Roll N Smoke

Bought a glass water pipe 2 days ago and while removing the stem for cleaning a piece of glass chipped off the main rim where the stem goes in. Of course they say there is nothing they can do, so I guess selling inferior products is ok in their mind. I would call that sorry customer service and a ripoff!I have spoken with Moe at Rolling Smoke Customer Service and he did a good of explaining where things went awry. After speaking with Moe I am completely satisfied with our resolution. I will definitely continue to shop there. Thanks Moe

This stores adds extra charges on credit purchases. This is not posted as is required by law. They tell you total is one thing then add a fee without disclosing.I was there today, I asked what the total was for a pack of cigs. Man said $11.52. I asked why I was charged $11.86 last 3 times. The man said it cost more for credit. I addressed this issue to a man in store a few months ago and he said that should not be happening. I went back thinking they fixed the issue, no, I was charged more 3 more times before I realized the difference

I am so impressed with this stores customer service .. I recently had a return issue a week ago for a faulty product . I must say though that I am impressed with how the situation was handled. The manager contacted me via messenger , he was polite, respectful and helpful ... this is a store you can depend on to be treated fairly and ethically.

When you first walk into this store it feels welcoming, its a large space articulately crafted to apeeze the eye of any viewer. Displays stocked full with all sorts of things. The customer service actually caught me off guard they were very helpful here. Ill definitely be going here again some day soon

Do NOT BUY FROM them. I go to the Brookings SD location. bought a $160+ piece and it broke with me only using it 3 times. I called and they told me they can’t do nothing about it either. This is the 2nd piece I’ve bought from them and it broke within a short period of time. WORST PLACE TO BUY ANY KIND OF GLASSWARE, don’t waste your money like I did.

Was visiting from out of town and needed a charger for my vape. Shoot I left with a new model for the same price as my old battery. Definitely upgraded and was offered the best service. I didnt catch the guys name, but TEN STAR SERVICE... HIGHLY RECOMMEND....

I came here for a couple cigars. The selection was ok but nothing special. They have a few good options but limited vitolas. I tried enjoying one of the smokes and it just cracked. I usually wait a few months before trying something from a shop so it can get properly humidified, I should have done that. They were very dry. The employee working couldnt get off his phone to answer my questions. I was surprised they didnt have long matches. Maybe he just couldnt find them due to being too busy with his phone.

I really like this shop been to many similar places in both North and South Dakota and this one is my favorite I only wish that they would carry a larger inventory of large jars of TKO fruit slices.
