I messaged them through their messaging line and theyve read the messages but they have not answered me. I do not know how else to get through to the business. Id like to know if they carry a certain product before I take trip all the way up there.

Recently moved here from Florida I take kratom for a medical condition, the young lady who works during the week is amazing! Always helpful, always kind!

This is the go to place for kratom and CBD products. They have such a wide variety and literally the best prices in the area, not to mention sale prices posted regularly. I dont buy anywhere else. They always inform me when my regular items are on sale and rarely run out. They also have an amazing rewards system for regular customers. Everyone greets you with a smile and are genuinely happy to serve you.

Good service and very polite management, would highly recommend. Owners were looking for the best deal for you and gave recommendations on which products were the best. Very well educated on the products they are selling. This is the best headshop I have been to.

Although this place has higher prices than I am used to paying online, I really love being able to get kratom and cbd oil locally (and when I dont have time to wait for an online order to arrive, its really convenient). Plus the customer service is incredible! You really just dont find shop owners who are so helpful anymore - and certainly not when buying online.In my previous review, I wrote that it botheed me that all the merchandise is kept behind Plexiglas, so that I couldnt see the details on the packaging in order to compare items. On my last visit, the owner offered to let me come behind the counter to compare items if needed. Now THAT is great customer service!Lastly I learned of their loyalty program which gives you points for dollars spent - and the points translate into gift cards. Thats a nice way to offset the higher prices.I still intend to shop online when I want to get a larger quantity than is sold in the shop, but this is the best place to buy high quality kratom and cbd oil in Baltimore. I recommend this place very highly!

Small selection of vape equipment, supplies and juices. Slightly overpriced. Employees are not knowledgeable about the products they sell and are not really able to be helpful if you have any questions. Store is rather run down and not very clean and tidy. Parking lot is in bad disrepair. People are always loitering around the front door offering to sell both stolen merchandise from some other unknown location and illegal drugs as well. Not a good place to shop for vaping products if you can avoid it and go somewhere else.

I stopped in to buy vape juice. I received very friendly service. The gentleman who served me was attentive helped me to select my next flavor. The prices were also reasonable. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Went here yesterday for some green maeng da Kratom and was pleasantly surprised. Usually the quality of kratom at these kinds of head shops is sub par but this stuff is actually better than the kinds you can get online. Prices are great as well. Will be returning
