I go there a few times a week and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I definitely recommend them over the tobacco shoppe anyway. The people and prices are better, an also their rewards save me money a lot.

Love shopping at this location. Alot of friendly staff always so helpful. I do want to give a huge shout out to Krissy. She is always so helpful and kind!

Every time I go here the staff always is very patient and informative. Being someone who takes forever to decide what they want ive never felt pressured to make a choice and all my questions are met with happy answers that show they care. Anytime I go someplace else Im disappointed.

Omg!!!! I love this store!! everyone was lovely and generous us and extrémele helpful. It definitely made my day to come stop in last min to get what I needed and I browsed. I was clueless at times. Love it here! Everyone is so nice- when I go in I usually see the long haired dude and the older guy with the beard and they’re real knowledgeable and friendly- glass kinda sucks though

Been going here for many years, great prices, and a good selection.

2 of the employees are just downright rude. 3 employees are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. What a mix. Most times I get the rude ones. Especially the dude with beard. Hes just very unpleasant, and I cringe when he is at the register.

Unprofessional and mean staff. I was coming back from out of town. So, I decided to stop by the nearest smoke shop in that area . And it was them I will say this I had the worst experience ever at this shop . I don’t know what it was but they make you feel very unwelcome . That was my first and will be the last going to this shop💯not recommend to my end.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and have always had great service.

Horrible customer service and management. Manager does not posses the skills to deal with customer relations.Experienced an issue with an item today. The manager started with “what do you want me to do?” This is not how customer issues should be handled. Store sold a improperly manufactured item that caused a huge hassle. After contacting the manufacturer I discovered it was a known issue and they are working on it. The manager of this store was brash, disingenuous, and lacked all qualities one would expect from a manager.Also, this location is chronically out of stock of many items, when inquiring I am normally told Friday, but Friday comes and the items are never in stock. I enjoyed buying the products I need from a local shop but after this experience I will be shopping online from now on.

Had a few negative experiences before with not so friendly employees. However last few times we were helped by Steve. Very helpful, knowledgeable and honestly friendly. Very happy with the service since they have a huge supply of everything you could want and the best prices. Hope we get Steve every time we go there!

I have been coming to this location since it opened. This use to be my favorite place to shop and would drive out of my way to come to this location rather than others; sadly recently the customer service and professionalism has declined considerably amoungst the new male staff (not trying to start anything just stating my recent 3 visits/purchases before posting this). Bad talking customers while other customers are in the store, along with overall attitude. Hope it turns around I love this store ❤️♥️♥️.

Was all set to purchase a new rig. Found the one I wanted on sale for $300. As I was about to ask for them to get it for me, I asked if I could get a water test on it. Was told no. I was looked at like eww we dont do such a thing. I dont even buy $20 shirts without trying them on. To think these @$$ hats dont allow me to test a $300 purchase is absurd. I highly RECOMMEND AGAINST this shop.

I always use this vapor shop because it’s the BEST in Lenawee County!!! From the friendly staff, to the huge variety of products, and great prices; Wild Bills will not disappoint!!! My sister and I both love personally dealing with Berto, who always makes sure we are taken care of and feel like family! He’s knowledgeable, helpful, and his customer service skills exceeded my expectations on a couple of trips! Great place to shop!

Came in and bought a pod system. Nothing but problems with it soon as I started using it. Brought it in the next day to exchange it for a better one and was told no. Both pods that came with it were leaking and had spit back and didn’t even sit in the mod all the way. Still no help from the workers. Seems like they just want your money and not to help you when something you bought is broke.

My husband goes here and he is always happy with his service. Says the staff is friendly and knows their stuff.

Cool store, large selection of products especially the cigar room. Its pretty large. The prices are reasonable. The only drawback is that the majority if the staff is grumpy, unaproachable, and unfriendly. Go but your stuff there but even make an attempt at friendly small talk, youll get nothing back.

There cigar humidor is amazing. Can’t beat there prices & deal packages they have as well, I’m really big into cigars and this is by far my favorite place to buy from. There are very good people that work here as well!!

This was the first time Ive ever been to Wild Bills and I have to say I was disappointed. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff (so you get two stars for that) and he assisted in helping me find the ziip pod I was looking for. I went out to my car and opened up the first pod and there was oil leaking out everywhere. I immediately went back in to show the associate who had helped me, and instead of replacing the defective pack, I was handed a paper towel to wipe off the oil and sent on my way. Needless to say that particular pod leaked out completely within an hour...so it was just money wasted. I feel like its very poor service to sell someone a damaged product and not replace it. You probably wont find me back in there again.

Wasnt a bad place for 2 years of going here. I spent lots of money here and was a frequent customer up until today. I had purchased a coil from here and right after checkout i realized I was given the wrong coil. So i figured it could be as simple as sorry heres the correct one sorry for the inconvenience but instead they made me wait to do an exchange and was told after that it will be $0.53 more. I had no change on me and had to swipe my card for 53cents. I understand prices are prices but it was a mistake on wild bills end for giving me the wrong coil and instead of just making the exchange to get me in and out they decided to take more time out of my day just to get 53cents. I worked in retail myself before and in my eyes just making the exchange and getting a good customer service review that itself is worth more than $0.53. Im pretty confident i will be taking all my business down the road to the tobacco shoppe for now on.

Staff at this location are always very pleasant and helpful. I am always greeted when entering the store. Quite a wide variety and decent prices.

Store is large and well lit. Carries a very large quantity of supplies for Vaping, RYO Tobacco and products, Cigars, well as Glass pipes. Prices are set and are agreeable. You wont spend an arm and leg here! Staff is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and give good advice.

Krissy helped me figure out some nicotine free options that could work to help decrease my intake, her customer service was amazing and the info she gave really helped me out!

Prices are non reasonable, bringing in wholesale products and up selling to customers with the imaginable 20% off deal on tanks. ID checks go way out of portion and youre treated with a unfriendly remark when you forget to bring your identification into the store. If anyone is checking out products Id recommend using online purchases only, or go to an alternative store. When I went in, I never caught the managers name but hes got a really huge ego when it comes to vape equipment, and selling products. This guy thought I was lying about my age, even though I told him I was going to come back to and get my ID to prove I was of age, but was banned from the store.

Prices are high. Bought a Golden rainbow 10+ cigarette machine.. Broke in less than 3 months. Not only did I have to pay to ship it to them.. They also made me sent a return label so it ended up costing me $58. To send it in via warranty. Will never waste my money with this companys products again. Not really Wild Bills fault but very disappointed with Golden Rainbow!!!

Went there to buy a candle as a gift for a friend, and of course, they ID’d me. I gave them my ID, and they saw it was vertical and instantly refused to sell me the product. I was born in October of 2001, and i went in there during April 2021. What do you mean I cant buy a candle at the age of 19?! There’s no tobacco or nicotine in it! They were just straight up rude and disrespectful. Never again and highly recommend staying away from there. Better off going to The Tobacco Shoppe or even The Head Shed if you need anything.

Love this place. I go in at least once or twice a month. Ive never just gotten what Id came for. LoL I always &I mean always spend🤑 twice what I should😌 but everything is so cool LoL & I think I have like tons of beautiful novelty lighters, e-juice & last time I got a couple of adorable commuter cups LoL but again I love it & everyone should come in theres something for everyone here! 😊

The tobacco shop where i live closed down a few months ago and i whanted some chewing tobacco so me and my teenage kids decided to go to wild bills but right when we walked in my kids where kicked out i usally didnt have a problem with other tobacco shops having kids in there but i do understand they are underage but they wherent doing anything bad and they kicked them out im just warning yall dont take your kids in there theyll get kicked out immediately

I had given them a 3 star. But because of recent events im changing to 1 star, its nice to be greeted by a friendly face but u dont need 2 or 3 people trying to help you, i always feel rushed by them stairing at me because i cant make up my mind, there manager is helpless. You have to contact corporate to get anything done, ive had the manager say if you take coils, tanks or devices outside if there broken they will not replace, no customer service there.Then in black Friday they should be fully stocked for eliquid. I was one of the first one there to take advantage of the specials, they were out of almost every thing, there response was. Well we dont order we only get what is sent to. Us. They should be fully stocked for black Friday, anyways theres a ton more issues but too many to list here, my advice would be find another smoke shop.UPDATE4-6-2021I would save your time by not going in here no more, there not carrying 18650 battery mods and barely any tanks or coils or eliquid they might as well not be called a vape shop, there not what they once used to be, very sad to see it go down hill like this.

Very helpful had what I needed, just was disappointed they didnt have a product a friend received like weeks before but other than that great place friendly people.

I bought a kiln ceramic atomizer top with a battery believing it was a name brand since the sign said it was a kiln. But come to find out its a cheap clone that is worth less than what I was charged. They are 18 for a single top and I got charged 30 for that and a battery, and thats not at wholesale prices.. Its a very shady business practice, especially since the sign made it seem as if it was the name brand being marked down from 90 to 30. If I had paid 90 and figured this out Id sue. Im very disappointed. Will just be ordering from the maker of the clone himself DivineTribe. Id rather support him than Bills after this. I also sent the clone creator an email notifying him how you are using these deceptive practices to have people believe that it is a Kiln which is the line from Atmos. You cant advertise that its a kiln when its a kiln clone. Making up a price of 90 cut to 30 to make it seem like it might be a real one.

Refused to sell to me because someone over 21 I brought in had no ID. They werent even buying anything just looking at future options. Even after the person went out of the store they still refused to sell to me.

UPDATE: After contacting the corporate office, and their call to the Adrian store, the vape I purchased was replaced! I purchased a defective vape that does not work, it will not charge! I called the day after I purchased it, explained it doesnt charge and that I do not drive and have to wait for a ride to Adrian which might not be till the end of the month. So today, I was able to get to the store to try and replace the defective vape. After the store employee & on duty manager vetified it did not work or charge they told me sorry no refunds or exchanges after 14 days. I had my receipt and all of the original packaging. I told them I had called and that I dont drive. The on duty manager was smug, rude and didnt give a damn, said there was nothing she could do because of store policy. They took my money and sold me a defective product! I would NEVER recommend Wild Bills Tobacco unless you want to purcase defective merchandise!

The place has an excellent staff as well as everything you need. There place is well stocked and employees are always friendly.

Recently bought one of the Mr. Vapors pens and it was completely burnt tasting, only had it sitting at my house for 3 days tops and just got into it. Burnt the back of my throat and didn’t have any flavor. Strawberry Melon flavor “supposedly.”

Spend my money there every week. Bought a smok nord and its defective. I attempted to exchange it 15 days after purchase. They have a 14 day policy.. under normal circumstances I would understand, however my sister-in-law passed on the 24th of December and I have been out of town. I will not be spending my money in there any longer. My advice to anyone, go to the tobacco shoppe instead, or but online. Its way cheaper anyway.

Been coming here for a couple months now and when I walk in the door they know exactly what I need. The people there are really helpful if youre looking into the vapes or something to quit smoking. The variety of glass they sell here is mind blowing. They have alot if cool pieces and alot of sales for just about everything.

Higher prices than their other locations, Id rather drive to ypsi not to mention employee and managerial incompetence. Definitely dont know how to hold onto their customers, even well paying ones.

They always have what I want/need and replace smells great just as soon as you walk in the door. Great service and prices.

Wild Bills Tobacco Shop is my go to shop in any city. From smokes to glass, incense to ash trays. The glass selection is on par with most dedicated head shops, and the customer service is always spot on. I have used them for many, many needs in the past, and will continue to spend my money at Wild Bills! Without question the best all around smoke shop, in any city they are in!

Bought a hookah; advertised as two hose. Turns out one of the hose connections was sealed shut. Within ten hours went back to return (or preferably exchange, even if it was just the one part). Wasn’t given any help, and no more than just a “tough luck”.Will be disputing the charge and shopping elsewhere.

Lots of options, great prices, and the staff is super helpful. They have a wide array of cbd and kratom products, definitely worth checking out!
