Matthew is a great therapist. I was late to my session and though my time was shortened, he made sure I was taken care of. Judy, at the front desk is amazing. So kind and sweet. Everyone we came in contact with made you feel very welcome. My mom worked with Lucy and she loved her experience as well.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Lucy made me feel comfortable and kept checking to make sure the pressures she was using were tolerable, not to mention the massage itself was absolutely wonderful. I truly felt my entire body/being relax and calm down. This was my first massage ever and I’m glad it was at this location. I will definitely be returning!

I have a wonderful experience here everytime with Roe the aesthetician. She answers all of my questions without hesitation and professionally. I always leave with my face glowing feeling refreshed and revived. Thank you Roe for always taking such good care of me! Can’t wait for my next visit with you:)

Valeria was so kind and fantastic today. She gave the most perfect massage and the aromatherapy was relaxing. The front desk lady was also kind and was very welcoming. First off, Bo deserves a higher pay than what he gets. Hes great, and I was very pleased with the services I received from him. 10/10, would definitely go back to him again.What I am not a fan of is the pushing of a membership after I say no. Im aware of the increased charges after the first initial appointment. Its plastered everywhere. I understand you guys make commission but it really makes people uncomfortable.Otherwise generally a good experience.

Priscilla was a 10 out of 10 i recommend to anyone with any aches and pains she’s awesome! The customer service was amazing at the desk, so great I left tips and now I am enrolling into becoming a member there! Highly recommended

The The masseuse provided amazing massages. However, the front staff are a complete mess and were no help at all. I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a month and nobody will send me any information so that I can cancel and I have been charged an additional month already due to the fact that they will not give me the information so I can cancel my membership.

Bo is wonderful. He was named the Best Massage Therapist and thats completely true. Hes kind, smart and he knows his stuff. I always walk out 100% better than when I came in.

First time here, I have to say this was an amazing experience! I was experiencing alot of neck pain and I was able to get in right away. Tj did an amazing job with my massage. Made sure i was comfortable the whole time. Kayla at the front desk was very welcoming and professional!

Nick listened closely to me before our session started and addressed each of my problem areas. He is quite an asset to the business. I look forward to being on Nick’s table soon.

Lisa is hands down the best!! I always feel fantastic when I leave there. She’s also so tuned into your comfort, consistently checking in. She’s lovely to chat with if you’re feeling chatty, and also respectful of when you’d rather have quiet time. I would recommend her every time!

I have to agree that massage envy is a great place to get a reasonably priced massage with highly skilled therapists. The wait time is acceptable but book weeks in advance because the calendar fills up quick. The linens are the only issue I had. I never felt like they were high quality like most of the other massage parlors and spas Ive been too. I felt they were itchy. Otherwise a great massage well worth the price.

My 1 hr facial with the add on for skin firming was disappointing. my neck throat area was barely touched nor was my upper chest or shoulder area. It felt rushed when she WAS IN TGE ROOM and she ended the service more that 10:00 minutes before the end of my hour. When I questioned the time she said she allots 20 minute for consultation which was probably the covered for the time i was left laying on tge table waiting for her to return to begin my facial. If this is the way your facials are timed then I will not use this service again for a facial. I’ve had facials years ago when i was a member of ME before and this did not come anywhere near in comparison. I remember receiving a facial that included the face, neck/upper chest AND THEY PERFORMED AN ARM & HAND MASSAGE placing lotion on my hand and placing a warm mitten on them. This was a total disappointment.My massage with Mr Bo was a 5. STAR experience and exactly what I requested. He impressed me with his knowledge. I am a Physical therapist and Bo was able to identify the pain in my left hip as a femoral nerve impingement. I will rebook with him everytime. I will never book another appointment with Tori and if she represents what you call an hour facial then I will go elsewhere for my next facial.To bad I struck out so badly on the lame facial.

I came in not knowing anything about face care. My skin gets very dry and never knew how to help that. Tori went through all steps of the facial and helped me with recommendations to start my face care routine. Thank you so much!!

Lisa is very good with light, full body massages. Lisa is a very experienced masseuse. She concentrates on the art of her practice with little dialogue. She asks if the pressure level is right for the client during sessions. A+

Massage Envy is my happy place. The Fairlawn Ohio spa is wonderful. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Katryna is my favorite therapist and she was selected as Massage Envy National Therapist of the Year in 2023. She provides many enhancements and always knows how to make you feel good. Self care is so important and monthly visits to Massage Envy is one way to take care of yourself.

I was promptly brought in to the room. I got ready and waited eight minutes for Tori to come in. She came in at 5:08. I was laying there waiting for so long I checked the clock. She did the facial and she was done at 5:45. I checked the clock again because it didn’t seem like it was an hour. And the time before I was told that a kit was free and was charged $40 for it. Will not be going back to Tori.

Massage Envy was a great experience.Tomas my massage therapist was fantastic.He listened to my concerns and issues.I received my massage on May 14th and I feel a 100% percent better today.

My massage and Facial yesterday still has me floating and napping like a newborn. Bo was my massage therapist and Tori was my esthetician at the Fairlawn. You both didnt miss a beat. Keep spreading your awesome gift and take care.

Ro, was so nice and made me feel so much more confident in my skin! She gave me great recommendations for my skin type and was very knowledgeable in what she does!!!

The massage was okay. The front desk was super friendly. The woman who did my massage was also very friendly but maybe a little too friendly. This was my first time out since having my baby and she talked the whole time. It’s always very awkward to ask someone to not talk so I didn’t say anything about it and she just talked the whole time. Overall the massage was just okay. When she was talking she would stop massaging to talk with her hands so I missed out on some time because of that. It was also only about 40-45 minutes even though I paid for 60 minutes. I understand they do 10 minutes for changing and consultation but with the talking it was shorter. She spent about 1-3 minutes on my calf’s so that was a little sad. I went to bed that night and one spot on my arm felt like it had a giant bruise on it from her continually massaging that one spot although other problems probably needed more attention. Again it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best by far.

The ladies at the front desk were outstanding. Kind, informative and so pleasant. Nick was my massage therapist and I rate him a solid 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to go back.

It was great! I had a headache for days and walked in and found out that we actually didn’t have an appointment. They worked me in on Tomas’s schedule and he worked wonders on my headache!!!

I am 6 months pregnant and got my first massage here. Since I’ve never had a professional massage before, I was very nervous. The room was clean and the massage therapist, Haylie did an incredible job at making the experience relaxing and comfortable. She used just the right amount of pressure to relieve my aches and pains without hurting me or the baby. I also got an 15 minute relaxing foot scrub, which I definitely needed. Everything was perfect. Thank you Haylie and the front desk staff for incredible service.

Me and my wife booked a couples massage and had to wait 2 weeks which was not a problem because of the good reviews when it came up to our date we received a call to confirm our appointment and were told only guys were available and we were uncomfortable with that so we were told we had to wait addional few weeks for different masseuse. Thnx for ruining our romantic weekend

I requested a firm full body massage and it was WAY to hard. I did not let the massage therapist know that it hurt because I knew she was trying to do her best working out the knots, but next time I will definitely request light pressure. Also, as she was massaging, there was not enough lotion/oil because I could feel a lot of friction on my skin.

My appointment spot was given away to someone else, I had to come back the next week, but got Covid, I was unable to cancel session earlier that day, cancelation fee is not able to be refunded. I spoke to the manager who explain they are unable to do anything about the fee even with me having Covid. Overall not the best customer experience.

Taylor(TJ) has a wonderful ability to find those areas you don’t even know are tense/angry and work them out. He knows just how much conversation I am interested in having each visit and adjusts. Great therapist in touch with his clients.

Such a great experience here, every time. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful, most notably, Judy. She’s so welcoming to my husband and I each visit. They must have caller ID as well, because each time I call and she answers, she greets me by name with some sweet comment. She’s so fun when we arrive and depart. TJ is my go to therapist. I highly recommend. He uses a very unique technique that is completely relaxing and consistent and he just has a naturally calming presence. I’ve been getting routine massages from him, and I really appreciate that he respects my quiet time without a lot of chit chat, which I’ve found to be distracting with other therapists. If you are prone to stress and tension, try a massage with TJ, you’ll walk away completely refreshed.

My masseuse was fine. However the massage I thought inwas getting was only for 20 min (its advertised as 30) was with a massage gun (not explained as such as far as I could tell).

Nicole at the Fairlawn location is a true professional, listens to her clients to understand their needs and impeccably delivers.

I’m generally not the bad review guy, unless it’s well deserved. I have called numerous times over several years and can NEVER get an appointment. Buyer Beware: Don’t buy their membership. You won’t be able to get an appointment.

I enjoyed my 90 minute massage. Really relaxing and definitely would love to go back. But, Very expensive. Receptionists were nice but paying was a bit confusing. Things did get figured out and taken care of.

The business ruins the therapists. I arrived for my 60 minute appointment a few minutes early, but did not get on the table until several minutes after 9, and was finished and out the door well before 10. I think massage envy is a joke. They have terrible customer service for what you pay. While the therapist that worked in me was good, the price tag isn’t worth going there. They should call it a 50 minute massage rather than lie to me. And it has been almost near impossible to book my preferred therapists, I have paid for 10 sessions but can’t get the therapists I like? Why am I paying $90 a month? I would like to cancel but they can’t seem to tell me the date my scam membership expires.

Nick does a great job focusing on areas of discomfort. My neck and lower back muscles were so tight, it was difficult to sleep. After seeing Nick, I was more comfortable sleeping and felt less stressed. Hes Awesome!

My 60 minute session with Lucy was great. She helped much in working on my head, neck, shoulders and back! Thanks much!

TJ is awesome. Excellent pressure and pays attention to the spots I tell him are a problem. Usually finds things I didn’t realize were bothering me until he touches them.Atmosphere could be better. I’m not sure if they’re remodeling some of the rooms or what right now, but there’s a lot of noise coming through the walls during my massage.Front desk ladies are always friendly and accommodating.

I was in a car accident where I was rear ended this past month and was still have some stiffness in my upper back/neck and the occasional headache and I feel so much better now. Katrina is amazing and has fixed my back/neck on more than one occasion. Shes the best, and I always look forward to our sessions.

I would highly recommend this massage envy location everyone is friendly and professional. If you are a female and prefer a female I would recommend Nicole if Nicole is not available then Hailey. I have mainly gone to Nicole and Hailey twice. Both have very strong hands for a firm deep pressure. Their pressure is consistent they are attentive to you requests if pressure needs to be changed. They are both friend and professional as well. Oh they also are very good at time management for each section and have good technique and know the body/muscles. Highly recommend!

Haylie is the best and i absolutely love her! She has great techniques and amazing with her abilities. Haylie is always on time kind and very pleasant. She showed me to my room asked me if anything has changed and if there was any concerns i had. I told her I have had an issue with my left shoulder for a few weeks. After the session I was getting dressed to leave and felt so much relief. I actually could raise my arm over my head. I feel 100 percent better today. I am about to graduate from massage school and she was very informative, I experienced a new technique which I loved. She encouraged me to apply at Massage Envy and spoke highly of the company. I work a physical job and I always receive an excellent massage every time. Asia is excellent at customizing each session to work on what I need that day. I recommend Asia and the Fairlawn location to friends and family all the time. I’ve never had a negative experience at that location.

TJ always does an amazing job. Checks in on pressure and works out those tough spots. Fun, light conversations and plenty of quiet time so I can relax. If youre going to go here book with TJ!

Haylie killed it. As a person with new found epilepsy and the amount of seizures I’ve had and what it done to my body over a year and a half. She literally brought life back in to me. She very genuine and she is listening to you and she giving you feed back and all that she can do as a masseuse. Awesome 10 out of 10

This place is so nice, when you walk in the girls are so sweet, they help you find the right massage that fits for you, then you go in a room that is so calming and for the next 50 minutes they talk very softly while they give you the best massage.I only gave them 4 stars because they used Icy Hot on my neck and I was Freezing for the next 2 hours, except for that..there are awesome. And if you want the best massage ever ask for Nick

I have always really enjoyed going to Massage Envy. They are great at getting you scheduled and the experience is great! I personally have gone to Ro for months now for my facials and I wouldnt go to anyone else. She remembers what I like, what my skin needs and always goes above and beyond. Lisa is who I go to for massages and she has always been great and seems very experienced. Would highly recommend.

Katryna gives the best massages! She knows my tension spots but also knows the spots to go much lighter. Shes always super friendly and professional, focused on making the experience comfortable and relaxing for her clients. Continuing my monthly package after receiving the first year as a gift was the best decision ever! Couldnt recommend Massage Envy, or Katryna, enough!

I have been going to Massage Envy for several years in Hawaii. I recently moved to Ohio and booked an appointment at the Fairlawn location. I was assigned to TJ. He is a miracle worker! For the first time in years I have no hip pain! I can walk up the stairs, bend over and squat down without pain. He will be my guy going forward. I highly recommend TJ!!!

Had the best 90-minute facial with Madison today! It was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels so good! Really looking forward to my next appointment with her!Also had a 90-minute massage with Matt yesterday. That, too, was amazing! I hope Massage Envy appreciates these 2 employees because theyre really, really good at what they do! I hope they both stay around for a while.

I have been experiencing stubborn sacrum/ hip flexor/glute pain for years & Nerijus helps to relieve that issue. My body feels more aligned after my massage & I actually slept pain free last night!

The ONLY reason I’m giving a 5 star review is because of Rosecine who does my facials. Message Envy’s business model is a joke! They increase charges and there is always a catch to how they do business. The ONLY reason I continue to do business with them is because of the individuals who actually perform the services. When I signed up with them (for the second time) I was assured that the business model had changed and the way they do business improved, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! They have plenty of improvements to make.

Melissa has been my massage therapist several times now, and she is consistently outstanding! Always checking in regarding my needs and preferences and adjusts accordingly. She also takes her time and doesn’t make me feel like she’s rushing through the hour. The reception staff has always been very warm, welcoming, and kind. I love this location!

Nerijus is the best! I’ve been going to him for years. I always leave very relaxed, and he always gets the knots I have in my neck and shoulders out.The ladies at the front are all very kind and helpful. The facility is very clean and is a very tranquil space.

Lisa F., my massage therapist was well qualified and it showed through her use of various techniques to release my built up stress throughout my body. I had a nice visit at the Fairlawn location. It was my first time at any Massage Envy. It was clean and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The massage itself was relaxing, Melissa was very professional. Unfortunately, I learned they are membership based. If you choose not to purchase a membership, the single visit prices are very expensive after your first intro visit. For this reason I may not return, however the overall experience itself was very good.

Been going to this location for a couple of years. They are always very polite and helpful! Matt is absolutely amazing at what he does! Always a great experience and much appreciated!!

Tori was fantastic. It was my first facial and I was nervous but she was very informative and put my mind at ease.

I gave three stars mainly because the receptionist or Im not sure of her title was relentless on how I wanted to leave Nicole a tip, asking me on three separate occasions. I felt that was waaay over the top and honestly not even her business. Nicole was amazing and she did an excellent job. If she was in my neck of the woods shed be worth a membership.

Ive had many massages and Teona is the best at what she does. I drive out my way to schedule with her. Her pressure is always perfect, she is considerate and kind. I hope Massage Envy never loses this gem.

Matt is an exceptional therapist and I have been getting massages 35 years. I have chronic sciatica and lower back pain. Matt helps relieve that pain. He seems to know what is wrong instantly. Matt is highly experienced and knowledgeable. He targets my pain points skillfully. He recommends terrific additions like the CBD infused lotion, which is also helping. I cannot say enough good about him.

Lisa is the absolute best! I look forward to seeing her every time. I can’t wait to get back.

I bought my sister a massage for her birthday and asked employees numerous times to only use my credit card one time. They saved my credit card and been taking money out of my account for several months. Instead of refunding my money they told me that they would give me a refund if my sister paid them their money as if her and I are in a partnership. Shes not even an authorized user n my bank account. Instead of doing things the right way theyre playing the victim. Ive never done anything like this for my sister. Since we lost our mom in 2020 my sister has hard a rough time because they were really close. I just wanted her to experience a massage and try to relax. Massage Envy never looked at the fact that I brought them someone who turned out to be a customer. Bad for business!!!

Ro was fabulous and so kind! She was also very knowledgeable about the service and explaining to me how to better care for my skin. Ive been having a very stressful time in my life and it was nice to relax and chat with her during my service. I will definitely be seeing her again.

Always a great session. My facials are always amazing and refreshing. She is very friendly and always explains every step and very thorough in asking if face is tingling and such to protect skin. I always look forward to my facials with Roscenie. I highly recommend her. Also, front staff are always very friendly and accommodating.

Twila, as always, is absolutely AMAZING!!! and yes, i definitely suggest her if you need a deeper massage for sore muscles! (i almost hate to pass this on, she already has limited bookings available lol!) this month, i swapped the add-on at the last minute and she had zero problems getting it and being right on time! i’ll be back next month! Walter was great! He was very professional, & personable for the entire session. He took the time to find out what I needed, & wanted. Also what threshold of intensity I was comfortable with. He even did some fascia work as well. I will definitely be scheduling with him for full fascia massages in the future.

Matthew is awesome!!! He’s very professional and does a really good job. The lady who checked me in was great too. She greeted me by name ( and unfortunately I can’t remember hers). She was very welcoming and efficient with the check in and check out processes.

I love massage envy & i have a new love for Nicole who has just started a new career during the pandemic. She’s great for only being a few months in. She worked my whole body but made sure to focus on my shoulders as i asked and i loved my massage. Not lots of talking, (some therapists are more chatty) very relaxed deep tissue. Loved it.

Kat in the Fairlawn location has been fantastic over the last several months helping me rehab my injured back. I cant thank her enough for the time and effort! She is one of the best therapists I have ever seen!

I always get timely reminders. When i enter the salon, I am always greeted with a smiling face and words of greeting. There is someone there to walk you back and to ensure your therapist knows you are ready. Great place. Worth every penny. Walter is the best massage therapist ever and am sad he is leaving!

I have a monthly standing appointment with Matt. He is the best at deep tissue I told him he better never leave me! I have a bed back and look forward to my monthly massage with Matt to feel better he is so helpful. Also everyone who greets me is very helpful but one girl named Tamarah really sticks out. She knows me by name always says Hi, even if not waiting on me and is so helpful with everything. I usually get any promotions that you guys have going on and she was nice enough to explain to me the way the system works to make sure I use up all my credits before they expire. These 2 along with everyone else always make it a very pleasurable experience I look forward to my monthly visits!

They were kind and Tomas was great but after I felt like they paraded me around the room trying to get me to buy things and I totally get upselling, it was just a little too much. No means no. Lol

The inside was clean and inviting. The front desk staff were helpful and cheery. The massage was great, and my masseuse was accomidating, offering suggestions and responding immediately to requests for pressure and focus. After the massage she offered suggestions for targeted areas to be addressed for future follow up. However the cost is exorbitant, 150 dollars for 60 minutes seems quiet high, regardless of the quality. In summary a quality massage, but it will definitely cost you a pretty penny.

This was the second massage with Tomas and it was wonderful! This was a 90 minute deep-tissue session that was one of the best I’ve ever had. I think I fell asleep a couple times because I was so relaxed.Thank you for taking such great care of me yesterday!

I purchased a massage for my husband and he said Asia was great! He originally went in for a relaxing massage but had so many knots that Asia mainly worked on his neck and shoulders which was much needed! Will definitely be back!

Asia is not only knowledgeable about the human body and how to best find relief for tight muscles, he is also easy told hold conversation with and willing to answer lots of questions. I 100% recommend him for an excellent massage experience. I feel lucky that he is employed at the Massage Envy near me!

Each and every visit I’ve had at Massage Envy has been great they are always pleasant & very accommodating. Yesterday I had a massage with Walter and his hands are magic! Not only did he know all the spots that needed more pressure he also showed me some stretches to do after I leave to help with the pain I was having! I feel so much better today. I absolutely enjoy getting my facials. The young lady who does the facials is a very nice and professional. She really cares about your skin and works with you to improve the overall appearance of your skin.I can tell that she really enjoys her job! She’s actually the ONLY reason I signed into a contract with Message Envy. I would also like say that the front desk staff are all very nice and have all been a pleasure to deal with. My past experiences with Message Envy were not very positive but it’s good to see that they are making attempts to improve their services and the people who works for them.

I got a facial done here 4/7/2022 and Madison was my esthetician and was phenomenal. I had an amazing experience and even a day later am feeling great. Decent enough service but confusing when we should plan. You have to commit to a year paying around 70 or so dollars a month. Its only gets you session for 60 min per month But you get a discount on extra ones that month. We also offer stretching and facial services. Taylor is great. He knows exactly how to relieve the muscle tension and pain. Emma in reception kindly contacted me when I left my credit card there and kept it safe until I could pick it up the next day.

I’ve started see Walter regularly and I love him! He does techniques to help with build up of lactic acid in my shoulders and other areas of my body and it really helps. He also makes every massage a very relaxing experience but also makes sure to take care of my problem areas. I’m so glad I found him and I recommend him to anyone looking for a great masseuse!

Matthew is professional, competent and personable. I have some what of a complex neck condition & He is always trying to think of new techniques to help and always wants to be in sync with my other medical care. It took me a while to find someone with his level of knowledge. He is definitely excellent!

I have been to massage envy several times over the past year as I signed up for a membership after I received a gift card for a free free massage. The only downside to this place is the cost. Every time I go in there, everybody is so nice and accommodating. They provide a great ambience for their clientele, and they have very professional kind and skilled staff. I am a nurse who works long hours on a hard floor. I also carry my weight in my stomach and my chest, which causes me a lot of back problems from top to bottom. They always listen to my needs and make sure that I am comfortable first and foremost. I can’t speak highly enough of this place.

Matt did a superb job at giving me a wonderful 1 hour massage.I will be going back monthly, especially since I found out my HSA will pay for it; with a prescription from my doctor😊 and I cant wait!

I loved my massage and the girl that was being trained at the front desk on 6/17/22 9:00 am. The lady that was doing the training her name is Gina was very over barring and was speaking very loud on the phone with customers. She had it on speakerphone and didn’t offer me to wait in the back room for waiting for my massage room to get ready. Other customers would come in she was not aware one came in and did not take her temperature. She was forcefully trying to assist the girl that was training. It was not my first time at the place and I was just trying to put the tip on and Gina was just over helping instead of asking if I wanted her help. I move slow with the tip machine and Gina made me feel rushed.

Full body massage was great. Finally was satisfied with my massage this time. I felt so relaxed and my body pain was gone after. First time having Melissa and it was awesome. The pressure was perfect. Thank you Melissa! Massage was great!

I came in i couldn’t move my neck, couldn’t stand or sit without being in horrible pain, i showed tomas where the pain was and he focused on that spot. Walked out of there being able to lift my arm move my neck, sit and stand without being in pain. He did an awesome job!

Lisa is great! She is able to pinpoint the cause and work on the source of my pain. I had 6 months of physical therapy and 2 visits to an orthopedic doctor, with 2 MRIs and no results. In 3 visits to Lisa, I was pain free!

Based on 13 visits at several locations, an “hour” massage is 45 minutes. Fine print does say 5 minutes before and after 🥴. Communication is poor at best.Speaking with the management team about a situation led to a cookie cutter response (cancellation 10 days prior and when I did I was told it had to be OUTSIDE the 10 days!!!) I reached out to corporate and was 6 weeks of unanswered calls before I finally had someone to speak to. Which they referred me back to the problem franchise location (N Canton) No resolve. That’s how they roll. Not impressed and I gave it several visits to compare. I’ll definitely not return and could NEVER recommend. One customer service issue being handled effectively would have resulted in favorable recommendation. Too bad for your business!

First time ever getting a massage and they were awesome! They have such a good atmosphere there and the warming bed is to die for. Also, they have amazing products you should try!

The massage therapists are over worked like crazy, so they are exhausted when they get to you. Plus you can tell they are not the most experienced. My one massage therapist did not know what where the teres muscles were. Plus the way they trap you into their service makes it hard to just move on. Its mediocre half rate corporate driven fast food of massages, in a nutshell. Lame company!

Haylie was great, I asked for a firm massage and that’s exactly what I got. She knew all the spots that were tight and worked them out. She knows what she’s doing, 10 outta 10 highly recommend.

This was my third massage with Melissa. I was very tight and tense due to stress and in a lot of pain. She worked her magic and used just the right pressure and also utilized RTR gun. I felt so much better afterwards and was able to get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend Melissa!

Every therapist I have seen has been great. Only complaint I have is that it’s very hard to get an appointment sometimes.My most recent appointment was not my usual great experience. I was mixed up with another customer so they thought I was late for my appointment and because of this my massage was cut significantly short. I left feeling not nearly as good as I normally do.I also discovered that I am missing a significant amount of credits from unused monthly visits.

TWILA brought me back to life. She worked out all my knots & was very personable. Shes my new favorite here. I booked her for the rest of the year!

Not only do I get to relax while getting my facial, but Ro is a wonderful esthetician and truly spends quality time with her clients. I won’t schedule my facials with anyone else. She cares for her clients and does an amazing job caring for my skin.

They have a great masseuse there but the customers service and management is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. They will screw up your account and then refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes.
