Club Heaven

Came here to attend the Aries All White Birthday Party!! Had section 8 in the V.I.P. area and really enjoyed myself. It wasnt at all what we expected. The flyer made it look a little formal/classy but it was more like a strip club which I really liked because Im bisexual and seeing beautiful half necked ladies (respectfully) on my birthday was a prefect end to my day!!! The drinks were great, the DJ was amazing with his energy and the food was really good.. even though the had no wings that night. We really wanted the wings lol.

I’ve been here a few times and oh my gosh the amount of fun had here is insane! Plus the fact that you get to interact with celebrities and simply people in the entertainment business is a total 1 up on everything in jacksonville. Definitely a high end club and most definitely and must go to!

Heaven is absolutely AMAZING. This place is beautiful, elegant, and classy 🔥 they got food, VIP lounging sections hookahs and celebrity guests every weekend. I enjoyed myself with Trina & Yk Osiris, cant wait to meet Dj Nelson there!

So overrated. We arrived at club heaven and went in through the VIP which was $50 per person. It was four of us so it was about $200 which was not a problem. After paying the $50 to get in we were waiting to be shown to our seats but it was open seating so they sell $50 for VIP entrance with no assigned seats or not enough seating for everyone. The drinks were watered down. Not only was the drinks watered down, but they took 30 minutes to arrive between each drink order. The hookah took about 30 minutes to get it working. We couldnt find a waitress when she dropped it off and we had to flag down another waitress to kind of fix the problem. She took it back and got us a new hookup which was an easy fix. At the end of the night we received our bill which was over another 200 and something dollars but the drinks were all priced as doubles which we did not order and so I proceeded to ask the waitress to taste the drink to tell me if that was a double because she said that the reason they were charged doubles because it was a stronger poor. I let her taste my water-down drink. She wouldnt remove the double charges off of my bill then brought me my bill back with some black marker scratch between it and I was doing the math and the bill didnt add up with the taxes in the charges so I asked her what was the black part that was scratched out. She said thats gratuity and it goes to the house and that she does not receive it, which seems like that would be a problem with her management. I was not happy about what happened at club heaven. I will probably never return. I was being fraudulently charged for things I did not have. The service was very poor. It was some type of studio lights flashing all in our face throughout the night. Bright stage lights. It was just a terrible experience. The DJ talked through almost every song. I prefer to spend my money elsewhere if Im looking for a good night out in club having is not it for me.

This place is far from “heavenly.” Bartenders were TERRIBLE. Bartender refused to serve my party because one of my friends looked like someone he knew?? It was our first time there! He also “prevented” other bartenders at the station from serving us drinks for 30 minutes! Everyone around us got served drinks quickly and he flicked us off numerous times? Unprofessional is an understatement. He “playfully” choked a lady bartender when she asked if she could serve us. The bartender was a Black guy with weird hat. He deserves to be fired! Horrible impression and disgusting behavior that continued throughout the night. He made my entire party highly uncomfortable. There are other venues in jax that are worth your money and filled with fun vibes. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Don’t party at club hell.

I recommend !!! My experience here was (ironically) HEAVENLY! The Angels were beautiful and they provided excellent hospitality!DEFF coming back☁️☁️☁️🔥🔥🔥

Aside from the decor there’s nothing high end about this lounge. If you don’t already have a table reserved don’t waste your time. Me and my friend were here early (literally the first ones there) last Saturday and regardless of being told we could have a seat by a guy who appeared to be a manager, security told us twice we had to move. There’s nowhere to sit unless you pay so it’s not a place to go on a whim. Our drinks were mostly ice. They claimed to have a dress code but there were a lot of people wearing sneakers and jeans. Had I known I definitely would not have worn heels and would have probably would not have minded having no where to sit. The music was extremely loud and the DJ talked through everything and didn’t let anything play all the way through. This is a place geared towards a younger crowd, early to mid twenties because this is not what I imagine when I hear ‘high end’. Not returning.

Def not worth it. Parking area didn’t seem safe. Not only were the prices on the menu ridiculous, but I was told in order to even order food or hookah I had to buy a table? Asked for the price and it was literally over $1000 for my group of girls on a night with a barely covered dance floor! Money isn’t an issue but let’s be honest, who wants to buy an area to eat and smoke hookah for a Miami club price? Outside of the decor inside of this club everything else is extremely overrated, don’t waste your time, run!

Moral of the story don’t get a section . Service was horrible I literally had to service my own table. People kept putting their empty drinks on our table . Security pushed our section to make it smaller . Mind you our section is supposed to seat 4 people ;the exact section beside us had a party of 8-10 people . I complained to the manager about the service of drinks and hookah he literally handed me the hookah top to change my own hookah which I had to do multiple times . The decor was truly beautiful .

I went to this new club Heaven last night with my wife. When we pulled into the parking lot I was asked about valet parking. That was expensive so we parked about 200 yards from the club and was picked up in a golf cart shuttle from the club. The price was ok for entry but when we got inside the club there was no seating.wait… there was empty tables everywhere because it was around 10 pm. So I went to a table and was told that we had to pay $500 for a table… $500 for a table to sit down!! Let’s just say that we didn’t stay in that place long. Note to the owner, people need somewhere to sit down without a price. Oh yea and the staff was rude also. They kept following us. So if you plan on going there bring tons of money because everything in this place has a price tag!!

Went yesterday the new “Friday night” , it was hot garbage. Same ol ratchet washed up DJ’s screaming on the mic at EMPTY building and furnitures . Drink super over priced while the club is in “Arlington” . There is nothing grown and sexy about this , more like cheap dresses 👗 and button ups with over priced water down drinks. The place look like Buddha Temple with cheap lights.

The club LOOKED phenomenal. The bartenders and servers all had a specific uniform and overall gave a top notch look to the club. Unfortunately there were things that I personally didnt care for and neither did the friends I was with. We saw bartenders drinking which may have contributed to issue number 2. They over poured the alcohol and while some people like that. I ordered a mixed drink not a double shot, We saw some of the servers/bottle girls go to the restroom and leave without washing their hands, There was a man on stilts which seemed cool at first but I dont appreciate having my head grabbed after Ive clearly indicated I dont wish to be touched. Multiple women had this issue and it was extremely disrespectful.

Inside decor was pretty....didnt feel unsafe as seen in other reviewsmusic was good for ladies night celebrating WHM..was expecting more Alicia keys Whitney Toni Brandy Monica Destinys Child etc

Pretty fun college night, drinks were really cheap. Only thing is it was crawling with underage kids, who were spilling drinks on the floor causing me to slip and fall real bad. Once I slipped not one security guard helped me up, but they were quick to kick me out, since it was a “liability issue.” NOT even letting me file a Accident report for my fall (had a bad injury from this)

This is Miami style if youve never been to Miami. I rarely ever write negative reviews but this deserves it. My husband and I went last night to see Sickick. Since age is important to an experience, we are in our early 30s. Lets start with parking. Their parking lot is only for VIP. Other than that, you can park at Family Dollar (we did) or at the other nearby businesses. Weird. Def not a luxury feeling just off the bat. The line was all over the place. The cement is cracked everywhere so ladies in heels, be careful! Security was really nice and friendly. The ladies at the door were also really nice and friendly. It was sooo packed inside. We could barely move. Maybe thats what they mean by Miami style lol. The bar had long lines which is normal is any club. Whats abnormal was the 40 min wait for drinks! Yes, 40 MINUTES WAITING FOR DRINKS! I used to be a bartender and these were by far the WORST ever. It was clear they werent experienced (at least on our end of the bar). One girl used her teeth to open a new bottle. She lost her bottle opener and couldnt open my husbands beer. I ordered a very basic drink, no limes. They kept asking if people wanted oranges/limes for things that always come with it. My husband didnt get likes with his shots of tequila. Another girl was staring off into space and wouldnt serve anyone but every 10 mins. The bar was COVERED in empty cups, pens and receipts. Just very trashy. I shouldve taken a picture. No one was cleaning it. It took the bartender 10 mins to enter in our drinks. People in line were so angry. There were only 4 bartenders and I think they were overwhelmed but for a sold out event, they needed way more. We got 2 rounds at once since it took so long. My husband went later that night and it took him like 30 mins to get 1 beer and a vodka/sprite. Sickick was great. All the bartenders that worked that event need to be retrained or fired. I would never have them in my establishment. Poor reflection on management. Everyone around us had the same experience. I see why this place is usually not busy. I wont be going back. Sidenote: this is the old 57 Heaven and is in the hood (Sin City) just an FYI. I thought itd be in a nicer area since they advertise it as a luxury place.

I was reading a post about parking being unsafe!? There’s two police officers there every night they’re open- as well as security guards outside and the sweetest guy is the one on the three row golf cart that will escort you to your vehicle when your ready to leave; how is that not safe? I love the clubs environment, angel girls are beautiful, it might be a bit pricey but at least you get what you pay for- you will not be dissatisfied @the end of night. I love the required dress code- it’s not your average Jax club, for the classy, sexy(or not), sophisticated beings who enjoy having a blast! DJs always on point & they’re doing a great job bringing in more guest celebrities! You see the BatMan signal in the sky- follow it- it will lead you to Club Heaven 💖 #cant forget the food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fine dining in such a fine club! I just love love love it all!

Sooooo much fun! Just be mentally prepared to spend a lot of money. Great DJ, great vibes, good crowd (mostly 25+). We went on a Saturday night. Definitely gonna try their Latin night on Thursdays. Best club in Jax for sure.

From the pictures it looks nice, but communication is horrible I went through 3 different people including the GM. It took me writing on one of their promoters page to get someone to contact me. I needed a VIP section that held up to 10 people, the GM and I did come to an agreement with the bottle minimum for that section. I did inform that I was ready to pay deposit and received Crickets. Now after a full month getting the run around with their team I have to find other plans.

Best dance floor, great staff, Johnny the bartender is awesome and they have brought back live music. Lots of variety. Only downfall is it is a smoking venue however not as bad as in the past. Also it’s a casual atmosphere and the rule of not allowing ball caps inside but all other hats and smoking allowed doesn’t make sense. It’s a sports bar and dance club with inexpensive but good food menu. Loyal Customers who have been coming for years and wear ball caps haven’t returned because of the new dress code no ball caps which only applies to men but they say nothing about pants hanging off the waist and white T-shirts. A hat is a hat but the behavior of a customer is what should be considered. You are judging a person by what they wear. What about tattoos or women wearing dresses way inappropriate but that’s allowed. I believe after visiting many classy venues which do allow hats of all kinds, bikers, beach goers, etc. there would be more business and return of past loyal customers.

As soon as i made the long walk to the front parking lot. A large man came out of no where. I was startled bc I was by myself to meet friends already inside. The looming figure said 3 words... No athletic wear. I was wearing an exclusive ivypark set with matching shoes. I explained this and all he did was shake his head. I left with a very uncomfortable feeling. I thought to myself... How hard it could have been for him to be kind enough to say more or at least identify himself as security. His clothes were all black with no identification (maybe Im just used to security shirts saying...security???)If they wanted return business.. he could have said... hey.. I want to save you the disappointment of getting to the line bc they wont allow your outfit inside. I hope you live close by so you can change and come back to enjoy the night with us ... seems simple enough to me...I dont like how I was treated. I continued my night elsewhere bc there are too many options to count for nightlife in Jax. #duuuval

Came in with the girls last night (Friday night) wheeeew 🤦‍♀️ Never again! I never experienced combination of rude staffs and over priced drinks 🍹 at one single dead event.

The bartenders and waitresses are very nice. Drinks are reasonably priced. The DJ is really bad. He was really rude to other patrons (not us-but we overheard), and the music was bad. Won’t go back.

Club Heaven is truly heaven to the Jacksonville Nightlife. The service was suburb the finest eye have ever experienced. Security very attentative and extremely professional. Dj Majic has the spot on our feet all night. This was the absolute perfect place to.celebrate my 46th bornday. Dana our VIP waitress was everything. Could expand some.vegan options but my guess loved the food..

Awesome bottle service. Great music on Saturdays. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly. Nothing else like club heaven in Jax, very Miami like. We will definitely be coming back +++++

Waaaaaaaaaaayyyy overpriced. $30 cover for starters. $16 vodka Red Bull. Ridiculous for a club with an empty dance floor on a Saturday night. Dj was hype though and music was bangin. Security was tight

Do not go here if you are white you are not welcome they will take your keys and steal your car and then when the cops come they want to play dumb dont go here this is the worst club to go to I got my car stolen and all of a sudden theres no footage makes no sense do not go here if you are white cuz you are not welcome and they make that very clear

I wish that we could pictures as we leave good or bad comments of our thoughts. I had been to this place numerous of times also visit the branding location. But 1/16/16 me and my husband visited the Atlantic Blvd location we was running a tab with the bartender close to the entrance I ordered a jagerbomb the first 2 seem to have more red bull than jager so my husband said lets try the other bartender witch is the bar near the restrooms I said no because we already have a tab with the bartender near the entrance my husband pulled out money to pay cash with bartender near bathroom to see if Ill like his drink better the male bartender charged $10.50 for a jagerbomb I was shocked because we had been charged on $7 and change with bartender we had open tab with . we asked a waitress why did he charge so much for the jagerbomb mind u its very small and taste lick u no wat the waitress told us that when the male bartender is not making tips hill try and charge more for drinks after that I told my husband we will keep going to 57 heaven on blanding . we always tip well wherever we go. But being dishonest and trying to take advantage of people is not good in book.

Manager doesnt know how to run a business. Fired a great karaoke host then didnt want to pay what was agreed upon. Never will step foot in there again.

I spent 10 € to go inside and when I arrived there was not a single person inside. Then I paid 8 € for a beer and then I left. When I tried to go inside again, they tried to make me pay another 10€!

The Most Beautiful Venue in Jacksonville. The staff was very accommodative and provide service that far surpassed our expectations. We will be back again to buy another VIP!

This is the place that caters to older patrons..music are mixed..from oldies..country..and modern..they have a spacious dance floor and the kitchen is opened late to get a bite..the drinks are reasonable ..except I had a bad encounter with the security that confronted me and harassed me when I make sure that Im taking care of the bartenders and have acquaintances and friends and was also buying drinks for friends..for some reason this security have single me out though I never started any fight..so I have to tell my friends to be aware of this person..all I do in this place is to socialized and drink and dancing is more of an indoor exercise..

Jacksonvilles Premiere Oldies Club. OK, did you hear me? Old clientele, old sound system, old everything. Alright, I understand theres a need for places like this, but if you are expecting some upscale experience and you are under the age of 50 and you value your hearing, dont go here. The bartenders are very nice however, but this is NOT the place to go people watch. This aint exactly where the beautiful people of Jax hang out, I think this is where the DNA deficients go to die. My GF and I got conned into going here and had been inside for 2 minutes after paying a $10 cover and she said Take me out of here....now! Not in the best part of town either, definitely the other side of the tracks. BTW, the music is too loud and the sound is distorted. I guess thats designed to keep people from talking about Skakespeare and Chaucer and all them. haw haw

Some cocktails are poorly made. None of the food is fresh, all frozen. It’s name suggest that they play older music, they don’t. Waitress can be slow.

Terrible place with even worse service and ran poorly. Their customs and way ran from the top down is poor everyone I know has not enjoyed the experience when they went. Prices are way too high for the service and experience.

From an entertainment perspective, the place is solid, okay entertainment. But bring cash. The night I went, the ATM was broken and the bar manager had no backup plan. No need to go back, but definitely the right fit for a certain crowd.
