Hello again, I needed to write another 5 star review because my experience with Alix was very pleasant. Her personality is so refreshing and confident, talking with her was very meaningful which I appreciated. I have been in customer service for many years and I love when I meet other women in the customer service industry who are so confident in what they do and are true to themselves. Given this, I knew I could trust her and let her take full control of my haircut and color. I have not dyed my hair in nearly 5 years but I wanted some change. I got a partial bayalage and when I say I love the outcome..it’s an understatement. I LOVE my hair. Alix was not only great to talk to, she blew me away with her talent and her ability to ask other colleagues for their input as well. Alix seems like a very team oriented person and I appreciated she also wanted some feedback about her ideas for my hair. It made me feel like she cared and was excited for me, which naturally made me very excited. Alix, thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will be back to see you soon!

My girlfriend and I came in today for what was our first and sure to be last time. I got the Gentlemans Pedicure, and she got a spa pedicure. She also asked for a french manicure. For starters, the technician did not do any sort of cuticle care during the pedicure. There was no warm towel afterwards, and she did not dry either of our feet after she was finished. This was not either of our first pedicures, so we were both well aware of standard procedure. During my girlfriends manicure, she did not properly prepare for the manicure, or wash the hands before starting. Not only that, but she also did not trim her nails, she simply just filed them down, which was not what was asked for. Also, speaking of things not asked for, my girlfriend wanted a french manicure and had picked out the specific shade she wanted. The technician changed it without consulting her, telling her that SHE HAD to change it because the color originally picked wouldnt look right on her fingers. AND THEN to top it off, she got white all over my girls fingers, without cleaning it off. It looked like a toddler painted her nails. She also smudged one finger and failed to fix it. They were uneven and was the worst manicure shes ever gotten. The salon itself looked nice on the interior, but service itself was lacking. Will never be back.

Hi Googlers,I have been going to this location for waxing for a long time and loved it. There were a few times where I wasn’t satisfied with their service but the skill at times outweighed my desire to find another location.I went today and was taken back to a nice clean room to start the service. The person who waxed me was kind and fun but did not want to fully invest in a job well done. She continuously asked me to look in the mirror to check if the waxing was good but became anxious as I continuously found areas where more work was needed. She eventually said, “I think I’ve gotten all I could get”, which made it more difficult for me to ask her to fix/wax anything else. She also used the wrong wax on me, (I use the blue wax), and did not let the wax dry hard enough so that the hair can be pulled from the root and not just broken off causing it to grow back faster, which means the wax would last a week instead of two.So I go up front to pay the normal price of about $20-30 and had a bill for $45!!! They said they charge extra for the full chin, which I was never quoted before when I received services from there. I wished that I had asked the price while I was on the phone but I didn’t expect any changes. As I was asking the reason for the price change the receptionist said “well in a perfect world..” and I wanted to check her but decided to be kind instead, retorting “this place is perfect to me”. Unfortunately, that will be my last time there, which I’m upset about because I used to love it there.I also left feeling so sticky, it was awful. The servicer did not wipe the area clean enough at all. I had to use a water bottle to try to rinse some of the stickiness off since I had another appt right after. In all the years I’ve been waxing I’ve NEVER left any waxing feeling so yucky. She clearly did not want to invest in doing good job. I paid all that money and still had to fix it when I got home. I especially wanted to experience more services, but the double price was insane and not worth the loss of a regular customer if you ask me. Ask questions about the prices first is my advice! From my normal $20-$30 to $45 is insane! They did switch owners, maybe that’s why? Idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ If she wants to charge that much she has to make sure her employees do a stellar job!

I highly recommend this salon and spa. My experience was incredible. I received a lash lift and tint from Ariel, and dermaplane/facial by Jillian. Both women were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional and attentive. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies for being so genuine and for such a pleasurable experience.

I had bad stylists my whole life and was very anxious when trying out this salon. They put me down to get my hair cut by Lexi and she was amazing the whole time. She kept it basic for me and we just did a small trim and by the next time I came in, I felt so much more safe and confident with Lexi and tried out a more adventurous cut. I’ve been seeing Lexi now for about 3 years and recently got my boyfriend to drop the barber shop for her and he loves her cuts as well. The staff in general is so so nice and knowledgeable and I always know I’m going to leave feeling great about my hair. I wouldn’t recommend any other place to anyone.

I had a very traumatic experience with another salon yesterday and had called Nicole Jeffrey’s yesterday to see if they could get me in today to help me. They were able to book me with Marie today and she was AMAZING!! She cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted and considering the hack job that was done to my hair the previous day at the other salon it wasn’t an easy task. I loved what she did so much I’m going back tomorrow for a color. I had never been here before today but from now on it will definitely be my go to place. I simply cannot express my appreciation enough.

Excellent and friendly customer service. The stylists were all so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Marie colored my hair and I cannot explain how appreciative and blown away I was with my results. In addition to the amazing staff, the salon has some of the most comfortable client chairs and rinse stations I have ever sat in! I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and most importantly loving my new hair.

Hands down the best salon in Ohio! The artists are talented and have wonderful personalities to match. For cut, color, wax, and makeup I trust Marie- she is amazing! She is such an amazing person inside and out. Its truly a great experience with her all around. For nails- Lisa. She does everything freehand, and she rocks! I never leave disappointed. Coming to Nicole Jeffreys has always been fantastic. From Ariel calling to remind me of appointments, to her professional and caring demeanor when I show up for said appointment. Marie always does an amazing job, and takes great pride in her services. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my salon services.

After moving to Akron I was looking for somewhere to get my hair done that was not only affordable but with a great staff. I made an appointment with Gracie and it was the best decision, because I was going such a dramatic cut I was kind of scared but she did great at reassuring me that it was going to look great, which it really does. The whole staff honestly was great! I cant wait to go back.

I’ve been coming here since my freshman year of high school and I’m now almost 30 now. The staff here is amazing and the girls do an amazing job! If you want your hair healthy and someone who knows what they are actually doing come here, You won’t regret it. I normally see Tricia on a regular basis who’s so awesome and so sweet but also have had my hair done by Beth, Morgan, Lexi and Gina. They have curled my hair for special events in my life and cut and colored too. The whole entire staff is awesome here. I Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I was past due on needing a hairstyle change Ive had the same hairstyle since the late-eighties sadly to admit. Long story short , a hairstyle change even if it was small was BIG to me. I went in for a consultation with Beth and she gave me an idea of what she thought would be a good look for me with little maintenance. I went back in two weeks later and came out as the after picture that I wanted to be! I had no idea what I was looking for or what I thought would look good on me and Beth created a hairstyle just for me its perfect and I just get overwhelmed with compliments!! she just did an amazing job on my hair and I wont be going anywhere else but back to Beth. She is very talented and made me feel so comfortable. without sounding goofy...and good haircut,style and color maybe common to some, but when it happens to you.... its amazing! Thank you Beth!

I would not go back. The pedicure was ok... No leg massage or hot towels scrubbing was very minimal, I was supposed to get a manicure but didnt because they couldnt remove the dip polish I already had on my fingers, my friend got a manicure with gel and the polish lasted less then 2 weeks. The upper back massage was ruined because of the conversation I was having with the massage therapist ( not relaxing at all for me) the facial was nice but when she was massaging my head she kept pulling my hair really hard. My friend loved her facial though. Overall for the services we received and the price we paid we will be trying a new place next time

A nice salon that offers a variety of different treatments such as hair coloring, manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, hair shampooing, messages, and Reiki. Came in for a message and Kathy took great care of me. Facility is very clean, coffee and tea are offered up front, and the atmosphere is very nice. Would definitely be willing to come back.

Beth has been cutting my hair for several years, and she always does a wonderful job! Several people have asked me where I go for my haircuts, and I am always happy to point them to Beth. Nicole at the front desk always helps improve the experience with her friendly service too!

Made an appointment because its close to my home and I needed a boost in confidence. I had decided to quit coloring my very gray hair and had a change of heart because it made me feel so frumpy.Thankfully, I was paired with Marie. I left it all to her and she SLAYED it!! I walked out feeling beautiful and like I had honestly found not only a great colorist/stylist, but a new friend. She never rushed me, she knows exactly what shes doing and Im so happy I found her!The salon is clean, beautiful and I will be booking other services as well as my already booked follow up with her!

Went here for the first time 10/17/18 for a hair color appointment with Lexi. Omg I could not be happier! The color turned out amazing!!! She even did my hair for me to be not as expensive and I still love love love it!!!! The atmosphere was clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly!!! Ive never felt so comfortable in a salon before. Lexi was beyond sweet and such a wonderful person. I will definitely come back for all my hair needs! It definitely isnt cheap but its well worth the price for the experience and expertise you get. I will contine to reccomend this place to anyone who asks.

My wife has used this place often, its really good when they can actually get her in, but the stylist she uses seems to have lots of illness and family emergencies. So sad, she was happy when she actually got her hair done, but now we need to find her a place with a bit less drama.

I came from out of town for a wedding and needed an intricate updo...Lexie was amazing and made my hair look even better than the Pinterest photo I showed her! She was so fun to chat with while I was getting it done too. If I didn’t live almost 8 hours away, I’d certainly be back! I highly recommend her for any special event hair needs you might have!

I have been to this salon regularly for the past year. Today I was treated in a very bizarre manner. I arrived and was greeted by the stylist who asked if she could save time by skipping the shampoo. I was puzzled and replied no. Then she said then she may have to abbreviate the blow dry. Again perplexed, I said no way and she said her next client was at 2pm and I arrived late for my 1:30. I looked at my watch and said I had arrived 5min late. She said I was now 10min late. This upset me and said I better leave as this was not working and was very sorry.My thoughts were I must have been mistaken by putting NJ in the category of a better salon, because I have never been in a better salon that only allows 30min for a womens cut and style. Also it could have been handled much better by explaining her schedule was not working and she would love to rebook me.Up until this point I world have rated them a 4 or 5 star. Instead they have lost two regular clients as my son went there also. Funny I never see the salon with more than 2 clients and usually I was the only one. I did get a decent haircut but have had better. Wishing you good luck as we both move forward, maybe we will meet again and maybe not... ♡

I booked a cut, color, mani and pedi for my fiance for the day before our wedding. The person setting up the appointment was very helpful and let me know there was no massage therapist available that day which was fine, the services above would be great.**** The person who booked the visit and the person who did the hair cut and color were GREAT.****The person who did the mani pedi said several times Im not going to have time to do your mani, my next client is here at 2:00, well, my fiance was booked until 2:30, its not my fiances fault you cant manage your time.So after stating the same several times obviously in an effort to get my fiance to say ok, no problem... the person states that she will do it but it has to be quick.SHE THEN PUSHES SO HARD WITH THE CUTICLE TOOL AND NAIL FILE IT BURNS INTO HER SKIN AND THE CUTICLE AREA ALL BUT BLEEDS... then she only has one color available because she doesnt have enough time to go get a polish color that my now wife wanted from her station... really ??? So she gets transparent glitter with her French manicure...This got two stars ONLY because the person who booked it and the hair person were great... the nail person wrecked the entire visit and it sucks for the next few days when I held her hand I had to be careful not to hit the area the B at this place burnt into her finger with the nail file.

I am a new client, I had a 9am appointment today, I arrived on time and no one showed up. Not sure what time anyone decided to open but I left by 9:30, nothing bothers me more than an unprofessional business. It is now 11am & I had no phone call or explanation, was going to consider going back seeing how I understand things happen but I am not happy with how things went today.
