is amazing! Ive never been more thrilled. My skin feels so soft, and the fine lines between my brows have diminished along with the ones around the eyes. Also, my skin tone is more even as well. After a recent knee surgery, I found that the doctor-recommended recovery techniques were not helping my swelling much. After one trip to Bijou and a session of local cryo therapy on my knee, the swelling was visibly reduced and the pain was significantly more tolerable. Bijou is an excellent recovery remedy for me and the atmosphere is second to none for VT spas. A wonderfully accommodating and friendly staff makes it an even better experience!!

Alternative therapies at a reasonable price. Annie and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Top quality therapeutic equipment to address most physical issues. Im utilizing only two of several, the T-shock to relieve a couple of older tissue injuries with great success. That combined with the Cold Chamber has given me more daily energy and restful nights sleep. How or why it works, I’m not certain but I believe it can make a difference for most who give it a good chance.

I love all the treatments I get at Bijou Blu. I’m currently hooked on the cryo facial. I’ve noticed the lines on my face are smoother and less noticeable. I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in my skin tone. My skin is brighter and looks less dull, which is huge going into these winter months when I have less of a glow from a suntan.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Bijou Blu! I am scheduled for a double-knee replacement at the end of this month. I have had chronic pain for the last couple years. For the first time in a long time I stood right up and was able to start walking without needing to get my bearings. I was able to walk up the stairs instead of crawling up on all fours. And I have more range of motion without pain than ever before. I had the following treatments: whole body cryotherapy, a double session of localized cryotherapy and 30 minutes of rapid reboot compression therapy. If you have ANY chronic pain or just want to feel rejuvenated - make an appointment at Bijou Blu! The atmosphere is cool and relaxing and the experience was fantastic!

I wish I could give them more stars! I dont know where to start, everything they offer meets and then exceeds expectations. I have finally found a quick fix to my CHRONIC MIGRAINE using the Localized Cryo-T Shock as well has my IC (inner cystitis). The whole body cryo is the best for overall pain and is not as scary as I thought it would be. It helps that Annie or Corrie are there to talk while you get it done. The three minutes fly by.Now facials, Corrie is a SKIN SAVIOR! Have acne flares? She will take them down INSTANTLY, even after extraction! My first visit was amazing and very detailed. My second was just as or better than the first. She truly cares about helping people get their best skin, and you can see how much she loves her work.

Im a massage therapist and recently sprained my left thumb from a fall. I supplemented my self care with a session of localized cryo therapy and it made a huge difference in my injury recovery! Its a quick treatment with great results, I believe I was told that just that session alone with equal to seven hours of icing.I went back to work only 4 days after my injury and two days after the cryo and the pain was barely noticeable.This is a great affordable option for anyone looking for quick recovery time from injury or weight training. I went suffering from a hive event that just wasnt resolving with medication and was so happily surprised how much the cryo full body helped I went right back the day after for a mini cryo facial. Annie has the ability to treat specific injuries with the T-shock which is a localized hot/cold therapy. Additionally Bijou has a cryotherapy chamber which is a whole body cold therapy which leaves you feeling energized and less sore.

The therapies are unique in that they support the body healing itself, reducing the pressures that sustain injury and pain... Id love to understand the science of it in more depth...after one session I look forward to recovery from a sciatic nerve injury, slowly but surely.
