I bought a lookah ice cream, was really disappointed with the way the product performed I called about a return and was informed the only way to return is if it completely does not work.... only had product over night seemed to only work on lvl 3 and 4 but I guess thats good nuff

Sold me a broken blade yesterday… (I work in retail so I understand some items slip through with defects) but they won’t exchange it for another. Waste of 13 bucks. I was told that they didn’t “remember selling any blades yesterday”

Tyler is literally the best. Knowledgeable about the products that are sold here, always offering to help you out when making a purchase, and super friendly as well. Every time I come into this store while Tyler is working, I leave grateful that there are still people like him out there, and happy with my purchase as well. Thanks again for being a solid dude every time I come into the store!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been going here since they opened and am ecstatic to share such a wonderfully run smoke shop! Tim, Tyler, an James are my main guys! They know their stuff and theyre never trying to sell me something I dont want or need. They have good recommendations when Im looking for something new. An lastly they have so much product I am sure you will find what you are looking for! Oh an if they couldnt get any better, they have a point program that allows you $10 off once redeemed!

I previously put a review saying that it was a good store because they said if you left a review you would get 10% off your next purchase so I gave them a good review and then when I came back to the store they said oh our owner no longer does that its just to get people to review them and they upcharge on all of their wraps and shells package says 99-cents they sell them for like a dollar $2 its crazy. And the owner just responded and that made me repost so he knew my real feelings.

I am so happy we finally have a good shop in the area! They have an amazing selection of products for a fair price. Friendly/ knowledgeable staff everytime I go. Owner is nice/ hardworking. The store is organized and clean, which makes the shopping experience a lot better. Thanks Havannah!

They have everything you need and more. Staff is always very respectful and happy to help find anything Im looking for. Very good variety for any vaping or smoking needs. I would recommend this location over any other vape/smoke shop!

Nice local smoke shop near me with a super friendly staff!

I’ll start by saying, I used to LOVE this shop. I came in here atleast once a week, and up until very recently, my fiancé and I were very regular loyal customers. But here’s why I will no longer be spending my money here. I understand their policy of not replacing a vape once you leave the store, I used to work at a vape shop. But, when someone spends a ton of money in your store, you should at least try to be accommodating? In the past month alone I have had 2 defective products, called to complain, and was told to talk to the owner. But they can’t tell me when the owner will be in? So I’m out $80?? There’s some issues that don’t pop up til a few hits in- my delta 8 was spewing distillate through the hitter piece, in turn, burning my mouth. Also, after about 6 hits of my disposable nic vape, it dropped from 90% to 30% and got extremely hard to pull. Now a day later, and it doesn’t at all. Very upsetting because I’ve been coming here weekly for almost a year, but there wasn’t any type of solution offered to me to rectify the situation- so no longer supporting this business is my solution. I understand products have defects, but I shouldnt have to pay for a defective product.

The products are good and there’s a wide variety, but the girl who was working tonight (1/2/23) was having a tough time. I think she was sick, so I understand if she was foggy and that’s why getting questions answered was difficult, but selling me the incorrect quantity of products and telling me I’m not allowed back when I pointed out the mistake clearly cannot be rectified is a little hard to be excused by “I’m sick,” that’s just kinda bad customer service, in my opinion. PLXpress on Turkeyfoot Lake Rd has comparable product that’s reasonably priced and you don’t have to get out of your car and they’re knowledgeable about what they carry. My decision is made.

Love this place! Workers are nice, their selection is AMAZING AND their prices are good which is what keeps me coming back. Ive been to several places locally between different towns and I have to say their prices are so far the best Ive seen on top of the selection they have, its a win-win. If Im buying locally, Im going to Havana Smoke Shop. Since Ive found them I havent gone anywhere else. Plus, they have a rewards system where you can use your phone number everytime you make a purchase which ultimately goes to $10 off when you reach a certain point, Ive already used my reward once and Im working on points toward my 2nd reward. I love that they have that reward system because Im sure other people who vape can sympathize that we vapers do shell out a decent amount of money for products so its nice that they reward their customers. Its the first time Ive seen a shop in Ohio have the rewards system in place like that which is great, I moved from Chicago Illinois and I used to be a regular at multiple business that also had their own reward system so its really nice to see Havana Smoke shop doing that out here in Ohio. They should have something for everyone, whether youre a disposable vape type of person or a reusable/refillable vape users and need juices, coils, pods, ect. or youre old school and Smoke cigarettes, you can find tobacco products here as well as tubes for cigarettes or rolling papers and like I said, theyre prices are good and arent going to leave you feeling overcharged and cheated like some places that just way over charge for no good reason because charging double or more than double for a product is a bit extreme if you ask me. Definitely check out Havana Smoke Shop, they have a good system and a good thing going here. Kudos to them for doing it right 👏 👏 💐

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. I bought a hyde ecig there. It stopped working right away. I went back within a few minutes and told them and they told me I was lying and that they would not replace it. Stay away from this place.

Went the for the first time and was very impressed! The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable! They have a huge selection and are waiting for cigars and humidors to show up! Very clean! Will definitely be back!!!

Do not buy anything from here. If you buy a mod and it has a problem or if you buy a pod system mod and it has a problem, they will not help you, and they have a no return policy. Consumers beware this business is only here to take your money.
