KRAVE The Spa Therapy Experience

Therapist was the best I have had. I have had numerous ones over the years and she is outstanding at her job!! I live 5hours away and will be trying to arrange a trip there again soon!!

I was made to feel so very welcome. Smiling faces from everyone. Being nervous about someone touching me, all was gone once I met and talked to my therapist. As she was instructive and helpful. I knew what she was going to do and doing, so comfortable in fact I fell asleep! My 90 minute massage felt like only 20! I cant wait to return

The massage was great but the massage therapist was 10 minutes late getting there then I had to wait another 10 minutes on the table. Not a professional way to treat your customers.

I did the sauna followed by 30 minute focused massage of my back. Perfect combination. Brooke was amazing hitting all the tight spots throughout the spine. I scheduled another session but am going to do a longer full body massage next time. Highly recommend!

The whole staff made me feel welcome & the entire place is very clean & organized. The massage therapist was awesome & listened to instructions well. It was a totally ZEN experience. And thanks to Marty for a wonderful pedicure & warm chit chat!

I highly recommend massage therapy and chakra work at KRAVE The Experience. I recently brought my daughter in for a 30 min massage w/ Charmaine and she LOVED it. Money well spent! They work with ALL customers on whatever your specific needs are. Welcoming and relaxing environment. I would never go anywhere else!

Booking was very simple and it is in a great location.I would love to see the nail area on the right turned into a relaxation area to unwind before massage work and products kept on the left (robes incase you need to use the restroom mid massage, and a warm neck pillow that you sell in the front to enhance the experience).I did see a coffee machine and cocoa but was never offered a beverage while I waited and would have loved this extra attention to detail.As far as the massage went, Karena did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable and had the right pressure. An hour and a half was the perfect amount.Overall a great experience and I would recommend them. To really increase the spa experience I would love to see some added attention to client attention before the service to really elevate in the community.Will be back!

I had a massage with Marty to relieve lower back and hip pain after having a baby. Marty was so gentle and made sure I was always comfortable throughout the massage. I left there feeling better than I had in weeks. 100% attention to customer needs making it a truly wonderful experience.

I have worked at KRAVE for over a year now. Marty truly cares about her employees, and is someone you can confide in. She also goes above and beyond to help someone out- clients and employees. I know that no matter what, Marty wants what is best for me and will do anything to help me reach a goal. Even though I wont be working here forever, as I am in college and will be graduating in May, Marty and the massage therapists will always be cheering me on. I get to experience everyday how much everyone here truly cares about their clients. I have met so many people while working here and have built relationships that will last a lifetime.

My Husband, My Mom, and myself have all enjoyed Krave’s services.We have had single massages, couples massages, & Chakra Cleansings.All services have been top notch!All employees are highly professional, yet friendly.I hav never left disappointed!

I have had many services here, but this last experience will never have me coming back. The message was great and the workers are awesome. My husband got me a message bundle on a gift card. When I called and gave them my gift card information they charged it wrong and I ended up having to pay for more services then the bundle. My frustration comes from the fact that I specifically asked for help scheduling a bundle and then they charged me wrong and gave me the wrong services. If you are going to have a bundle then make sure that when you pull up the gift card you are charging the client the correct amount.

I go for monthly massages with Gail and she is amazing. She listens to my areas of need and addresses them. Shes always ready to go and right on time for my appointments. I have had nothing but top notch service here. Thanks for the great experience Krave the Experience!

I have had many manicures here. I did have an issue one time with my manicure, which the owner promptly fixed! I understand that issues come up, what is important to me is that they are resolved. Marty and staff attention to customer service is excellent. Of the many times I have had my nails done, there was only an issue one time. Typically my nails have no chipping, etc. for a solid two weeks after receiving my manicure. I am constantly doing dishes, laundry, cleaning, etc. all without gloves - and no issues. I highly recommend using Krave!

I’ve been seeing Marty at Krave for sugaring services for about a year and she’s hands down the best in town and surrounding areas! She is so personable and makes you feel very comfortable through everything. We always have great conversation and I know how much she cares about her clients. I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk when I arrive and I am always helped promptly. I would recommend Marty and her crew at Krave to anyone!

I love going to Krave! I have gotten Brazilian sugaring done regularly for a year and they are the best! I have gotten manicures and pedicures done a few times and hope to get that done more. They are super friendly and Im always happy when I leave. Recommend highly!

Absolutely terrible! Owner called the night before my massage appointment to encourage me to come to a different therapist earlier in the day. I have had prior bad experiences with this particular therapist. When I told the owner I would like to keep my appointment and not work with that particular therapist she said, Oh, okay, and hung up. It was obvious that she was trying to get out of my scheduled appointment. If you cant do it, just say so.You would think the owner would ask questions about my previous bad experience, but no. They called the next day 2 hours before my appointment and cancelled due to the owner having a sudden emergency. This is at least the second time they have cancelled booked appointments with me. The service is mediocre and the customer service is cold. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that cares about your experience being positive.

I just love Krave! I have been a customer for many years and I have never had a bad experience and always leave feeling refreshed! They go out of their way to make each individual feel special. I would highly recommend them. Love them!!

I always have a wonderful experience with Krave. Marty asked what specific trouble i was having and did a great job focusing on my pain. She had great pressure and was able to assist in relieving some pressure headaches. In addition, I love being able to book appointments online and seeing what is available during specific days or for which sessions. Will continue to be a loyal customer to Krave.

Marty, the owner, is the best! She always puts her clients first and loyalty is her top priority! She will go above and beyond to meet the needs of all her clients. Krave offers a surplus of great services!

Had a poorly done spray tan with uneven, spotty color. This was the most I have ever paid for a spray tan and I have never had such poor results. I completed all of the prep as instructed. Was in contact with the owner who said she has never seen results like that in many years. Her only suggestion was to have me try to scrub it off and drive an hour back to have her try to respray it, but she couldnt guarantee it would look any better. I asked about a refund and she never got back to me. Poor timing as I had engagement pictures the next day and had to seek assistance from a different company to try to fix it.

There are so many amazing services offered from massages to re-centering, to manicures and pedicures. But the truly best thing about Krave is the amazing service and people. They will go past the extra mile to make sure your health and happiness is first. Plus, I can actually leave Krave feeling my muscles free from the tight grip they had on me when I came in. I only recommend Krave for massage services in Brookings!

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever gone through. I got my eyebrows micro-bladed and I was growing my hair out on them and the lady took all my hair off. She then preceded to tell me that at least she did them. They did a rush job and could care less about what u want. I promise with everything I know u will leave with a bad experience. I am about to cry like seriously. It is extremely expensive too. They shaped both eyebrows differently on my sisters eyebrows and also thinned them out. She used to have beautiful bushy eyebrows and now they are thin and uneven. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Waste of my time and money. I wish I could give negative stars. Please don’t go here.

Do not waste your time or money! I would not recommend this place for anything. Ive tried a massage three different times, waxing, and pedicure. All services were less than impressive and the customer service was the horrible! Since then I have been to two other places in town with exceptional customer service. The services and overall experience were better and less expensive.

My sister and niece went here as their regular spa was unavailable. We are still in shock. They went to Marty and were the only customers in the store. They went in for a quick and simple eyebrow wax. Marty waxed off my sisters right eyebrow and when my sister mentioned it, Marty ignored her concern and instead decided to say, “I’m glad we could fit you in.” To my niece Marty didn’t even shape her eyebrows. My niece came out with one eye brow box shaped and the other an arch. Marty didn’t even moisturize or lay down aloe vera. My niece is even having hives along her brow ridge from the wax. $80 later and these 2 gorgeous women came out feeling condescended to, unheard, and dejected. They don’t even want to take Christmas photos now. All these sterling reviews of Marty and her service are either not correct or Marty just cleary felt that jacking up 2 women before an important holiday was perfectly acceptable provided she received a tip before closing. We will NOT be returning. We will NOT EVER recommend this service to anyone. Unbelieve

Wouldnt recommend getting your nails done here. I had a shellac manicure and it started peeling off in 2 days from normal daily activities. However, I havent experienced any of their other services.

I had a very good experience at krave. Front staff was nice and had a great massage. Felt the best I had in years.

My daughter and I went there for the first time and got our nails done! Nice calming atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a great mother daughter time!

Dad went in with achy back and hips. The ladies have got him feeling great today. I would highly recommend.

I got a massage and a gel manicure. The massage was amazing but the manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. The color didn’t even cover my entire nails and was uneven.
