I love coming into this store! I wanted to share this because I am always kindly greeted and acknowledged by a girl named Savannah. Now days when you walk into a store you arent greeted and it isnt a good feeling but when someone goes out of their way and is genuine to say hello and to ask how you are doing? That makes a huge difference. It makes my day since others dont seem to be kind, caring or welcoming. This is a big deal for companies and they should all train their employees on how to be kind and courteous to customers. This has made a difference and this is why I chose to keep going back to this specific store. She can always recommend something new that I would like considering the type of flavor I had before and there has not been a bad one yet!

Excellent shop, selection and service. Rewards/points system is great, cash off and free stuff from time to time. Very fair pricing.The young lady that works there, Savannah, is such a big help, so friendly and so knowledgeable. She really makes you feel welcome and is the main reason I choose to take my business there. I cant say enough good things about her and the store overall.I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come.Thank you for everything you guys do!

Its been my go to shop for years, staff is always friendly and helpful if you have questions. Today Mateo helped me get a glass piece I needed instead of a more costly separate pipe. Very knowledgeable and cool, great place all around!

I have been shopping here for a long time and nobody comes close to the quality of service I get from Savannah. Every glass recommendation I have gotten from her has ended up as some of my favorite pieces. She should be running this shop by now with how good she does. I wont go anywhere else. Yall should let her order the glass and probably give her a sizable raise. THANK YOU SAVANNAH!

The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. A rather large assortment of glass and smoking accessories. They also carry delta products.

Went in with instructions for a gift. They had everything perfectly placed. It’s Immaculate inside. Red haired gentleman, whose name escapes me, was very knowledgeable and very quick. I told him what I needed based off the information I was given and I was out in under five minutes. Super professional super nice super clean super friendly.

Ive been to this store twice and both times were great experiences. Cory was there my first time and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as very patient as I was very indecisive on which fluid I wanted. And today, I was in and out pretty quick, but was still very happy with the quick but engaging service shown by Dillon. Great job fellas - keep it up! 👍Thanks again!✌

I dont partake in their product, but I showed up with a picture and a vague clue what I needed for someone else and they were very polite and helpful figuring out what I actually needed.

Not sure who was working the evening of 2/19 but let me tell you it was the most unpleasant experience I have had with this smoke shop. I typically go to University because they are overall more pleasant to chat with, kind of like old friends. The person who was working this evening was visibly annoyed that I asked him to look up an order that I previously made, because I didnt quite remember the liquid my fiance purchased and i was trying to surprise him. I had to ask a few questions to verify it was the account I was needing to reference because there are multiple people with the same name. He looked visibly frustrated that I was even present asking questions and I felt pretty uncomfortable after that. I cannot recommend that people go to this location if this is the type of customer experience we are presented. I will just keep going to University location and avoid this one like the plaque.

Jeff was super cool. The shop itself was super clean and it smelled super clean too. Was having some eye problems and had to ask for help with reading prices which was no problem for him at all. Will definitely be going back.

My favorite shop around they always have my juice in stock and they have the juice other shops dont. Well recommended 👍 Came back after being gone for awhile and Savannah is the best salesperson ever. Super helpful and gave me advice on getting the best vape I’ve ever owned. Thanks Savannah 😁

The worst experience at a smoke shop. I wanted to buy delta 8 gummies. Shop worker seemed annoyed I was there, not helpful at all and I spent ($42 on 10 gummies) when i asked if that was the total i was told, you bought the strongest in the store, of course theyre that much. He also wasnt able to accept partial cash. Overall, I was disappointed in the price and service, and its unfortunate as I live very close so was excited they had them.

Love this shop! I have been coming here for about 6 months and rarely do I go anywhere else. The most knowledgeable and friendly staff. Customer service is top notch. I just got my Novo 2 there and couldnt be happier. Thank you city of vapors, now Im no longer the guy that reeks of cigarettes.

Visited there today interested in a vape. Jeff was so very knowledgeable about the battery power, draw strength, etc. He explained everything in detail to us as well as getting them setup and ready for use. It was quite overwhelming at first due to the variety of vapes and liquids, and did I mention an entire wall of different brands and flavors of juice! Walked out of there with two. See ya again in a couple of weeks.

Visited the Bradenton store today. What a great experience. A pleasure to meet Nathan who was knowledgeable helpful and so friendly. They have a great range of mods and juices at very reasonable prices. Terrific shop. Really nice vibe.

Sales rep Charlie, this is the guy you want behind the counter when you walk in. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to answer my questions about juice and even looked up my previous purchases to get me the right product. He saved me from making a bad purchase and set me up with the right stuff. Couldnt be happier.

Great selection of juice mods and tobacco products. But the only thing that is not great is the price why is a 60ml 25 Dollars and why is coils the same price as the juice. I mean OMG if you buy three things from there itll be over a 100 dollars. Im sorry but thats to much if your on a budget youll be tempted to buy there but youll be broke when u do. Im fine I just wanted to see what this place looks like it looks cool but the prices does not.

Professional and honest guys. They just want to make sure you have exactly what youre looking for, with the best quality. Rusty is my favorite to talk to here. Any questions you have, they can answer, in simple English. The atmosphere is relaxed. They also ID for age.

Awesome store!!! They now have product & prices online!!! Called them before hand tho, to see if they had a certain nic in stock in the store before making my trip out there. They did!!! Just call before you leave the house to make sure they have it in stock, and the nic level. If not, they have other stores they can get the product for you.I called from my car in their parking lot, described my car. They except cash or credit card. This nice man walked out to my car with product plus receipt in a ziplock bag. Great curbside service!!!The owners of Blue Vapor Fusion told me about this store after they shut their business down Mar. 31, 2020. I have been going to city of vapors for years now. It is the only ones that sell the only juice I use. always great and knowledgeable of all thier products. I dont want to go anywhere else. I was happy yall opened a shop in this location. I was having to drive to the lockwood store a bit of a drive sometimes.

This shop carries great products, but they are over priced. Also, I purchased a mod there 6 weeks ago and it broke through no fault of mine. The shop refused to return or exchange and the employee seemed to not care.

I am just getting back into vaping and to be honest, was quite confused about everything...ohms, sub ohms, titanium, nickle ahh. Then I went to City of Vapors in West Bradenton and Corey helped me. I was blown away by this young mans customer service. He was absolutely wonderful, told me flat out there was no reason to be so confused and this is what i needed to know for what I wanted in a vape. He was so patient and encouraged me to try as many flavors of juice as i wanted and also made some excellent recommendations himself. Although I work in Downtown btown and live in Parrish, i will definitely make the trip to City of Vapors in West Bradenton again!

Friendly helpful staff. Helped me kick cigarettes. Always have what I want. It’s cheaper than smoking. If you ever wonder what it’s like to vape, these people are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Other businesses could learn from city of vapors. I have been to this location, at least a dozen times, and every time it has been the exact same amazing service. It is by far the best vape+shop Ive been to and will continue to go to.💯

On a family vacation from the UK and I managed to drop my Smok tank by the pool smashing the glass.Quick Google search pointed me in the direction of City of Vapors and a short car journey from Anna Maria to this fantastic Aladdin’s Cave of vaping joy!Awesome service by the shop staff got me setup with a brand new Smok Prince tank and recommendations to their own brand juice which is as requested is fruity and smooth - Result all round.Feel free to branch out into the UK guys I’d be a loyal customer ;)

Went in to ask about a eLiquid the guy at the counter would not even talk to me without seeing my ID even though all I was trying to do was ask some questionsI had my identification so that was not a problem but the way you were conducting business will make me never shop at your store you dont need to see someones ID until they are making a purchase.

That was as young man that helped me out in the store he was very polite helpful made it a pleasure to shop and had a lot of knowledge on the products and on the E liquids highly recommend this place

Stopped in last night to get new batteries, and after a lil time talking with them found the mod I actually wanted, was educated on juices and flavors. Needless to say this is the only shop I will be going through from now on.
