This was my first time at a Red Door and my experience was amazing. I was promptly greeted and escorted to the womens locker room by the receptionist. She was bubbly at 8:15 in the morning and made me feel comfortable immediately. She showed me around and then left me to prepare for my service. I was promptly greeted by my therapist Lesean at my scheduled time and taken back to receive my services. She offered me the upgrades and explained each one of them to me. I chose the Himalayan stones which were magical. I was really relaxed during my session and felt so much better after. When I walked out I closed out my time by being offered the membership which takes $25 off each massage of 50 or 80 minutes for the next year. I joined and I am excited to go back there soon.

I received a gift certificate and was looking forward to going but my experience was WAY better than I even expected. Emillia is a gem--she was extremely helpful and thoughtful in her approach to my facial. She explained everything she was doing, why she was incorporating it into my facial and tailored the experience to my needs. She was charming and skillful. Everyone at the facility was kind and the facility itself was very clean and so calming. Loved the experience.

I love the Red Door Spa! The atmosphere is lovely and the employees are always so nice and friendly. Ive had 2 fantastic pedicures, a wonderful facial light treatment and an absolutely fabulous Hair appointment. The paraffin treatment for hands and feet is just superb and soooo relaxing. I would recommend that for everyone.

I received a manicure here from Daisy, she was excellent. She paid great attention to detail and seemed very knowledgeable. We had great conversation and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed.The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because when I got to the counter to pay I found out that the charge to remove acrylic, or in my case dip powder (similar to gel but thicker), it was a $35 charge...had I known the removal would cost more than my manicure I would have gone elsewhere...my $28 manicure turned into $63. Needless to say Im not pleased about the cost. Generally when you get nails done gel removal is included its not an entirely different charge.Despite my displeasure with the excessive fee, the spa was still very nice and well kept and I highly recommend a manicure with Daisy. Just make sure you remove your dip powder or gel yourself so youre not surprised when you hit the counter to pay...

Worst booking experience ever! Salon is so unorganized! This was my go- to salon for 4 years. I left because my favorite stylist moved on as well so I went with her to her new salon. Decided to try the Red Door Spa one more time 2ish years later to find that it is not the salon it once was. Within in a 24 hour time span my appointment was changed 3 times and then cancelled twice without my knowledge. Luckily I decided to call and make sure everything was set and I find out that both of my appointments were cancelled. Red Door- It would be nice to actually get the customer on the phone before cancelling!

This is a great spa. It begins as you walk into door with a fresh and relaxing aroma. Then you are greeted and checked in quickly. You are shown the amenities like personal care items, coffee/tea/cucumber water, and how to use lockers. While you are waiting the room were you sit is comfortable with light music playing. When it is time for your session, you are greeted and asked about anything that you may require or like. My sessions have been with Carmen. She is amazing! Knows her stuff while being sweet and engaging. Her hands are delightful and her technique phenomenal. I have enjoy my visits and cannot wait until the next.

I fell in love with The Red Door again. I hadnt been in years, but I took a last-minute appointment there on a whim. So glad I did. My aesthetician Malika was superb. She was friendly, highly skilled, and professional. Highly recommend them. Plus, the spa, itself, is just so lovely and relaxing that its worth going.

I had a wonder first time facial experience. Not only was Carmen fun, professional and soothing. She informed me of better ways to take care of skin. I will be back at Red Door every 3 weeks as well!

I have been going to Red Door for many years now. Jenella is by far the best esthetician I have ever had. For a waxing client she is the only person I am happy to see for that kind of appointment. And that is saying a lot! Love her and would recommend no one else.

I love this location! The Front Desk staff is always helpful. Daise is an amazing Nail Technician who really knows her craft and goes above and beyond for her clients. Sometimes it can get a bit chilly (even in the summer ) so be sure to bring a sweater. The icing on the cake would be the return of the Spa Membership program.

Worth the drive. Salon is clean, staff is friendly, did not have to wait went right in at my appointment time. Jessica is amazing, she has cut my hair twice now and I have been very happy with the results.

The staff is friendly and competent. The prices are a bit high, but thats honestly to be expected at a Red Door. The lead esthetician is very nice and does a very good job. The facility is very nice, but they could use some door updates.

Wonderful attentive staff at the Cross Keys location. I really enjoyed my recent pedicure with RaShaun and will be returning soon. She was very thorough and provided top notch service!

I believe I had Janelle for a facial. She was wonderful and took the time to really get to know my concerns and explain how I could address them. It was also extremely relaxing. Ill definitely be back.

Love The Red Door Salon and Spa in Baltimore. Staff are friendly and helpful. A perfect tranquil retreat in the city. I just recently went for a Swedish Massage and Signature Manicue and it was an amazing morning of pampering.

I sent a very good friend to this Salon with the expectations from referrals that she would have an excellent experience. Well i guess i was wrong on so many levels. Only a handfull of people that work at this salon are professional. She said that she left the salon because the employee named Teresa which im glad she got this womans name, was extremely unprofessional not just in her work manners but also in her attitude. The language she used in the salon was not fit for anyone in her position to be using in front of clients nor in any work place. Will be contacting corporate office to see who thought it was an intelligent idea to hire someone that only qualifies to work at walmart at best. Fail on your part Red Door. I will definitly spread the word locally and online to no longer support Red door as long as this unprofessional person is still there!

Terrible prenatal massage!!!! I felt like I was paying someone to do what I use to do everyday (put some oil in my body). They have no technic to relax and instead I stayed much more stressed cause is not a cheap place. Second service that Ive had there and was a very cheap service. In envy massage I payed 90 dollars for 90 minutes of a prenatal massage and I was in heaven at the end.No stars for Baltimore red door spa. Cheap services.

My boyfriend been telling me about this salon, how great the are with locs , and affordable. Went their after just starting my locks and I wish I didnt! This would be the third time getting my locs maintance. Normally I go to the same stylest but she was out of town so I tried his place.The lady got lazy once she reach the front of my hair , she twisted two locs together, throughout the front of my hair. I literally wanted to just take my locs out and start again ! Thats how bad she messed my parts up! End up paying extra money to get the front done completely over! She even used adge control when she was done😑 wouldnt recommend this place ! Or should I say the lady she sit right in front of the hair dryers

Had a facial with Carmen and massage with Drew; both were absolutely fantastic, and I walked out of that Red Door feeling like a new man! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who can go

Brown skinned lady at the front desk has no patience. As I was talking trying to get an understanding she cut me off and told me nobody was available at 5:15pm to do a pedi or mani and it was on a Saturday which the hours are open until 7pm.

The staff and therapists were all very nice and thoughtful. I had an amazing body treatment and will definitely book future appointments! Thank you so much!

Worse manicure ever. Really. Hands down. I had to go back to have my entire manicure done again. Spent my entire day in the salon for a manicure. Was going to give them another chance, but....Nah.

Jessica truly gave me the best haircut of my entire life. I have never received so many compliments, and I feel like a new person!

It is not the best place to get a massage or a feet manicure. If you just want a cheap and comfortable place to get a quick massage it is a good place with some friendly staff.

Carmen is amazing. I’ve always had the best experiences with her. Her technique provides the best comfort and care.

The woman looks beautiful when they come out of The Red Door Spa and if they get a massage they feel like a million bucks.
