The vibes here were great, but to get in on a Saturday night..expect a $30 cover. If it werent for Chris in the front, this review might have been one star. The house music and the aesthetic lights were awesome. Its definitely a vibe.We had got drinks around 1:50 for last call at 2. Drinks were pricey, but kindnof expected. Me and my party were sipping on them and the bouncer comes around and SNATCHES our drink because it was time to clean up for them. Like this dude was awful. He didnt let us finish it on the spot or nothing. He has got to go. A few other people were about to swing in him just for that. That guy is awful and completely destroyed the vibe. He had a Hispanic vibe to him. DJ was great, bartenders was cool, but that bouncer has to go.
Great place for concerts and after hours. Typically has a lot of room after 2am. Speakers are loud but we love the sound there!
Great for shows to be close by the artist and not too far from the bathrooms. Sound was great, staff was nice and crowd (Opiou) was solid. Drinks are annoyingly expensive like most clubs but I don’t understand why. Splash a little liquor and soda super inconsistent and takes 4 seconds but shell out around 15 a pop. Cmon… Even a lone star is priced like an electric jellyfish. If they’re trying to keep higher end clientele I guess I get it but you’re going to have a crowd of douches that don’t cheer for the artist and are too busy taking videos of themselves. I’ll go again for sure but will remember to drink before or bring a brah with beer in it lol
Came for Seth Troxler after the last day of Texas Eclipse was cancelled. The sound was great and the lights were really well done. Staff were really nice and the drink prices were not bad for a club. Overall a great experience here. My only complaint was that it was a little hard to find the entrance in the alley
Great night club, Always bangers, The front is super nice, The vibes. the AC oofff. But the bar tenders could be a little nicer. Somewhat Aholeish attitude....but besides that amazing venue always a good time.
When you set up concerts make sure you state ages correctly, and clearly. My son bought tickets and we drove 5 hours for him to not be able to get in!!! Tickets are not refundable and thats pretty sad. Either make it clear, or make sure you can allow your younger fans watch and band them so they cannot be sold alcohol. Topping that he tried to call and reach this venue multiple times before buying the tickets to double check the age and was never able to reach a person to answer any questions.
Nate was the best ever! I was alone in town w another girl-friend and he took care of us 🥺 he was v welcoming and kind to us throughout our stay and made sure we stayed hydrated and had enough sugar. thank u nate!! U made our experience amazing we really appreciate you :) u rlly set the example for other bartenders
The bartenders are RUDE. Wouldn’t serve water, wouldn’t close out a tab, wouldn’t help us find the bathrooms. Really worsened the atmosphere of the venue. They were too busy on their phones to actually provide service.
Would not recommend wasting your time or money coming here. The owners and security staff are very rude and go on a power trip. Payed $60 to get in just to get kicked out 5 minutes later over a misunderstanding. Security snatched buddy’s phone in an attempt to bully us and when we asked for our money back since we were being kicked out they threatened to get physical with us saying they out number us a and can beat us up Very unprofessional establishment and the security think they can harass people
Mini concourse project! The production and sound are really really good for such a small club. It looked very similar to concourse. Miss Monique debut was awesome. It was not that crowded for Saturday night but I had to stand in the line for 30mins to get insidePlease provide free water or at least paid water. I got sparkling water from the bar as they did not have normal water.Overall a nice club which needs minor improvements.
I have missed Kingdom! This has been long overdue to open again and Im so glad its still downtown and in a prime spot. Drinks are expensive but thats expected downtown. I love the staff there and the vibe is great! I super appreciate the door girl, we even share the same name. I lost my tickets and she was super nice helping me locate them on my phone and was super fast letting others in while she helped me.
Great vibes and atmosphere! Its a cool spot to see some of your fave DJs and discover new ones. Staff is super chill, too. If you want the low down on all things popping, see Christina up front. Shes awesome and will point you in the right direction.
I dont want to trash this venue because I do like it, its definitely a different vibe than Concourse; but I recently came for a DJ from my hometown and was pretty shocked to find youre charging $22 for a Casamigos and soda? Sorry, too much by about $5. Also, your liquor selection is half of what I remember it being. Whats up? Not a fan of bathroom attendants either. Dont need to feel guilted into tipping someone for blocking the paper towel and soap dispenser. I spent $180 on 8 drinks. Thats too much. Next time Ill sneak in a soft flask of tequila and spend $0. Just being honest.
When they were open on 5th street MAN those were the days. I saw some really big names in an intimate setting with great friends. And now they’re back and better than ever. So glad to see an Austin Business back in it! Thanks Kingdom.
Kind of hard to find. Entrance is in the ally, but the lightning and sound setup is by far the best I’ve seen in austin for edm/raves/dance parties
Matt, the manager at Kingdom, was absolutely amazing last night! I have a nerve injury in my leg and needed special accommodations to be able to enjoy the show without it leaving me in more pain. Matt was so responsive and thoughtful, really went above and beyond. I wish all venues were as awesome at helping injured patrons be able to enjoy the show/night. Give him a raise!
The energy of this club feels so dang good!Christina at the front always lifts me up!The bartenders are all so sweet. And the music is always great. Definitely should be at the top of your Austin club list!
Awesome club, they definitely have the best room sound and lighting wise downtown if you like dance music. Experienced management team, great bartenders and great door ppl (aka Christina). So many memories, long live Kingdom
Been going to Kingdom at least once a month since the Barely Alive show back on January 28th. It is always a great time & the talent they book is consistently impressive (specifically in the Bass/Dubstep scene). Danny, the bartender, is absolutely amazing at his job & a super cool human. He is attentive & consistent. I have autism & was having a rough time at the Vampa show back in May & he took it upon himself to check on me every time he had the chance. Such a positive experience for me. I would like to note that all other staff are amazing & I have not had a negative experience with them at all.My only complaint about kingdom is that they don’t have screens//LED wall on the stage which is a relatively expected feature for EDM shows. I think a great way to change this would be to add a 3rd type of ticket for the free shows. There is the Free, Guaranteed Entry, but if y’all added a ticket that was $15 with $10 going towards some sort of visuals— I would gladly pay every time I go. Space Wizard recently brought his own LED wall & it was a complete game changer for the experience.Thank y’all for providing an excellent venue with consistently great talent booked.
Our bartender Danny was an absolute gem!I recently found out how delicious a shaken (not stirred) tequila pineapple is and he made it with no complaint and pizzazz. ✨💫 always look forward to seeing him at kingdom!(give the man a raise)
Kingdom has easily become one of my favorite edm clubs in Austin! Every time I come, I am greeted by an amazing staff! Katie, is the all time greatest. She greats us with a smile & wristband, the start to a great night each time!
Top tier venue. They pull in the best up and coming DJs and plenty of well known ones as well. The sound system is incredible, and the lighting setup works really well for the vibe they’re going for. No, there’s nowhere to “sit down” or huge screens in your face. This is a proper venue for electronic dance music and raves. If you want a place to sit down with huge screens go to Moody and watch some triple A artist play radio hits
One star for the acts they book one for lighting but beyond that, lots of room for improvement. I will continue to come to shows here because they are one of the only venues that book underground electronic acts. Whoever is handling their booking needs a raise (or maybe take your talents to another venue :)) However every time I’ve been, the VIP is completely empty and yet you cannot sit or even squat on the ledge without immediately being told to get up. Respectfully management needs to be humbled and understand that seating (and free, easily accessible water) are what makes a good venue great and SAFE. I understand it is a dance club but having minimal seating when NO ONE has booked VIP anyway is not going to ruin the vibe. lighting setup is really dope. Sound quality is decent depending on where you are on the dance floor… It’s loud yes but as you bop around you will pick up on the imbalances and harshness of the sound system very quickly so PLEASE wear high fidelity earplugs!!! Lots of potential at this spot so hoping they see their reviews and make some adjustments 🫶🏼
Sound was great….that’s all that was good about Kingdom.Overall this venue sucks. No visuals, just lights against a metal cage shining into your eyes and the crowd. No flow props allowed in either. After Minnesota played an amazing bass set, Kingdom immediately sent an after hours DJ up to play a completely different genre. It was so disrespectful, but hey I guess Kingdom got that extra money.I will not be coming back. 👎🏽👎🏽
First time there yesterday bad experience from staff and my friend also had a bad experience with bartenders ordered a beatbox gave him half because he said the whole thing is “too much alcohol. Why sell it then?Just go to The Marc or Concourse for a better experience for edm.
Big fan of Kingdom! The space is great and sound is good. Christina at the front door is really nice and a friendly face to be greeted with! She’s always smiling and being kind to everyone!
Friendlist bar staff I have encountered in a while. Lights were a bit blinding at times. Sound system is top teir, and the atmosphere was great. This place is fit to go see some banging DJs.
This place felt home after doing without the old location for so long. Awesome sound and great service! Had great vibes and a smooth entry thanks to Christina! Cant wait to go back for Elderbrook!
A fun time, good music, and a great staff is always guaranteed here! Christina will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and she will always answer any questions you may have! :)
Solid enough venue downtown. Good sound system and lighting. If you’re going for a show, get there with a decent amount of lead time (30 mins+). Showed up for at 10:30 for a show starting then and waited in line for 40 minutes to get in. Only venue feedback would be go a little easier on the bright bright light segments during the sets.
04/20/2023Pros:- Great sound system- Cool lighting effects- Clean bathrooms- Friendly staff- Nearby food truck areaCons:- Small-Medium size venue- Sketchy middle of an alleyway entry.(Make sure you know where youre going before leaving because unless they get a line, you wont find the front door of Kingdom accidentally)- Overpriced and super weak cocktails- Tiny cocktails- Watered-down shotsBe aware that their system tries to make you tip by default, so if youre not paying attention during checkout, you may find yourself tipping when you dont want to(I dont tip for weak drinks, so I found this super annoying)______________I drank 3 things before giving up (3 strikes never going order alcohol here again).- Green tea shot [$12]+tax- Single Tequila shot (straight) [$10]+tax- Long-Island [$18]+tax (Smallest Ive ever seen)$40+tax and I may as well have been drinking water.
I’m not going to lie Austin needs a better edm night club. Overpriced drinks, no screen, lights are mediocre, and the vibe is meh as well. I just go cuz it’s the only place that has a lot of edm shows. Go if you are about the artist that is playing other than that I would stay away. Only positive thing is the nice lady at the front that gives the wristbands.
Watch out for the bartenders. I watched one tip the highest amount on my card without asking me. They are also extremely rude when I asked for some water. They don’t have freely available water so you have to ask bartenders. For how hot it is and all the dancing it’s unacceptable. The bartender who tipped himself was Danny
This place is great for a night out with your friends. And the front door man is also a nice guy. Chris is his name I believe. And he is no stranger to try brighten your mood
Not a fan, definitely my least favorite venue out of all the ones Ive been to in Austin. There is nowhere to sit, its claustorphobic. They got a good lighting setup but its oddly bright and doesnt look that great with how low the fixtures are from the ceiling. It was also insanely loud, was unbearable without ear plugs. Their soundsystem is really good but at the volume they play at, it doesnt sound so great. If you do come here, bring ear plugs.
If you want a well-rounded, electric experience at Kingdom, visit Danny! He makes a mean pineapple tequila and always has a smile on his face.Give the man some love!
I was just thinking about how much I like this place now that they relaxed the policy on “being in the vip section” until I sat on the banquet to help a girl who wasn’t feeling good. Security came and told us we couldn’t sit because it was “reserved”. Well, it’s 1am and clearly NOT reserved… and I’ve seen a dozen people sitting who didn’t have VIP. Pretty lame Kingdom. Time to realize you’re not the that kinda club.
Ive been to a lot of good EDM shows. This was not one of them. First off, the lights. Too many of the wrong color really just ruined the vibe. It should be dark in a venue like this, but it felt like the end of the night when they turn all of the lights on and tell you to get out... During the show.Next up, drinks. $50 for a double shot of tequila? Yikes. $7 for a can of water? No thanks. Then the music. While some of the individual songs were good, the mixing was just plain awful. And finally, the crowd. I wouldnt come here expecting your standard EDM crowd. It seemed like a bunch of sloppy drunk party goers. The bouncer checking IDs was really nice though, props to him.Otherwise, would not recommend.
Service was great and staff was even better. The bouncer Joey was super friendly and patient with me even after asking him the same question 20 times over because I had a little drinky drink… Thank you Joey and sorry for my antics!!! Def will be coming back
Kingdom brings some 🔥talent into Austin and for that I love it. It is a small venue so bigger artists mean it gets packed fast. They just need screen on stage for visuals and such!
What happened to old kingdom?🫠 Saw security get onto 3 different groups for being too close to the bass and speakers, his arms folded judging everyone up front really put a damper on the vibe, keep them by the entrance door not the stage if that’s the vibe
Wish they booked more trance artists but like the vibe. Christina at the front should get paid more because she’s always there and always so nice
I went to see Flux Pavillion. The venue said the doors were at 9pm or so, and the concert didnt come on until after 1 am or even 2 am. I dont know because I did NOT stay that long because the communication from the venue was so poor that we wanted to leave as we were not able to stay up that late. If they indicated that the band would have come on that late, i would have no issue with it being that late. The communication was very terrible and I will never go to this venue again.
Big fan of this venue and the artists they bring in. My favorite part is Christina at the front. She’s always super friendly when giving out wristbands!
Really nice venue! Entrance is in the rear. The audio system was great! It was listenable without any hearing protection. The lighting was the highlight for me though. A really fun atmosphere here!
Music after 2am and big beefy bass- yessss thank you for being open late late.
I always have a good time when I go. The staff is always great, bartenders are all on point. Perhaps not the largest spot, but they really do get great DJs that put on amazing shows. Oh yea, they have a sick lighting system. Its downright mesmerizing. Be prepared :)
Great atmosphere and sound is clarity !
Danny is an incredible bar tender that ensures you get your drinks quickly and efficiently. He makes em strong, but not too strong, thanks Danny!!
The lights are pretty sick. Drinks are good. I like the blonde girl at the front thats always working. Christina? Always nice.
Staff was super nice, sound was on point. Ill be back soon!
Love the music!! prices are reasonable. christina is the nicest door girl ever! she complimented my outfit!!
Sound is sub par and the drinks are hit or miss, mostly miss.
10/10 on the bartender service by my man Dan! Guy knows his liquors and makes the drinks really well vs a lot of other bartenders! Will be back!
Sound, service, staff were awesome. We were there for a sold out show, so the place was crowded. It is small, but great vibe all around. There is a place by the wall to sit you drink and hang your jackets. Parking lot is right across the street. The night we were there, the DJs played from 10:30 to 5am, so be prepared if you want watch all of them. Overall great experience!
I had a blast going here for a show (Vindata) the other day. The venue is a bit small, but it has an amazing atmosphere, fun and courteous bartenders, and a great sound system. Also, the lights are incredible for a venue of this size (it really surprised me how much I enjoyed them). If youve never been, youre really missing out on a gem in Austin. That hole-in-the-wall style will always be a favorite!
I had absolutely so much fun at the night club. Chris made sure I got safely into my Uber. Such a great experience!
One of the best venues for EDM in Austin. They pull in great talent from all over, but are a bit biased towards house and techno. The sound system is great and the lights are the best in town. The dance floor gets packed quickly, and it does get HOT. Drinks are reasonably priced. For an unpretentious night out thats about music, dancing, and nothing else, Kingdom is perfect.
If you go to edc or festivals. This is your spot. Love the staff, and the nicest people come here.
Such a fun after hours bar club
Wish they’d book a bigger variety of artists. Christina is the sickest. Always super chill.
Danny is the best bartender for me. He makes a mean green tea shot. Highly recommend!!
The lights are good and drinks strong! really like the blond at the front, christina!!! shes the nicest!!
Don’t waste your time for after. Just go ho
The sound systems pretty decent and the lights cool. They have friendly staff. Especially Christina at the door!!!
The space is cool and the music was great for after hours.Im just a little annoyed at how they ask for payments at the door, so Ill explain it so people arent surprised like I was! When wanting to skip the line (if you want to- not necessary though) expect to pay $20 a person cash. Once inside, theyll ask for another $20 to get in. It was a little surprising because they made it seem like the $20 outside was the cover, but it is not. It felt a little like a scam, but thats nightlife. Over all, I think just going home after the other bars is a better idea than spending $40 to get into a bar.Other than that, music was great and there was a lot of space to dance without being crowded.
This is a nice, small club! I love the lighting system they have in place. The lounge are off to the wall is very modern! Crazy to see that major acts come through here! This place can get really packed, so buy your tickets online and be there an hour early before the show! Oh, one thing I really like about this place is that they have a water cooler on the outside of the bar, so you dont have to go up to the bar to get a cup of water! Small things make the biggest impacts!
Saw Cut Chemist here! Great venue for dancing, plenty of space, sound was great. We had a blast!
It is basically like a smaller version of concourse project but it is located dt so don’t be surprised the drinks will be more… just have money stacked up so you won’t be surprised when you close out. Chee pono 🤙🏼
Always like to take friends for shows when they’re visiting. It’s nice that Christina at the front is always so welcoming.
Always a fun time! Good DJs! Really like Christina at the front! She’s always really cool!
They charge $5 for bottled water (which is all they have) and they refill the bottles with tap water. It was exactly like drinking from my apartments kitchen sink. The drinks are ridiculously expensive any night of the week too. Also coming out of the main entrance after an event I choked on second hand pepper spray from a fight that was going on. Theres a violent fight basically every time we go here.5 stars for the artists that play here, the music is great. Its a shame well never come to this garbage can of a venue again.
Danny took care of me and is a fantastic bar tender. Makes drinks great and is wonderful to talk to.
Great dance club. The sound is amazing, but you wont go their for that. Its a full out LIGHT SHOW! Great electronic djs from all sorts of genres for different nights of the week. If this place doesnt make you dance, I dont know what to say.
Kingdom has been nothing but a great experience for me. The owner/operator continues to bring Austin Dance/Nightlife some incredible djs and has always offered a safe place for us to ride off the grooves. Much love and Respect to Kingdom, The Staff and Fans.Jeffery S.
Best club in town for dance musicCoolest djsAnd coolest staff the guy who’s usually at the door Chris is always friendly too
No one told me that after coming in at 2:15 I couldnt even order a drink anymore . What is this ? Paid 20 dollars to get in to get told you can order a red bull ! I was looking to party .
Joe is amazing .. always on top of things when you need him he is there! Fun place to go and listen to music
I attended the grand opening of Kingdom about a week ago, featuring DJs Gabriel & Dresden. Not since I moved to Austin from New York City a year ago have I felt so at home at a club, with the vibe, and the great drink prices. Not only are they bringing top notch international DJ talent to Austin, they have incredibly reasonable drink specials like $3 for Fireman 4 or $5 for Hornitos margaritas. Most nights there arent even charging a cover charge!!They had to have put a lot of money into the place with the incredible lighting and cool architectural design, so hopefully they can keep up the free cover and low drink prices for as long as they are open....which I hope is a very very long time.
My favorite club experience Ive ever had! Kingdom offers the kind of vibes that dance music enthusiasts want, not just what ratchet 6th streeters want. The talent brought through here in partnership with RealMusic Events is top notch. Intimate space with great lighting and great sound. I would recommend earplugs!
Nice clean venue. Good sound and friendly staffing. Enter through the rear, which is always my preference.
I have always been a big fan of Kingdom! Great sounds and the bartenders are always on point. My only complaint is that the fog can sometimes be too heavy and I need to go outside for fresh air from time to time.
Kingdom is probably my favorite bar ever. it gets really packed late but is pretty dead for the earlier part of the night. but i really just go there to listen to the music and have a beer. the bass is awesome. the ceiling is cool, but it rattles too much with the bass and is kind of distracting from the music. a little expensive but not too crazy. saturdays are the best.
Christina at the front is always so helpful and nice! Christina is always super friendly and willing to help with any questions.
Great sound system and djs that play here. The lights and wall posters are great. Seats are comfortable although only available to anyone when someone huge isnt playing that night.
Finally made it in last week. Great sound. Lighting is on point. Strong drinks. Staff is helpful. Kingdom is back!
Basically I am 19 and I was looking at clubs to go to. I had heard that this one was a great spot. So I ended up going there, and wow it was such an amazing experience. I found a club with my type of music and people. I give kingdom props. 👏👏👏
Kingdom is one of the main spots in Austin for EDM artists (I recently saw Pegboard Nerds and it was awesome). Their drinks are a bit pricy and the bathroom line is always long. Be prepared to pay a hefty cover on the weekends.
Kingdom is one of (IF NOT) the best EDM clubs in ATX - They also do comedy before the dance music!!! 10 STARS
Cool club with great shows. Christina at the front door is always so friendly!
The sound system was really good, but other than that it was a huge disappointment. A very European-style club. Didnt have too many people though. And almost got kicked out because they thought our IDs were fake because we were from Illinois....
If you are looking for the best EDM venue, Kingdom is hands down the place. Hosting Dirty Bird artists, Chris Lake, Moonboots just to name a few. I have never had a bad time on this dance floor!
By far the best working crew in the area. Bartenders and general manager are amazing. The sound is crazy good. International and stateside talent is constant.
This club is great The DOORMEN i have gotten to know from my fri & Sat night visets. They work hard to keep the place safe, always greet me with a smile. Very mixed crowd, people causing trouble will be asked to leave.Sometimes the doormen call me Johnny Bravo Lol. Best sound system in Austin. See you Sat.
One of the few clubs open until 4am in this area and they are known for their big DJs. Excellent sound system but they need to take it easy on the fog machines.
Great atmosphere. Incredible lights and sound - probably the best in state!
Horrible experience. My friend bought a beer, and it he was drinking the same beer after 2am. He was approach by the stuff, and ask him to get rid of it, but my friend told him he was going to finish it really quick, and they grab him by the neck, and kick him out. He ended up outside, and we got robbed by some color people, and security didnt do anything. The Kingdom stuff escalated the situation.
Great Staff and crew.In such heated situations that occur in the nightclub life the staff is very good about handling public relations. Ive seen everyone from gabriel & dresden to kaskade. and i have to say this is the most memorable place to watch some phenomenal acts. at the same time its a great place to just grab a beer and here some great Texas Electro. In the young djs eyes this is the coveted spot to play.Everyone from jason jenkins to francis preve has played here.great place.
Is this a gay club adverstied as a straight club? Nothing but dudes and gay German techno music. Lines were long, drinks prices seemed like a I was trying to get scammed by a Nigerian prince and the whole place smelled like piss on top of that. Staff treats you like a second class citizen trying to lead you into a prison camp, and if they had an option to sell your soul for a nickel, they wouldnt hestiate for a second.Worst club in Austin by far!
Kingdoms a late night kind of place. Once youve been drinking a while and want to really let loose and dance the rest of the night away. Late night bar of choice, especially because it stays open later than many other bars. The thing about Kingdom though, is that unlike other late night bars, this bar doesnt have that skeeze factor a lot of others do. People respect your space for the most part and just dont want the night to end. I can dig that.
If youre a girl, be wary of going to the free shows (and sometimes even the $5 shows) because there will definitely be creepers, stalkers, and generally weird dudes there. I mean even if youre a dude, its a weird vibe. But the 15 dollar shows on up are almost always good times. Lots of variety of DJs including even ATB, AC Slater, and Branchez more recently. Pretty small venue, but that just means extra amplified bass. :D Anyways yeah, definitely check it out.
Walking into Kingdom is like walking onto the set of The Running Man if you replaced Ahhhnold with a teeming mass of sweaty twenty-somethings and a driving bass line. Its dark, smoky (well, fog-machine-y), and LOUD so be sure and pack some earplugs or youll be yelling HUH? at everyone you talk to for the next 3 days. They do manage to bring in some excellent DJs, however, so give it a shot the next time you feel like getting lost in the future (as envisioned by the eighties).
Christina is always a nice smiling person to be greeted by when we come!
Danny was great! He was very energetic and fun and helpful.
Great sound system, awesome lights, but the bass is way too loud, even for all of my friends wearing etymotics. Can yall turn it down just a tiny little bit and make this the best club evar?
Great club. All prasie, no complaints other than the white kid taking money at the front that accused me of calling his coworker a gangbanger. He repeated it loudly to garner attention... (coworkers seemed unimpressed) What a shame he couldnt actually listen to what was being said. Other than him, 10/10. Bring back Jeremy Olander.
Funnest club in town best edm cool staff running into Chris at the door is always fun
Awesome trance and dance music. They usually have a new DJ every weekend. I find it weird that they close the club off to the public about 2 then reopen at 230 though.
Sick venue. Christina is the nicest front door person in all of Austin.
I like the NY club feel to this place. The entrance is through the alley and usually there is a cover. They always bring awesome djs and producers here. Thanks Team!
Great sound system and quick/knowledgeable staff! Ive been coming to Kingdom for four years and it will always be one of my favorite venues.
Honestly I just spent $20 to watch a bunch of middle age dudes shuffle around to some of the worst electronic music Ive ever heard. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt, and take it as an off night or a bad DJ, but you wont see me back there. Nope!
Hey, it was asking for atmosphere, decor, and service. This place is for partying, not having an afternoon coffee in a dimply lit room with friendly wait staff. Well, pretty much any drug you have ever tried, thought of trying, or never heard of, youll find it here.
I cant express how much I love the sound here! Music really great too
Terrible Experience at this club. Entry was a mess and Security was very aggressive , combative. Will not be returning .
Cool spot that’s open late downtown but the A/C wasn’t working the last time we were there! It was really hot and stuffy
The new spot is awesome. The light set up and space makes a great set up for future shows to come.
Would not go. Rude staff, not enough bathrooms and overalls dirty and concerning place.
Always like to chat with christina at the front. Shes always really nice and helpful.
They have some good shows here. But its crowded, the drinks are expensive, and if the DJ has visuals, youll never see them.
Absolute BEST TECHNO and Electronic music Venue in Texas and Top 5 in the USA. Sounds system is incredible. Happy place.
Best Spot for Electronic Dance Music SHOWS! Hands down RealMusic Events and Kingdom Austin know how to take care of the dance scene.
I dig the after hours deal, speakers were great. The only reason i wouldnt say 5 star is because the age group is a bit young.
A very special place...Most notable for me, the thriving scene of local talent, combined with dedicated clubbers, which is all made possible through the efforts and vision of the talented, genuine owner/manager, partners, and staff...Techno Afterhours at its finest !!!
Had a great time. Went alone and made friends. Not as good as the Manhattan clubs I grew up in, but great for the size and city. Ill be back!
Dont bring any lights, glow sticks, etc; they have a weird policy against them. It was a decent place overall, but some of the staff were rude. I wont be back.
Danny provided the best customer service and make a mean vodka soda
Great got older crowds and young crowds all the same! Everyone enjoys the music and theres lines out the door (that move quickly) every weekend.
Great venue but drinks are outrageously expensive, $14 for one white claw????
My favorite club in town. The music is awesome and the so are the lights. They actually have a dj as opposed to top 40 which is great.
I love coming here, everyone is so nice, especially christina!
Sick club with great visuals and music system. If youre looking for some house music you found it!
Great vibes, awesome for when you just dont want the party to stop! Live Dj was good, and people where very friendly.
Great spot for DJ shows. Theyve consistently attracted the best talent over the years. Highly recommend.
Cool nightclub great music dude at the door Chris is always cool
Door guys didnt let us know they dont serve alcohol after 2am. Probably something you want to let people know before they pay to come in.
Always a fun time! Christina at the front is so nice!!
The sound is intense when the music is good. Very cozy and small venue but brings in the heavy bass.
Overpriced. I got there to meet friends at midnight and they wanted 20 bucks cover. I dont usually pay 10 dollars an hour to hang out at a place.
G space was lit, dirt monkey/Jantsen double lit. Bye, love you.
A lil too douchy for my taste, but the sound system is top notch & they book bangin a$$ DJs! like Annie Mac tonight!
First time coming to the club and was rejected... Guess I didnt look weird enough for the crowd...I dont know but Ill make sure i complain to the corporate about this experience
Didn’t close my tab. They charged me $258 dollars for maybe 6 jack and cokes. I’ll be reporting to the BBB
Lets put it this way. . . There is a DJ, and there is a light DJ.Great artists, crazy shows and the best after hours scene in the city!
Look for one of your favorite DJs from around the world to perform here. The inside of the club is pretty much one big dance floor for fun times.
Nightclub with electronic music, their main attraction are the D.J. they bring to town. I felt the cover was overpriced.
Danny has been nothing but fantastic!I’ll be back!
Kingdom has reasonable drink prices and good shows, but it can be a bit crowded at times.
OK venue. Nothing stands out. Kinda small with low celings. Some lights and CO2 cannons. Smaller than Club Rio in San Antonio.
Bought tickets 45 min wait outside, no sense of urgency getting people in
The BEST sounds system, BEST atmosphere...the BEST time ive had at a club EVER downtown!! LOVE THE MUSIC!
No way to contact them over lost items
Nice place super clean. Chris is awesome.
Wonderful sound system, great staff, and top of line EDM DJs to dance the night away.
One of the bartenders used my credit card number for a small online shopping spree. Thank good my bank stopped all charges and let me know
DNA Lounge but in Austin
Best place for dance music in Austin, hands down. Great people, great vibes, and even better music.
Legit time. Audio and visual on another level. Friendly staff, cool crowd!
A small venue with nothing but a tiny dj booth, expensive drinks, and $4 glasses of water.
I like Chris. He is a chill dude.
This small club packs a big punch! Always bringing in top talent and putting on stellar shows.
Its small, but big in quality. Good staff and good music. dp
I gave it a 2 for the sound quality and the lighting. The security are really aggressive with women for no apparent reason.
Great club with an intimate vibe and really bangin sound system. They serve Lonestar too
The literally worst club in Austin. $20 for terrible music and long lines for nothing that’s worth it .
Intimate venue for any show! Will be happy to attend another show here.
Best sound system hands down I dare to say possibly in Texas. Its perfect. :)
Great vibe, quick bar service, and direct interaction with the DJ
Small and overpowered Sound system. Easy to deal with and accessible bar though.
Great DJs and sound system but a little small.
Worse experience I ever had and I know Im not the last person who will feel this way. Horrible customer service and dishonest.
Best sound system i have heard so far in Austin!!
Damn kingdom is open again? Is it open past 2 like usual?
Quaint, intimate venue. Nice Soundsystem. Good crowd.
There is no better place for dance music in Austin. Period!!!
20$ after hours which is kind of crazy.but if thats what they want to charge thats fine.
Nice intimate club to see your favorite djs spin!
Legendary venue! Best in austin.
$ 39.00 for two drinks of vodka and red bull, nothing can beat that.
Its a VERY SMALL club. Drinks are price reasonably.
One of the better and more intimate techno and house venues
Best Dance Club for House and EDM music.
Came there for Kaskade. Smaller venue than I thought.
Hands down the best venue for electronic music in Austin
Pineapple shots!!! I been here twice and am going fo the third soon
Not a big fan, its placed in an awkward area, and its easy to lose your friends.
My new favorite EDM club in Texas
Went on a Saturday, rave music. But too dark to see the creeps
Finally re-opened and better than ever
Good riddance. Notorious for serving underage kids and for breaking the laws.
THE BEST DANCING EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE
World class sound/lighting/djs!
Amazing sound system. Great EDM.
The entrance security guard, it seems he is always having the worst day of his life...seriously.
