In addition to asking questions to assess needs, she offers recommendations on how to advance the massage. Looking forward to my next visit!

Such a great experience at the Rotunda location. The staff are always friendly and the facilities are clean and relaxing. Carl is an excellent masseuse especially if you need a deep tissue massage. He focuses on your trouble areas with care and hes easy to talk to during the session if anything needs to be adjusted. I would highly recommend.

Lisa was amazing! It was the deepest massage Ive ever had but she always made sure I was comfortable. She hit all the right spots and I will definitely be back!

Massage Envy at the rotunda has the best staff!! From the front desk staff Elijah to the massage therapist! Darius’s consulting on lymphatic massage was excellent. He took his time to talk and answer all of my questions and his highly rated status on his massage techniques make me feel very confident in his ability to work with me on my specific goals. Miss Terrell, is an awesome esthetician who is very knowledgeable and sweet!! I had the pleasure of working with her on my skincare needs and I am very happy with the results!! After one treatment I have noticeably improved skin

My experience is always absolutely amazing! Darius is my massage therapist and he knows what he’s doing, he’s very professional, his hands were created to make people feel Better! He is awesome, amazing, anointed! He put his heart and soul in getting every kink out of your body! When I leave there I feel like a brand new person!! Jodi is amazing!! I highly recommend her for a massage. Extremely relaxing massages. She checks in with you about how much pressure she is using and really targets the areas of tension and pain as long as you communicate to her where you would like the massage focused.I don’t want to write a separate review but the facial I had was not good. It was only 30-40 min despite being listed as a 60 min service and the provider was unkind and unaccommodating as well. When I told the front desk they said it was up to 60 min and that they messed up by telling the provider I was a first time client despite being a member which is why she was pushy. Very odd.The five stars is definitely for Jodi as well as my husband’s experience with Jason, whom he said was incredible as well.

Massages with Carl at the Rotunda Massage Envy are always worth more than what I pay for them. He is so gifted at relieving all my aches and pains. His style is more “matter of fact” than the others in a way that I can’t really explain, but I think everyone should experience. Most of the time he uses his arms, elbows and hands which creates full experience and addresses my need. The front staff feels like family, even though I don’t know their names. The place is clean and the energy is good.

I loved the aesthetic of the place. Very welcoming and warm. Very relaxing. The staff was phenomenal. They lead me thru every step. And my masseuse Caron was exceptional. I throughly enjoyed the massage and foot treatment. Convo was engaging and he was very professional and enjoyable. I will certainly be back at this location.

I started coming to this location a few months ago after the Key Bridge collapse. Their later hours accommodated my schedule. I was lucky enough to find Jodi and for this I’m grateful. She really knows her stuff. Her massages are fantastic, some of the best I’ve had. I’m so happy I received a text from the office, not only to remind me of my didnt, but to offer extra service that Jodi offers including cupping. Tonight she introduced me to the ATT therapy which included the vibrating gun, cupping, and kinesio taping. I’ve never had those services before, I didnt know what I’ve been missing!! I feel fantastic. I’ve already booked the same appointment for next month. I’m looking forward to seeing Jodi more in the future. Also, nice location and great front desk staff. I’ve also had a facial done here before which was an awesome experience.

I visited Cassandra yesterday for a foot flex session (my first!) and was very pleased. The session was stress free and relaxing, it was a great massage hitting all the right spots, and I will be visiting her again next month!

Massage Envy Rotunda has kind and considerate staff from the front desk to the therapists. As an ATT client - after it was recommended by multiple staff who care about my wellbeing in a genuine way - Ingrid has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to truly offer comfort and support my needs. I could not recommend Advanced Targeted Therapy more. Cassandra as a stretch professional is also wonderful. This entire team (including front desk staff) cares about your health and overall experience. Thank you all!

I’ve actually been really enjoying the benefits of my membership, I was able to book a same day massage and facial and it was much needed. Dave for my massage was fantastic, he hit my problem areas and checked that the pressure was comfortable. Towards the end my body was feeling so much better I practically fell asleep. For the first time in months I can roll my neck fully without my shoulders cramping up! Amanda took equally good care with my facial, explained the products being used and her entire process. Overall I’m so happy- and relaxed!

Jodi was amazing! She really took the time to help me understand where my tension was coming from and even taught me some exercises to do at home. Will definitely see her again!

Jodi is a great massage therapist. We always discuss any particular issues that need extra help, and she takes the time to work on trouble spots. I always feel better after a session with her.

I enjoyed my firm tissue massage with Carl at Massage Envy. I had lower back pain a few days prior and it’s much better now. I was certainly able to relax which was important since I started my new job this week. This was right on time!

I had the pleasure of being massaged by Tamela. She listened to everything I told her about where I needed focused on and she hit every single point. I felt so amazing after my time that I cannot wait to go back. She even suggested I do a stretching session because my muscles were so tight. Ill be taking her suggestion! Then going back to her. I hold a lot of tension in my neck and Holly was great for that. This was my first deep tissue and trigger point release, it was uncomfortable but I know it is needed. Holly was great throughout the session helping me through the discomfort. I will be going back to her for my deep tissue.

Brendan is the best massage therapist. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled, especially with injuries. I’ve also done a few stretch sessions with him and they’ve also been great. Tip: You have to book early with him in order to get the appointment time you want. Also, get on his cancellation list in order to find out about last minute openings. Great job every time!

Life changer!!! I visited Ingrid for advanced therapy treatment and it was the most helpful treatment I have had in years. As someone who suffers from scoliosis, body misalignment and serious pain, her assessment and then treatment actually helped and relieved pain for the first time in years. When I left, my full foot was touching the ground for the first time in years as well. I’ll be back!

I am pleaded to say that my90 minute full body massage was phenomenal. Jason has gift of 🙌🏽. I also had the rapid tension relief enhancement along with the cbd rub and it was very relaxing and helpful for the pain in my upper back. Jason is my guy. I really appreciate it. I booked another one next week and I can’t wait

Darius is the best. I was injured for a long time before I showed up here. I wanted to get quick pain relief and the Advanced Targeted Therapy was the ticket. If you have long standing pain issues and want to resolve them quickly, I recommend doing that every 2 weeks so your body doesnt regress into a pain state again. I wish I had done that, it costs way less than the pain I caused myself by waiting until the next month, especially when I was doing work around the house.

I have so many wonderful experiences here with the therapists.Between Lisa doing a fabulous job delving into deep release, Darius taking incredible care of an injury, to Ingrid working through some difficult overuse pain I have had an incredible experience here. Most recently I went to see Jason- not only was he very attentive to assessing the full needs of my body he also flowed well.Any of these therapists are wonderful. Oh ya- shout out to Holly for an amazing stretch session.Adding to my review here as I’ve just gotten on John’s table- that was incredible- so relaxed!

I am visiting from out of town, and I have been watching my active 20 month old grandson! I always carry tension in my neck and upper back. I made a last minute appointment for 8:45 pm, and when I tell you that therapist made me feel sooooo good! My experience was exceptional!

Ingrid is exceptional. I have been seeing her for Advanced Targeted Therapy (ATT) and I have noticed a significant difference in my back and shoulder pain. She is great at listening to the issues I present before each session and uses her extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system to identify the problem area(s). She is great at communicating and works hard to ensure that I have the best possible experience.

Jodi was AMAZING! She really knew her stuff and worked out a bunch of stress I was carrying in my neck and shoulders! Would definitely come to her again!

I saw Ingrid this morning and got above and beyond service! She helped with my pain but was also educational and made sure I was comfortable the whole way. It was a surprise as I only went for a general, relaxing massage to destress and help with some leg pain, and I got an answer to my pain that I didnt even know I was asking. I am very grateful for Ingrid and cant wait to see her again in a few months!I was greeted at the door too and shown water and bathrooms and was a pretty relaxing environment and easy to check in! It’s a bit clinical in there but they turn down the lights. And have nice music and good service so its ok!If I could, I’d do 4.5 stars because I think it could be a bit tidier. The massage table was neat and had clean linens, and Ingrid and the team washed their hands and used hand sanitizer etc, but the floors were noticeably covered in dust balls. Nothing a sweep cant fix!

It was very 1st time having a stretch massage and Ms. Jade explained everything she was doing before she performed it. She also made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. She did an awesome job. Also it is a very friendly environment and everyone was upbeat and knowledgeable of the services and products.

Ive always had a great experience at Massage Envy. The staff are kind, courteous and prompt. My esthetician Alycia is a doll. Very personable and she left my face soft and glowing. Highly recommended.

Hello, my experience with Jody was excellent and thank God for her service and how she talked to me stayed on point with me. Explain things to me. Clarity and options. I thank God for her quick thinking and knowledge of emotional stress and how to relax and different exercises you can do to help decrease stress. Continue to do what youre called to do and what you practice doing everyday with patience. Thank you again for helping me understand what is needed to give good control of your mental state physical state with massageing. Amen!

I was really turned off by this locations membership cancellation policy. You have to call to have your name placed on a log to have a manager can call you back about cancelling. After the manager called, she quizzed me on why I was cancelling and then wanted to set up a time for me to come in person to complete the cancellation request. When I asked that the form simply be emailed to me she advised I had to wait two days for my last payment to come out before the form could be sent. While I understand the cancellation request will not be processed until the last payment is received, it was ridiculous that I could not fill out the form in advance and am now required to call back again in two days to restart the process of getting on the managers call log. Such an unnecessary and convoluted process. This experience confirms my decision to cancel this membership was a great idea!

Ingrid is absolutely amazing! I came in with all kinds of pain and issues in my body. Through my sessions with her, she was able to pinpoint the exact origins of all my issues and alleviate so much of my pain. I truly appreciate her and would be MISERABLE without her!

Highly recommend doing ATT with Ingrid. The sessions have been more productive and more educational than any PT I have done in the past! Hands down she is the best therapist I have ever had.

Warning! Do not get a membership with Massage Envy.It is a lie you can cancel it whenever you want.It is so ridiculous that I have been trying to cancel my account with them for last 3 days and they wont accept my request.Im not satisfied with the business practices and the costume service.Apparently being unsatisfied with the service is not enough justification to cancel a membership with them.I wont recommend this place to anyone!.Please be careful! Horrible costumer service, abusive business practices!.DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP

Life is stressful. I found Darius really knows how to use the hot stones effectively. I see my circulation in my legs has improved and my neck and back feel great! Just what I needed after a draining week. I love love love massage envy Rotunda. Darius is the best! I have at least 4 favorites - he is best for deep tissue and stones.

Perhaps the worst massage of my life. The therapist, David, was unwilling to provide more than the lightest pressure, even after asking multiple times for more. His response was that he was coming back to that area later (??). It felt rushed, and his motions were short, erratic bursts, such that it wasn’t even relaxing, much less therapeutic. I expressed to the management that it was a waste of time and money. They offered to discount my visitor rate to the members rate, but they should’ve comped the entire experience. I don’t recommend.

After a 90 min massage with Brendan, the lower back and neck pain I arrived with were completely gone. A recent massage with Jason was also amazing. Both therapists deftly apply a range of techniques and a keen awareness of what’s going on in your body.

Holly was AMAZING! I left feeling so loose and relaxed and she made me feel so comfortable and even focused on areas where she noticed that I was holding a lot tension.

I’m appalled at the customer service. I booked a massage for my wife and she got there only to learn that there was no one to attend to her as she’s pregnant. If you won’t have someone who can attend to pregnant women at all times, then it’s completely ridiculous that you don’t screen for that during the reservation. And despite the stress and money spent to get to your massage centre, your receptionist had zero empathy and spoke to my wife as though it was her fault that you did not have someone who could attend to her. I’ll definitely be requesting for a refund and hopefully will never need your services anymore.

Ingrid has changed my life, health, and overall well-being. When I explain where I am experiencing pain or discomfort, she understands exactly what needs to be done. Every time I leave, I feel like a new person.

I had a HydraFacial by Terrell. It’s the first time I had this kind of facial and she explained to me step-by-step as she was doing it. Terrell is a very professional and personable at the same time. I had a wonderful experience.

Ingrid is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and I have had my fair share of massages over the years from places such as Massage Envy but also massages at 5-star hotels. She truly understands your body and how to identify pain points or even areas of your body that you didn’t know need work till the next day when everything finally releases. She’s also so wonderfully kind and someone I truly look forward to seeing monthly. She is the best and I’m thankful that my husband and I have found her and how our health has benefitted greatly from her work.

It was a very relaxing massage.However, more intensity was needed and certain focus points were not focused on long enough for my liking. I also woke up a bit sore this morning. Not sure if thats normal, but I wasnt expecting it.

The staff members and my sessions were great. Having my massage interrupted by the fire alarm was not so great. We all had to leave the building. This was not anyone’s fault but it did change the experience.

Ms. Ingrid is absolutely wonderful! I have chronic back and neck pain, as well as degenerative disc disease. Ingrid has “magnet hands” and always easily finds and targets my trouble areas. She is a magician with her tools (cups, massage gun, etc.) I left my appointment feeling so much relief. Highly recommend!!! She is truly the best!!!

I have been going here for years, and I always feel welcomed every time I walk in. The service is exceptional and the staff is very friendly. I walk out every time feeling refreshed. Mrs. TERRELLE is the best, beautiful on the inside and outside. Her presence always elevates my experience.

I had a great stretch w/ Jade. She is very experienced and able to notice problem areas and switch things up to target areas. She is very verbal to make sure you are getting a great stretch but not going to far to make it hurt/injure yourself. I will be returning and recommending her. Thanks Jade

Ingrid is the most amazing massage therapist Ive ever been to. She is highly knowledgeable in a variety of modalities and is very motivated to resolve the issues of her clients. Horrible customer service. No empathy for wasting my time, energy or my money. I booked a service, arrived on time only to be told I can’t be offered that service. The bad thing was really that the person I spoke to offered no empathy or compensation for my money and time spent to show up. If you charge a same day cancellation fee, it’s only right you compensate me for wasting my time and having to reschedule me because of your oversight. I was completely turned off and I don’t think I will be visiting this place again.

Great folks work here. excellent massage therapists. and sincerely nice folks greeting you, and handing appointments, which is a big job! the space is clean, always smells great, and ive yet to find a therapist i would not book with again. couple stand outs, though, are Moenira, Dave, Holly.

Brendan is an amazing massage therapist! He performs many different modalities that most other therapists aren’t trained in and is high skilled at adjusting the pressure during the massage and for each massage depending on your needs. Brendan is also friendly and a joy to talk to. I’m so glad I found him!

Ive been going here for two years to see Ingrid. She is amazing. I am reminded of her immense skills as I get out of bed with none of the sciatic pain that I had yesterday morning before I went to see her. Ingrid approaches our sessions with the goal of addressing current acute issues, but she is always aware of what EVERYONE should be so fortunate to have someone like her available to them. Beyond that, the staff at this location is great. They are always welcoming and stay in touch with me to let me know when Ingrid has openings.

Ingrid was spectacular; she’s truly gifted in healing touch. Expect targeted therapy that reaches for the root of your physical discomfort (versus a more general full body massage). It was a phenomenal service, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone experiencing MSK pain. Ideally, you would want to see Ingrid for a series of treatments to help restore function and reduce pain. She is seriously accurate in her assessment and focuses on the parts of your body that really need care the most.

Absolutely love going to Massage Envy each month. It really helps with my migraines and chronic pain. Brendan is the best. He is awesome. I go to him for Advance Targeted Therapy and relaxation massages and he does a great job eveytime. Much appreciated. 👏🏾

As a member for over year I find the service at the Rotunda to be OUTSTANDING! My most recent visit I entered in extreme pain with a migraine and with shoulder and backpain but when I left I was pain free and the next day which is today I am back to million percent again. Dave and the massage therapist were so good I was sleep! LOL! Now thats some full relaxation that you will not envy because you are at Spa Envy.

Ive been a member for close to two years now. The staff at the Rotunda are always pleasant. Ive been seeing Ingrid for about six months now and she is amazing. She listens, remembers, and takes care of me the way a friend would. Its always a joy to come in and see her because she is so pleasant, even when she is knocking out the kinks from my chronic neck and back and even offers things to do to help the therapy along when Im not in session. I am honestly thankful that Ive found her!

Ingrid is a magician! She has amazing knowledge and intuition about the body and where people hold their tension. She’s passionate about what she does and it shows in how attentive she is to her clients. She meticulously tailors her technique and uses a variety of assistive devices (massage balls, massage guns, pillows, cupping…) to address concerns. Additionally, she is a wonderful guide for anyone who is trying to regain strength and mobility, and provides clear instruction on how to stretch properly to avoid more pain or injury. I could not recommend her more!

Ive been a Massage Envy member for more than 10 years — first for lower back pain that was corrected by surgery and then just for relaxation. Darius has been one of the best therapists I’ve because hes constantly working to improve. I know because I asked him how he keeps doing better than the last time. I highly recommend him.

Lets start off with the customer service at the Rotunda as you enter plus I love a good app because it has all my appointments listed. Amazing! I had some health challenges the last couple of months and when I went to sign up they explained the Advance Therapy program. Can I say amazing. Yesterday was my first day with Branden. He was very through with explaining every step of the way, ensuring I was comfortable, and develop a program to recovery. Even thorough it may be a long road head, I definitely in good hands. Amazing, amazing and amazing.

Ingrid has magic hands and the experience and knowledge to know how the tightness of one muscle group affects the rest of the body. She uses that knowledge and magic to fix problems! At first I was skeptical, but after a few sessions of ATT with Ingrid I started noticing that my areas of chronic pain (10+ years) were significantly improved to the point where I forgot about them! Her massages aren’t for relaxation, they’re to target the muscles that cause problems, which isn’t comfortable but it works and is effective! Exactly what I’m looking for. Thanks Ingrid!

Had my 3rd full body massage with Jodi. She is an expert and is in tuned with my difficult areas and provide advice on at home stretching and vitamins. My massages are as a result from chemotherapy. Jodi recommends other services to help heal from chemotherapy bruising! The beginning of a great healing bond which is important to me!!!

I’ve been a massage envy member for several years and am so happy with my experience there. For many years I saw Brendan who is excellent, effective and knowledgeable. As I’m pregnant I’ve been working with Ingrid for prenatal massage. She is also amazing and knows her stuff- and just so lovely to work with. I’d recommend them both for ATT sessions! I hope to be a customer of theirs for many years to come!

Service was friendly and massage was average. For a one hour massage, they started a few minutes after the hour and ended before the hour was up.

Scheduling on the website and app SUCK. But other than that everything was great! The front desk staff Kayla and Gabby were so helpful and welcoming. I had an appt with Lisa who was extremely knowledgeable! Though I’m a big baby and didn’t realize how intense a firm massage was, my entire body felt much more relaxed and flexible than ever. Lisa showed me some stretches I can do from home to help in between sessions. I signed up for a membership and can’t wait to go back!

1/30/2024 my husband had scheduled an appt. with me on the day of my birthday. as I saw I would not make it in time my husband attempted to call the massage envy where my appointment was scheduled t as I was on my way, but work held me back a little longer than expected causing me to run late.I finally, made it inside the location with less than 30 minutes left in my session. The young lady at the counter first told me my husband did not call and proceeded to move forward to try to force me into an already missed session rather than reschedule as I was requesting.We then found out my husband was on the phone getting the appointment rescheduled with the other representative. The representative confirmed that it was indeed my husband on the phone and proceeded with the comment Thats weird When asked what was weird the representative proceeded to imply I was not being truthful and that my husband said I had an emergency at work could not make it in time(which is why I was running so far behind) has she questioned the validity of my situation as she laughed with her coworker.I thought the situation was cleared up as it was explained to me that I would still have to make the payment for the current missed service and the service would be rescheduled with the new appointment being comped. so I rescheduled to the next day and moved on.Later in the evening, I received a call stating the manager was refusing to give me the service if I was not booked with the original masseuse. so I with an open mind responded with ok sunshine what do you have She replied the masseuse was not available until March. I then requested to speak to a manager. I was told a message was left for the manager to reach out to me. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the Manager or Massage Envy about this matter.

Darius is very skillful during stretching & massage therapy. The ladies @ the front desk are always pleasant.

Horrible ExperienceThis business is about serving their own interests NOT the customer!!!!!!I was very ill the day of my appointment and they said they had to charge me 100% of my service which was $130.00 for cancellation.I appealed to customer service to reschedule because of an illness that was out of my control. Also, it would not be in the best interest for the massage therapist to work on someone who is sick. They refused to listen to reason. I realized this was not a business that serves and values the customer in a personal way but values rather CORPORATE interests!I sent my husband to use my gift card instead. Because this company is self serving, I will not return to them for any services. Buyer beware!

Darius gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had he’s so detailed with it. I also recommend Dave and Joh. I prefer men for a deeper firmer massage but they are always so pleasant

Recently Ive been getting Advanced Targeted Therapy (ATT) with Ingrid and from the first session I KNEW I was going to be alright. From one glance she was able to point out some of my problem areas and with her first set of touch observations she was able to read me like a book. Her session was SO THOROUGH and intentional that I left feeling more than just the pressure and soreness of the necessary therapy, but I felt confident that if I kept coming back and did the homework she gave, Id be better than Ive been in a long time. Ingrid LOVES what she does and it shows in how KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SKILLFUL she is in her craft. Ive been recommending her to everyone who says they feel out of alignment liked I did because I know shell help get them back together.Last month I had the awesome opportunity to hurt so good as Ms Lisa discovered knots and tight muscles in places I never imagined them being. She used all kinds of techniques in that 90 min session that I left feeling like Id taken a stretch class, gone to see a chiropractor, AND had the deepest of deep tissue massage all rolled into one. I came in with a sinus headache and left out feeling better than I had all week and my headache was completely gone, and still is. Im so glad that regardless of WHO I get when I visit massage envy, I always leave Knowing my money and time has been well spent.Two months ago I needed a massage SO BADLY and took the chance to call to get a SAME DAY APPOINTMENT because Ive NEVER had such luck in the past. The young man that answered the phone and scheduled me was SO personable and professional; and the masseuse he booked me with delivered an AMAZING massage just like he said she would. I scheduled for a massage and on a whim decided to do a facial because they had contacted me the day beforehand and said they had an opening for one after my massage. I had never had one before so I was excited to give it a goI had my massage done by Coran (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. This was my 3rd massage, my first was at a private villa in Costa Rica, and my second was at the Four Seasons in Baltimore. Neither of them were as good as the one I had with him! He really takes into account your personal needs and what you do daily. I walked out feeling like a slab of melted butterMy facial was with Tiyla, who was also amazing. I had no clue what I wanted out of the facial and she assessed my skin and gave me everything I needed. I didn’t realize I had so many blackheads until she extracted them and I saw how beautiful my skin looked after. And the extractions truly felt like nothing! She also had great advice about prevention, and provided nice conversation while keeping it a relaxing environment. I felt reborn afterwardsThe front desk was helpful and friendly, the providers were amazing and the environment was very calming. I walked out feeling like a whole new person. Both my partner and myself had negative experiences at this location. I was talked into the membership benefits on an initial visit; monthly services at a discounted rate. After two negative experiences, speaking with a manager on at least two occasions, I decided to request to discontinue the membership, I’ve come to find out that I am “ineligible” to terminate a membership with Massage Envy and am contractually obligated to pay monthly dues of $80. Neither myself or the representative I spoke with today was able to recover a copy of the agreement being shared to my email. I was informed that I was let known of this year-long agreement by “word of mouth” by the staff member who processed my membership. She went on to explain this was their standard.For the services rendered experience, for my partner, upgraded services weren’t sold as “add-ons,” she was led to believe aspects were included. The massage therapist I saw worked on an injury I repeatedly asked her not to.

I enjoyed my day with: my facial was something I didnt expect because the steamer was smithery it was hard for me to breathe during the session however my skin looks good. 2. The stretch was excellent I got the most benefit and enjoyment from rate 5+ Finally the massage was good.

I have been going to the ME Rotunda prior to COVID to see Brendan. Brendan stays booked. Well, he is one of the best higher skilled therapist they have. He listens, remembers your preferences and does an amazing job (massage, stretch + certified in additional specialized therapy offered at ME).

Darius is hands down one of my favorite massage therapists at the Rotunda location. He knows his anatomy and how to put the right amount of pressure while stretching the muscle to reduce tension, address tight knots and chronic pain. I have pretty tight legs and chronic pain just about everywhere, and walked out of my appointment almost euphoric from the release of tightness in my legs and shoulders. He also had great advice on addressing some of my long term issues! So knowledgeable and effective! 10/10 recommend.

She always seems up for the challenge that is my body and is constantly thinking of new ways and methods to help me.

I was sad when my previous therapist left (to teach massage!), but was recommended Noni who provided an excellent massage, perfectly customized to my needs. They lose a star because they’ve implemented a new tipping system that invites 20, 25, or 30% as default options on a ridiculously inflated service cost - far higher than what you actually pay for massage. To make this even worse, the customer is now expected to pay a service fee on top of the tip. Not cool. Bring cash for the tip.
