I had an amazing 60min massage then enjoyed the pool (warm in temperature) and jacuzzi for use up to an hour after my service.Highly recommend a visit to this spa for rest and unwinding after a getaway full of gambling and drinking.
I came here with my mom on a Friday morning to celebrate her birthday. We had such a great time. The place and entire experience was so relaxing! We both got flow massages and loved them! My therapist (Paola) was outstanding! She had the perfect amount of pressure throughout and blended in some stretching. Was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! My mom said her massage was great as well and loved the experience she had with her therapist (Vee). Thanks exhale for a wonderful bonding day with my mom!
Went for a couples massage on my birthday weekend and it was amazing and tranquil. From booking the reservation with Aianna, to the wonderful therapists Regina and Vee, to the managers on duty Sharonica and Shawntea, everything was superb! Definitely would recommend this place! I have been there many times but this will be the last. 3 months ago I bought the buy one get one free massage. I sent my wife and her friend. Not a problem. Last week I bought the buy 2 get one free . Do I tried to make the appointment for my wife and daughters. They told me that there is a fine print that says not transferable. Still do not understand the business stand point if I bought three and want to use them all at once that’s my choice with what I purchased. I send a lot of clients there but not any more

I booked a body scrub and massage at this spa and i had a lovely experience from the second i walked in. I was seen immediately and my therapist, Gina, was amazing. She was super respectful and kind. I was very pleased with my underarm and leg waxing performed by Rachel.The service took place on a cozy, warm spa bed in a serene, dimly lit room. This made for a relaxing experience. No bright clinical lights or paper covered waxing table here!Rachel was super calming and had the friendliest bedside manner. She worked with great care. The pain was minimal and the results were silky smooth.Who knew waxing could be so relaxing and cozy?
I cant comment on the services, as I only visited for a day pass. I would save your money and avoid this spa, it is not worth it at all. The staff all seems miserable when touring you around the property. The salt grotto is just a cold room where they had the music so faint you could barely hear it and the lights were all burned out. Half of the jets were broken in the hot tub. It was not a relaxing ambience by any means. There was no staff walking the floor to clean up the towels and sandals all over. You also cannot use the ocean pool if you have a day pass unless you are staying at the ocean, after being told we would be able to. They just want to take your money and get you out. Its a complete waste of $120.
This is a fantastic spa. Lisa at the front desk was great setting us up for the day. Regina is a fantastic masseuse, true professional. Deep tissue was the best I’ve ever gotten and actually relieved months worth or pain in my shoulder. The facilities including steam room, sauna and hot tubs are country club quality. Will be returning for sure.
Booked a $200/50 minute deep tissue massage. From the first touch, I could tell my therapist had little or no massage training. Less than 15 minutes in, I had to ask her to stop. I asked her how long she has been working at Ocean Spa…Answer- ‘today is my first day’.The spa claimed she has 20 years experience. ZERO CHANCE. She must have lied on her resume. 20 years? I doubt she has given 20 massages total. It wasn’t below average, it was not a massage.You cannot have someone with no skills offering $200 massages.My afternoon was ruined, I am very annoyed.What happened to quality service?When I stopped at the front desk to speak with the manager, she had left for the day. How convenient. 4pm.Zero chance of returning.
I came to Exhale Spa for the first time as a treat for my birthday! I was greeted with the upmost kindness and professionalism from Lisa from start to finish. I received a prenatal massage from Regina who went above and beyond in taking care of me and accessing problem areas that I had with care and some amazing advice so I can have a successful birth for my baby. I also received a facial from Lytaga who was such a sweetheart and had my skin glowing! It was so relaxing I fell asleep. These ladies were all amazing and made my experience and birthday one that I won’t ever forget. I will be back. Thanks so much Exhale for taking care of me!
Sierra was an excellent masseuse who listened to my needs and gave me the best massage Ive ever had!! She was friendly and personable and I would highly recommend her. We will definitely be coming back and requesting her again.
Outstanding bath house and spa! Brandi and the other receptionists were friendly, polite, and attentive. The deep tissue massage from Wyn was one of the best I’ve had! You also get access to the other amenities when you purchase a massage. Highly recommend!
Place looks nice and clean and they do offer some amenities that you can use before your massage. They tell you to get there 30 minutes prior so you can use the amenities. By the time someone met up with us to give us the tour we had five minutes left. I wasn’t offered sandals. My masseuse said she would grab me some but never did. The massage was weak. I asked her to apply more pressure, she said that would be $20 extra. I have never heard anything like that in my life. Most masseuses ask you “how is the pressure” and give you an opportunity to adjust up or down. I’ve never heard of a micro transaction in the middle of a massage. Was so tacky . I will not be returning.
Amazing is an understated way to describe the luxury facial service I received from Jeanette! She curated the perfect Radiance treatment for my dull/dry skin.The products were very comfortable and pleasant, so was the rooms ambiance.Jeanette was efficient, courteous and attentive. This was the best facial Ive ever had and Im also an esthetician whose had many services. She also managed to get me out in time to catch my flight after delivering what seemed like a three hour service. I will be back very soon and would definitely recommend.
Spa itself was nice, the person who is supposed to show you all the amenities and give you a tour didn’t. So I was a little lost and confused, also my husband was waiting in the area for me as I sat in one area no one said anything till the lady called me. I was a little annoyed as I would have liked to sit with my husband. Massage was okay.
My service (80 min Fusion) was phenomenal with Regina. She is fantastic at her job and was lovely to chat with. The amenities are beautiful, and it has never been crowded when Ive been there. The check in/out process is not what I expect at a high end location.

Shontaya the Manager on Tuesday afternoon (I apologize if name incorrect). But she was amazing. I began my experience with her and after Crystal gave me a wonder massage . I spent the next hour luxuriating. It was amazing and the staff made it extra special.
My husband and I had a great experience here for a couples massage. The room in which we received our massages was nice and dark and warm, and the massage tables were very comfortable. The locker room and restrooms were very clean and the digital pad locker was easy to use and kept my belongings secure. My massage therapist was Vee and my husband’s was Wilda. Both were absolutely excellent and very warm and kind. We both felt really great after our massages. The bathhouse area we went to afterwards was beautiful and also clean. I wish the front of house staff-both the receptionist team and the locker room attendant-was warmer and friendlier. When we arrived, the receptionist was visibly annoyed with the phone call she was on, and didn’t even look up to acknowledge us. Another receptionist arrived to check us in and was cold and emotionless. The attendant who took me back to the locker room looked miserable as well and was making it obvious she didn’t want to be there. Guests arriving at a spa are looking for a true escape and that doesn’t just include the therapy session itself, it starts with the attitude and vibe from front of house.
I usually do not leave negative reviews, however I think that if people are traveling hours to come specifically for the spa, such as myself, they should be informed of the following. The massage was great s/o to Carmen, she gets all 5 stars! However, the facilities were lacking. The Jacuzzi in both the gender specific and in the co-ed areas were lukewarm. The steam room though it produced steam was not hot, I did not sweat not one bit. Lastly the outside pool was closed. It was 80+ degrees and a holiday when I visited and it was such a disappointment to not be able to lay out in the sun. I was so excited for this visited and only left satisfied with my massage. Such a bummer after spending $300+.
I would recommend that you stay away from Exhale Spa at all costs. I live locally and previously went to Exhale a few times a year but never again. I was there last weekend for a massage and facial and it was a horrible experience. I went into my massage and took off my ring which happened to be a fitness tracker. I placed the ring beside my phone and glasses. When I finished the massage, I grabbed my things and proceeded to my next service. During my second service, I realized I didn’t have my ring, it wasn’t where I left it. I told my therapist and she told me to see the front desk. I explained the issue to the front desk associate and showed her that the ring is in the building, again it was a fitness tracker so had location capabilities. She walked to the back without asking me what it looked like, what service I had and “checked for the ring”. She came back saying she couldn’t find it. When I asked her if she checked the correct room I was in, I was told that she “thinks so, but I shouldn’t worry about it, she will put it in her report”. She didn’t bother to ask for a description of the ring or my contact details. Now, it is completely my responsibility, they warn you to leave valuables at home and I take ownership for my part in the situation. However, I just paid for 2 services and the customer service was just awful. This is the issue every time I come to this spa. The people that check you in show no regard for their customers. There was a waiting line for people to get lockers when I arrived, meanwhile a woman sat in an office just looking at everyone while they waited. The common areas are often dirty with towels lying around and empty water bottles.There are so many great options nearby, go check out another spa that values their customers. The Hard Rock spa is far superior.and 1/2 the price!
The best spa ever!!! I book a couples massage for my husband birthday, is was so relaxing and the spa also have hot tubs,sauna room,steam room and also a Himalaya Salt room!! Love it!!! The staffs are amazing and really nice. There is also hot water to make tea and water it is so amazing!! The only thing I didnt like was the sauna and steam room they have for mans and womens separately so if you are coming with your partner you gotto go separate ways😔. But everything else is amazingly perfect I dont want to leave.
I booked 2 massage appointments with specific therapists that had been mentioned in positive reviews, my reservation was changed 3 times in less than 24 hrs (per emails I received) by the front desk staff and we ended up with different therapists than requested. I tried to be positive and go with the flow. My massage therapist was nice and the massage was overall ok but absolutely not worth the price tag.We spent about 30 minutes after the massage enjoying the pools, most of the jets in the hot tub were broken, the salt room was not heated (pointless) and steam room also luke warm at best. The snack section consisted of dry granola and dried apricots, no fresh apple or anything as I’ve come across at other spas.When I went to check out and was given my total, almost $500 with the forced 20% gratuity. I asked the receptionist (Melissa) about the special they had going on that I found on the main website for $150 massage. She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly and gave me the discount (an $80 difference between 2 massages and tips)For the money this spa charges they need to get their act together.
Do not waste your time and money here. I did not setup an appointment and walked in asking if that was required and they said no and had availability at that same time. So i said yes and asked for the 50 min fusion massage. I gave my info and they took my card as a hold to use for payment after everything was finished. I was then taken back to a locker room to put my things in and then was told to wait in a waiting area and someone would call my name. I sat in the waiting area for a good 20 minutes before someone came to get me. I was taken to the massage room and the person doing the massage had a horrible attitude right off the bat. Like they did not want to be there and got rude with me anytime i asked a question about anything. They were also very rude in their approach of what they need you to do as far as moving to different positions and what not. Then it was over and it felt like there was no way that could have been 50 minutes and they said to get up slowly and they would wait for me outside. I got up and by the time i opened the door, they were no where to be found. This place is also a giant maze and a nightmare to navigate through if you have never been there before. I make it back to the front desk after wrong turn after wrong turn and the front desk attendant asks me how i came out from the wrong side and laughs. I go back to my locker to grab my things and check my phone and see the time. I had only been there for barely 45 mins. Mind you this included the 20 minutes i was sitting in the waiting room. Then they go over the billing and tell me they include gratuity in the price and i got stuck paying an almost $240 price tag for a 25 minute massage that was supposed to be 50. This place apparently starts the 50 minute time from the time youre on the premises. Total rip off and the massage wasnt even anything special. Horrible experience

The staff was nice 10/10 there.However the fusion massage was a 0/10 it just felt like someone putting sunblock on you for 50min. RIP $400 (couples massage).I explained my problem areas as I would at other establishments and left dissatisfied, because they werent addressed - nor was anything else. No Hand massage, no foot massage =/The soap dispensers in the bathroom sinks were all empty, no tissues, no mouth wash cups, worst of all NO WASHCLOTHES! Girlfriend stated womens side was not much better and the sauna was not working... RIP another $100 / day pass!We frequent Hand & Stone and I would give them an 8/10 for cleanliness and consistency. We go every month and we will just stick with them moving forward.I would not recommend this establishment, first time girlfriend went was a bad experience was hoping for a redemption, but will never go back.Save your money yolo on the slots instead.
Very astecially pleasing, warm soothing environment. The salt room and pool were designed beautifuly. The massage was wonderful. The only complaint I have is they do not really orient you to the layout. It was a little bit of a maze trying to find where everything was that was available to you. A bit pricey, but what isnt anymore. I would go again.
I am writing this review with deep disappointment following a distressing experience. My husband had arranged massages and a facial for us as a Valentines Day treat at this establishment. Despite my anticipation, the morning of our appointment, I woke up with a highly contagious rash, which made it impossible for me to attend.Upon contacting your facility to reschedule, I encountered a concerning lack of understanding and empathy from the manager. Despite explaining my situation and the risk of spreading the contagion, I was met with resistance and insistence that I still attend from the manger of all persons. It was disheartening to feel dismissed and unheard, to be the customer and being the one having explain to the manger who told me to still come in with the rash and that they clean the equipments even though I would be using the springs and all that left me in complete shock I would have thought she would be more concerned than me as of course it is a health hazard.After repeated attempts to convey the urgency of rescheduling and ensuring the safety of both staff and other patrons, I was eventually granted permission to reschedule, with the understanding that I would not incur any charges. However, I was dismayed to discover that my card had been charged nonetheless.Subsequently, when I visited the facility to address the billing discrepancy and express my dissatisfaction, I was met with further disrespect and ridicule from the staff. This unprofessional behavior only exacerbated an already unpleasant situation.My experience at your establishment was deeply disappointing and concerning. The lack of consideration for my health, coupled with poor management and disrespectful treatment from staff, has left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction. I hope that my feedback will prompt a reevaluation of customer care practices and a commitment to prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of patrons.Update: 05/11/24 Once again no follow through, they responded 3 weeks ago saying they would reach out & NOTHING. I made a report to Better Business Bureau who then reached out to them for a response & they ignored them too! DO NOT TRUST THIS SPA WITH YOUR HEALTH!

When you feel run down and in need of some serious self-care, you go to exhale spa at the Ocean Casino Resort. I enjoyed the sauna, steam, spa pools and had truly the best massage of my life with Ashley. She used their CBD cream and oil and I was left to happy and feel good tears in the end.Forever a fan,Kim
Impecable facility. Came here with my partner. We were bored after 20 minutes lol….. super small. Himalayan salt grotto is just a cold room. Heated pool hotter than jacuzzi. It felt like if 30 people were there it would be too much.Place was gorgeous but for the price? Don’t think it was worth it.
The massage by Dan was great. My issue with establishment is they take you to the room a little after your start time and then finish on time. A 50 minute massage was only really 40 minutes. Including time to try and sell upgrades, get on table and waiting for them to come back in the room shouldnt count. I also dont like being forced to tip. And then you add a service and they add another tip for that service. As great as the message was I would never return due to the other issues.
First time here and absolutely loved it.The entire facility was well kept well. Any questions or even if you looked like you had a question was answered. Paula was the therapist that took care of me and she was great! The bathhouse is a nice finishing touch after your appointment/treatment. The only thing I wished for was that the Himalayan Salt Lounge was to be warmer. Its room temperature, assuming for a purpose but that would have been nice, if it was warmer in there.Id definitely come back more frequently if I were local.
Absolutely LOVED the entire experience. I had a couples flow massage and then enjoyed relaxation in the mineral pool, jacuzzi and sauna. This is a must go to spa when in Atlantic City.

I hit it big un AC and decided to splurge! I booked a massage with Franklin and it was absolutely wonderful. He was super professional and had an amazing touch. I highly recommend treating yourself to the services at Exhale. The spa/bathhouse area is well maintained and relaxing. I’ll be booking another session with Franklin! He was that GOOD.
My girlfriend set up a couple massage for my birthday massage was 10 out of 10. I feel so relaxed the pool & the bathroom very clean and all the staff is very nice and very helpful
This was birthday gift from my children. I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Dan. They have wonderful warm therapy pools. They have male and female changing areas, spa and sauna. They also have coed pools. J’Andra was very accommodating with my need for a cool pool. I highly recommend this spa when you are in Atlantic City.

Honestly, I originally wanted to give a 2 or 3 star rating. The only reason I’m bumping it up is because of Jeanette, who did amazing with the facial.I come in at 2:20 PM to book a 3PM facial, which I have an email confirmation to confirm those exact details. I also confirmed with the receptionist the appointment time and what time for check in. I come back at 2:45 to check in and get ready. This is when the first issue came in. As I was checking in, I overhear the receptionist saying that she accidentally booked me for two services. The director clarified with me that I only booked one service, and I guess “fixed” the receptionist’s mistake. By 2:55, I am already in the waiting lounge that they told me to wait for the esthetician that would come to get me a few minutes before my appointment. I waited until 3:15 before trying to find an employee to see what was the hold up. That itself took longer than it should have because they have no employees in the back. I had to walk by the front desk (where you get your slippers) several times before finding someone. This employee took me to the receptionists, and they checked to see what was going on. And then they told me that I was booked for 4PM, which I know I didn’t. Apparently, when the director fixed the receptionist’s mistake, she moved my appointment. I don’t understand why neither the receptionist or the director didn’t confirm with each other that the appointment was right as they were fixing the booking issue. This whole time, I was getting frustrated because I had other plans, and this whole thing delayed my schedule. Had I not checked in with the employee, I would’ve wasted an hour of my day.I finally get my facial around 3:30, and Jeanette did a great job melting all of my frustration away. She offered me her honest opinion of my skin, and she told me her recommendations without being pushy about the additional services. My skin felt amazing for the rest of the day thanks to her.If you don’t mind having potential booking issues and not being able to find staff to address them, then feel free to come here. Just make sure to book Jeanette, the only redeeming feature of this whole experience.
This was a wonderful spa and we highly recommend it. We did the couples massage. Do yourself a favor and give yourself ample time to get there and locate it because it took us almost a half hour to walk there from next door on the pier and had no idea. The spa is enormous and peaceful, options for co-ed pools or women only. The services were great and the massage therapists were very talented. We will definitely be back!

Came here on President’s day for a couple’s massage, long story short the front desk was welcoming and I love the amenities of the place. I had the fusion massage with Regina (50min) and my partner had Shelly for a deep tissue (50min). I did see on the reviews they’re known to start 10-15min late than your actual start time. Our appointment was at 1pm and we weren’t seen until 1:10 knowing we came 15min prior and we had a briefing after our MT’s took us in. My partner had no complaints on Shelly she did everything professionally and she came well prepared. On the other hand my MT (Regina) did not, I had not have my own briefing with her so I had to stick with Shelly in the beginning. Regina was not prepared and she didn’t have her notebook or a pen on hand to write what massage oil I wanted. Compared to the other massage places I’ve been to this place was ok. I didn’t really get the treatment that my partner did, we didn’t get the full 50 min experience so everything seemed rushed. Im very observant so I did notice that Shelly was more communicative throughout the massage than Regina. I’m also not used to the automatic 20% when I feel like it wasn’t deserved

We went for a friends 40th birthday & rented the private bar area in the spa!! I highly recommend it!! It’s so nice to have a private space tucked away for drinks & food to enjoy! Decorated all in 40th birthday!They offer the day in the Pool, Jacuzzi, salt room…. They have it all!! I can see why they are rated #1 Spa! The whole experience was amazing!! I treated my sister to a massage here for her birthday on 11/5/23. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The spa is GORGEOUS. I loved the decor and amenities - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool. Everything was very clean and organized when we were there. You can use the facility for an hour after your treatment. It is very pricey, so probably not a regular thing for most people, but such a nice treat if you want to splurge for a special occasion. My sister had a great time which was the most important thing!
Such a great facial and the spa afterwards was lovely. Not sure what the salt grotto is about but looks nice just not heated so didn’t really understand the concept. Overall would go again

Poor customer service - Not accommodating whatsoever- Made a massage appointment and arrived early to take advantage of the facilities- Was told that guests can only arrive an hour before appointment, otherwise would have to purchase a day pass for additional money- after the manager saw how upset I was she offered to let me in 90 minutes prior to appointment- She made me stand in waiting area for 20 minutes because the 90 minute mark had not arrived-Poor poor customer serviceNo exceptions to their rulesI have utilized spas in the finest hotels and never have been treated like thisTo add..The massage by Ciara was very good - no issues there
Exhale... Thats exactly what i did when i left this spa. I booked this spa for me and my husband for a date day. With 4 kids, its not very often we get time together but it looked peaceful and a seemed like a great place to recharge. Unfortunately, it was far below my expectations. The essence of a spa visit lies in the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff, both of which were lacking during my visit.Firstly, the environment of the spa, which is crucial for relaxation, was not as serene as one would expect. There was a noticeable lack of attention to the ambiance, trash left laying around in various parts of the spa, trash cans overflowing, brown scummy bubbles in the hot tub. There was a maintenance man in the womens locker room to fix the shower as I was undressing which was completely unacceptable. That should have been handled after hours, not during a busy spa time. I even heard him say to the manager i can come back later when there isnt anyone in here and the manager said its ok you can fix it now. um no maam...he can get out so i can get dressed.The main issue, however, was with the masseuse. From the first hello, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming, which is quite the opposite of what you would expect from a spa experience. Her approach was not just unprofessional but bordered on rudeness. There was lack of sensitivity. A spa therapist should go into the massage with an understanding of sensitive areas, or focus points but in this case, she was dismissive and seemingly uninterested in providing a quality service. For example, as i mentioned earlier, this was a couples massage with my husband. I heard my husbands masseuse ask him if there is an area she should focus on and was waiting for my masseuse to ask the same question, but got nothing. She started the massage and i literally thought she was trying to rub something off of my skin instead of massaging. i then asked if she could do a harder pressure and said for $50 i can, thats an upgrade. like WHAT???? She then got annoyed back and when asking me to flip over, left me exposed and then threw the blankets on top of me to fix. Then used her nails to finish off the massage. I had scratch marks all around my neck area.The massage itself was far from the relaxing. I left the massage room more anxious and annoyed than when i entered. Her technique was neither skilled nor considerate of my comfort levels. I had to express my discomfort multiple times, which was met with either ignorance or an almost condescending attitude. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, let alone in a spa, where the primary focus should be on client relaxation and well-being.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! for $180 massage i would have preferred to go to a much more skilled place.

This was a lovely spa. I found a little confusing to navigate. Got lost a couple times but that’s probably just my sense of direction. There was a lack of towels by the pools, the bathrooms should have had towels to dry your face instead of harsh paper towels used to dry hands. There were just a few things that should have been thought through more to help elevate someone’s experience. But, the massage was lovely and I felt wonderful in the sauna and jacuzzi.
ATTENTION NEW MAMAS: This spa is not for you. If you are breastfeeding your new baby and you need some accommodation to pump, this spa will not be helpful.My husband and I recently went to AC for a one night trip away from the kids. I have a baby that I still need to pump breast milk for. I showed up an hour early to our couples massage to ask if there was a room I can pump in before laying on my chest for my massage. I was not staying at this hotel and we already checked out of our hotel as this was our last activity before heading back home.The 2 women at the front desk with apathetic in their conversation with me stating that I could sit in the locker room but there would be no privacy and it would count as my one complimentary spa hour to enjoy their sauna and pool. I explained that I would hate to use my hour at the spa in a locker room pumping for 20 minutes of it in view of other women. They stated it would have to be this way and they couldn’t help me otherwise.Needless to say, I went back out to the parking garage and pumped in my car before heading back into the spa.While pumping in the car, I called the hotel to ask if there are any lactation rooms at Oceans. There wasn’t enough time to go looking for a lactation room in my one hour timespan. The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful. First she offered the spa, to which I replied they said no. She put me on hold and the manager to this department stated there was no room here at the resort but I could use the employees restroom for some privacy to pump if I would like.I honestly never leave negative reviews but I was so deflated and disappointed by the front desk staff and the fact that I was really looking forward to this spa day after giving birth 4 months ago. It really dampened the whole experience. Also, I did make an appointment with a particular massage therapist that I had in the past there because the massage was really nice. However, even though I aligned my spa day with that massage therapist’s availability, I did not get that massage therapist.Overall for the price of this spa the service, and quite frankly the lack of empathy, was not worth it. And this is coming from a repeat customer there that previously had a great experience a year ago.

Booked an 80 minute couples deep tissue only received a 40 minutes. Went to complain immediately after only to find out that they originally booked us for a 50 minute session. Massage was okay at best. She spent 10 of the 40 minutes rubbing my head? They also fail to mention they is a mandatory 20% tip added to the bill so be ready for an extra $100+ if you didnt already plan on it. We planned on tipping but it would have been nice to know that ahead. Not worth the price.
My wife and I recently booked a couples massage at this spa, and unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations. While my wife had a decent massage experience, I found my therapist to be just average. When the massage finally started, it felt rushed, and we were surprised that it lasted significantly less than the expected duration.The saving grace was the bathhouse, which was decent. Overall, we felt that the experience was not worth the time and money we invested.
Had a spa afternoon, very relaxing. I had an amazing therapy massage of Kelly. I am a lass from England and this therapist really knows his treatments. Go with the flow - would highly recommend for anyone with desk job. This guy was professional put me at my ease and the nicest lad.

My massage was just okay, I really attended this spa to experience the pool & sauna because it looked nice online. Sadly, exhale spa is money hungry & dont have restrictions on the amount of people they allow in. My husband spent about $600 on our experience for nothing, it was VERY crowded, noisy and overwhelming. The rest of my stay at the Ocean Resort was great.

We had membership at the Atlanta exhale for over 4 years and have been to other locations including NYC and never seen staff so rude as they have at AC. We had a VIP pass to be used at Atlantic City and although we called ahead of time to use the facility and the VIP day pass as told to us by an employee, the manager refused to honor the pass. She told us that we could only use the pass and facility if we book a service. My wife really wanted to use the spa so we booked a couples fusion massage. The massage overall was fine but started 15 minutes late. We had an hour left to use the bath house, sauna and steam room before closure but they kept telling us that we close at 8 and rushed us into leaving. Worst thing is when I made the payment, they already applied $80 in tip without asking and processed it. When I told them that we did not have a great experience and the staff was rude and that I did not authorize an $80 tip, the front desk said that the manager had left and she could not reverse the same. I love to tip staff for services especially in todays time but not where staff is rude and disgruntled. Not coming back to Exhale AC.
Awilda and Regina were lovely and created a perfectly relaxing atmosphere for me and my husband. The spa itself is beautiful and clean. We’ll be back but we’ll do the 80 min massage next time; 50 minutes went by way too fast!
I was very excited but extremely disappointed. The check in and tour was the best part. I signed up for the 80 minute Flow massage. My masseuse had me wait 5 minutes in the lounge pass the start time and stop exactly 80 minutes from the original start time not the time she started.The massage it self was horrible. She completely avoided my hamstrings, quads, pecks, barley got my glutes. I told her about my bad shoulder but didn’t even give it extra attention.As for the bathhouse, the hot tub was not hot, barely warm, the waddling pool was warmer. The Salt room was cold. The sauna was horrible never got sauna hot.When I left they informed me that there is a 20% tip being added. I said no I don’t agree to that. Frankly I didn’t want a leave tip. I did not receive a $250 quality massage.I truly hope my experience is a 1 off but not totally convinced it’s worth trying again for the money.
My Fiancé and I came too Exhale in Atlantic City to receive a relaxing spa evening yesterday. Unfortunately we received none of that. The People at the front desk were rude and acted like they couldnt be bothered, not very welcoming. Changing rooms not kept up. Garbages over flowing, towels everywhere. Bathroom floors and toilet were Filthy. Didnt seem sanitized at allCo-ed bathhouse area not cleaned, floors also very dirty. Piles of towels in chairs. They were never picked up sitting there for hours. Looked like no one cares. Machinery in hallways. It was terrible. Jacuzzi had black mold in every corner on every tile and on every jet. Brown foam floating around in Jacuzzi along with black flakes. Pool and jacuzzi looks like it has never been cleaned. We didnt get to enjoy any of the amenities that we paid for because we were to grossed out. Very disappointing experience. Was a waste of money. We expected so much more.The only enjoyable part were the two messages therapies they were amazing.
I had a very relaxing experience. My massage was great and much needed. When it was time to explore the spa, I took advantage of the bath house and jacuzzi which was even better because there was no crowd at all. I also like how the locker rooms had a machine that quickly dries your swimwear
I have visted Exhale Spa twice and I have always had a wonderful experience. I usually get the Swedish massage and my fiance gets a facial. They offer the best customer service and we love relaxing in the heated pool afterwards.
Spa was clean and enjoyable. Massage with Gina was great. However they do allow phones in coed area and some creep was taking photos of me and spa staff was unable to do anything about it.

There was a mix up with my booking and I did not receive the second service I booked for. No worries, things happen. However, its time to pay and we were told at the time of booking that my fiancé could apply his Ocean Casino employee discount to the services (we had couples massages) at the end we go to pay, and apparently they could not apply the discount to the special they had running. They said it wasn’t allowed, even though they knew he was using the discount at the time we booked. 15% off of a $500 bill is a big difference, especially if you had planned for the discount when you booked. The manager seemed like she couldn’t care less and showed no empathy, even after I didn’t even receive the second service I had booked for. To put a cherry on top, they’re advertising a $10 off all services if you leave a review. Well wouldn’t you guess they don’t honor it on the special they’re running. So I was told I could not receive the discount, and to not do the review. So hear I am leaving a 1-star review FOR FREE. Even before all that, I was told by another therapist that if I rebook when I leave I can receive 15% off my next service, which I ended up doing. I had to go back to cancel the appointment because obviously they will not honor the discount on any specials they run. It’s not about the money, it’s about doing good business and honoring the deals and discounts your staff approves at the time of booking. It’s a shame because every staff member was very welcoming, and kind. The manager on duty seemed to be the least nice person in the spa, and did NOTHING to help our situation. Kayla at the desk seemed more concerned and accommodating then the manager. We are local to the area and it’s a shame that she chose a quick buck over the customers experience. ***Great place, kind staff. Just really did not appreciate how it ended and how we felt like the manager didn’t care about our situation at all. So here’s your review Vicky, you can keep the $10.
I’ll start by saying that I’ve had some really good experiences at this place. That said, my most recent experience was not great.The men’s sauna, steam room and hot tub were all out of order due to wet paint. Those are three amenities I look forward to using when visiting Exhale Spa in Atlantic City. I understand that they need to update their facilities. But no one ever told me when I booked my service there that that was their plan for that day. Furthermore, they didn’t change the price of the experience even though 50% of it was unavailable for use. When I asked the manager about it, she said that the staff was instructed to not let any customers know about the renovation, and also to not discount anything. Those were her words.The massage was below average. It was supposed to be a “Fusion Massage” which is their version of a Swedish relaxation massage. Long, slow, relaxing strokes. What I got was not that. But I think I was at the mercy of what the Massage Therapist at the time knew.Poor service, fair (at best) massage. I would go back, but not before I asked a lot of questions.
Ive been several times in the past, enjoying the treatments, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Things have changed a bit since my last visit roughly a year ago. The beginning of my 100 minute seaweed wrap and massage did not start off well at all. I was highly disappointed. The sheets smelled stale, the room was cold, the massage table was cold, the products applied were cold, and the massage therapist seemed as if it were her very first ever time and she was extremely nervous; although shes been there over a year. I was uncomfortable and annoyed. After some communication, my therapist made some adjustments and turned the experience around for the better. My friend also received the 100 minute seaweed wrap/massage treatment. It was his first time and he enjoyed it very much. Overall, I still like the spa and will definitely still go back.

Had a relaxing Swedish massage and then spent time in the bath house. I was able to shower and dry my hair and change in the changing rooms. Water and tea are available in the serenity lounge. Definitely recommend exhale spa
The providers were amazing but one male bathhouse staff was extremely rude.
My experience here is typically good but not great. My therapists are always good and knowledgeable but the people who run the spa never clean it.1. The pool filter is nasty and black. GROSS! Clean the pool/ Jacuzzi filters. Looks moldy.2. The spa attendant will take your flip flops and robe at any given moment. Also, you have to ask for flip flops in the beginning you won’t find them in your locker.3. Sauna was barely hot and the steam room had 5 empty water bottles.4. Massage table linens had a dark brown either blood or poop stain that wouldn’t come out. You can tell the sheets were old and the color was worn down. Even the smell of the table was unpleasant.It was hard to relax when I have to worry about bacteria, mold and dirt in the amenities. There has to be a better way to clean/ Audit what needs to be replaced and what isn’t working.Spent $500 for this. Not fair to the lovely therapists who do a great job. Get new linens, deep clean all of your pools with mold cleaner/ vinegar, and have attendants properly stock lockers and check amenities to make sure they’re clean.
Only once we had arrived and checked in, did they tell us that the jacuzzi, sauna, and hot tub were all under construction. As someone who rarely treats herself to a spa day (this was my first since my baby was born!) it was so disappointing to find out after we had gotten so excited to use these amenities before our treatment. They should’ve let us know at the time of booking that these would be unavailable. Additionally, the staff were very defensive about it when we lightly expressed disappointment. The reception and tour staff were underwhelming and provided poor service. My massage, however, was excellent. The masseuse was very attentive to the target areas I mentioned were problematic. He was professional and provided a wonderful experience. I’d go back for another massage with him but would significantly lower my expectations about general use of the facility, which is disappointing given how expensive the services are.Also, I notice management only responds to positive feedback. Any of the less than stellar feedback goes unaddressed, a reflection of their management.
This was my first time coming here and it was a great first experience. Ashley my masseuse was amazing! She asked me if there’s any specific areas I wanted to concentrate on and her touch was super soothing and relaxing. I thought it was pretty neat how there’s a swimsuit water extracter in the bathroom area with plastic bags. I was worried Id have to carry around wet clothes. Overall great first experience and am looking forward to coming back
I am heartbroken and disappointed. I have spoken with a few people and i am currently left hanging on what to do. I need to speak with a manager if possible (either email me) or i will go directly to the spa with my whole family regarding our concern since monday.
Got couples therapy for me and my wife. We had a wonderful experience and walked out feeling like 2 new people. Ashley was my massage therapist and did a great job on me. Jeanette gave my wife an excellent massage. Highly recommend going for some relaxation!!! Will be returning on our next visit.
My Mom brought me for a birthday surprise, that was the highlight! Over crowded, the massage therapist was average at best.We loved the steam room, the hostess was too busy to show us around.My Sisters were here and that mattered.
Called yesterday to book. Person who answered the phone was just really unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her. Then I was put on hold for several minutes, so I just hung up and I won’t be booking a service with them.I knew it was a crapshoot whether I’d get a good massage based on other reviews, but I didn’t want to deal with the terrible customer service on top of that.
Went here 11/19/22 on my birthday to celebrate with my girlfriend. Looked at the menu for a couples massage and the price said $250-$275 ( can’t really remember the exact price) under the couples massage heading. After the horrible massage we went to check out and they gave us a total of almost $600. I said that is wrong because the menu says $200 and something for couples massage. They said if you look close it says per person. When I looked at the menu it did in fact say per person but it was printed extremely small.I believe they have it set up this way just to have people believing it’s cheaper than it really is. Plus the woman we booked with heard me say “oh only $200 and something for the couples massage” she could of easily said it’s per person. Like why wouldn’t you have the whole price under the couples heading. Smh. Then they automatically included the tip amount. I wouldn’t have mind paying the tip if it was a good massage. It was horrible and I feel we was ripped off. Never again!
Exhale is great spa. I had the pleasure of having Natalie for a Brazilian wax. She gave me the most painless wax Ive ever had. Shes gentle, quick and efficient. She gave me options and asked before she waxed. Definitely would recommend her and request her again. The amenities at Exhale is fantastic, I loved the steam room and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. The Exhale experience exceeded my expectations and lives up to its name.
1 Star because I dont care how much I like a place, Im NEVER going to tolerate someone being rude.Last week I called and scheduled massages for 3 people, it was going to be a relaxing spa day. A polite gentlemen took my reservation and explained that he needed a credit card to hold the services. Of course this was no issue because that is the policy at this spa.Well this morning at 9:05 AM to be exact I get a call stating that my reservation will be cancelled because there was no credit card on file. I stated my card should be on file because thats the policy, when I reserved I gave my card info. With all the credit card fraud and scams going on, I was a bit baffled that I spent over 10 mins on the phone last week giving this information only to be told its not on file. Today the lady kept cutting me off when I tried to speak. I was really irked that she spoke over me, woke me up and then said with an attitude well your appointments for tomorrow will be cancelled if I dont have the CC number by 10am. Well guess what rude lady, I will take my money elsewhere. There are other nice spas in AC. Before I spend over $600, I will gladly take my money to one of the other spas. Its very unfortunate because this is why businesses lose month. The gentleman that booked my original appointments last week needs to train this person how to speak with customers. I will NOT give ExhaleSpa anymore of my money.Note: This use to be the place I would gift to friends as a spa day..........Not anymore.
Franklin was absolutely the best! I’ve had many massages in my life but he truly outdid himself. The spa it self is very nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning interior! The staff was super pleasant and helpful, my esthetician Natalie did a fantastic job and was very thorough, explaining every step along the way. The bath house itself is very clean and beautiful with all the amenities you would expect from a high end spa. A wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

If you are looking to relax, Exhale Spa & Bathhouse is the place to be! I booked a couples massage for Saturday afternoon and it was simply wonderful. Paula and Mary Ann were our therapists; they made sure to ask if there were any areas we wanted to focus on, any areas we wanted to stay aware from, and made us aware of the oils (scent options) and the add-on options. The facility itself was inviting, clean, and quite large. There is a womens only area and a mens only area which is a nice feature if you do not want to be in the co-ed area. The bathhouse was such a nice feature for after the massage. There is a jacuzzi and a pool (warm in temperature) for your use for up to an hour after the service you have. I will absolutely be returning to Exhale!
I just left the Exhale Spa at Ocean Casino after visiting more than 4 times in the past. This was, by far, the WORSE spa experience I ever had. The masseuse that I originally requested (Jenn) who is awesome called out and I was never informed of this until the start of my massage. The masseuse who replaced Jenn was very nice however she only offered massages while wearing latex gloves. Between the friction, heat and odd texture, I could not take it. We stopped the massage midway and I asked to see the manager. It took several minutes to find the manager while I was in the waiting area in a robe and frustrated. The manager then comes and reschedules me for another massage which turned out well, but do you think there would have been any accommodations with the final cost for what I had to deal with? Nope, in fact I was challenged at the end because of the tip. For the cost of service, I would have expected a stellar experience which was what I have had during every other visit. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
They didn’t have nearly the amount of hydrotherapy stations as anticipated. The salt room was disappointing. The hot tube temperature was not hot but rather had luke-warm water. Moreover, only half the jets were working. We did have a couples massage session. Personally, I was pleased with my massage therapist, Dan. However, my husband was very disappointed with his. Finally, there aren’t many co-ed areas to enjoy with your partner other than the heated pool, hot tub (not hot tub actually), and lounge. Very disappointing experience for the price that we paid.
The staff was great. Got a couples massage with my wife with Awilda and Paola and they were fantastic. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was for the hot tub area having mold in the hot tub and jetted pool. But if you are just going for the massage definitely recommend.
I had a massage with Franklin and a facial with Cece, they were both ahhhhhmazing. The facility can work on cleanliness as there was mold all around the tubs, saunas seemed dirty, glass doors looked like they weren’t cleaned for a while.
Jeanine completed my prenatal spa. She was great. She worked on the areas that I asked her. She was very nice. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the entire spa. Everyone working there, is pleasant. Can’t wait to book again!
Ghetto…….. this is my second time at this spa. The first time I went with my fiancé, our couples session felt like we had someone new. The pool area and locker rooms are where the ghetto come into play. It’s very loud maybe this is also due to them hosting small parties like it’s a Chuck E. Cheese. My second visit had one up side, my massage. She was very sweet and the massage went well. However those communal areas and the locker rooms once again were sub par. There will not be a third time.
I went with my mom and sister and a friend for a weekend getaway, i was a bit nervous with this being my first massage, but i had a very pleasant experience! Gina was my massage therapist and went over everything from what oils i wanted to add ons, asked me about any key areas i needed work on and places to stay away from, i had an ankle injury last year that required surgery so she was very careful around that area when i mentioned it. I would definitely come back 10/10 experience and definitely got into my zen!!
Massages were good. Ambience was nice. Therapists were excellent and friendly. My only concern is that their confirmation email after booking states A 6.25% state tax will automatically be added for all massage services but a couples massage at $400 should not equal $26.50 in taxes.The math is off by a little.

I go and treat myself to a message once a month. This was the first time I went to this place. Ashley, the massage therapist, asked me if it was my first time there. I should had said yes, maybe she would have done a better job. I dont know if it makes a difference if its my first time or not, was thinking if they think Im a location maybe they would want me to keep coming, but if they just think Im here visiting maybe they wont they wont put the care in to it. Which would be not true, Im hoping!! My husband & I go to foxwoods casino, he gamble while ill shop & treat myself to a nice message. Always the best there. Unfortunately I wont be coming back and Ill make sure my friends & family wont be using your services. You dont even have a hot tub thats hot. Its the worst so called 45min message ever. What a rip-off. You been warned!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Our masseuse was spectacular, and all of the spa employees were extremely pleasant and worked diligently to to ensure an excellent experience. The spa amenities were amazing and super hygienic! We have zero complaints and will be returning soon!
Place was nice, clean and a lot of amenities to use however these false advertisement is not good for business, I booked two couples facial and two couples massage on their website it says book two (2) 50mins massage u get a 100 mins, I called spa number just to make sure the deal was true before booking I was excited and since it was my fiancé birthday I decided to book. Upon arrival I was told by meisa that wasn’t on the website I had to take my cellphone out and showed it to her then she start explaining to me saying that deal wasn’t for us and some long as story however I didn’t wanted to disappoint my fiancé so I decided to proceed with the 50mins she said we could get. Our facial and massage were booked at separate times so we had to left after our facial and get back by 2pm for our massage upon arrival I was greeted by Vicky who tried to tell me that we could get a 100 mins massage if we want but we have to pay additional money which is double the price I already agreed to pay. I told her NO!! That doesn’t make sense because I was working with the Tuesday deal on the website and that is the reason I call before booking. The therapist are great and welcoming but these so call front desk representatives are some bunch of liars. They lied to me about a deal I didn’t get and Vicky wanted me to pay extra for more mins which I refuse these people sending out false advertisement.
Am I missing something? I need to know why Exhale was voted the best spa in nj and why people are writing that they had a good experience? My mom, sister and I went to exhale on Feb 5th to celebrate my sisters birthday. When I made the appointment a little over a month ago, the women on the phone was dismissive and rude. I should of known from that moment on that I wasnt going to have a good experience. I shook that off and figured that maybe she was having a bad day.When we arrived at the spa, it felt run down, dingy, and the people at the front desk were just ok. Nothing felt spa like upon arrival. You then are given pink paper wrist bands that look like youre at a club- I could look past that too.The slippers that they give you, are previously worn by another client. My mom opted to leave her own shoes on.The dressing rooms were packed. We proceeded to get changed into our robes. The attendants come into the rooms, basically yelling your name to find their client. I had a question about my locker code and the front desk staff was yelling my password so I decided to change it.The locker rooms felt dirty. I then met my massage therapist and while she was nice, she talked to me THE WHOLE TIME. I didnt know how to polity tell her (they should just know) that I was there to relax and unwind but she kept going.We went on a Sunday and it was so crowded. Too crowded to fully enjoy the extra amenities. Some people were drinking high noons in the pool like we were at a day club.Safe to say, I will not be returning and will be spending my $750 at The Four Seasons or other more lux spas.
I had a very relaxing time. I went there and it’s was so nice. Anne gave me a fabulous message. She really made me feel relaxed and my body felt amazing and I could feel the stress out of my body. The staff was so kind and nice to me and greeted me with smiles. I felt very comfortable and relaxed . I can’t wait to bring my best friend for another amazing message and experience. Thank you 🙏🏼
I had an amazing true facial experience with Danielle. She was so knowledgeable about my skin concerns and recommended some great iS Clinical products to use at home. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and had very positive vibes. Ill definitely go back next time Im in the area!!
BY FAR THE WORST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!! . Ive had hundreds over my life and never experienced anything like this. My masseuse Ashleigh was massaging my HAIR!! she also paid special attention to the back of my hands. Ive never had my hair or the back of my hands massaged before, lol..what a joke!! BUYER BEWARE!! listen to the recent reviews, their bathhouse does not have a hot tub. There is a tub that filled with luke warm(if that) water but far from a hot tub. Out of the 50 min massage I paid for i was actually massaged for no more than 30 minutes as first I was left waiting and then had Ashliegh go over all the different oils i can chose from. The young lady who showed me around barely spoke and pointed a lot. I had no idea about the facility or where i should go. I felt robbed after it was over. What a terrible experience all around!
I had ok experience, but mu husband was treated badly. We book two separate timing for massage because we have baby, my was at 1pm his at 4pm.I had access to all amenities and enjoy my time. But when my husband came back he told me that he is surprised that they don’t have showers,restrooms and saunasThey didn’t took him to the tour or show him where are amenities.They walked him to the locker, straight to the massage room, after that they only show him the large hot tub area. He told me at 5:30pm lady came to him while he was enjoying in the tub to let him know that they are closing at 6.Extremely unprofessional, they didn’t asked him for slippers, he walked around bear foot.He was only customer at that time and they were just waiting for him to go and didn’t let him enjoy. I check him out and pay for his service like they recommended me so he can enjoy every moment but they didn’t let him.Now I understand why they have pour rating.
Wonderful spa experience. I went with my boyfriend for a romantic date day, and it did not disappoint. The amenities were on point, staff very friendly and our massages were magical. We will be coming back.
This spa is beautiful. All of the people working here were really lovely. I enjoyed the sauna and salt room after my massage. They have towels robes flip flops and tea. I showered and got ready for the night afterwards. I gave four stars instead of five because the massage was just ok.since I came on a Thursday they had a promotion. I will definitely be back!
Gorgeous spa! Got the flow massage which was lovely and just the right amount of pressure. There’s a large swim spa with jets around the edge, hot tubs, steam room, sauna and all the amenities you need to shower after.
Great experience. Some of the amenities have dropped back a little since the Revel days but the therapist were great and the massage treatment was excellent. Hitting the spa pool after is a zen plus.
After an eventful weekend, my partner and I decided to have a relaxing day by booking a couples massage with this spa. When we arrived, we checked in and were instructed to enter into our designated locker room (based on gender). I was greeted by a woman who couldn’t find my appointment in their system (strange?) but still decided to take me on a tour around the spa. I had assumed the same thing was occurring for my s/o in the mens side. Towards the end of my tour, I was told to wait in the zen room for my partner and the masseuses. About 10 minutes had past, and my partner still hadn’t come over. Shortly after, I had found out that no one had checked in with him during that time he was waiting. Not to mention, I couldn’t help but hear a staff member on the mens side nearly shouting all of their personal problems while on the phone. This was extremely unprofessional and nearly ruined the whole idea of being in a “zen” room. The two masseuses arrived to the Zen room- and still, my significant other was waiting for someone to give him a tour. The time is now about 5 minutes into our massages and we still were in the process of “checking-in”. While my partner was waiting for someone to approach him, the staff member who should have given him a tour instead approached him by asking my partner what it was that he needed, and once he told him that he was waiting for someone to give him a tour, the staff member responded with “well that was awful advice”.The floors were very dirty, we weren’t offered any sort of shower footwear so we wore our own sandals.In short, the staff that work for the front end of the spa were improper and discourteous. I’m giving this spa 2 stars solely because of our masseuses who were efficient and had great hospitality skills. I wish I remembered their names to give them the praise they deserve.My partner and I travel from MA to Atlantic City once a year, and love to try out the different spas in the surrounding areas. However, this spa will not be in our list for next year.
Absolutely the best spa I’ve ever been to. Had a flow massage with Franklin. It was amazing! Highly recommend. Will come back soon.

We didn’t get any services done here but we paid for the day pass. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was very clean and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the pool, the Jacuzzi, the steam room and sauna. The Zen lounge included complementary tea, water, and warm neck towels. Robes and flip-flops are also included. I would much rather spend $55 and have this experience than to lose $55 at a slot machine in five minutes. Would definitely go back again!
This was my girlfriend and I first time visiting the spa and it was beyond relaxing. The massage therapists were very good and the jetted pool and Himalayan Salt grotto were very enjoyable. A definite visit if you’re in Atlantic City.
Amazing spa! Their staff and amenities were top notch as well as the massages themselves! Recommend Tuesdays and Thursday’s as they have a deal and Jeanine as the masseuse and you definitely will be leaving relaxed than before!
Just spent the day there. This spa is awesome. I purchased a Spacation package on the hotel website. I called once a day prior and got a slot for my husband and myself. The spa is luxurious and squeaky clean. Our massage therapists were excellent. I had Mo and my husband had Katrina. We had a couples massage. He opted for a deep tissue and I had the basic. The deep tissue was additional $15.00, The massage lasted 50 minutes. The area has a salt room, Jacuzzi tub and pool. Theres also a coed room for snacks , water and tea. All of the employees are helpful. The only downsize was no combs or brushes were available, in the ladies locker room, and I forgot mine.
This was a perfect ending to my fabulous girls trip . This spa was relaxing , and extremely clean . The Himalayan salt room was amazing ! We spent the whole day here and some of us girls had facials and massages and they raved about that as well . Can’t wait to return!
Had a fusion massage with Michele, best massage ever!!! After I told her I waitress she literally assessed my body and was able to tell me exactly where I had pain/tightness and why. Extremely professional and clearly knew her stuff. Went above and beyond even by showing me stretches to keep from getting so tight (and told me to get better shoes.. lol). Thank you Michele!
They attempted to overcharge me for the $140 Tuesday and Thursday facial special and, instead, tried to charge the regular price. ALL jacuzzis were lukewarm. I left mad... Not the experience you want at the spa... Overcharged, which was stressful sorting that out as they were arguing with me and the main amenities, I.e., ALL Jacuzzis, were lukewarm. Both issues shouldnt have occurred as they knew about Tuesday and Thursday specials, and the jacuzzi is supposed to be HOT. The locker room is also carpeted, and people walk around with wet feet. Mold definitely is hanging out here. I left feeling deceived.
We traveled for a girls weekend getaway and were not disappointed. The facilities were clean and relaxing. The therapist was lovely. Very pleased with the overall experience. Cant wait to make this an annual thing!
I come here for the Bath House which has the Salt Room with Himalayan salt walls that constitute 87 minerals for any respiratory illnesses. I have a cold & congestion and this all helped with sauna & steam room too for me to feel better. The Mineral Pool is awesome too! My 1,5 hour massage was amazing from Brittany. She was so caring too and it showed through in her technique. I highly recommend time at Exhale Spa & Bath House.
This was the worst spa staff I have ever encountered. Normally when you enter a spa, you are greeted and guided by an attendant to be shown the locker rooms and facilities. None of that was done and I was left trying to figure out where things were on my own. I went back to the front desk to ask the staff where I should go and a woman took me to the lounge and instructed me to wait- not without attitude. We also booked an 80 minute couples massage and was only given 50 mins. They gave a half hearted apology with no intention of rectifying anything. Just a terrible feeling from the staff in general. The masseuse was friendly and that was the only reason I tipped 18% still. While the ambiance in the spa is nice, it is not worth it for the staff alone. Just terrible given that we were so looking forward to a nice relaxing time.

Quan was literally the BEST Swedish massage I have ever had in my life! I will come back forever! The waiting room before services could be a little more relaxing/decor could have been better but other than that the rest of the spa and amenities were quite beautiful. But if you’re in Atlantic City or even in Philly and want to make the drive, Quan was worth it!
I had a lovely time receiving my message from Ms. Mary-Ann. She was gentle and kind and gave a lovely massage. I wish it was longer. The spa was a great experience as well.

Love it here. I went for the day of rejuvenation package. Massage, body scrub, facial. Everything was amazing. The restore tea is delicious. The bathouse grotto was cool. The steam room was really nice. I felt great when I left.
This experience was awesome! I enjoyed the wonderful spa which included a hot tub, steam shower and sauna. I also had a massage by Jeanine which was amazing. She has magic hands and is quite the professional. I plan to return soon and ask for her again.
Staff is extremely rude. We came in from the hotels outdoor pool interested in paying for the spas facilities as it was too windy and cold outside. We being 4 friends and myself, all in our low to mid 20s but all over 21. While standing in the entryway to the spa, a staff member rushed over to us and asked how she could help, however before we said 5 words she interrupted us very aggressively asking how old are you repeatedly. After finally allowing us to answer that we are all over 21, we were able to say that we were looking to use the spas facilities due to the weather outside. She immediately said no you cannot, to which we responded by asking how it wasnt possible for us to pay to use the facilities. She then stated we could use them if we paid $55.This staff member rudely interrupted us and assumed we were to young, then discriminated against us assuming we would not be willing to pay for the spa even though we were.Note, this spa is managed separately from the hotel. The hotel manager was polite in explaining this and arranged for us to talk to the spas manager.The spas manager, Stacey, listened to us and issued what appeared to be a somewhat fake apology while partially defending the employee, without even asking which employee it was so she could discuss the matter with her. While she tried to appear understanding, it was clear it was not fully sincere. She did offer one complimentary pass, but with how we were treated this was a poor attempt to mitigate an employees bad treatment of customers. Its unfortunate because the facilities looked nice.
If youre going for the saunas and hot tubs: not worth it. Especially if you come with your partner or with a group of men and women. The only amenities available in the co-ed area are two hot tubs and a salt grotto.Tldr: day pass isnt worth it.

5 Star facility + service but 0 star hospitality! I was there for two days (Sat to just enjoy the spa & Sun for a deep tissue massage). Ive been to many spas that casino resort hotels provide. It sure is pricier than even the ones at Vegas, but thought it was worth for such great facility. HOWEVER, the receptionist (pragnant black lady) was so unattentive to greet and help her customers. She was playing her phone games while taking her customers and seemed so careless to explain about the services and details to a newcomer.You should realize a receptionist is the face of the business so no matter how the facility and the services are amazing, a customer could still walk out of the place feeling mistreated. Lets hire professionals now.
The spa is beautiful. Lots to do. I would have given it 5 stars except for a few things. All of the mouthwash was empty. Asked for refill and they couldnt find any. Had to ask for spa slippers which they usually give you with the robe. The massage was ok. Not bad but not great. Again the spa is very modern and has both private areas for men and women and also a coed area with a pool hot tub, a hot stones and a salt room. I would definitely give it another try.
Called in to make an appointment for a massage I gave the dates we would be in Atlantic City and was told there was a special for the month of April told them I needed to speak to my wife to find out what time she would like to get the massage. Called back the next day and I was told that the special for April is not available for the day we wanted. I feel that since the person I spoke with offered me the April Special knowing the dates that I was going to be there that they should have honored the price. Needless to say that I did not book the massage through them and I found another spa close by that was way cheaper with better reviews!
Highly recommend, on a recent trip we wanted a couples massage but do to Covid-19 it had to be individual. Michelle and Ashley were fantastic very professional and enjoyed our massages. Looking forward to returning to see the both of them again!
Haven’t had a massage in over a year. Took a girls trip to Ac this weekend and was in need of one. First time having a male definitely worth it. Quan was great, definitely worth the money. Will definitely come again.

My husband book a massage here. We ended running late and could not make it. The spa then went ahead and charge our credit card for services that was not provided for us. You guys are theft’s and robbers. You have no idea how hard we are working for our money. Not because someone was running late and you close early means you have to steal our money. This is for everyone to to see, do not go to this spa and wasted your money. They are overpriced and steal your money if you cancel your appointment.
It was not as nice as I thought it would had been for that price and they said there was supposed to be an April sale but I didnt see no April sale on my bill I ordered a couple massage for me and my mother so would could be in the same room together but no one explained it would be separate, not only that half of the stuff were closed due to covid but yet they still charged regular price for everything which was crazy.And the funny part after all the receptionist asked us how much of tip would you like to give. Like my bill wasnt high enough.
I am so sad to say that I would not recommend this place. We went in for the massage and mine was great, as for my husband, he left with a shoulder pain that he did not have. We went back the next day to speak to the lady who gave him the massage to see if she had some recommendations for the pain. The guys who approached us about the subject was unprofessional. We did not ask for another massage or any service and he was so quick to say just contact your doctor or put ice. Then he tried to blame it on the pool because we went to the pool right after. I am so saddened by the treatment we booked an expensive massage the least your could have done was have a masseuse take a look since she is a LICENSED MASSEUSE! we came on a trip are we really going to go back to have a doctor take a look? Save your money.

Exhale Spa is a must do while having fun in AC! I always opt for a deep tissue massage, and this time with Ciara, she hit all the pressure points and rubbed out the knots, so that I can continue to enjoy and de-stress this weekend. Cant wait for my next treatment! Common spaces and locker rooms are well-maintained, easy to navigate and smell so good! The amenities are great, but the therapists are hit or miss. The esthetician, Danielle, was super efficient, friendly and professional and made the experience wonderful. My massage was the opposite experience. During my pre-massage consult, I told the therapist that I wanted deep pressure to work out the many knots in my shoulders and back, and to relieve tension in my glutes. In 80 minutes, I had one knot in my shoulder worked, and no glutes. I asked for deeper pressure twice during the massage and reminded the therapist of my focus areas after spending the first 45 minutes on my neck and arms. When she asked how it was at the end, I focused on the most obvious problem, You forgot the glutes. Her response: were not allowed to expose glutes. What??? I agree that I wouldve been exposed given she didnt know how to drape the sheet to cover anything (also a pretty serious issue). But it wouldve been nice to know before the massage that she didnt plan to work on one of my three focus areas.
Steady client for 5+ years. Ashley, my massage therapist was incredible. This was my third treatment and I would highly recommend Ashley.When checking in I was given a wristband showing 5pm departure time. At 4:30 a rude worker came into the wet spa and yelled my name while I was sleeping. She proceeded to say “your time is up and they want you out.” I told her, “my band says 5pm.” She said, “I’m just telling you what my clipboard says.” When walking through the locker room, I asked the girl if she was the one who yelled at me? I told her she owed me an apology for her clipboard being wrong. Her boss (in the back room) said, “oh we aren’t having this. This is a spa, you need to check out. My voice must have carried to appear as if I was yelling. I took a step forward to whisper and she told me “step back”. It’s unfortunate people are HATERS and can’t discuss a situation maturely without having to “protect their own”. I have never been treated so rudely.Bye-Bye Exhale!!!HELLO BORGATA !!!
I had a deep tissue massage and a 20 min acupuncture. It was amazing. The massage rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The place is HUGE! It has a sanctuary for women only with a hot tub, sauna, steam and Zen room. It also has a coed bath house that looks straight out of luxury magazine. The whole place smells like lemongrass which took me back to my honeymoon in Thailand. The staff were very attentive to our needs. There was always someone around to ask if we needed anything. I highly recommend for a weekend away from the craziness life.
There are spas and there are good spas. This was a spa. While the pool/hot tub main room is beautiful. The rest of our experience was lackluster. Price for a 50 minute facial was ridiculous. We also ordered food and drinks while we relaxed which was 80 dollars for a salad, hummus and 2 glasses of wine (in plastic cups) which were all brought up in plastic containers. We won’t be coming back.
Absolutely love this place. Very tranquil. Paola was excellnt.. very friendly and the massage was out of this world. I got the Sol fusion massage.. i highly recommend .ill definitely be back. Be sure to use the jacuzzi and pool after your massage, and himalayan salt grotto.

I called to speak with an attendance who said to call back and ask for her upon calling back however a guy who claimed to be the manager (cause I asked for one due to his rude and obnoxious demeanor on the call) stated she doesnt work there at first and upon further attempts to clarify stated he didnt have to transfer me to anybody else other than himself and since he was the manager I can either speak with him or no one... I thought that was a weird way to do business but hey... he also went out of his way to tell me they were an independent vendor renting space out of the Ocean Casino... point taken from that... not all facility in a 5star establishment is 5star standard... I would have preferred to give no stars if I didnt think it would be interpreted as I declined to rate em.
3pm appointment, crowded. You should limit the number of people that are here at one time.The steam room, sauna and the salt room and staff were great.
We had a couples massage and it was so relaxing! We then enjoyed the bathhouse which was 10/10 and so so relaxing! Definitely recommend coming here!

I am a Beauty blogger and guest recently to Ocean Resort and Exhale Spa and left myself and three other guest pretty saddened. Noise levels, inexperienced young staff, no eucalyptus oils in steam room, dirty hot tubs filled only enough but never to capacity as designed ruined any therapeutic opportunity to relieve neck and shoulders in the entire facility. Telling me they can not fill the pools to the top??? Not my problem as I paid over $200.00 dollars for this experience. Then the loud jets in main pool area that never functioned but blew loud noises constantly was horrible. To take a beautiful amenities like this former spa was and reduce it to under average really sucked. Ps make sure you ask for things like deodorant or mouth wash because they won’t be readily available unless you ask. Good luck finding an attendant. I complained about all this to management and got no where, so I called corporate at Hyatt and hopefully they looked into this.Cindy

Awilda was amazing. My husband and I got a couples massage and his massage therapist was amazing as well. The amenities could use a bit of updating as many of the pools / jacuzzis has a bit of mold.
Kimberly Robles was my greeter and she was everything you could want in someone that deals with the first guest interaction. My experience was wonderful from the beginning till thee end. Mad PROPS to Fuquan D my massage guru, I came in feeling like a train wreck and left feeling like a million!!!! I will be sure to spread the word about your spa and your GREAT STAFF that makes it worth coming to EXHALE!!!!
This spa is my absolute FAVORITE place in all of Atlantic City. I always arrange to stay all day, have lunch, a facial, a long massage, and then enjoy the rest of the various amenities before I prepare to go home. I cannot think of a better way to pamper myself, rejuvenate and relax. Love the ambiance and have a great experience every time. Ive found all of the staff Ive encountered to be welcoming, supportive and nice. For me, it the ultimate in luxury and indulgence.
I had booked a Valentine’s Day spa treatment for my guy and I. It was an amazing experience. ANNE was my masseuse and was the best thing for me. She made me feel so comfortable and I’m extremely sorry I forgot to tip her. I felt so good 😊 when I left I left my necklace in my locker. Went back to retrieve it but it was not there. Come to find out it was under my shoe lift inside my sneaker and I had wore it the entire day. 😑. When I had alerted the staff they search the entire laundry 🧺 to find my necklace and I truly appreciate them for doing so. I also forgot to book for another message due to my happiness 😂 clearly I was all over the place but I am grateful I had this experience with exhale. Thank you to the manager and staff that helped me look for a necklace I later found at 3am in my show 🙈 the massage was that good I clearly was outta my mind.
If you want a professional, knowledgeable , on point masseuse for a deep tissue massage, ask for Carmen,. You will not be disappointed.. she has 20 years under her belt, and it shows!

My experience was outstanding. The fusion massage was truly refreshing relaxing and highly recommended for a first time massage. The facility is beautiful and amenities are well worth it.

The massage was great. But the facial was awful. I go in with better skin. And leave with worse skin. I have acne. And I had a power facial .The one who did it this time. She made my face break out Worse and after 2 days my skin is still red. And think her name is Nina. I had gone thier before. The facial I had thier the last time was amazing. My skin has never looked better. I wish I had gotten her this time. The price was $260 dollars for this facial. Buyer beware. I suggest never see Nina. She may ruin your skin. And the price for this facial outrageous. When your skin turns out so badly. Cathryn bye.
