The Balcony at Hard Rock

The bartenders that work here need to find another job. When our group first approached the bar, the people standing next to us said he wont come over here... in reference to the male bartender who is about 70. It took him forever, no greeting, no thank yous, $13 for basic Vodka & Cran. The other bartenders werent much better. Not sure why they dont like making money. One of the worst service experiences Ive experienced in 20 years.This place is also very hard to find unless you are asking for directions. The signage within the casino is very limited.

Its a nice club bar but its location is so far from the rest of hard rock. You would have to really look for it to know it existed. Cocktails are about 15 a piece. The view of the beach and pier are fantastic. Honestly would be a better restaurant
