Marleys Smoke & Vape Shop

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I went and bought 2 bong kits from here today, 1 was a display model which was great, completely satisfied, the other kit I got was brand new in a seal package, both are birthday gifts. I wanted to fill the jar in the kit with flower, when opened found a broken stem in the bong, went to ask employee for help, I was told there was no way it would have broke unless I broke it, instead of just replacing it and sending it back to the manufacturer, the guy used 2 rubber orings and put a solid bowl/slider in its place, no way to clear the pipe, cant even pull the new stem out. Ive never been treated this poorly at a smoke shop. I have recommended this place to people in the past, until now. Check all your items before you leave this store.

Shopped twice in a little over a year. Purchased four posh, which all tasted like metal, and went into the garbage knowing a refund would never happen after leaving the store and a full day passing. Fast forward a little over a year, and I stop in. I buy one. Open it, and it tastes like metal. Metallic. Takes the guy behind the counter a phone call and an argument over the fact I havent left the store, its all I vape in life and I know the taste, this is the only store this happens to me at, to give me a replacement. I left both of the obviously either bad, counterfeit, or otherwise unusable vases behind not asking for a refund. Its not about money. Its about not stiffing your customers. Ill continue to drive across town to Wake N Bake. Never had but one defect out of hundreds, and it wasnt even questioned. Total of 6 from Marleys and all 6 went into the garbage. But hey, I got a free argument even though this last time I hadnt left the store.

I love Marley’s! It’s a great smoke shop with plenty to offer. From drinks to bongs he has it all! It’s also right by a Rosati’s and Dairy Queen. He is a very kind owner and always helpful. This is definitely a great place to shop for all your smoking needs.

I have gone to Marleys a couple times in the last few weeks and plan on continuing to give my business to this great shop. I am astonished at the HUGE selection of top notch products he carries. The owner (Marley) is very knowledgeable and can tell you a lot about whatever product you have any questions on. This is the best smoke and vape shop in Illinois you guys!! Marley is Awesome!! He has the answers to every question that you could possibly have about any and all of the products he keeps in stock. He always recommends the best one for you, and will never do you wrong!! He is an Awesome person with a great personality, so if you are looking for a change from that cruddy place that you dread going to all of the time that overcharges you as well, then quit dragging your feet and go see Marley already, trust me you will never want to stop anywhere else!!

Eh, really liked this place at first until I bought a disposable vape that didn’t even work. They offered to give me a new one, so I got a new one and tried it in front of the worker, again, the vape didn’t work. The first time this happened, they didn’t offer me a refund or an exchange and they ended up just keeping the vape that didn’t work, so I had to buy a new one. When I talked to the owner, he was rude. All he cares about is his store making money. He doesn’t care about his customers. This has happened to me 3 times!! Their stuff doesn’t even work half the time. So save your money! There’s a shop called Wake n Bake in Wheaton. They have the best prices and great products. Go there instead!! Don’t waste your time going to marleys.

I stopped in tonight to check out the shop and get a nicotine vape pen. The owner was very helpful and very personable. He helped me pick one out and gave recommendations on the quality of the ones I was looking at. Overall it was really great and I got a lot of information. Thank you so much!!

Normally buy 2 packs of swishers every couple of days from this place. After several time of purchasing, the owner told me they now sell Afghan Kush! Along with other THC products. Will definitely be back, friendly staff and great products !
