If you want to feel like VIP definitely purchase the shared table tickets. You get all you can drink vodka and tequila. Its definitely worth to get there early so you can grab a seat. There might be 20 other people in the area. The dance floor looks small but definitely was jumping. Cant wait to go back.
Club V!!! The notorious end to Travel Week concluded with a real big bang. The club was filled with hundreds of eclectic suppliers and advisors, and the open bar was a true sensation. I’m not sure how the club operates normally or what the usual vibe is like, but the private event truly elevated the experience.
They only serve drinks here. I asked the barista for something with peach and she made a nice cocktail for me.The place is crowded. Lil Jon was scheduled to DJ the night we went. To get in, we needed to be on the Guest List. That was achieved via Event Brite. Entry was free. You end up in a long line, so get there before 10pm. However, we got in quickly. The place gets crowded. Another DJ played music until around 1am, which is when Lil Jon came. He put on quite the show. He was still going when we left at 2:30am.
Oh boy, where do I even begin with the Jewel Night Club at the Aria? Let me just say, if youre looking for a small club with unprofessional workers, $14 water, rude security, and a strong likelihood of being kicked out for being too old, then this is the spot for you.Its so small that youll be rubbing shoulders with strangers all night long, and not in a good way. And dont even get me started on the professionalism of the staff. If youre lucky enough to get served, expect half-hearted service from part-time workers who would rather be anywhere else. Now, lets move onto the drinks. A $14 water? Are you kidding me? I could buy a case of water for that price. And dont even think about ordering anything alcoholic unless you want to take out a second mortgage on your house. And finally, the security. Lets just say theyre not known for their charm or friendliness. If youre not careful, theyll kick you out faster than you can say Im too old for this. Which, lets face it, you probably are. This is one Vegas night club that is a total disaster. Unless you enjoy small spaces, rude staff, and overpriced water, I suggest you steer clear of this place.
Literally will kick you out for having too good of a time!when you stepped inside to the dance floor, the vibes were so off not many people there, many people were not dancing they were literally just standing, then staff was basically being extremely intrusive making the vibes of the club be very uncomfortable.you can see staff running around people like way more than all the other clubs imagine every 5 mins you have like 5 staff passing you at the same time.in a group of 4 of us drinking we were not belligerent or anything. all we were doing was dancing and laughing. security guard came up to us as soon as one of our friends was showing they were a little wobbly. kicked us out!if you show that you are even a little drunk they will kick you out faster than you can stand up.bar service was decent, they were fast!do not go here to have a good time, they won’t let you.
Tried to go tonight and staff is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude and absolutely disrespectful to their guests. multiple of these grown men bouncers yelled at me on my birthday and made my whole group upset to the point where we just walked out. i would recommend this place to people who like big smelly bouncers yelling at you for breathing in their presence since they think they’re beyonce or something. will never come back, and we’ve encountered some very rude workers in vegas but jewel, you take the cake.
I came to hear Lil Jon and the Eastside boys instead I ended up hearing Lil Jon and the “shot song” remix 30 different ways lol I am not joking… he played none of his old hit songs just catering to one type of group I guess … anyway, also he didn’t come on the set til at 1am like he is Usher .. man please get on the 1’s and 2’s and play your stuff at 11:30pm lol Why you got us waiting like your a major celeb…. this was terrible Lil Jon has lost his ATL swag! I left after 30 mins hearing nothing but sounded like techno music to me smh .. very disappointed ! Also we paid for a table and the waitress told us we had to go to the bar and get our own water lol Not joking ! … where they do that at? Vegas and The Jewel club I assume .. I will never come back here and You shouldn’t Waste your money either .. I should have went and saw Lil Durk at the Drais Night Club! Got me once but never again Lil Jon and the Jewel Boys lol
So we were lured by in by one of the prompters promising a table and free drinks. The guy never came through. We went to the bar and I ordered 6 shots and the bartender charged me $163. The drinks were trash. The place is small and almost all of their tables were empty.
Great club to dance and music was great! My only beef is that there is no unpaid seating! So if you gotta sit and got them tired feet you are screwed unless you wanna pay $700+ for bottle service.Dance floor is small and gets crowded fast with people who just need to stand somewhere lol weird combo. Overall it was a lot of fun but definitely needs some more thought out into the layout.
It was nice a nice club pretty cool on the top and bottom floor ! It does feel a bit small once it starts getting busy !! Came to see BIA she’s amazing and I love her and I wouldn’t have been at that club if it wasn’t for her !! I had an amazing time the crowd and the music was great and overall had a lot of fun !!!
Racist club. Access was refused even though we had tickets and arrived before midnight. No explanation was offered they just asked us to leave the line after checking our foreign IDs.
We got onto the guest list by personal invite from a bouncer, came by later, and got rejected because my partner is indian. they made up some random excuse of “oh your pants look like sweatpants “ but they absolutely weren’t. they just wanted to maintain the racial monolith within the club. it was probably gross in there anyways
I was super excited to see Steve Aoki. We got tickets to the club solely to see him perform a set. We had seen pictures online which made the club look pretty cool. Sadly we were met with an extremely over crowded tightly packed fire/safety hazard of a dance floor. The staff seemed polite enough but they clearly couldnt do anything to help patrons with the crowdedness. The staffs attention was pointed towards the VIP booths and making sure the overflowing dance floor didnt invade their space. I think what was most upsetting overall was getting all dressed up to code for entry to the club only to find that everyone around us in line was wearing t-shirts, hats, casual shoes, jeans etc. So much for formal attire required for entry. Also doubly annoying was paying to see Aoki and the guy doesnt show up for over two hours and we listened to nameless dj before finally just calling it quits. TLDR; whatever you do, dont go here, go to omnia or somewhere else where they have more space and you can actually get a drink without waiting an eternity.
Skip this nightclub. Had a group of 8. Initially wanted to charge us $40 for men $30 for women. But after a short talk they covered us. Big issue was when they told us we had to pay $10 for each coat check to get in. But then let in 3 next people with coats on. And the blond short lady insisted that we had to check our coats downstairs despite multiple others holding theirs in the club. When asked for her name, she tried to kick us out. Talked with the manager and he explained that we could in fact keep our jackets with us. Once inside, the dj and lighting was great. You could tell the club was not close to being filled up at all and they should work on getting people in rather than charging high prices and charging a fake coat check fee when you can keep it with you and they picked people inconsistently. This is not new, search coat in these reviews. So skip this nightclub when they are so many others on the strip. Google top nightclubs on the strip and no wonder they dont make the list. They have to do a better job on their customer service and hopefully they improve.
Had a wonderful time on a Monday night at the Jewel. Very energetic crowd, great music, and high drinks (lol) . Overall, fun experience.
I would not give this venue any stars if I had the option to. Management is unorganized and rude as well as the front of house staff and bartenders.Tony (a manager) provided me drink cards for future reservations, but because the staff was so rude and unprofessional, I do not see myself going back again. My husband and I had a disheartening experience during our stay, with Jewel being the worst club we have ever visited. Do better—I have also left a review on the BBB website, I suggest others who’ve had terrible experiences at this venue do so as well.
Me and my friends had a great time at JEWEL for my birthday! I purchased the Skybox suite. Very nice section that overlooks entire dance floor. The bottle servers were very accommodating. And the manager was attentive. We were greeted in the VIP line, and there were no problems getting in.
Ask for passport as ID…which is bery bad…they should consider tourists…overall vobe was wonderful as you enter inside…but had to go back to hotel to get the passports…which is not safe…to carry passport at crowded places…
Not an upscale nightclub I expected to see people dressed to impress instead found just the opposite. Drinks are very expensive dance floor extremely small way to many vip tables they take up most of the lower level and nobody was using them. I’d pass on this club go somewhere that actually takes pride in the clientele they let in the door.
Came here the day before Halloween since this was the only nightclub that was open on the strip on Monday nights. Drink prices are a rip-off! Paid $16 for one beer!! I also did not like how all the tables are roped off to where you cant go anywhere near them unless you book one of them tables which run into the thousands of dollars! This nightclub is also one of the hardest places to mingle unless you are with someone that has a table or you pay for a table. The only positive of this club is I was able to get on the guest list and got in for free since I was rolling solo
NYE party had it’s moments. The attempt to organize such a huge event was there but to get out of one line only to get in 2 more is a bit much and slows the process when you’re ready to enjoy the event and partake in the amenities. (bar) drinks are expensive it’s Vegas. Expect $43 for double shot Don Julio and Red Bull! 🤷🏾♀️Lil Jon music was great (he definitely took us to ATL lol) and the bartender were the highlight. Drinks were strong.
24$ cocktails for me and my husband. 50$ later...We got in on guest list so called it our cover, worst drink ever. Bartenders are untrained. And honestly if you pay to go here your gonna hate it. Its just like any other scottsdale night club with a $100 ticket for women and almost $300 for men. DJ Pauly D didnt come on before we left at 1:45am. Total dissatisfaction, for how much this club advertises it was not okay to charge people what they are for what they get. When we left the line was about 5 hours to get in. If you want to waste time and money, go to the Jewel nightclub 10/10 will never be back and we are 25 young and ready to party. Do better Jewel. Youre not worth it.
$14 waters. Weirdly aggressive security to get in. DO NOT bring a weed pen. Incredibly rude staff. I was with a group of people on the dance floor and had to use the bathroom, on my way back to my group security stops me and says I have to wait in line again to get back on the dance floor?? Weirdest rule I have ever heard. Was by myself in some random line for an hour… they also were spraying the crowd with mist that smelled off and I heard a girl in the bathroom say it was burning her eyes. The male staff were the absolute worst though. Definitely on a power trip, came for pauly d but will not be back.
Astoundingly large club at the new Aria resort. Met some old friends here one night for drinks. On 10/10/2010 there was a gargantuan crowd waiting for hours out the door up the escalator. We ended up on the guest list and the staff thought one of us owned a hotel. We got blitzed and I had to pick up my truck the next day after being carted off in a limousine. They parked it next to some exotic cars and my little Monopoly truck looked like a mini-Rolls Royce.
Was there for BTS party on 9 April 2022 but dj Angie Vee is the worst one could get. Shes unfamiliar with the theme & refused to listen to audience requests. We literally told her what songs to play for the themed night projecting from our phone but she chose to ignore, kept playing random songs she liked. Imagine paying to get served but end up being forced to watch this clown “performing”. If u can’t manage ur djs’ ego & professionalism, don’t ever come ask for my $$. This is the worst experience ever
I never write reviews, but I cant ignore these idiots. Dont waste your time and dont go to this club. My guests arrived from Russia and we were going to celebrate the New Year, when they came and showed us their ID, they said that this was the first time they had seen something like this and couldn’t let us in. The id was written in both Russian and English letters, but these narrow-minded and undeveloped creatures cannot even read.I would give you a 0 if there was such an option.
Whoever is running this club is completely out of touch. Those who were hard-core into the club scene and keep the club scene alive are people who are currently in their 30s and maybe late 20s. Sure getting some young people through the door for the first time or some 50+ year old men is easy, but getting them to come back will take a lot of changes. There are reddit threads ran by older men talking about how many young people (not just girls) they can grope in a night at this club (as theyve been kicked out of other clubs already). If management is serious about making changes:1) train security to take women and MEN seriously about being assaulted and grabbed. Currently security only cares about dress code and major fights. People should feel safe at a club to keep going2) control the amount of people in the club. Yeah, prices may have to be raised, but thats not bad for business3) Train the bar staff on how to make proper drinks. Clubs arent getting the old hypnotic or adios crowds they did back 20 years ago... keep up with the trends4) only offer tickets for sale from one place. If you dont, train the staff on how to take tickets from other sites5) Train, train, train. The staff is confused, help them. But dont have the pompous and stuck up staff train them. Make it even and seriousImagine if this club actually cared... with its location celebrities are high rollers would actually come here because they want to, not because they were paid to or to make a friend that is playing feel supported.
It was an okay nightclub. We bought tickets for the Avril Lavigne show for 10:30 on on the 20th we ended up leaving at 1:35 on the 21st because she had not showed yet instead 2 Djs played that I didn’t know for 3 hours. I understand that the club has to make money($100 in drinks just from us 2) but I expect that if you pay for a ticket with the time she will show that’s the time that should have been played. If she was a closing act that would have been fine but the fact they put 10:30 on the ticket and have the nerve to not announce the official time. Some people have more things to do than stand around.
Me and my wife were rejected to enter the club tonight because we are westerns holding a Hong Kong ID. The bouncer said he never seen a HKID before and that it doesnt match their security requirements. We tried to show them scans of our passports on our phones and they said they dont accept anything on phones. Who the hell goes for a night out in Vegas (or anywhere else) carrying their passports? We were younger and better dressed than most of people they were accepting (some girls were wearing flipflops). No idea why that happened, but if you are from Hong Kong/China, think twice before trying to go there!
As a local, I wanted to experience this place first hand. I finally did and I was not impressed. here are my takeaways.1. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming. Stuffy vibes. Staff was confused by Eventbrite guest ticketing and was told, you should get tickets directly from our site so there arent problems.2. No room to dance or move. Everyone with drinks on the packed dance floor, spilling everywhere. Ewwww.3. They allow smoking cigarettes inside. This is gross and once I took a whiff of cigarette smoke while I was attempting to dance, I knew it was time to leave.Bottom Line: If youre 21 years old and looking for an overcrowded club with cigarette smoke blown in your face while you dance, this may be a place for you. Needless to say, I will never return.
This is the weirdest nightclub I’ve ever been to...gonna chalk it up to being a Vegas thing. Walked in on a weekday on a whim and never left a club so fast in my life…the layout is really dumb. Theres a dance floor (??) in the middle surrounded by tables, and from what people told me inside you can’t get to the dance floor unless you bought a table. For the $35/person entrance fee you get to stand around in the ring of space between the bar and the tables separated with dividers. This space is packed with people looking longingly at the dance floor. Water is $15. The people that work the front are really chill though
Placed sucked. Way oversold, you can’t see anything unless you book a vip suite so don’t waste your $ on GA. The “dance floor” is tiny (like the floor space size of your hotel room) and they pack so many people in nobody could move let alone dance… drinks are overpriced at $25 a shot.
Spent £110 for tickets to see Avril Lavigne arrived at 10pm as stated on the ticket to be met by rude security guard refusing entry as my parter had shorts on. Once we returned 30 min later got into a super packed club that was way to small for the number of people that were in there. After waiting 2 hours Avril was still not on and decided to leave as we couldnt stand the reaching techno. Why would you have a techno dj on when you have the punk rock queen playing and one of the biggest punk festivals the same weekend.Im furious and I have been in a lot of clubs. Staff are extremely rude and a heads up to anyone traveling they wont accept pre paid currency card either.100% would AVOID at all costs!!!!!!
Don’t waste your time. Waited for 15 mins arrived at 11pm to see Pauly D and all of the entrances to the dance floor were closed because “too many people” were on the floor. why wait in the dark and spend $30 for a drink for absolutely nothing?
Giving one star because I cant give zero. Me and my husband were rejected our entry tonight simply because we have Hong Kong IDs and they said they never seen one before. We were well dressed, way better looking than the majority of people they were accepting. No idea what their problem was. Ignorance? Maybe they think they that western people cant hold a chinese ID? Or maybe they are just xenophobic and dont accept foreigners there? Terrible experience and very embarrassing.
Didn’t seem to be a strict dress code like the website claims. Signing up on the free guest list entry was easy. Good music (EDM/rap). Drinks are expensive. Small dance floor and very crowded. People were smoking inside.
I havent been to a club in years but I had so much fun at Jewel. It truly exceeded my expectations. The DJ was the truth and the music was on point.
Overall Experience Below average.Drinks Overpriced BAD: The Cheapest bottle was 795, Plus Gratuity, Plus Tax. If you book the table online there is $120 fee as well. That 795 bottle would be the cheap liquor that you would overlook at local liquor store. If you have a table you have to get a bottle, instead of induvial drinks or shots. Which is hard to accommodate guest with different taste Honestly I felt it was very overpriced. They clearly change the prices regularly. First time I went there bottles started at $450.Venue is okay: We booked balcony because we wanted to be away from the masses ended up back in masses probably on the lower tiers because they didnt fill the club and wanted it to look packed.Music was okay. This may vary for who is the DJ for the night.Security Great: I think I had 2 security guards in my area to keep people with out of table area which I appreciated.Waitress Great: Tried to accommodate based on the clubs policy not her fault.
Went with my fiancé and it was PACKED. Like so packed you couldn’t even move or dance. People just standing around squished spilling their $35 drink on someone else. DJ was ok. Not worth it in my opinion. Only reason we went was because it was the only night club open on a Monday night.
Had a promoter hook us up with free entry tonight only to be told at the door that the club was at “maximum capacity” and be charging a $30 fee for guys. So is it max capacity or BS?!?We ended up going to Marquee. I would rather pay for a fee I expect than be hit up for some dishonest fee I don’t - I don’t care how much that might be. Seems to be a reflection on Aria too that the hotel can’t be trusted.
One of the promoters sold us with a guest list and free drinks for the ladies. The process of getting into the club was a bit weird, especially with a dress code(no hats, shorts, or sweats). The stamps and wristband do not mean a thing, since we had to get carded for paying drinks. The free drinks did not come until midnight, even then, free drinks were limited to vodka or tequila with juice. Dancefloor was overcrowded and dj was decent. Staff and some security were unprofessional, even using there flashlights direct in other patrons faces.1/10, would never recommend.
Horrible layout with only 1 small hallway to get to the dance floor. They let a large number of people in while the headliner was coming on, making the small hallway packed with no room to move. Security pushed everyone in the hall to the side to try to get people who bought a booth through. Was smooshed from all sides, couldnt move even to get out. Security was doing nothing. Left within 20mins of getting in. Would have been even more disappointed if I paid to get in. Vegas has much better clubs than this one.
Horrible experience they wouldn’t accept our valid drivers license so we were denied access into the club. They spoke about forcing passport. We have travelled abroad numerous times and never not accepted a drivers. We spent all that money on tickets, Uber, place is shocking. Worse first experience of Vegas
This club gave out admission tickets to the Baker to Vegas runners advertising it as the official after party. The ticket said it would offer an exclusive country music room. This was clearly a tactic to get the Baker to Vegas event goers to come to their club. A group of us checked it out. The club was completely dead with over prized drinks. There was no mention of Baker to Vegas at all even though it was advertised as such. Music was outdated and staff was not enthusiastic or helpful. We left and had a good time at a different club. I rated this club a 1 star for scamming.
I had fun & enjoyed the night here. However my only two complaints here is that it’s super overcrowded and a freaking double shot Jack Daniels & Coca Cola is not worth freaking $30 bucks even in Vegas however if you’re not concerned about crowds or overpriced drinks, then this ain’t a bad option.P.S, also it is ridiculous that bartenders won’t pour cups of water upon request and charges $14 for a water bottle.
Supervisor was super nice. Guy managing the line at the end of rope on bar and restaurant industry night was a very negative and unprofessional part time hourly worker . So much arrogance and attitude for a service industry guy! Interaction with him left me with such a bad taste that I didn’t even bother to go to club even with free entrance pass. How could a club like Jewel and such a professional and nice supervisor can hire such a piece of work bouncer? There are many places to go and spend money on a Monday night in Vegas instead of dealing with stupidity!
Don’t waste your money here. I purchased a lot of tickets for a big group and the club made it seem like this was a nice place. The female bartenders were very rude, I waited for 20 minutes in front of the female bartender trying to get her attention for a drink and she completely ignored me. I moved over to another bartender and was finally helped, and yes the reviews are real 2 vodka doubles with cranberry juice were absolutely $120. I was never able to check in my coat because the coat check people had me going to different lines. I finally got tired of holding it and being in never ending lines. I wasted over $3000 on entry tickets for my party and was there for under an hour. I never even saw the dance floor. That’s how lame it was. I got all my party and went to another place, where they were attentive and treated us like paying customers. Did I mention we are great tippers? I will never return to that place, And I loveee Vegas.
Went for Avril Lavigne, which was advertised for 10:30. She didn’t go on until 2am. It should have been advertised that way. The drinks were a ripoff. One drink was $65. Service was awful.
Hypocritical & Pompous. Before I even thought about getting in the line I asked if my outfit was ok, as I got dressed up in a lot of black & pink, just not a button & slacks like others were wearing. One of the staff looked at me and said no shorts and no tennis shoes. Meanwhile in line there were women with denim shorts that were incredibly short cut and guys wearing Nikes. Not worth my time nor money.
Guest of Aira hotel...security didnt tell me and my wife a cover. He told guys behind us $40 cover. Asssumed hotel guest have free entry. Got inside and old lady behind the window tells us $100. As a person that works in the hospitality industry, never have i felt so discriminated against. Must be my brown skin. As we walked away, security asked what happened?...informed them that the old broad tried to charge us $100. They both looked shocked! Not about the cost, because I have paid $100 to enter Tao. The unprofessionalism and lack of class from this woman made me write a review. I neeeeeever write reviews.
I’ve been to thousands of clubs in my life and this might be the worst one I have ever been to. The entire layout of the place is unwelcoming. Whoever is managing this place doesn’t even realize that half the crowd is leaving when the Main DJ act comes on. If that’s not a sign to do something different I don’t know what is. We had one of the top DJs in the world, Fisher, last night and literally half the crowd left within 30min. I’ve never really seen anything like it. It’s just not fun, at all, in the club for people with tables spending thousands and general admission on the dance floor. Just looking around you can see it everyone’s faces that the place is terrible. It’s the little things that go a long way.
Bought tickets to see Avril Lavigne. The place was ridiculously oversold and even if it wasn’t I don’t believe you could have seen anything from GA. I saw one of Avril legs from the knee down for 1 song. The place just sucks.Gendered pricing too which is insane in this day and age. I’d rate is zero if I could.
The worst experience in my whole life.I went on the Halloween night at around 11pm, and it was already very very packed with people. They were putting more people in the main dance area (which was so tiny), and telling people to squeeze in. I could barely dance, because there were hundreds of people squeezed in a such small area. I saw people pushing each other, dropping and losing their phones. This could definitely lead to a dangerous situation. Luckily enough I left the place before it gets more mad. I left even before the main DJ came! 😡Staffs were very rude, all they cared was the customers at the table.I will never re-visit Jewel nightclub.
It was my birthday, decided to go to Jewel,, I had recently purchased a Hilfiger baseball cap due to the heat. Listed dress code: No tennis/basketball shoes, sandals, athletic gear, caps were not listed. I am a veteran so I dont wear hats indoors. Security denied me entry, although upon my return I see every code violation listed to include baseball caps being worn. When I complained and provided pic of guests with caps, security tells me to complain to HQ as they just work there and maybe the guests had vip table, although they were at the bar in the pic. Perceived racism!!! Yes Im minority violaters are not.
They didnt let my husband in because he was wearing chino shorts and no shorts were allowed. This is the stupidest rule -- my dress was way shorter than his shorts, and this is such an outdated rule. I get that you want people to look nice, but that doesnt mean shorts should be banned. Absolute bs
The DJ last night was a joke 😂 worst I’ve seen for looong long time. Drink prices were ok. Security was ok, though they seemed too busy flirting with all the girls around
Huge scam. Stay away. We were offered free cover then got here and it was a huge shake down on my girls birthday. I would have paid the 200 the supervisor wanted if he hadnt upset her the way he did. We hadnt drank yet but they couldnt find no other reason to not honor the guest list so they decided to say were drunk. I know he was lying bc there were cops posted there to watch everything. We offered to take a breath test, the supervisor said no but hell take our word for it if I pay him 200. It was my girls birthday so I would have paid it. Shes the one who said no because she didnt like the bad energy. She called her friends and we spent 500 somewhere else.
Me and my best girlfriend were on vacation from Texas and decided to come to the Jewel to have fun! After waiting in line, we finally got to the front and they denied us entry because I was gay and I quote “ they prefer to not have gays at this bar” and I was not allowed inside! What I love about this is that I never told them I was gay and I was there with a woman! The bouncer just automatically assumed! Admittedly, yes, I am gay but who cares! it’s just an overall disgusting situation
Venue is great! The way it is run needs work. The line layout is frustrating for everyone, staff and guests alike. The capacity needs to be cut down by 150-200 people. Bartenders were nice but seemed overworked and stressed out. Music was fantastic but the speakers need to be turned down a little bit, it is pop-an-ear-drum LOUD. The drinks are both pricey and watered down and you have to pick one or the other. The true jewel of this place is the adorable bathroom attendant in the ladies room! She is a very short woman in her 50s or 60s and she was the kindest person I met while in Las Vegas.
I was staying at Aria so I checked out Jewel. I had a blast! It is on the smaller side but the music was fantastic. On point the whole time and lots of variety.. A lesser known DJ too. The drink prices are bad but I guess thats Vegas for you ($18!) I recommend finding a promoter on IG to get in for free. Just a simple text and youre in
By far my least favorite of all the nightclubs out here. As my friend says theres a reason they specialize in Mondays.
Poor experience: rude security guy, inattentive waitress, over priced drinks. There is a horrible tall security guy, running all the time making your table experience awful. He also pushed one of our friends to clear their path. My friend got annoyed and asked him to stop pushing him and then he got kicked out!!! Shocking!!! The manager was rude too and we left our table half way! I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. We could charge the security guy too but we didn’t do it even though they ruined our experience!
While the atmosphere is lit, it is crazy that we got VIP and was told no more than 8 people, but the group that shared the other side of the section with us had about 25 people who kept encroaching on our section. We paid for VIP to be able to spread out and enjoy my sisters birthday. This definitely was not the best situation. We might as well not even paid for the service. I will say out attendants were amazing. Should be one standard for all. #dobetterplease
Got kicked out because my friend had a napkin. Looked suspicious. Paid 2k for bottle service as well. Don’t waste your time. I Closed my tab and they found a way to get you out of there.
Visiting from NYC and was invited to this club on a Monday. The process of getting in was easy since we were on the guest list. Once we were in, we realized how packed it was. The dance floor was full of people and it’s hard to hold a drink there. We went upstairs to get a drink, which was a little less packed and the drink was pretty good. The view from upstairs is pretty cool; you can see the stage and the dancers. BUT you only get this view if have a section. One thing to note about this club: if you don’t have a section, you’re going to be standing the whole time. There’s high security, they have stanchions surrounding the sections and to get to the dance floor which you have to wait on line for. Once the dance floor reaches a certain capacity, security had to let people in gradually (but if you slide a couple bucks, you can speed up the process). That causes things to get crazy once people get that liquid courage. In addition to the crowdedness, we went to see the Ying Yang twins but they didn’t go on until 2:20 and only did a 20 minute set. It was not worth the visit at all. Music was mid, mostly EDM and a bit of Hip Hop. If you enjoy that vibe and don’t mind all these critics, that’s up to you 🫶🏼 Vegas is all about luck. But if I had to pay the $20-30 cover fee, I would cry and that’s a cheap cover fee. (Note: I’m from NY so I am used to crowded clubs and sections but this was a total new experience for me)
Don’t recommend!! my friend and i were invited to 2 different sections and the workers kicked us out of both. they are racist! it is also hard to see the stage if you don’t have a table so it is not the best set up for everybody.
Charges $14 for WATER. Charges for MANDATORY coat check even when you CAN carry your coat throughout the venue. If you’re lucky enough to get a wrist band for free drinks - soda, water, and certain liquor not included. Asked bartenders why we could get a vodka-water for free with a wristband but not plain water…. No good answer and we were no longer served after that. Would not recommend this nightclub.
The short fat police security lady racially discriminated against my fiance on November 7th which is today ago. she told her she she couldnt come in because she had a hat attached to her purse and NO ONE could bring a hat in . Her fat tail then proceeded to tell her she could throw it away or hide it in a bush or something. I asked if they could just hold it since we DID look and follow the dress code that was sent to us by THEIR EMPLOYEE. they said they would hold it for me for $10. as soon as I was FORCED to pay I see about 10 people walk smooth in right behind me with hats and asked why did they get to keep their hats and they are actually wearing them? they called security and ignore us . when security came they came in a threatening manor.and told us basically screw you. My fiance was shook up and upset not enjoying herself and it made her last night in Vegas horrible .
My friend visiting from out of town bought me a party bus ticket thinking that the last stop on tour would be Drais. However, the last stop on a Saturday night turned out to be Jewel Nightclub. We got to skip the grand line, and the nightclub setup was solid. The computerized baby blue entrance caught my eye, and I wanted to take a picture in front of it. However, I decided I would take a picture when I left. When I exited the club, the computerized entrance color had turned pink, which didn’t look as stimulating as the baby blue, so I opted not to take a picture on my way out.I suspected there wouldn’t be much melanin in the club, and my suspicion was correct. The patrons were predominantly Caucasian, with a few people of color mixed in. The Deejay was okay, and I was not too fond of the lighting. I prefer nightclubs where I can spot a cutie from across the room, and Jewel’s lighting is dark. I could only see the people’s faces who were nearby. My friends and I left Jewel approximately 45 minutes after we arrived and went to the Cromwell Casino, home of Drais nightclub, and I had a ball there! Unless a music artist I love performed at Jewel, I would not return. It wasn’t my cup of tea. I prefer a Deejay who plays the latest and greatest hip hop music, a nightclub with better lighting, and an environment with a bevy of beautiful Black women.
My friends and I were pickpocketed at this night club recently, both having two of our iPhones stolen out of our handbags within 45 minutes of each other. When we approached security to tell them of this incident, the head of security told me she didnt care and it wasnt her problem. We then went out front of the night club to ask the police officers stationed there for help, who told us the security cameras were most likely blurry and candidly said that the club security team will probably not even bother checking the footage. With my group visiting from out of state and leaving on a flight the next morning, this was not only upsetting, but we felt completely helpless and unsupported. The next morning when ubering to the airport, our uber driver who had been listening to us discuss this situation, said its a known thing that Jewel Night Club has pickpocketers. With the help of the Find My iPhone app, both our phones actually pinged at the same location a few hours later, in the middle of the desert, at a random house (North Bruce Street).I would not recommend going to this establishment as we were paying customers and the security team/police officers who were there to help, did not help at all.
This is a gorgeous venue. My girlfriends and I went on a Saturday night and had a great time. I’m not sure what the charge for drinks and bottle service go for, because we were comped the entire night. It is strictly hip-hop and R&B music, which we love. It got crowded very fast. I definitely recommend doing the VIP list or doing the party bus (for the club crawl) to avoid any lines and have immediate access. Otherwise, the lines are super long and I dont think they move very quickly. But once you are inside, you will have a wonderful time. Whoever the DJ is on Saturday night, make sure he does not go anywhere. He knows exactly what he is doing and keeps the crowd going.
Dedazz. Get VIP unless you want to stand around for 4 hours to hear different DJs play the same songs until the reason you actually came performs. $20+ a drink isnt even worth hanging out for.
The DJ played great music! Had to wait about 30 minutes to get in but we got in for free on the “guest list”. The promoters will go up to random people on the strip and put names on the list. They open at 10:30-10:45 on Saturdays NOT 10. Theres a pretty small dance floor so it can get packed the later it gets but overall it’s a good atmosphere. They gave me one free drink bc I was one of the first girls in but the drinks are SO expensive. A tiny vodka cranberry & a corona was 36$.. & a water is 12$!! Most places water is usually free. The dance floor had a lot of glasses & cans on it which I thought was unsafe and annoying. Imagine if you’re dancing and then cut your foot on a piece of broken glass in the dark😬
Paid for VIP and it was horrible.I took a picture of the guy who works there that was really rude to me and my wife.We would have spent way more money there, but we left early and went to a different club due to the rude guy working there. We will never go back and if you are reading this maybe pick a different club.
Purchased 2 balcony VIP suites weeks ahead of NYE. Promised suites 202 and 203. When we showed up they refused to honor their word and stuck us in a completely different section which was nowhere near as nice as what we paid for. Promoter said the club would be open til 5 am but around 2 am they came in and started stealing full ($800-1k) bottles from our table. Club closed by 3 am on New Years. While Lil Jon did show up, he essentially touched the turntable a few time and yelled ‘yea’ once or twice. Meh. Seems that somebody also manipulated the tip we provided and submitted a much higher tip to the credit card on file.
While in Aria, my gf and I were out celebrating my birthday. Ran into some girls while in thr bathroom upstairs and they mentioned going to the local club in Aria. We figured....why not!Its downstairs and the lineup was maybe 15 people and it moved quick. This was on a Monday night keep in mind. Cost us each $20 to get in, never been to a club before but though/heard ladies got in free mostly. We paid the cover charge and went in.The space is lit up with all kinds of lights and the music is deafening loud. Theres multiple private tables that take up space by the dance floor and are roped off. So getting to the dance floor is super tight and very crowded. It honestly felt that they did not limit how many people could be inside as there was no room to move. We did find a spot to dance, all five of us together. Lots of people were having a great time, us included. Just remember, in a crowded space you cant go swinging your arms and elbows everywhere. Lol, had to tell some guy behind me to calm it after he clocked me in the head a second time.Being soo close to the stage, my ears were beginning to hurt and we needed water so we made our way to the bar. But just getting of the dance floor was a challenge! Soo many times I though I found an exit only to see it roped off. Lost the three other ladies we came with but held tightly to my gf as we managed to get to the bar. I’ve always believed thay drinks at a club would be expensive and this place was no different. For two small bottle of Fiji water and a vodka & 7-Up cost me $40! That is also because I should have gotten change but the female bartend never gave me it and just pocketed it and never gave it to me. Yup, made those drinks last and held them tightly to not spill anything. He headed back to the dance floor but not so close to the stage. They do shoot out cool air every once in awhile to help all the over heating dancers and dropped some confetti too. We left after an hour, which we didn’t know until after. Set up is very confusing with all the roped off area, prices and service were far from my favorite. I did have a good time as I was with my gf but I would not return here.
Place calls itself a nightclub but there is a tiny dance floor where they cram people in. The majority of the space is used for reserved tables and bottle service so no room for dancing. Waste of time
There was a guy on the strip handing out flyers for DJ Mustard... said everyones free until 1am. With an hour of free drinks. 10:30-11:30 (His text did say subject to change, of course) So, we went about 1130. Were in line and a lady comes up and says it would be $60 for my boyfriend. (Even gave us a sticky note with $60 written on it. Well, we get to the front of the line and the cash register says 130 dollars and some change. They charged him 80 and me 40 dollars plus tax. So, we felt trapped and just paid it. We get in and we are completely ignored by the bartenders. We finally get a drink and decided to order two each. Four long islands were 100 dollars. Dont fall for this scam. Good mix of music. The next day was spent recovering from blown ear drums. Ruined a whole day of ours in Vegas. RUN!
My favorite part was the super cool stairs that light up and change that you can take pictures on on your way in. The main reason I didnt give it more stars was that I thought the music was awful. Im not a big fan of rap and all that. Maybe they have more dancy music on other nights? The club itself was cool. Tables are very expensive. It was very fancy dress code. No food allowed, not even snacks. They took my slim Jim 😮. The bouncers are a bit fierce. Making sure you dont even get near the tables if you dont buy one. Drinks are expensive. But thats normal. Cool lights and effects.
Over-rated club at even 3 stars. Nice venue set-up. Horrible hosts are disrespectful. Bouncers are rude as hell & love the opportunity to show whos in charge. Never seen so many people treated with disrespect & disdain.I agreed to pay $2,000 for a table and there were 5 of us, while one wasnt drinking. Well, I got charged 5 separate charges that night! Beware of shady signature sheets, lies & very forceful tactics.$3,900$1,268$124$66$65Oh and then she asked for a standard $600 tip. You kidding me?! After you scam me, you want more?!!
I could not breeze between the vip and dancing area. I went was trying to go to the exit but one of the security guys shoved me and my boyfriend and try to start a fight like we did something wrong when we’re just trying to get out. It was a white man with blonde hair. I don’t know if something was wrong with him but he took the wrong approach when we’re just trying to get out of the crowd that was suffocating us. Don’t get here the price isn’t worth what you’re getting for and very small so think you’re going to be able get out and breath.
Security was horrible. Got in was suffocating how are pack the place was. Tried to get off the dance floor through the tape because how pack it was. Security pushed and kick me out even thought they were being disrespectful when I was trying to leave. DONT GO HERE! NOT WORTH MONEY!
This club is super hyped. Lots of lights, great music, lots of people. We we’re talked out of going to another club to go here by a guy we talked to. What he failed to mention was the price of the drinks. I don’t care how much money you have. $93 for 2 double vodkas & redbull is outrageous!!! Very expensive!
I would NOT recommend this place..visit on a monday night still Filled to capacity yet more people were coming in no room to dance , drinks were spilled on me, it became unsafe at one point when people began pushing eachother aggressively, because there was no room security &bartenders were rude & unpleasant to be around.I left early I would never recommend this place to anyone theres much better places in Las Vegas .
In short, do yourself a favor and skip this one - Worst experience. Made me pay twice even though i bought a ticket online and showed them the barcode at the entrance. Extremely rude staff. For a high class wanna be club, absolutely unacceptable. Will not come back.
The staffs there are racist. They checked my driver license and didn’t let me in. They said it’s not valid. Which is a lie. I can use my driver license to take the flight. They asked me to bring my passport.
Made a reservation for our last night in Vegas, got checked in,got wrist bands on waited 30 mins to go in , right at the entrance they double checked our IDs just to tell us they don’t accept that type of ID (matrícula) (it’s a state issued ID) they should’ve said some from the get go, there was others that also got access denied im assuming because of the same reason,… Vegas is a place to vacation how can they not take other IDs?
Do not come here if you expect to get in for free through the guess list and not have to stand around for 3 to 4 hours before the main DJ or artist. There is no where to rest if you are wearing heels. VIP tables surround a tiny dance floor that is overcrowded. The club is only decent if you buy a VIP table with bottle service. That is how they get you.
It’s a huge no from me.. don’t usually go out to nightclubs but wanted to give this place a try for my friends birthday. I am truly disappointed considering this is supposed to be Las Vegas right? I recommend you spend your money somewhere else or just stay in your hotel room. It did not feel like a positive environment for having fun and please don’t get me started on the bathroom. I know it’s a nightclub bathroom but is it really that hard to keep the place somewhat clean from bodily waste and not have the ceiling leaking water? Everything just felt like a disaster from costumer service and prices.. just an observation, but for a Vegas nightclub it needs to be better.
Paid $65 to spend 30 minutes in line to get to security check to find out that someone did not give me some kind of yellow ticket. I showed paid bar code, but bouncer rudely insisted on that yellow ticket. Had to walk outside to another bouncer to ask for that and then explain why am I getting in without line after already spending 30 minutes in line.Inside was completely overcrowded and there absolutely no room stand except in the hallway.Dance floor is small and there was absolutely no room to stand, not even dance.$26 for redbull/vodka is absolutely ridiculous.Bathrooms were filthy.Sound quality was nice, but the music was not good.
I should have listened to the reviews, absolutely the worst club in Vegas, no organization whatsoever and one of the stupid waiters in the lower vip section was so rude, I tried to dance it off and enjoy my time since we paid $160 in cover (4 women) but the dj wasn’t all that great. We left within the hour and will never come back.
Visiting JEWEL Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino. We didnt really have a good time here at all. We stayed for 15 minutes, then left. You cannot and are not allow to take a jacket or coat into the club, despite them blaring their AC units to the max. You MUST pay $10 to check your jacket/coat, or leave the club. They will tell you this AFTER you have queued and gone through security though. The club itself is very small. Most of the club is filled with VIP seating and the tiny dance floor is surrounded by a very long seat-belt. You feel like a pig in a pigpen. You cannot stand in the channel which leads from the bar to the dance floor without being moved by security. If you are in the dance floor, according to security, you have to dance; you cannot stand there taking photos; you must keep moving. Very rule driven. I felt like I was in elementary school and not a major casino on The Las Vegas Strip. As you can see, the dance floor had a lot of older people dancing. It seems like the mean age is a little too high here. Probably due to their hotel rates targeting older people with bigger bank accounts. Im not really sure. There is no upstairs, what you see in the video is what you get. Drinks range from $15 for a bottled domestic beer to $25 for a shot of branded liquor. They will not let you in if you look drunk, apparently they can tell by the eyes. The security here should get a magic act! Im sure their psychic knowledge would go a long way in the entertainment business. I guess they want you to buy drinks. Males get screened on the way in, women do not, but they do have their purses checked.
I had a great time! Yes, drinks are high-ish (we paid $75 for 2 shots and 2 glasses of wine), but most people are getting in free from promoters anyway...they do have to make money. We went on a Monday night- it was full and good for people watching. Security was nice and I was allowed to keep my jacket, which was apart of my outfit.
The website says they accommodate if you have a disability. When I asked a staff member, they said there is nothing they can do. This is of course after they charged us $120 each even though my email said we get in for free before 11pm. This place sucks
Worst night club experience ever. Me & my group of friend being turned away most probably because of our ethnicity. We were rejected to enter the club because we are wearing jackets & hat?! Right after we being rejected, we saw another group of people also wearing jacket & the security let them pass. Such double standard is really a disgrace.
I bought pre-sale tickets for Tyga, who was performing on a Saturday night. Club was okay, wouldnt recommend paying to get in. The ticket line was empty since everyone gets on the guest list. Lined seemed to move pretty fast. Inside the tiny dance floor was packed full of people while all the tables were mostly empty. The vibe was pretty boring, Marquee on a Sunday was way better. Tyga came out till 2:30 AM and performed for only 10 minutes since the club closes at 3 AM. Overall would never pay to see Tyga again and would never pay to get in here. If you really want to party here, get on the guest list.
My boyfriend and I were wishing to have a great night out and chose this club. This was the worst decision of our trip. Entry to the club was fairly easy because we were on the guest list. However, when we go there, all the ambiance which we anticipated based on the exterior, soon faded rather quickly. The club was murky, the dance floor was packed. The fact that the dance floor was smaller than my living room did it no favours. I totally understand the concept of maximising profits by selling VIP tables which consumed the space. What I cannot understand is the high cost of drinks given the limited space for patrons to dance. Just imagine paying $41 for 2 screwdrivers and you have nowhere to enjoy the moment. Forgot everything I wrote before and digest the fact that the music is aweful. First and last time there for me and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
They will not let you in if you’re Mexican. Stay away
Would rate this 0 if I could. 21 year old amateur bouncers that don’t accept NEXUS as government ID, saying it’s not “a valid form of ID”….even though it’s issued by the US government. Company should send these guys to high school first before hiring them.
So they wouldn’t let me in because I wouldn’t pay a $10 cover charge that they made to be a coat check! Didn’t want to check my coat.Guy also couldn’t give me a last name cause that wasn’t “policy.” Brooks was his name. Good luck to all. 100% would not recommend!
My girlfriend is a Marine and has just came back from deployment at the ending of August. She’s 23 years old, we were planning for this day an excited for this club, turns out just because the “General Manager” couldn’t make out the birth date on her military ID it was invalid? We were treated poorly and waited In line for an hour just to get told this. It is not hard to read a military ID, we have never ran into this problem. Don’t waste your time nor money coming to this place. There is better clubs and bars that are cheaper and far more fun to spend your time and money.
A $40 cover to get in - okay, not ridiculous, but not cheap. However, for that price point, there is A LOT of improvement that could be made. Its going to sound like I am just here to complain, but I promise, Im not. There just isnt much that I can praise aside from the special effects.1. The cheapest drinks are $20+ apiece and they use cheap/house alcohol. Atleast provide top shelf for that price point.2. Water is $12 for one and they do not serve tap. Thats beyond RIDICULOUS and encouraging people to suffer from alcohol poisoning.3. Beer cans were littered all over the floor. People were tripping and slipping on them. Never saw and know that not a single staff member picked them up and they were well visible by them. These cans were on the dance floor all night.4. Dance floor is very crowded. Its extremely difficult to move around.5. Staff at the front was VERY rude, aside from one person. We almost didnt go in because of this alone. To say the least - we will not be coming back. There needs to be A LOT of improvements.
Beware of a blonde chunky woman security guard at the entrance. Made the mistake of tying my shoe a bit drunk in front of the entrance, was denied entrance for an hour before her manager thankfully stepped in. Service was atrocious, would not recommend.
Was required to check my jacket upon entering, went the next day to pick it up and they said to check with lost and found, lost and found said it was never turned in for us to check with the club. Haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone regarding the location of my jacket. Normally wouldn’t make a big deal but This jacket cost over $200.
The bartender took a $74 order allowed the persons (4 Caucasian girls) to drink the shots and then request payment (which they didn’t have) this same bartender asked for my order and requested payment prior to even making the drink. I witnessed this behavior for over an hour. Any African Americans placing orders were asked immediately for payment while white patrons would drink their drinks and lay cash on the counter and leave. I opened a tab with an another bartender and he stalled to accept subsequent orders. Very disgusting establishment. The only nice thing about this place was the nice ladies in the restroom.
Jewel Night Club was amazing! Brian Phypher was an awesome host that was able to put it all together and made the experience more than VIP! The staff at Jewel had outstanding service as well. My group of family and friends have not stopped talking about how great the overall experience was after we all have returned home. I look forward to booking again with Brian Phypher very soon for my next trip to Vegas!! Visit Jewel Night Club!!
Great club, had a good time with my lady
The workers here are beyond rude… they get off on asserting power over people it’s weird and gross
Not amazing but when there are no other parties this is better than nothing. The danse floor is always too packed, it is not fun and you cant move. The guys to girls ratio is 4:1.The music depends on the dj, at the party we were at I would give it a 2/5I think Omnia is much better, but also not amazing.
Awful experience here. Paid $63, and couldnt even make it to the dance floor. Security kept trying to push us out for no apparent reason. Was stuck in the back of the club near the bathroom and we could only see 10% of the stage. There was way too many people in there, there was barely any room to get around in there. Friends that made it to the dance floor were shoulder to shoulder with other people. Unless you have plenty of money to cash out on this lame club. Your money is better spent else where.
Discrimination against religion. Will not let anyone enter the club with head cover. This club relates a head cover to a gangster although it has to do with religion not a gang. It is ok for this club to have a gangster in the club without a bandanna although he/she is gang related and has gang related tattoos and affiliated with a gang. This club is Trying to be a policemen and they could be gangsters themselves. Giving ZERO stars. Although this review will show 1 star.
Came from Chicago and was browsing when a promoter approached us. Went on a Saturday night for a bachelorette party and it was absolutely amazing! Security guard (Jamaal) was making sure we were not uncomfortable and our experience was good! The dj didn’t repeat any songs and kept the crowd vibing until the end! Definitely will recommend!
At the BTS after party, my husband was mistakenly profiled by the club’s staff for being too drunk and unsafe to be around other guests; all because he was wearing a blue shirt!! Apparently the person who was actually too drunk was wearing one. I was very upset and asked what prompted this and was told another guest said a man in a blue shirt was really drunk. We paid a lot of money to enjoy the BTS music and this incident nullified that experience.
The heavy set blonde haired lady that greets you shouldn’t work in any form of customer service. By far the rudest person I’ve encountered in my life. Around $20 a drink and the dance floor is over crowded with hardly any room to move. the lighting and special effects were cool but that’s about it.
Horrible! We got free tickets from some random promoter during the day. Went to go there and husband gets in and I had to pay 10 dollars to check my coat which was a sweater over top of a tank top. When I said no thanks, they said I had to check it and couldnt wear it. Its 40 degrees, Im keeping my coat on. We left and went elsewhere to places that had 2 for 1 drinks. Glad we never made it in based on the other reviews.
I love this night club! It was our first time going but we had a great experience. The lines were short, the club wasnt too packed and there was an upstairs that gave a very good view. They had a terrific light setup which made for an over all amazing show.
After seeing the reviews I thought it was going to be much worse. Its definitely a small dance floor aimed more at people who want to purchase a bottle. The best part of this club was the beautiful bartender named Whitney.
My brother said he had the best time of his life at Jewel. He said he met a man on the plane and that man knew somebody at Jewel that got him to the front of the line. All the girls twerked on him and he had a ball.
Very very crowded and felt unsafe being crammed in there with no room for my feet. Needed to exit quickly and the nearest exits were all roped off. Tried to duck under and security pushed me back to the crowd and said I couldn’t exit that way. Also, the music was terrible.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Elva and Myra who work in the bathrooms at JEWEL - in all my nights out in Vegas (and there have been many) these two far exceed any service I have seen and received! They do their job with kindness, joy, compassion, positivity, and care!
One of the best crowds we encounter on a Monday night, featuring 2 DJs and Bryce Vine. Dope vibes. The dance floor was too crowded, but the feel was great.Tip: If you’re on the guest list try to be 5 min prior to opening time ( talking about Monday night).
$57 for a red bull vodka before tip. Ouch.
We stayed at Aria Hotel this past weekend and decided to go to Jewel on Saturday night. We first had to wait in line because they do not open at 10 p.m. like it says in their website, they open at 10:30 p.m. We then get into a super SUPER small dark club that charged us almost $40 for 2 drinks!!!Then I decided to go to the restroom and come out to see some random women trying to grind all over my husband...we immediately left. Cmon we know girls selling themselves to tourist but in an upscale nightclub, I was expecting something else...Never going back.
I wondered what exactly it took for a club to be so lowly rated. well I found out. I went for Steve Aoki and he didnt even come on till 4 hours later (no mention of someone else warming up the crowd at time of purchase). also pretty sure they violated building code with the amount of people in there. pretty dangerous situation imo
Stay away from this place! Worst experience of my 30+ years. Got a table for concert last night so think bought bottle of champagne and vodka and my friend who was dressed as a woman but identifies as a man went to the mens restroom and they forcibly removed us from the club. They were incredibly rude, and Ive never been treated that way. When the gentleman was explaining why they were taking us out his female colleague did not believe him and was shocked but it was too far down the road. never. again. Do not go.
Discriminative. Dont come here if you are international. They will refuse you to enter!!!
Coat check policy manager said it’s my discretion who I make check coats and who doesn’t …. After walking in seeing several males with hoodies on no bottle service no table no vip being told that is idiotic correct your mistake or just simply do a better job of policing your club sorry mf lucky i didn’t go to be on Bs won’t be doing this establishment again other than that it was okay
AVOID AT ALL COST. $37 for 2 small rum and cokes!!! Dance floor is tiny tiny tiny. Couldn’t even move because people are consistently pushing past you. Only good thing was the music. Not worth it unless you get a VIP table. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I give 0 stars! My wife and I didn’t make it in !The hostess forgot to give us the slip to enter . If you don’t get a slip for guess list , you don’t get in ?! I explain to her that I didn’t receive one . She gave me serious attitude and said that she gave me one . I went to the security explain the situation and got attitude and no entry?! Ask to speak to manager got the police called on me ?! There’s Immature , power-hungry , no people skills people working The door . No worries we went to two other clubs that treated us with respect.
Came with besties and look - yes its over crowded. Yes theres a pack a douche bags there. Yes the drinks are pricey. But get on the guest list, have a drink and move on if you dont like it. Im not really a clubbing person anymore but I had a laugh and some fun for a couple of hours. Highlights were the gogo dancers! Really fantastic!
It was worst club I ever seen honestly, especially they oversold steve aoki (probably all other djs too) and you couldnt move anywhere. Not mentioning you dont even see anyrhing unless you have bottle service and even if you have it, it feels trashy anyway, dont recommend
Horrible experience at this club. We arrived on a guest list and some of my party were denied entry because of the sandals she was wearing and outfit . But other races inside under dressed. White bald head security guard extremely rude with escorting her out of line. The Music inside sucked, no variety. Racist club! Zero stars! Go to light night club
Short wait 2 get inside but its worthwhile. Women were beautiful, the DJ was terrific with the smoke machine & light show. Only downside is the high priced drinks. One tequila & ginger ale was $20.
Having been to a multitude of clubs in Las Vegas & usually hanging at omnia or hakkasan I was excited to try something new. I was to see Steve aoki off the invite from a friend. We arrived at 10:30 and the entire lobby was filled to the brim. Normally despite a massive influx of people clubs will normally still have a respectable flow and degree of organization. This club is a disgrace to the strip it resides upon. After over two and a half hours we still had not even been IDd. The guest list which previously was supposed to be free was raised to 65 and to purchase tickets had been raised to 150. I spoke with several staff members who appeared inadequately trained on crowd control or customer service. I am disappointed with this facility & have nothing positive to say. I will never return, hopefully other disappointed customers will reflect their negative experiences here and allow more public insight as to the unfortunate degree of management within this entertainment facility.
Don’t go ! Go anywhere but hereTrust … even if it’s a Monday and it’s the only thing openDon’t go
WORST CLUB IN LAS VEGAS .. they charged me 200 dollars 100 dollar each. For me and my friend .. they told me no hats but they let someone get in with a cowboy head. They told me no sweatpants( This one was from gucci) I went all the way back home came back with jeans .. they didn’t want to let me in because it has holes in it … they play hiphop music but you can’t get in with fashion styles from the last 2 years .. JEWEL CLUB is the worst !
Packed behind packed, it was awful. Dance-Floor is tiny, complete waste of time. Stay away, many better options elsewhere.
If you are in Vegas, Jewel is your last resort. Bouncers are horrendous, Brought a film camera in and argued about it and the bouncers just told us to leave. Avoid this place at ALL costs.
Smallest and most overcrowded dance floor Ive ever seen in my life. The bouncer wouldnt stop pushing up against us when we were on the dance floor to protect VIP tables, who in turn couldnt see anything past the bouncer. Will never go back.
Went to Steve Aoki Monday night Jul 3, our very first nightclub experience in Las Vegas. My boyfriend and I were very well aware of the high alcohol prices since just at our hotel pool a beer was $15, we expected it at the club. I purchased tickets far in advance because I like to be prepared. We got to the lines at Aria about 10ish and the line without a ticket was huuuge. And with a ticket, we got into the club well before everyone else. We were able to snag a spot on the top balcony area where we could watch everything and see Steve Aoki perfectly. I think everything went smoothly, only suggestion would be to have more chairs or seating throughout the club. It gets very tiring standing, especially with a dress code and not being able to wear my comfy sneakers. All in all, I thought it was awesome!! I will absolutely come back someday to see Steve Aoki again. It was pretty crowded, small dance floor but since we were on the balcony, it didnt phase us at all.I would also like to add a big thank you to whoever K.J is as they were super responsive and helpful with any and all questions I had!
Careful with your cards here, if youre not tipping well for the overpriced drinks one of the filthy bartenders will try to snatch your cards if youre not paying attention. Wont ever be spending money here or the resort again and will be letting friends know in the future.
Don’t waste your time or money! Rude bartenders, security personnel, and over-priced drinks. Wait in line and check in is more painful than airport check in. It wouldn’t hurt for the greeting staff to smile..after all, you’re in Vegas and trying to have a good time, right? If could choose “0” Stars, that would satisfy their overall rating. Also NEVER BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE because you will be in the same line as the free guest list and other patrons.
It was ok the drinks were cheaps and the music was good definitely not a first choice to go but when the night get going and you just wanna dance and drink it’s a good place
My friends and I went to Hakkasan the night before we went here, and the crowd was a bit better at Hakkasan, but Jewel had a few things that made the night very special. We were able to get a table for free which was awesome! The server was very attentive. Also, there were some awesome dancers on stage.
It could have been a good night but turned out to actually be our worsted in Vegas. All the vip section obscures the view of everyone else. Someone who obviously usually works there but was on a night out, didnt like the look of us so got 2 chucked out for no reason. Far better night clubs in Vegas, dont wast your money
The place was nice inside. But there was a man in the woman’s bathroom and it was very unsettling. I did not expect this to be excepted in such a nice venue. The bathroom staff did not kick him out until patrons expressed concern.
The club is new and exciting. The place was packed so it was hard to dance. I did like how they only allowed so many people on the main floor. Once I figured out how to move around the club we were able to find a good spot to see the great light show.
This place was a disaster on Nye, the venue was oversold by 3 times, it was so over crowded and the patrons were so unruly we had to leave almost immediately after arriving, the bar is joke with over priced very watered down alcohol, I had an open bar all night and was only able to get 1 drink because it was so over crowded. I blame the promoters and the venue management for the nye debacle. I am a noir card holder and had a private booth and the security was allowing random people enter my vip booth. I am a regular at all the MGM Casinos, nightclubs, and restaraunts and very rarely have anything negative to say about them, but this was about the biggest cluster F*** Ive ever witnessed by an MGM Casino nightclub like Jewel. We will never be returning there again. Waste of time and money.
Poppin on a Monday night. Also the staff was great!
If you don’t mind waiting the entire night for a drink this is your place. Under staffed.... I came for a fancy private event. Due to it being a private event knowing thousands would be attending it was still understaffed. I waited 30 min and gave up. That’s crazy. We left and decided to go up to the hotel lounge where we were served promptly and had room to breath.
This venue is sub par. Two things really annoyed me: it was really difficult to get on the regular dance floor because the bouncers regulate how many can go. But the problem is that they let too many people into the club to begin with. They also wont give you tap water at the bar. They try to make you buy 10 dollar bottles instead, which is ridiculous in my mind.
Horrible. Dont waste your time and money. We had our name on the list, ended up waiting in line for several hours, by the time we got in my feet were completely blistered (which takes away from having a good time anyways). We got to the front of the line with our group we came with, and they cut my boyfriend and I off from our friends and made us wait an additional 45 min being separated from them, although we told them several times we were with them, they didnt care at all and we completely lost our group. Once we got to the the front of the line they tell us we were supposed to have some sort of slip, disregarding the fact that we had already been stamped (and we told them that several times) the manager comes by and we tell him the situation and he lets us in immediately and apologizes. Turns out we werent supposed to be waiting in the line (which we already knew and no one would listen) and we waisted our night waiting for no reason. Once inside, the music was basic at best, just a typical repetitive dj beat that you can hear on the radio, and we ended up leaving 10 min after entering because it was so crowded you can barely move, and everyone was just standing around looking at each other, not even dancing. By far the worst experience in Vegas.
Love the ambiance and set up of the club. Pricey drinks and long lines tho so plan accordingly, even with vip list. Mixed crowd but mostly hip hop music - heads up. Will visit again when im in vegas
Worst club in vegas. Does not deliver on advertised talent. Threatened with removal from property when brought up concerns. Club management does not care about guests, customers or what was orginally promised prior to entry. Avoid at all costs
Hours listed on google and the main website said open and it was closed. Management needs to actually manage their property or else customers will never come back… like me.
So after all I read here, I decided to try to see by myself. Sorry to say that but its true.. the drinks are very expensive, you have to wait long long time. But the worse is the dancefloor, I have never seen a place so little to dance. The people jump on you and if you are like me you want to fight with everybody because you receive some beer or an arm on you.
Got a table for NYE. They opened my vueve without asking and it was before midnight. Ridiculous. And they took all the caps off the bottles leaving room for the alc to evaporate. Just really unorganized in general. But I guess that’s what you get for going to such a cheap club.Leaving 2 stars because the live music was decent even though it didn’t come on till 2 am...
We didnt have to pay cover as we were staying at the hotel; therefore, i am super happy that we didnt have to pay for this waste of a club. We left after 10 mins and went to Marquis at Cosmopolitan instead.
Avoid this place. Small dance floor full or people not dancing. Too many bouncers that just get in the way. The music was also not very good. We left after 30 min, as did many others that came in around the same time we did. Surprising that such a big hotel has such a small club. Very disappointing.
My group of friends and I were incredibly excited to be in Las Vegas and see chainsmokers live. But when we got there it was nothing but disappointment. The chainsmokers didnt come on until 2 am and we had spent the last 3 hours just trying to get through to the concert floor. By about 2:30 we all ended up just leaving because it was totally pointless. The venue is not big enough for that kind of concert and they majorly over sold tickets just to make money resulting in a lot of people being ripped off If I go back to vegas I will not be stopping here.
The admission staff were rude. Saw a fight with glass being broken. Alcohol is extremely expensive. Wouldnt go back
We were waiting in the guest list line for 2 hours and just short before the entry at around 11:45pm they started charging 65$. The host Brandon told us that it will be free entry with the guest list until 1am. We wanted to buy the tickets for 30$, but because of the host we didnt.
The place was overcrowded and the security was very pushy. You couldnt even move on the dance floor so people could barely dance. I had hearing protection in but felt very sorry for those who didnt. Not worth the money or the $15 drinks.
Love the intimacy of this space, much more refined than the old Haze and I like that the DJs/performances are both EDM and Open Format. Table line is a breeze and while my host was occupied, another stepped right up and took great care of us. Ive made 3 trips here since it opened and never had anything but a flawless experience.
I had a good time till the security guards wanted to kick me out for no reason at all!!! I guess smoking a cigarette in a club that has ashtrays will do that!! I have bruises all over my body from being man handle as Im asking them what I did!? Ive never been treated so bad. I didnt deserve it at all.
Me and my boyfriend showed up at 10:15PM and waited in line for 2 hours to get in (on the guest list) for Tyga. We left at 2AM because the DJ was just alright and Tyga still had not performed yet. Paid $35 for a beer and a vodka cranberry.
I didn’t mind the expensive drinks or the mandatory coat check but when the security took my cbd oil cartridge and threatened to call the police but instead took it away and let me keep the battery. Shorter white gentlemen who handles the line was power tripping threatening to call metro police on multiple people waiting on line for other trivial reasons. Why the heck would Vegas make recreational marijuana legal for security to steal my cartridge. Never coming back, may never even gamble in the Aria again.
So they turned me and my date away, even tho I had real pre-sale tickets and bottle service, because I was wearing all black nikes. I ask the door man where on there web cite does it say that and all it says is dress shoe so then as I talk to his co worker the door man lets in a guy in a polo and boat shoes, a guy in a cream sure with white sneakers on, and a guy in light up shoes in..... So how are my dress shoes no allowed in but light up shoes and polos are when the web cite says no lights and only button ups?Never coming back
This place with judge u. If u got money and have tattoos they might judge u say u r throwing up gang signs when dancing and having a good time. Spend 500$ and got kick out smh. Was Jst getting started too. Trash
I was comped and skipped line with free drinks because of a previous negative experience i give 3 stars for that. basic, lab ass, top 40 dj, Faed. They kicked us all off the top floor at 1 am. Prolly bc of the basic dj first floor is still packed. No need to shut down balcony. Cookie cutter club.
To start, Victor in security was very unprofessional and disrespectful to our group. The club itself is a dirty environment, empty bottles, tipped glasses, etc. Music was horrible; could hear people complaining about how weak it was. Asked the Aria front desk why this nightclub was honestly so bad compared to the area and even the Aria hotel in general, and they said that Jewel Nightclub is technically not a part of Aria, and is operated independently. Save yourself the time, aggravation, and disappointment and go to any other night club in the area.
I was on the Guest list to enter the club, they checked my ID and let me pass. As Im walking in another guy comes takes my ID and is trying to keep it from me. Said I needed some other form of ID or passport to verify its MY ID to enter the club?!?
I honestly didn’t want to go here because of all the bad reviews posted here but I still Went. We arrived about 11pm we were only in line for about 3min till we entered . It was a blast !! We had the best night here ! Steve Aoki put on a good show!
Bought a 40 dollar ticket to sit through 3 hours of terrible dubstep to only see the featured artist, Anderson.Paak, for 30 minutes.Paak was great, but Jewel should really advertise their artist better with times they are performing.Very disappointing
Popn vibe but staff are trash.
Couldn’t find a dress code anywhere on website but then got turned away for not meeting the dress code. How were we supposed to know the dress code without being told??
The place is a scam with an exorbitant cover charge, and overpriced drinks. ($13 beers $45 cocktails.) Secondly the DJ with their sporadic selection of music doesn’t let anyone “turn up.”The “dance floor” can’t be any bigger than 70x30 which has people crammed like a bag of goldfish snacks.
Denied entry for wearing sandals. Changed into my dress shoes. I was still denied access to a club within our hotel. Weak security detail and poor service. Avoid this side show!
If I could give 0 star I will , this is the worst night club ever , security was terrible!!My friends and I decided to go to this nightclub because they have promo for ladies but we got kick out after n they said because we looked too drunk!!! . I havent touch any alcohol. 🙄🙄and one of my friend have to take her contact lens out ,its non sense!I wont go back that night club again!!! 👎🏻👎🏻
Hahahahahahaha, $12 for a water and they refuse to serve tap water.... hahahahaahhaha. Encouraging alcohol poisoning is the definition of capitalism greed and deserves a one star. And I even love capitalism, but this is ridiculous. That being said, this review won’t make a dent in the people going to a Vegas club....
Scam.... Got to front of line up and the doorman wanted massive cover even tho we were on guest list..... And then next kick to the nuts they wanted cover to go on the dance floor which I have never seen before.... Go elsewhere unless Ur leg broke and u cant cross the street
