Great store with an awesome selection. I have been coming here for the last 4 years. Staff is very helpful and always gives great recommendations. I will drive from San Bernardino to Brea just to purchase what I need here. Highly recommend coming here and to their other locations.

The service I received from Richard was impeccable, very knowledgeable and informative. Did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions, but on the contrary, asked if I had any more. Friendly and kind , and w/ a smile😊I felt good about my purchase when I left, got the vape I wanted. Great customer service, and great products. Amanda has helped me twice to pick out different vape pens and both experiences have been beyond amazing! She’s extremely experienced on what she’s selling you and does not budge you to buy the most expensive item, but exactly what you’re looking for. Favorite place to buy vape stuff. Buying vape stuff in store is never gonna be as cheap as buying it online but it’s definitely worth it for me to go here because the staff is so helpful and really about it. I haven’t vaped in a couple years and I’m trying to cut back on Smoking. I’m so glad Richard helped me navigate the waters of pod systems and nic salts which are way more similar to actual cigarettes than the cloud chasing mech mods I had from years back!lol. Met Andrew the other day when I came in, and he’s super cool and hyped on vaping too! The two dudes I’ve met that work here are both super cool and know their stuff about the vape sauce!

Friendly staff trained by friendly owners. They open early and stay open into the night, closing at 10:00pm which is my favorite thing about Vape Ave. All the latest vaporizers and a great selection of affordable vaporizers. Vape Ave is a good sized store and both sides of their walls are filled to the ceiling with quality Vape juice. They also have a few other products that one would expect at a Vape shop.

Shout out to Richard, always suggesting the right items ! Please hit this place up if you can, best vape shop, and not a lot of places have them on display unlike this one!

This storefront is not close to me. Every time my vaping supplies are running low, I pile into my car to make the trip over to replenish my stock. On a good day, with no traffic and mostly greens, itll take me 30 minutes to get there. When the roads are filled with motorists, and traffic is not only slow but is constantly stopped by red lights, I can expect the travel time to be around 50 minutes.Now, you might be asking yourself why I would bother to take on a trip like that, when there are undoubtedly plenty of vape shops close to me. The reasoning is very simple. The customer service is top notch, the selection of juices, accessories, mods, and disposables is vast and of top tier quality, and the pricing is so good it practically feels criminal to walk out of there with as much as you do for the price that you paid. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and after your first visit, and even during, youll feel like your visiting a good friend.In particular I want to give a warm shoutout to Tyler and Shawn, who went above and beyond to help me out today. Heres the set-up. My debit card was giving me problems, so I stepped out of line to let Shawn ring up the other customers, while I called the bank and sorted it out. While the situation was embarrassing for me, both Shawn and Tylor were very patient, understanding, and acommodating. Thanks once again to Shawn and Tylor for being so cool about the situation. If I wasnt already a regular customer, their handling of things wouldve made me one now.

Every time I come here the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful with whatever I need or any questions I have. They have a bigger inventory than a most vape stores in the area making it the perfect one stop shop for all of my needs. Very glad I live close to this shop!

We stopped by to pick up some Disposables today, and firstly we were shocked by how many you all have here at the Brea location. We really didnt know which to choose so we asked the employee who was there at the time what he recommended. I think his name was Tyler if I remember correctly? Asian gentleman kinda tall, he made some solid recommendations for us and we definitely appreciate it, we ended up with the Fog X Grape and Choccy Milk.
