Jackrabbit Smoke and Vape Shop

Man I was so excited to see this shop opening so close to home. I got way more excited when I came in and saw their huge cigar room! They have such a huge selection and the room itself is the perfect temp/humid to keep the cigars perfect! Really impressed and excited to have a such a great shop finally close!

I’ve only been to a couple of smoke shops, but definitely this is one of the best, very clean, very very good customer service and big variety of products, yes! 5 stars.Thank you.

Dee was extremely helpful I came in for the geek bar, but he introduced me to spaceman and I love it. I bought two of them. I’ll be coming in for that next time and I’m hoping that you have the triple strawberry.

We bought a product made of the wrong kind of glass. We tried taking it back, but they refuse to refund or exchange it for anything else. The most they can do is offer you a discount on their other questionable glass. Not satisfied!

I’m so excited I have a new place to grab my cigars! They have more options than most places and very reasonable pricing! Super helpful and friendly staff. You guys just found yourself a regular!!!!

We went to this vape shop a couple of weeks ago and it was incredible. Dee was so helpful and kind, definitely a driving factor to us coming back. They have a diverse variety of products and excellent customer service. I appreciate a business who has kind staff. We felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions. I would absolutely recommend.

This is a clean looking shop with great items but if you’re looking for disposable geek bars this is not the place to do it, the prices are $5-8 higher than most of the smoke shops I have been to for geek bars. The girl who checked me out also asked if I was going to leave her a tip, I felt that was a bit unprofessional. These are the only two reasons I would rate this a 3/5 vs a 5/5.

Super clean shop thats honestly super cool inside with great deals! Dee was so friendly and welcoming, and he informed me of new products to try. I ended up really liking his recommendations on the Spaceman Dark Grapefruit. Super chill vibe and I appreciated their efficiency. :)

Over priced, customer service is horrible!!! $20 for a basic pipe that should be $10 and no photos really how do you want people to share your store and what it looks like !!! I’d recommend the smoke shop downtown Buckeye next to Cali tacos.

Have gone to another place for over 9 years. Tried this place few months ago. Great fantastic service everything. Today Nevaeh helped me. She was FANTASTIC!!!! While I was incredibly excited to have a Smoke Shop so close to my house, the excitement has exponentially grown after stopping in.D knows his stuff. I gave him a small amount of the flavor profiles that I enjoy, and he hit a grand slam with the nicotine salt that he recommended. A Sommelier of the juice, if I may.D and Shay both are awesome human beings, and will sit and talk with you. I did not feel like a transaction. This is a place that I am going to develop and build a relationship with. I felt like a friend, with how I was welcomed in and treated.The shop is also incredibly clean, with a wide selection, and incredible prices. You miss out by going anywhere else. The only good thing about the smoke shop is one of the workers Neveah she really takes interest in what we need as customers. As for the rest of them they are O K, but the manager Joey breath stank.

My first time in there was about a week ago and the service was excellent. I was greeted by everyone, and who I would believe to be the owner. Everyone was extremely nice, however the star of the show was Dee. He helped me find a new battery for my carts, even with my being indecisive. He was very knowledgeable and patient, I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone

I travel extensively throughout the valley for my work, and I must say that this is undoubtedly the finest vape shop I have encountered. Not only do they offer a comprehensive selection of vapes, but they also provide a variety of beverages and snacks. Furthermore, its convenient location right off the freeway makes it easily accessible, unlike many other establishments that require navigating through city traffic. Alex was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely make this my go-to spot from now on!

I love this smoke shop. They just opened and they have tons of great products. They have almost everything you can ask for from different kinds of disposable vapes and tons of wraps from you to chose from as well. If you’re a cigar smoker, I’m not but others are, they have a humidor with dozens of different kinds of cigars for you to choose from. This is definitely gonna be my new smoke shop especially because I live close to it in Buckeye.

Me and my dad went In for our first time and as we walked in it was litterally so crazy seeing for one how big the smoke shop is and for two how beautifully displayed everything is. They have so many varieties of EVERYTHING, vapes, wraps, glass pieces, munchies anything you could think of ! Great staff, great selection, clean, HUGE.Edit: while my previous review still does stands, the pieces that Ive gotten there has seems break really easily..like break while were not even using them easily (for perspective I got a b0ng on TEMU thats lasted me nearly a year and these pieces lasted a week...MAYBE) so Im disappointed to say the least.

Omg, walking in was like walking into a dream come true! Has everything you could think of, it is so big you actually have space to walk around and browse, I t reminded me of the old headshops in California when I was growing up, but with an up to date of 2024. With a big himidor/ cigar room, to hand pipes to unique water pipes. Whatever your budget I guarantee you will find something. Now for the staff, the two gentlemen working there was so helpful and kind and talked with so much respect. Will be my new smokeshop. 10 stars if I could!
