These people definitely pride them selves on customer service. Its run by the owners not teenagers so its very professionaI. I bet these people could have made almost any business into a success by the way they treat their customers. EXTREMELY knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of replacement parts which not a lot of shops ever seem to carry and tons of amazing juice. I have been to many different shops and have never felt as welcome or impressed. Not by a long shot. Their customer return rate must be staggering. Keep up the good work, your customers love you👍.

Ive been to countless vape shops in the past, but none of them prompted me to leave a review. This place rocks! They carry a large assortment of MAX VG juice, 30+! As someone who is sensitive to PG, I thought all hope was lost. This place also caries, and more importantly stocks a ton of different attys, tanks, mods, and etc.I was also very pleased with the customer service and their ability to answer all of my questions, no matter how basic they were. I never once felt intimidated or belittled. Very friendly. I will definitely be coming back!Keep up the good work!

Very helpful on getting me set up with a rebuildable coil and tank for my mod. They are very knowledgeable and offer great prices. I have been camping since August of 2017. They dont sell the clone juices everything they sell for the juices is 100% real name brand. Thanks RJ vapes for your service and helping me out a lot. I am happier with my coils and tank.

The owners here are very knowledgeable very kind willing to help and solve your issues. They gave me a great first time experience here helped me with my Vape which was having problems at no cost and before deciding to buy new equipment they suggested to me to take other methods first. I was willing to buy a new Vape but before allowing me to do so they were able to fix the problem at no cost with My current Vape therefore saving me a great expense. This place is very nice and the customer service is second to none. Highly recommend this Vape shop and will be coming back

Super chill people came here to purchase a vape because Im ditching cigs and the staff were really nice and answered all my questions Sean /Shawn was really helpful and got me set up. I came here with some knowledge and he filled in all the gaps really good customer service. Got some a new toy and the juice (yogi peanut butter banana) was on point he made some good recommendations cant thank them enough come here if you need any help

Was looking for a particular part to replace for my egrip device I bought at another vape shop that seems to never have that part in stock. I looked on the manufacturers website and it listed this place as a carrier for their products. Called up and the woman that answered was friendly, helpful with answering my questions and giving directions. The shop is kind of hard to find if you dont know what to look for. Inside, its clean with a wide variety of devices, accessories and liquids. Staff was friendly. I was intimidated at first because of the horrible service at the other vape shop, but this place has changed my perception due to the staff making me feel welcome and being fully stocked with the part I needed. Definitely returning.

Excellent friendly relaxed environment, all ran and operated by a man, his wife, and their son. All passionate about the trade, and good sharp conversation. The place has even attracted a crowd of regulars who hang out there, and they have the CHEAPEST price for Monster energy drinks for any other place around at a rate of 4 cans for $5

Went in and asked about some gear and they said nope and practically pushed me out the door. Never going back there again.
