Angelia does an outstanding facial, every time. She explains all products Massage Envy carries with great detail and the product used for my facial. She engages in conversation, making it a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Angelia to anyone! They will always be very pleased!

What an absolutely amazing experience - from the moment I entered the facility I felt completely compelled to simply let it all go. I had a 60 minute massage but wished I had booked 90! I highly recommend this facility.

LOVE this massage location. Luis is the absolute best massage therapists Ive ever had...The staff is professional and take the time to understand your situation. With my scoliosis, they totally knew just how to relax the muscles around the rod in my back without hurting it. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing environment and the girls at the front are so friendly. They make you feel like family...even the owner was personable and friendly. Best Massage place in Florida hands down!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. She checked in on pressure levels during the treatment. She moved effortlessly from one area to the next and applied warm towels to my back, feet, and neck. I melted like butter! I did not give her 5-stars, as she called me back 5 minutes after my 9am appointment: others who had arrived after me were called back. I was afraid that I had been forgotten, so I started my session a little stressed.

I had a 60 min Massage & Facial with Charlotte yesterday at the Cortez location. I throughly enjoyed my Medium Pressure Relaxing Massage. My whole Body feels wonderful…She then followed with a Customized Facial. My skin looks Amazing! Thanks so much Charlotte!!!Since becoming a ME Member I get to treat myself to some well deserved pampering and Charlotte is my #1 choice.

Horrible i have a cruise this weekend you bruised my face and then said do want to see the damage!!! I REALLY WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! To top it off Jennifer explained about the button under the table to push if I had any problems in the room. I only came for a facial and ended bruised.

Jim’s one of the most experienced masseuses Ive ever had the pleasure of being treated by ( and I’ve had well over 100). Given his medical background, he has a far deeper knowledge of the body and it shows!In several instances, I told him where I had issues, and each time he went directly to the spot that needed work. Not many people can do that. I wish I lived closer but Its a long hike from Connecticut! But Ill be back.

I always ask for someone who is not afraid to go deep to work on the knots. Trina did such a great job with a firm pressure getting into the tightness in my back, shoulders and hips. I love the next day when I feel a little sore like I’ve had a good workout and everything is moving smoother. Magic hands, and a great personality.

I went to massage envy with a gift card I had received at Christmas. Wasn’t really expecting what I received and that was one of the best massages I have ever had from Gerald. He was professional., knowledgeable, and he knows his stuff and my back is completely different than when I walked in there. Hi. Had my first massage in Massage Envy yesterday. From start to finish it was a great experience. Josh at the front desk getting me signed in at the front desk. Waiting room started the relaxation experience. Nice lighting and background music. Then the massage. Brette was wonderful and focused on areas of need. Right amount of pressure and made for a perfect massage. She gave me some homework exercises . Just great. So much I signed up for membership and made my next appointment. Can’t wait!

Lately I’ve been rethinking my membership at Massage Envy because the therapists I keep booking have not been what I’ve been looking for. The massages have been very fluffy and almost as though I’ve been getting a lotion application. This all changed with Rina. I asked for firm and she delivered. When I left the office, I was very relaxed and the tension in my back was almost completely gone. She was great! I will definitely book with her again.

I have been traveling the past 5 years and had closed out my Massage Envy membership. Lately I’ve been in a lot of neck and lower back pain. I’ve been doing every kind of stretch, exercise, seen doctors, and taken TONS of pain killers to give me some kind of relief which has been temporary at best. I KNEW I needed to get a massage in the worst way. Now that I’m no longer full-time traveling, I went back to Massage Envy yesterday. James was AMAZING. Today I feel like a new person and for the first time in a LONG time, I can turn my head, raise my arms, and bend with no pain. I have purchased another ME membership and plan to continue my massages with James. For me, massages aren’t a luxury; they are a necessity in remaining healthy and fully embracing life. Pulled my lower back a bit the day before. Nadine has able to get me headed in the right direction.

Rena is fabulous and does an excellent job and very relaxing massage. I have always enjoyed every massage I have had with her!A complaint from my last visit is the amount of time for my 90 minute session. Rena came and got me in the waiting area at 1:35 PM, we got in the room and she left for me to change and came back several minutes later. Much longer than normal time, she did apologize. I do not know what time it was, but I have to imagine it had to of been at least 1:45. The massage ended and I was dressed and out the door of the room at 2:51. Actually in my car and driving out of the parking lot by 257. In my eyes I don’t see that as a 90 minute massage. Please explain.

I didnt feel as relaxed when I left like I would with essentials. I really wanted her to focus more on my back. I can still feel a few knots in my back there. Also I told her about my lower back but she didnt even touch that at all. I didnt even get hot towels. Most likely wont be back.

It was my birthday and I wanted to start my day off relaxed and that is definitely what I got. Samary is very exceptional at what she does. I thought I was going to have a hard time relaxing, but it was so much easier than I anticipated. I left feeling light and refreshed.

Peggy did an amazing job. She listened and addressed the painful trapezius muscle issues I had. Her prior experience working in a chiropractor’s office also made her knowledgeable about a jaw issue I had (actually related to the back/neck/shoulder tension.)

Out of 1-5 I would give Trina 6. It was my first time at massage envy. Trina was very professional but also personable. I know she was also very busy, but did not make me feel rushed. I will be back Trina :)

Wow! I stopped in yesterday for a facial with Sharon. The staff all greeted me with smiles and kindness. From the moment Sharon walked in the room I felt comfortable and at peace. She was very knowledgeable about what my skin needed. I honestly have NEVER been that relaxed after a facial not to mention my face look amazing. I made sure I made another appointment with Miss Sharon.

James was very professional, intuitive, and knowledgeable. The massage was excellent. The front staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and in its place. Will definitely be coming back again

One of the worst massages I have ever received. When booking the appointment, Susan’s info said she gave medium to firm massages. This was not the case. Pressure was medium at best and that is pushing it. Susan asked me what I would like worked on and I had told her shoulders (chest and back), neck, upper back and lower back. I specifically had stated that my lower back was hurting. She never touched my lower back. The problem with laying down on a table not being able to see a clock, I have no idea how I am doing on time. Had I seen I had 5 or 10 minutes left of my massage, I would have said something to her. I left my massage yesterday feeling no better than the way I came in. Such a waste of a credit.

I have severe sensory integration disorder and am very sensitive to touch, so I have always been hesitant to get a massage done. However I have been a CNA for 7 yrs and its taken a toll on my muscles. I did my massage with Charlotte (medium pressure) and she was exceptional. She led me through the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend her for anyone, but especially for anyone that is hesitant to get one done.

Fantastic facial and massage. Soothing, relaxing while being given. After the services I received, I felt reinvigorated. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. A very positive experience. I look forward to many more appointments. This experience has shown me the importance of adding these procedures to my health maintenance program.

First, I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years. Angelia gives a amazing facial and I will continue to see her. I have utilized Massage Envys any store policy many times while vacationing in other states. I love the Massages and Facials, I have to say they are GREAT! The Value is there.

This review is for the Bradenton Florida location only. If you want a want a single massage you will probably be fine but under NO circumstance sign a membership if this will be your primary location for massages. The massages will range from very good to not so great because of turn over and cancellations. The staff (not management) is friendly though and it is not their fault management is unprofessional. I brought my concerns to them (management) and was brushed off with tough you are under contract so come or don’t. Another issue is Cleanliness being hit and miss (ie unswept floors and dirty bathrooms). This makes you worry about other parts of the facility. I have not had any other services there so can’t comment on facials, etc. I am not one to write bad reviews but I am now stuck with 6 more months of membership and don’t want others to make my same mistake. Again, other massage envy locations may be fantastic I am just reviewing the Bradenton Florida location.

I came to Jim at Massage Envy because I got injured at work and physical therapy wasnt working. After I saw him I was a little sore for the rest of that night, but when I woke up in the morning I felt great! My back didnt hurt at all, and I had full use of my right hand again. It stayed that way until I went back to physical therapy. I am contemplating dropping PT all together and just going back to Jim once a week.

I scheduled a 90 minute massage on my vacation to Fl. My therapists name was Rina and she was excellent! I read some reviews before I scheduled my massage and one read “ they Didn’t call me back to the room until after my appointment time and I didn’t get my full 90 minutes of massage “.I arrived 15 minutes early but still waited in waiting room a little after my appointment time so I asked if I was getting my full 90 minutes and she said “ 80 minutes bc of consultation”.. I wasn’t happy about that , they should not advertise 90 minutes if they don’t honor it. I paid for 90 minutes.I gave 4 stars bc Rina my therapist was VERY good a super sweet.

Beatriz was an amazing therapist. I went in with lots of tension in my shoulder and neck and left feeling relaxed. She listened to my concerns and took her time working on the trouble areas. I already have my next appt booked with her. She was a great find!

Rosie is amazing! Very Professional and knowledgeable. I have struggled with TMJ due to poor posture and tension in my neck and shoulders for years, and she has helped me feel better in just a few sessions than I have in years. Highly recommend

Felipe is very professional at all times. He has great technique, relieving tension and working out all my knots. When he asks what areas I need work on or where I have issues, I tell him and he listens and gives me the massage that I need.I highly recommend a massage by Felipe

I typically have excellent massages at this location, and like that they are actually able to provide a deep firm massage. The service is good, and facility seems clean. My only complaint is that they always short you on the time. Even if you get there early; you are asked to go into a waiting room. Then 3-5 minutes after your scheduled time, they bring you in. You are given another 5 minutes to change, and then they start your massage. By the time they’re done about 5 minutes before the end of the hour block, you’re left with a 45-50 massage when it’s advertised for 60 minutes.

I had a 90 minute relaxation massage with Brette. She was professional and listened to my needs. She made sure she paid extra attention to the areas that I mentioned. I keft feeling very relaxed. Thank you, Brette.

Felipe is one of the best massage therapists I have found in the area. He really understands the body structure and how it works. He is able to figure out problem situations and is very comunicative in his process to make you feel comfortable. I was looking for deep tissue work (without the pain!) in order to heal from a chronic condition with my shoulder and back. I havent felt so good in years. I highly recommend him and the business here in Bradenton on Cortez. The staff is very friendly in front as well. Thank you!

My wife and I have enjoyed going to Massage Envy for several monthly couples massages. We have experienced massage from just about every therapist.My last visit was from Brette! She is responsive to pressure requests, and focus on areas of concern. I felt much better afterward.

Ive been seeing Trina for massages 2-3 times per month for about 7 months at the Bradenton ME and couldnt be more pleased with her services! I always come away from her massage feeling way less stressed, less tension in my muscles, and more flexible - especially my neck, shoulders, upper and lower back! :-)

Woke up feeling lower back pain. Rina is not my regular therapist but I needed help. Usually last minute doesn’t work out but Rina was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. BEST deep tissue massage ever! Felipe only had a 1/2 hour slot available and he worked MIRACLES in that short time....headache for 3 weeks and it was gone on my way out the door! Husband and I had a couples massage. The ladies were very professional. Atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Great experience that was much needed.

Professional and courteous. She gave me a good massage and was very clear about what she could and could not do since my back was very tight. She also suggested other things to try, such as assisted stretches before the massage

James was amazing! I came in with very specific areas of concern and he was able to address them all. I will definitely book with him again.

Not happy about the massage. Waited too long for the therapist to come in to start and wasted too much time doing I don’t know what, but it was maybe 15 minutes after the hour before hands to skin.I don’t know why I was asked what areas needed special attention to certain areas because those special areas, right rotator cuff and tight right hip.Over massage was nice but upon completion, when I checked the time as I started dressing I was surprised to see it a 8 minutes before the hour. The massage seemed like slow movements while the massage was in progress.This was a vacation appointment so I am not a regular. But if you want to charge the prices you do, then I would like to get the services I am paying for.I can tell you I am less likely to recommend massage envy or use the services again.

This location NEVER has any openings available the same week, so I racked up a years worth of points since I could never get an appointment when I needed one. I had to go into the location to cancel the membership and was informed that now I had only 60 days to use all my points (all 12 massages) but I was told I could gift them to other people. However, 2 weeks later when I tried to gift them, I was told that any gifting points would have had to be transferred within 10 days of my cancelation so they basically stole $900 from me. If you cant wait a week or two to schedule your massage, dont get a membership with this location. Most times they dont even answer their phone. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back.

My massage therapist yesterday 3/28 was the best. He addressed all my concerns. He is respectful and knowledgeable. I have never had a massage therapist as good as him.

Have been coming to this place for a few months and massage envy has always been very professional, accommodating to my needs. The staff know how to treat their guests and their frequent customers. The people here know their stuff and have always been able to help me relax when I have been tense from the stresses of life. Would recommend to anyone wanting to find a local massage place.

Samary is attentive to my specific needs to provide relief from a recent injury. Her knowledge of the human musculature is amazing and shes able to customize each session for my particular aches and pains of that day.

Amber is an amazing therapist.But massage envy robbed me of over a thousand dollars of massage credits. The manager at the Bradenton Massage Envy saw that I had 22 massage credits. She told me I was to stay out of her location. Banned!!She didnt have to honor my massage credits because she didnt want me to come back to her location.How convenient and how despicable.I dont recommend using this location as they will rob You of Your credits.

Massage Envy is a very great place to literally get your kinks worked out and my massage therapist Jenny is very professional and a great Massage therapist.

Had a massage with Sarah and it was amazing. Truly. Ive had massages regularly over the years and few therapists impressed me and were able to relax my muscles as well as she did. Highly recommend ME and Sarah specifically.

The stretching sessions are almost miraculous. I could not walk except in short mincing steps before and now I have a relatively normal stride most of the time. Thank you Felipe and Rosie!

Jerry always does good work. He creates a very positive environment. He always reminds me to stretch and gives me advice on the best stretching exercises.

So i havent been to this place yet. I received a gift card as a birthday gift and made an appointment a few days out. I have never had a massage (professional) and was super excited. The girl i talked to was super helpful and friendly with setting up the appointment. When it came time for my appointment i had a medical emergency with my son causing me to cancel last minute. They were more then understanding and didnt charge me for a thing so i was able to keep my bday present! So far this place has gotten 5 stars in my book just with the customer service!! And im confident that my appointment will be a 5 star rating just based on my experience so far. Thank you ME for being so understanding and great job!

Angelia was very attentive to details. I wanted some focused care to help my stuffy sinuses and and she was very helpful and suggested an additional treatment which helped a lot.

Went in for a 90 min facial. Which started Sharp 9 am and I was done by 10.10 am. I regret getting membership which was forced upon me. Here is the breakdown $70(membership) + $25(extra 30 mins) + $36 (their recommended tips).
