I bought $96 worth of product from this store on 3/11/23. One of the disposable pens I bought did not work. It came half empty and wouldn’t hit. I bought 2 pens and the other worked just fine. So I went back today 3/23/23 to exchange it. I took the original packaging and the receipt. My friend and I explained what was wrong with and that we just wanted it replaced. The two girls working looked at it, questioned that it was even broken when it clearly was, told us that we waited too long to come, and then told us they do not have a return policy and that I should have checked it before I left the store. They stated that everyone else does so it was our fault for not checking. At this point I was furious, not because I cannot return it, but because of how the situation was handled. The girls were very rude, gave us different excuses as to why it cannot be returned and implied it was our fault. I understand not having a return policy, but that should have been stated as we first explained the problem. I was offered a discount on a new one, which I declined because I am not spending my money at a place with employees that treat customers like that. Don’t waste your time or money here unless you want bad customer service and the risk of getting broken products.

Clean store. Almost overwhelming entering because of the large variety of selections but the staff does a great job guiding you to your desired smoke. Nice aesthetic. Kelsie was absolutely awesome helping with Breeze Pros and telling me about the promo deals. This Smoke Shop has everything you could want including even legal Delta Mushrooms so, instead of reading this review, you could be balancing on a fractal of light in another colorful dimension!

One star because I showed up here several days in a row at 10 am to drop several hu dred on a rig and there is no one working. Congratulations Ill never comeback.

Nice selection of products with good prices, very clean and well lit. They have a lot going on! Lottery, and other services that someone who dosent even smoke can take advantage of! The guy that was running it, sorry not sure what his name is, was super friendly. I was disappointed that my first choice of pens one was broken, and the other same color did not work. But I got a pretty green one, and got 10% off the price. It worked out in the end, and I would have still made a purchase. Love the fact that they are open later than other shops too! Id visit this store again in the future without a doubt. Glad my friend recommended it!

I am new to vaping and I wasnt sure which to start with and what not. Both employees were huge helps. I am bad with names so Idk their names. But the lady gave me all the price and info on the vapes and when I came I am the one guy actually put my new vape all together for me as well as gave me tips to make the coils last longer. When I get their names I will edit this. But they were HUGE helps cuz I was completely clueless when I got them

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Husband uses CBD for pain management and they were able to give him some advice and tips in using the CBD.
