Wonderful, talented and caring massage therapists! (Britt, Ruth etc!) As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are relaxed! Im sure the front desk has a LOT on their plate, but it never shows! They are friendly and helpful! The waiting area is pretty and smells so nice! And, again, I cant say enough great things about the therapists! They exude talent and expertise! I walk out of there like a new person! Thank you so much for the lovely massage environment. You have no idea how life-changing it IS!

My massage therapist here is a true healer. She is so attuned to what I need, so skillful and thoughtful. The clinic is always clean snd calm and the people at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

I walked in to buy a gift card for my father and was talked into buying him a one year membership. Was told it would automatically come with 12 massages that he could use whenever. His membership, and thus discounts, would expire but he would have the 12 credits to use. Lo and behold, a year later and theyve all expired. Never, ever get roped into this scam of a company

I have been a Massage ENVY customer for over 6 years. I have never had a bad massage. Guinta, Zita, and Alina are wonderful. The new manager Marie is truly exceptional. You can tell she has worked very hard to help the customer service people upfront to be more customer focused. ZMassage Envy keeps getting better and better. They never seize ti amaze me.Tge membership is well worth it.

If I can give you a zero I would. What rip off. I bought my boyfriend a $100 massage from here. He checked in 20 mins early and still had to wait an extra half hour. They were so behind. He gave them $100 gift card and they still wanted an $ 60Omg! What a rip off and the massage was not even that great definitely not worth the money

Ruth always knows exactly which areas you need massaged. She is professional, caring and knowledgeable. She should be a manager.

This has been my Massage Envy home for a while now. They have been through a good number of staff and management over the years and it seems they have found a great rhythm lately. The desk staff are so helpful and attentive. They also have several therapists who really give good advice about how your muscle pain or discomfort might have come to be through your habits/occupation, etc and what to do (stretches, etc) to help prevent issues. Andrew and Emily are some I would really recommend for that kind of therapeutic massage and health input. Also Ginta, Ruth, and Tanya give wonderful massages. They do a great job!

This is for the extremely poor customer service after you sign a contract. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service and how the ultimate goal is to have a customer sign a contract and not provide the details. What the contract states is not what one is told. I had attempted to cancel it due to heath issues and not being able to continue with the massages. The front desk couldn’t provide a customer service number and only one they thought was customer service but unsure of the hours (it was for Arizona and each location is independently franchised). Multiple times I called and all they will tell me is a message will be left to the manager and she will call back. She doesn’t call back until several times. By then another month is charged. The contract auto renews after one year ends without any notification of increase in prices as the contract states one will be notified at least 45 days prior to auto renewal. They will email you a form and ask you to print and complete it and it should takes 20 business days to cancel after they receive it. The contract states you can email to request to cancel contract at email address provided.

My massage with Tanya was wonderful. She knew exactly what I needed to work out all the knots in my muscles and she was very kind and accommodating. I’ve had a lot of massages before and Tanya was definitely one of the best therapists I’ve had!

I called them one day to get information about booking 3 massages at approximately the same time for my friends bachelorette party. They were really flexible working with me and helped me book three 90 minute massages at about the same time on Memorial Day. I know the team had to pull some strings to make it happen, and I am so thankful that they did. You helped my best friends (the brides) day special in the way she deserves! Both of my friends and I loved our experiences and came out of the massages feeling relaxed and pampered. I highly recommend working with this team!

Tanya is excellent! Shes always professional and attentive, asking questions before beginning the session, as well as asking if the pressure is ok once during the session. Desk staff is also great - friendly and efficient - especially Deidre. She is also personable and able to make small talk while Im waiting for massage. Overall great service!

Britt is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly and kind and is the best massage therapist I’ve ever found. She finds areas of tension and works out the knots. Cannot recommend her enough!

I love ME in Wheaton….front desk staff are very professional and helpful. I am so grateful for their assistance with scheduling.Britt is the most amazing therapist and always addresses my concerns. I have had back problems for years but with her knowledge and skill level she has helped me regain so much strength and flexibility.I recently started receiving facials from Robbie….my skin is looking better than ever and I am so pleased with the results!

I regret getting a membership with Massage Envy. It is near impossible to get out of a Massage Envy contract. They continue to bill you after the contract is canceled. The overall experience has been terrible. Whatever you do NEVER sign up for a membership with any Massage Envy franchise. You will regret it.

Carolyn was one of the best therapists I have seen lately. I drove almost an hour to see her and she was worth the drive. She listened to my area of concern and made sure to do her best to relieve the pain I was having. She is thorough, kind and professional and deserves to be recognized. I’ll be back to see her along with the rest of the talented staff at the Wheaton location. (My favorite location).

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The massage I had was the WORST massage ever with Ana. I had to ask her twice to take the pressure down and she still failed to do so. She dug her knuckles and nails into my back and it was so painful, the next day I am STILL in so much pain! The massage didn’t even last an hour it was only 45 minutes. When the session ended she ran out of the room and was nowhere to be found afterwards with water/recommendations/etc. as you would normally get from another Massage Envy. When I got to the front desk the lady mispronounced my name and then laughed about it when I corrected her, instead of apologizing. Overall, this was the WORST experience I’ve had at a massage envy and I will now be cancelling my membership. NEVER AGAIN!

Love the Stretch option. Try Sarah! Have also started facials with Robbie, she is excellent! All the massage therapists are top notch. A few I have seen are Ginta, Lisa and Danielle.Also, front desk staff is awesome- especially Carmen and Jordan!

Ana is fantastic! I always feel super relaxed after my sessions with her!I hold tension in my shoulders, neck & back & she concentrates on those areas by my request & she applies firm pressure to get the “knots” out!

Danielle is a skilled therapist and very responsive to individual needs.However, it has become extremely difficult to schedule any massage at this location. The membership is apparently way oversold, so naturally they are raising prices. Must schedule waaay in advance, especially for a weekend.

The new remodel is fresh and calming. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Danielle is very responsive to all areas and meets needs with care and professionalism. She offers advice and support. Her client care is outstanding.

About would youd expect from massage envy. Reception gals were sweet and warm. Tanya worked me over pretty well. I see no reason I dont go back

Love the easy to work with staff at Massage Envy Wheaton, and cannot say enough good things about Chris! It’s always a phenomenal service, and different every time in ways that show he listens/knows what to focus on each session depending on my current needs.

Ana worked very hard and seemed to follow the step by step Massage Envy version of a massage just about perfectly. She was polite and took my joke that, If it doesnt hurt a little its probably not working, at face value.The issue I have is that the technique Massage Envy employees are trained in (so far as I can tell) is not meant to get rid of actual knots in muscles, and if its done very firmly it can actually make knots much worse by forcing them in directions they dont want to go over and over. I came out of there feeling a little sore, which overnight turned into feeling deeply bruised and like Id worked my back muscles to their limit...and still have all of my knots.I would recommend this place if all you want is some softer pressure tension relief, but their franchises massage routine is not good for people with actual issues and doesnt suit firm or deep pressure (would do more harm than good on anyone because of cookie-cutter style that doesnt take the individual into account behind pressure preference and large bodily area to work on.)Ana did a nice job, but I will not be returning.

Tanya gave me one of the best massages of my life!!! Im a fitness instructor and very tight areas of my body. She worked her magic and I feel so much better. I will be back to her again and again!

Ana was very nice and professional and the room was very clean. I asked her to use less pressure at the very beginning of the massage, but by the end of the massage, she was back to beating the heck out of me. (Im shy and didnt have the heart to tell her she was hurting me.) The next day, I literally have bruises on my back in 3 spots where I must have had knots. It hurts to even sit back on the couch at home.

Fantastic massage therapists!! Terrible customer service and front desk staff. Nothing worse than than leaving after a great massage feeling angry due to poor customer service .Zero customer service skills and zero attempt to rectify a situation that couldve been easily handled if the staff was properly trained. I have been going to this location for probably 7 or 8 years but am now disgusted. I feel bad for the great therapists there , that are ,and in my prediction, will be losing long term clients. You have my info on file if you would care to talk. Otherwise I will be contacting corporate to be reimbursed for my 6 1/2 massages I have already paid for.

Always a pleasure dealing with staff. They are courteous and friendly. Carolyn provides an excellent massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Keep up the great work!

Im from south carolina, taking care 6 grandchildren while my son is traveling for business , i needed a massage, a good massage. Ginta was spectacular, i will recommend her always , the front office was fantastic, even when call made a appt with she was great , answer so many questions i had , i always believed customer service is what keep a company susscefull, you got it Massage Envy Wheaton , thanks for your great service, see you soon 😊

Tanya does a great deep tissue massage. She always checks if there are areas that require special attention and if the pressure is good. I highly recommend hee services.

Tanya is amazing. She has so much power in her hands. She has been doing this for 13 yrs and it definitely shows! I would recommend her 100%.

The only frustrating, unfortunate and embarrassing part was trying to have the LaGrange store honor my payment.I had cancelled my subscription ( after realizing they were still charging my account)I went in person to the LaGrange store and was given the amount of services I need to finish in 60 days ( asked for extension)I have 29.5 services available. Is it even possible to use them in that time frame?I was given assurance that I could transfer services to a friend and they would need to pay $10 dollars for service I had already paid for.It took the kind and professionalism Receptionist at the Glen Ellyn Massage Envy several calls and even offered advice on how to record the information in their register.Even though the receptionist held a professional manner, I could hear her being yelled at over the phone from the LaGrange location.

Brit is wonderful- attentive to my requests and very soothing.Brit continues to be a real treat! One of the few good things about this Pandemic for me was that I got to work from home and had the flexibility to schedule sessions with Brit during the day. I look forward to every session!

Ruth is an outstanding therapist. She really listens to you when you come in and talk about focus areas. She is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had.

Very good massage, adjusted pressure according to my comfort. Not quite five star as she finished a few minutes shy of time. (To be clear I already took into account consult time.)

Becky is the best so happy I found her. Her pressure is perfect. I had my first 90 minute and that extra time makes all the difference in getting to that completely relaxed state.

I came in for a massage today and Zita was the massage therapist that took care of me at my visit. It was my first visit so I had to fill out some paperwork to give them an idea of what problems I have like pain, stress, insomnia, etc.. I havent had a professional massage in years and this was a fantastic experience. I was so relaxed it was like magic. Im excited for my next appointment in a month. I started my membership today. Massages are definitely a must.

Ginta is so pleasant & caring. So professional, consistently assessing initial condition, client presenting pain & discomfort. She is truly professional & skillful. The time flies, she is excellent!

Tanya is incredibly talented…I’ve been receiving massages for many years (15+) & in my opinion, she’s one of the best I’ve experienced! She is essentially the reason I’ve not left Massage Envy.

After each visit I leave feeling like I made an investment in myself! Friendly staff, excellent massage (my therapist is Rita), clean facility...I’ll never give up this membership. Each visit is a bit of respite...my massages are a must have for me!

My favorite therapist at the Rice Lake Wheaton location is Rebecca. She takes the time to listen to my issues before getting started and always addresses my concern. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone and everyone! I always leave my sessions relaxed and refreshed.

Ana is the greatest. I go in aching and hurting. Anna makes me feel so much better and shes always courteous, and friendly. I rearrange my schedule to insure Ana is available to work on my problem areas. Every time she succeeds! Keep up the good work Ana.😁

If you havent been yet - go - you will wonder why you didnt go earlier! everyone here is simply fantastic. they really know how to help you. even if you are not suffering from any chronic pain, which they help with too, their therapists will remove your stress and help you relax. they offer simple suggestions on how to help alleviate pain in your day-to-day activities. every massage here has been perfect! they really know what they are doing!

Ginta’s skilled work came highly recommended. She helped me with muscle fatigue related to scoliosis, and sciatic/periformis-type pain from prolonged sitting at a computer. Very thankful!

Terrible service. And do NOT join the monthly membership. Its a complete scam. I paid a different amount than I was told. And when I went to cancel it, I was told I had 30 days to use my 4 accrued massages. The cancellation paperwork I signed clearly says 60 days. And the manager crosses it out after I signed it and wrote 30. Wow! How illegal. They just make up policies to their discretion. I would avoid this location.

I’ve had two appointments here so far, and everyone has been wonderful. Highly recommend. Comfortable and friendly! Receptionists are kind and therapists are skilled.

Tanya is great. She really understands and studies how the body works and knows techniques to work on people with musculoskeletal issues. She’s very kind and listens to what I need and want.

Have recently had many joint and vertebrae surgeries, and due to COVID my rehab was severely impacted. Out of necessity I turned to Massage Envy for relief of discomfort. After experiencing MULTIPLE cancellations from various therapists at a ME closer to my home, Wheaton worked with me to find a therapist who would meet my 90 minute massage needs. Greatly appreciated.

Had a downright bizarre, frustrating experience trying to buy a Christmas gift card or prepay for a massage for my girlfriend here. I guess MEMBERS pay $59 but if you are not a MEMBER you cannot pay the MEMBERS price for someone as a gift. Hey folks, charge what you want, but I should be able to pay $59 for a MEMBERS $59 massage as a gift. ALSO, maybe the selling of your $200 package might wait until you ASK me what I am looking for to purchase. Had a better experience buying a car from a used car dealer.

I love Tanya at the Wheaton location. She is the best and really cares about your overall well-being. I like deep pressure and she is the best ever.

I came for a full body 60 minutes massage and only received a 45-50 massage.The therapist hands and lotions were freezing cold and the therapist did not massage my full body.

Great massage. Get to your appointment early or on time, being late shortens your session so as to not inconvenience others with later appointments.
