Marco performed a 30 minute stretch for me. He was attentive and walked me through the first time process. I appreciated how he “checked in” with my comfort level and I will definitely purchase this service again

I get the 60 min stretch session with Marco! I go every month as a member and it’s the best thing I do for myself! Marco is so kind and amazing at stretching every muscle! I work out everyday so this is so important for me ! I highly recommend!

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I recently had here! The staff was so nice and the girl at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. It was my first time getting a massage and I suffer from some shoulder and lower back pain. The massage really helped and the masseuse (Im sorry I dont remember the name) was very calming and really helped me with the pain. I would absolutely recommend this place!Ill def be coming back soon!

Jonathan’s massages are great with a lot of variation from session to session. There are times, however, when I don’t feel I’m getting the full 50 minutes.

I went here earlier in the month to get a massage, the people working there were sick. I don’t care if you’re wearing a mask- I do not want someone who is unwell touching my body. There is a clear disregard for clients and employee’s well being! I would not recommend going here if you care about your health!

Russell is an awesome massage therapist! He found all my pressure points relieving pain in my neck, deltoid and trapezoid. I feel much looser today. It still hurts but not as much. He’s the reason I will schedule two sessions a month for now! I also enjoy listening to him and sharing all the knowledge he has. I look forward to my next session with him!

Worst experience I have ever had. I have been receiving massages for over 50 years. Jackie did not massage one bit. All she did was rub my legs, arm and back. With her forearm, I actually left in tears. I did not want to check her but felt bad and gave her a $20 tip.

Heather is a remarkable massage therapist that has helped me for years with chronic pain and injuries. She addresses the problems at hand with pinpoint accuracy tailoring our session to need those needs. I always feel unbelievably better after our session and heal quickly after an injury. One of the top massage therapists I have known.

I signed up for massage envoy monthly massage . Problem is there are NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE ! Bit of a rip off . I have 8 massages in my “ massage bank “ if I cancel i need to use them in 60 days BUT …..THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE . One would think if you sell a package you would be staffed to be able to deliver

Russell is amazing. My big complaint is with my inability to schedule massages on the weekends. You do not have enough help to accommodate the need. I am on the monthly plan and I am very unhappy with it.

Tibor is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been seeing him for over 6 months and what a big difference in how I feel. He is very professional and is always attentive to my needs.

The scheduling is broken. They book weeks out for us and then cancel multiple times for both myself and spouse. Not a nice way to treat very long time customers. We joined in another state in 2008.Good news. A Therapist not on autopilot! Listens and provides the massage areas requested with the pressure requested. This is not at all true of other therapists at this location. My therapist gets 4 stars.

Catherine is a fabulous massage therapist!!! She’s intuitive, knowledgeable and professional... In other words, she’s my hero!! I highly recommend her. Sometimes, it’s hard to get an appointment to see her because she gets booked so fast, but believe me it’s worth the wait.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but yesterday’s massage was far under par. I’ve had 3 experiences at massage envy so far. The 1st was fair. The 2nd was great. Yesterday’s was worse than fair b/c I left feeling very chilled and in pain.Im still not sure why I tipped him at all. I guess I just have a soft spot for people trying to get by in the service industry. I’m keeping an open mind but if your client says, “stay away from my big toe b/c it’s arthritic” and then you have to be reminded of that at least 3 more times, that’s problematic. My toe hadn’t hurt in weeks now it’s screaming at me b/c it’s irritated. And honestly, why would a massage treatment room be anything other than comfortably warm for your naked client??

Sue was excellent! She listened to exactly what I wanted and adjusted accordingly. Perfect balance of relieving tension points with overall relaxing massage techniques in other areas. I would definitely go back and request her again!

Staff members are helpful and friendly and my Facialist Mariann, was excellent (she is the Best!!).

Heather was amazing, she had perfect pressure, always checking in to make sure it was ok. She talked to me just enough to be cordial and make me comfortable, but not so much that I wasn’t able to relax. She explained where each not was, and did a fantastic job of releasing them. I am definitely going to request her next time.

I always have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, they bought new blankets in the wake of the pandemic and they are sub par. I’m hoping they replace them soon. Also, the massage therapist in the next room talked the entire time with his client. It definitely impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my service.

I was recommended by a good friend of mine to join massage envy membership so I tried it out. The location is clean and staff are friendly with exception to the manager. Due to pandemic and busy schedule I decided to cancel my membership and told I had only 60 days to render my services which I had 2 unused sessions. So I scheduled a 90 min facial to use services I already paid for. Now keep in mind I scheduled it before 60 days but had to reschedule due to family emergency. I drive an hour to this location to find out that my sessions are expired and I am unable to use it since I’m past the 60 days which was only 6 days over. I ask the manger is there anyway they can make an exception since I was unaware that 60 days past and no one told be my 60 days expired. I did drive an hour and the time slot was available. The manger was not empathetic and told me NO we cannot make any exceptions. Then I asked if I can speak to the owner Dora, The manger stated that Dora was unavailable and she cannot give her phone number. She told me I would have to call next week from the number on website. I work in corporate world and customer satisfaction is our priority. It seems this manager didn’t like me personally because she was not willing to work with me . It was a flat out” NO” we cannot make exceptions.To be continued after I speak to Dora and complain how I was treated. It’s all about the principle. I paid $160 and no services rendered. You are only treated fairly if you pay the monthly meembrshio not if you cancel. What if I was thinking of signing up again. Now I will not ever or recommend anyone to be a member just base on attitude and bad customer service by my a manager .

My massage was the best I had ever had at Massage Envy. Heather was incredibly professional and a calm, friendly presence. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking for a first rate massage.

Overall a great experience. Tibor was fantastic. Constantly asking my pain comfort levels and conforming he was getting the right pressure. I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel and tibor made sure to ask before even touching my left hand. I am a new member and this was my first complementary massage, for the price and discount/freebie i believe it is well worth it if you plan on going multiple times in a month. I added the CBD enhancement and it made my body soft and relieved a lot of tension including a 2 month long pain from my carpal tunnel. The only complaint i have is as a transgender person i use my preferred name, the receptionist didnt believe me untill i confirmed my phone number. Its very humiliating to have to say my name twice then prove i am who i am. When the customer next to me just told the receptionist her name and time of her appointment (the same thing I did) and they checked her in right away. Im not docking any points from the review bc the service was phenomenal but i just felt very awkward with that interaction before my massage.

The customer service and professional care at the Bedford Hills location is top notch and the therapist are amazing. I commend the owners Dora and Jennifer on a great stablishment and training staff so well.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The whole facility was clean and had great covid protocols in place. Tibor did my massage and he was great! He was friendly, made sure a was comfortable, and made a conscious effort to make sure I was covered. Definitely plan to return.

John was strong, professional and courteous.He checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure was good for me. He provided an excellent massage and I will definitely return for a massage with him again.

Marianne provides excellent facials she always evaluates my skin issues and then recommends the best services. She recommends great products that have improved my skin drastically I would highly recommend her

Marianne provided me with a phenomenal experience. Her facial was thorough yet gentle. My skin is rejuvenated and glowing. I appreciated that she offered and described the products that she had used but was bit pushy in sales. I will be looking for Marianne when it’s time for my next facial.

Massage envy in Bedford is clean and professional and Eric is so great! I love going to him, I go to the gym a lot and build up a lot of knots and tension so he’s got the perfect amount of pressure to help me with that! I feel like a new person when I leave! It’s always a great experience 🙂

Jackie is a very skilled masseuse who listens to your needs and concerns. She will check in during the procedure to ask how the pressure feels, and will accommodate you as needed. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Russel gives a fantastic deep tissue massage. He has a deep understanding of the body and how to work through tight areas from all angles. Im grateful to have found him at Massage Envy! The Covid precautions they have in place are excellent and I feel very comfortable using their services.

After a lovely massage you get sold to. So before you leave you have say no thanks about a thousand times. It ruins he relaxation. I go elsewhere now and am much happier.

Catherine M is a fabulous masseuse and. Lovely person. My first massage in 16 months was a great deep tissue massage and I felt fabulous and relaxed when it was done. I plan to go back at least once s month.

My skeleton, muscles and nerve endings all benefitted greatly from Tibor’s work. I highly recommend his skills. ME should feel privileged to have him on their team. Rich has a different massage style but I found the benefits from his work to be outstanding as well. I suppose if I tried all of the massage therapists at ME it would be difficult to choose which one; take the “blind-fold challenge “ and I bet all are as talented as those I have experienced.Alex at reception is always buoyant and efficient. My visit was completely enjoyable and worthwhile.

Its nearly 2 years Ive been visiting for my monthly massage. Even with the pandemic arrangements, ME has adapted to continue providing excellent massages to combat the stress of these times.Their staff remains pleasant, professional and courteous though I am sure the adjustments arent easy to maintain.

Superb facial experience. I had a 90 minute facial that seemed like 10 minutes! Alinda was knowledgeable and deft with her fingers. The skin care products used were top of the line.

Wish I could leave no stars. Horrible customer service, really rude an always looking to overcharge you. Have disputed a few overcharges. A lot of turnover with the massage therapists, not surprising. Manager not very customer service focused and nasty. I have never left a bad review but this place is just inexcusable; and especially for a wellness facility!!!

I come to Massage Envy to see Sara, the esthetician. I was skeptical at first; I had adult acne and tried a lot of different things. Within a few months of seeing her, my skin became completely clear, and the discoloration on my face has improved significantly. I get compliments on how great my skin looks, which is crazy considering how congested it was before. I cant say enough great (but honest) things about Sara. The owners and the staff are accommodating and polite.

We have paid for a couple of years but any time we try to book an appointment they have non. This business is a good idea in theory, but in practice, they are unable to deliver.

As a new member, I had been told as long as I scheduled within my billing week it would be applied to my membership but it wasn’t so I had to pay an additional $60! Then the massage therapist was late 11:15 instead of 11:00. However I was charged for the full hour when it was only 45 minutes. The room had used/discarded tissues on the floor so was concerned about cleaning protocol.

Roseann is so skilled at righting all that is wrong with my body! Plus she lulls me into a true state of bliss every time! Every therapist I’ve used here over the past few years has always been top notch.

Heather is the best massage therapist I have ever had! If you have to tell your massage therapist whats wrong, youre seeing the wrong therapist. She is able to identify problems in less than 60 seconds without discussion.

I initially started my membership in the Fairfield CT location but had moved over to NY and was told by the staff of Fairfield Massage Envy that I would be able to “transfer” my membership over there . When I went to the Massage Envy in Bedford Hills, the employee behind the counter told me that they can not transfer it and that it would a $10 charge on top of it, normally I would left because that sounds shady as hell but since I was feeling pretty stiff and needed a massage I agreed to pay the “fee” . Now on to the massage 🙄 it felt rushed and choppy I believe I was the last massage of the day for that masseuse and if there was a time issue , just say so and we can reschedule . I will not be returning to the Massage Envy in Bedford Hills ever ..I will drive an hour to the location that has actually done well ,Fairfield . My membership will be cancelled after this year is up.

Tibor was excellent at targeting my pinched nerves in my neck and shoulders. He did a great job of helping stretch my muscles without making me terribly sore the next day.

I recently went to Spa Envy for the 1st time. While the masseuse (Bryan) was very good I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. It was my 1st massage so I had nothing to compare it to until my colleagues, who often get massages told me what other facilities offer such as warm towels, showers with shower shoes, lockers for your belongings, multiple choices of beverages. I left very greasy, having to put my clean clothes over a greasy body. I was sliding out of my sandals.Maybe thats the difference between a spa & a massage place, fine but the places with all those amenities are $20.00 less than what my gift certificate cost. Certainly this is NOT a case of you get what you pay for. I will not be returning to Spa Envy. They need to step it up or lower their prices or will not survive in this very competitive business.Update-Several weeks later,,, you asked for me for my phone number for some sort of resolution. I provided it but never heard from you again. Was that for show?

I went to Massage Envy in Bedford Hills to get a facial. Like a lot of people, Covid has been tough on my mind but also on my skin. This was the tonic I needed! Natalie did a great job- she asked me lots of questions about my skin and my care habits during my customizable facial. I particularly asked for help with the area around my eyes which I thought were making me look old and tired. That evening I felt so good about myself that I put on jewelry for the first time in a year just to socially distance around a fire pit. That’s how good the results were mentally and facially.

Tibor is indeed a healer!!!! He combines knowledge with empathy to achieve remarkable results. He is certainly one of the best massage therapists ever!

Jackie, Heather, and Natalie are awesome. This is my go-to location. It is always immaculate and front desk goes out of their way for a streamlined booking and check in experience.

If previous clients are upset about lack of amenities, they should try a spa that HAS all those amenities. They will find that those spas charge 2 and 3 times the price and have fewer options for masseurs and techniques. Ive used those spas and am usually disappointed by the massage itself. Massage Envy is a great value & if one masseur doesnt work for you, there are many others to choose from.
