This place is actually a really nice smoke shop. They have a lot more inventory in there than I expected them to have. It was very clean and very well organized. The employees were all very nice, friendly and extremely helpful as well.

Alma is the bomb - she knows her glass. High quality, thick bowls that stand up to use. Bought one of my fave bongs here - its my goto after 10 since they’re open till midnight every night.

Jds smoke and vape shop has brands that are unique and of quality. Customer service was outstanding, memorable and quick. Great job.

I wish I could have the experience of shopping at JD’s smoke and vape but upon my arrival I found a note on the door that said text me to see where I’m at be back at 7:15. Well it’s 730 now and I see no employee coming back. The note on the door is hilarious, it says text me to see where I’m at. I guess this is some sort of where’s Waldo treasure hunt. This is a ridiculous way to run a business and I can assure you that I will not come back. I hope whoever owns this store realizes that his employees literally leave the business unattended during business hours

It’s open until 12 which always works good and people working are respectful and helping

Do not go here! THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND on PRODUCTS THAT ARE FAULTY. Employee didnt mention that last night on the 3rd. CAME Came today and had an awful boss tell me that sales are final. Told them the torch is not good and can barely produce a flame. Still no refund after explaining it to them.Edit: Wow, after seeing these reviews, no wonder the owner doesnt give a damn. The three stooges could run this place while doing a bit. I should mention that the employee had disgusting grills for teeth, rude when i asked for a refund. Obvs didnt brush enough and lost some brain cells to that tabbaky. Consider an employee who actually gives a damn. Make it a 1/100th of a star, not even meant to give one.

Today I went into the store and I was greeted by the cutest, bubbliest, most enthusiastic young lady. I do not remember the last time I’ve had such amazing customer service! Its employees like this that really make a business shine and she just was above and beyond wonderful! I had a great conversation with her and because of her I won’t go anywhere else, she was working around noon today, so if you’re her boss you should probably give her a raise is she’s amazing!

The man working was quite rude when I was asking questions about what vape pen to purchase. Love my new pen but dissatisfied with the poor customer service and the lack of communication skills that I dealt with. No one else was in the store and I just wanted to know what pen people usually like to purchase. Pretty basic question and I could barely be given the time of day. Am looking for a new favorite smoke shop now who will actually appreciate a repeat and paying customer.

Dont come here just now asked for a refund for an e liquid that I bought from them lady said they dont do refunds on e liquid cuz basically they dont know if I tampered with it but the bottle was already tampered when I bought it..never used it still waiting on my vape kit in the mail I just wanted a refund cuz I didnt like the smell of it...and it was overpriced 25$ for 60ml yall trippen foreal played me once wont play me again have a blessed day tho..Ps and all their flavored e liquid dont have nicotine in it..

The young lady in here drew me in from the start....high energy and good positive attitude. We were cracking up while she was schooling me on the options available on smoke paraphernalia. Was able to purchase several items. Great customer service and welcoming face! Thanks for your help no name counter lady. 😃

Ive been going here for years and just recently a few months ago they hired a new worker, I usto love this shop but this black American clerk k is extremely rude, he treats people trable when he had to do his job and know nothing about the products , he dident know the difference between a glass and porcelain nails and when we got to the bongs he was even more rude when asking prices so we just decided to leave which was unfortunate cuz we both had pockets full of cash and wanted to buy, so my friends girl made a comment when he complained about us leaving an she replied cuz he said how extreme rude about everything like it wasent just one person, we all felt disrespected, so he banned me the the guy who wasent trying to fight cuy I guess I hurt his feelings but I just laughed and told him I would never shop here again with u working here anyway, please owner fix thià and get better staff, cuy Ive read other comments and there all talking about moving to a place that respects their buyers and know the products

I REALLY REALLY used to LOVE going here. I was constantly telling people how awesome not only the selection was but how the customer was on point. HOWEVER..... the last couple times I went in customer service was just TERRIBLE!!!! Im not sure if it was the same worker Each time or not.... First I was not greeted when I walked in the door even after I said hello I was still not givin a response.... It wasnt until much later I was even somewhat acknowledged.... Every question that I asked I not only got an answer but attitude.... Then I was rushed out the doorLOVE THIS PLACE!!! They are open later than most others..... Probably have anything you can think of needing.... Employees are chill and dont overly hover (which is nice because I hate going somewhere and feeling like Im doing something wrong).... But when you decided what you want the staff is quick to help get the products..... Also prices are average I would say

My favorite place to get vapes! Alma is so knowledgeable and great at what she does! Answers all my questions and makes suggestions that cater to my needs! Malik is also flawless at his job! Always welcoming and eager to help. Very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. He always makes me feel welcome and always gives me his honest opinions on products he thinks I will like and/or dislike. Please recognize these great employees for all they do to keep me coming back into this shop! Theyre the reasons I come here.

Ive only been to this store a few times and Everytime I ask myself why??? The girls there r rude they dont smile or greet you when you walk in. This last time I went is because of the hours and the convince of location. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. For one the open sign was on but no one there. I sat for 20 mins til the girl pulled up. I guess she had to go get herself a coffee. And the whole time I was in there she did the transaction for me but she was so wrapped up in mixing her coffee it was like I wasnt even there. I know when I had a job I didnt go open my business then leave to get a coffee I got the coffee before hand or it had to wait. I saw 3 other people go the door and look in and just leave. I think the owner needs to reevaluate his workers and get rid of the rudeness. It would prob get better business if they at least pretend to like their job.

Have been in here a dozen times over the last 2 months with both good service and borderline horrible service. Ive spent hundreds because of how close it is. Yes the lady can be very rude, and I can see how they can lose customers. The dark skin dudes cool and helps out best he can Id give it 2 out of 5 they could have alot more disposable vape selection and give more customers the selection and service they are looking for.

I used to actually like the store, nice and close. Was actually trying different flavors because stock was getting low. But after tonight I will never go back. The girl was so rude and unwilling to help and this has not been this first time dealing with her and her “ why are you bothering me” attitude. I will not be back - poor customer service and selection is horrible for vape.

The best things in this store for myself at JDs smoke and Vape are all the different incenses they have here soI come here to buy those for my home they have alot of different choices and they smell so fabulous too I really like them I use them in my room where I live... El Camino Ave 95821

Wow I have not smoked in over 20years, to prelude this review. The girl was super helpful as I was shopping for gifts, and even tried finding a special gift bag for me. She helped me so much I got the perfect gifts! Wish their items were marked showing the prices so I didnt have to ask so many times.

This store had excellent customer service with good knowledge. The pricing on their product was a little on the high end.

I go here for vape coils and juice mostly. The salespeople are all very nice and laid-back and they have a decent selection of juice. But my favorite thing about this place is the clearance juice shelf-3 bottles for $25!

The store has a huge selection of whatever you could possibly be into. All the employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They get you in and out and the prices are comparable or better than other places.

Only friendly place that carries the Clipper Blues I like. Nice, clean, well lit shop, easy access. AND just happens to be close to my home! A note to people who vape, there are NO reliable vape pipes. Ive tried EVERY mfg. & they ALL break within 2 months, so i went back to cigarettes. So HAH!! 😂

Nice place for goods. Clean. Good music playing. Friendly staff that will help you find what you want. I would go back next I need something in that area.

I have tried to call this vape shop on multiple occasions and I dont know if its a cell phone or if this phone is ringing in the store but no one ever answers the phone even during business hours it just rings and rings time and time again no matter what month it is or what day it is its very frustrating.

Literally every time I come here it’s closed. It says online they’re open and I’m showing up at 2 PM and then another day at 7 PM. Please at least leave a sign up if you’re going to leave your business. Open sign is lit up too

Great selection even better on the pricing definitely fair pricing. They do stand behind their products. Dre was super helpful today and I left really happy happy customer.

Been here 2 times now and there’s never anyone actually here to manage it or keep the doors open for customers. All open signs on . Lights everything . Sadly no cars in lot ever for a reason . A little advice would be to fire whoever is sleeping in the back and hire someone who can open the store when the lights are on In the middle of the afternoon . Won’t be back to waste any more time .

The pm chick is so rude. Like the worst customer service ive ever had. Me and everyone i know will never do service with this place again!!! I called her and she was extremely rude and talking over me when i just had questions. I was coming in to spend a lot for my sons bday present. Their loss another places gain!

Do NOT go to this place. I live around the corner, I noticed they were open later than usual one day and stopped in to buy some wraps, the cashier SCREAMED at me, and hurled insults, and profanity for me to Get out. Even though the open sign was ON and the door was UNLOCKED. I have NEVER been treated so poorly, and I will tell everyone I possibly can to avoid this place.

I literally cant live closer. The view to my house is this store, and I made that clear that I would prefer to buy all my smoke and tobacco products from them, so I could shop local and support our area. Not once have they even tried to order the brand I buy even though they do stock it. I order from a smoke shop in Rocklin in bulk every two weeks, but this store said TWO packs of Swishers per customer only, which is ridiculous, AND they wont stock it even though I have mentioned i would prefer to only shop with them to keep it local. AND after telling me no all these times. I walked in yesterday, and held the door for the lady behind me, they refused to serve me, to buy a single pack as they were closing but helped the lady ahead of me, who also bought one pack. I walked there, I had to get them from the gas station in 90 degree weather to avoid two seconds to hand me a pack of my smokes. Wth? Its like they dont want business. I buy at least $30-50 worth of product twice a month and they cant take that money?? Well they wont be getting any more of my business. Hopefully someone helpful to the community gets put there.

Good products a few have defects but the prices are way below the other Ive literally got water pieces that are twice the price elsewhere the Manager is awesome and friendly as well

Im all for generosity with start, but I cant beleive how bad the customer service just was. I love to help local business but I was just treated like I was stupid because I dont know vape terms. I was all set to spend a decent amount of money and because of poor customer service these guys just lost my bsuiness.

I when in today at 9am the guy who open the store was an a bad mood so i ask for a pacha mama juice and i came to this store maybe 2 times a week and i allways pay 20 dollars for it and now he try to sell it to me for 29.99 cash so i told the the i allways pay 20 bucks for it so he to me to leave if not he was going to call the cops for no reason i will like to speak to the owner or the manager about this

Went in there just once, Two guys were helping out one guy talking and what not , didnt want to be rude, looked around for a Koo minute, felt like I was a ghost in there, never ever ever ever ever ever go there, if you want better service go to a cemetery at night, this place doesnt even deserve half a star, way over priced, people keep going there because of the convenience, they dont know any better, Tonic vape shop is where its at

Rude staff, decent selection, also extremely overpriced the same vape that is sold down the street for 15.99$ + tax is 30$ flat here.
