Amazing selection, really great store. They have great deals and lots to choose from but the best part was the customer service from Aris. She was so friendly and welcoming. She helped us navigate products, gave great suggestions and made us feel comfortable. She helped us find everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we wanted but love to have. Above all else that hospitality will have us coming back for sure. Definitely worth checking out and she should really get a raise. It’s hard find an adult store with staff that makes you feel that welcome. 5/5 would recommend

Mo. Was our host and she was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door she was friendly attentive and such a major help. She explained all of the items we were interested in and helped us all the way until our purchase. Coming into the store it can become very overwhelming. Im not going to lie, I was ready to walk out the store but I was approached by Jesenia. She was such a sweet heart. This place is absolutely phenomenal. First and foremost for a sex shop it’s clean, so well lit, the displays are always updated and put together so nicely. The customer service is amazing I always look for Monica when I’m there. She said the it starts after 4 pm.When I asked to return the products and buy again after 4 pm to get the 50% off( over a 200 Dollar less) Monica the menager was rude and refuse to cooperate with us. We left the store with a bad feeling and instead of making sure that we are satisfied costumes that will recommend to our friends and keep coming she did the worst thing a shop menager can do and made us not wanting to go back there again.The store offer a variety of option( a bit overwhelming) but was nice over all.Too bad the Monica the menager couldnt help our experience be better.

This place really did exceed my expectations. Olivia was great at explaining to me how certain equipment worked and her knowledge really did surprise me. I was honestly. pleasantly surprised to see many things here have improved like night and dayHere is my short lista) a huge change in customer service with females servicing us ladies, (4 years ago I would to have to disagree)b) A much larger selection of lingerie and novelties for us ladies, they have at least 10x more inventory than what they had just a couple tears back and have dedicated the floor space to more toys and less of them dvd s. sorry guys lolc) The store is much more organized from what I remember.d) and the prices are way more reasonable now I ...This store has come a long way since my last visit and my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprisedi and so much so I told the 2 female managers I would write a review!I suggest you ask for Doreen or Mara and they will take care of you real well!
