My friend raves about this place to me since I work a lot she said it’s the most calming experience and she was so right!! She got me a gift card so I decided to get my lashes tinted and lifted. Emily made my experience amazing! I felt so calm, happy and rejuvenated after! Aside from the amazing service and clean environment she also has some serious skills! Since I have never done something like this before she asked some questions and figured out exactly what I had wanted even though I didn’t know how to explain it very well. Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend and 100% will be back again!

Always a great experience here! I’ve had a few facials with Emily and she is always lovely and great at what she does. I’ve been struggling with my skincare during pregnancy and she suggested a few pregnancy safe products for me and they are already working wonders!

Was in town visiting and had the most amazing experience here. When I return I will be sure to make my way here for my eyebrows.

I received a lash lift and tint from McKenzie and it turned out perfectly! I have had lifts before in the past from different people where my eyelashes looked a little disheveled and went in different directions but these seriously look like extensions. OBSESSED!

Alex did an awesome job on my brows and lash lift. I actually fell asleep on her table I was so relaxed and she was so gentle. Ive had other people for services and theyve all been professional & kind and done a wonderful job. The whole salon gets my 5star review :)

I got my first brow lamination at Anne Bonny’s yesterday. It was a great experience and I’m obsessed with the results. Eden was patient and really informative, walking me through every step and giving me a tutorial on styling my brows. I’ve already recommended to several friends and will definitely return!

Alex was great! I just saw her for my first ever lash lift and tint and it turned out phenomenal. She was very relaxing throughout the process and explained all of the steps. Cant wait to go back and see her again!

I’ve gone twice, they charge you for an hour and a half fill… and do 45 minute fills. Either charge for 45 minutes, or do an hour and a half fill… my lashes are still sparse when I leave, very lazy work. Go somewhere that cares about doing a good job, not rushing and overcharging. I’ve never left a review, but it’s happened twice and I’m very disappointed in what I’m paying for and what I get….

In June 2020, I got the worst threading done at this location; it was a bad experience. A previous employee did it really painfully and I left with so much scabbing under my eyebrows. Ive been getting threading done on my eyebrows for the past 8 years at several different locations across the United States, but I’ve never experienced this much pain and scabbing.The facility was nice and clean, and Im sure they do many other services well! Recently, they contacted me asking to take down/revise this review. They have a new, experienced lady that does eyebrow threading. I personally haven’t gone to her, but I think that’s important to share.In complete honesty, if you want a good eyebrow threading place, you should go to Luxe Eyebrows in the Citadel Mall. Obviously, it isn’t a nice boutique, but the owner is so good, has so much attention to detail, and it’s quick. That’s just my experience after coming to Charleston and hopping around places. I’ve been to her 3+ times now and she doesn’t miss.

I had a lash lift and tint with Laura yesterday and I love the results! My lashes are beautiful and I had absolutely no negative side effects from the treatment. Laura did a great job both with the technical aspect and with explaining the process as she went along.I also am really impressed with the the owner Chrissy. I was nervous about getting this done (thanks internet) but she spent 15 minutes on the phone talking to me about it before my appointment, then more once I got there.I definitely recommend this business for lash work and waxing.

Ive been here twice to see Laura in preparation for my wedding (it was recommended I get lash extensions a few weeks ahead of time and a fill right before the event to see if I liked them and to make adjustments to the style if needed). I couldnt be happier! I got a partial set the first time and scheduled a lash tint for my lower lashes along with my fill for my second visit. Such a relaxing atmosphere, Im pretty sure I accidentally snored at her because I dozed off!

Got my first facial with McKenzie! She was amazing! Was very informative and gentle. Also adds a very nice massage to the shoulders, neck and arms. Makes you feel very relaxed and pampered! And my skin feels amazing! I will definitely be going back to see her!!

I wish this place was by me. I was visiting from NY to Charleston for vacation coming out of the quarantine and made an appointment so I could finally get my eyebrows done. I didn’t think they’d come out the way I normally like them to but they did, and ten times better than I expected. I booked with Laura for threading after seeing her work online and she did such an amazing job, I was already getting compliments. The space is clean and so pretty.

Today was my first visit with Anne Bonnys. I had my eyebrows threaded by Jen. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a wonderful job of creating something very similar to the picture I showed her. She was very honest and really took her time with my brows, which I loved!! Great service for a great price!! I will definitely be going back. Thanks so much Jen! I love my brows!

I highly reccomend this place and Laura. The space is kept so clean and is nicely decorated. I got a lash lift and tint, and it looks fabulous. I honestly did not think it was going to work because I have such stubby small eyelashes. However, they look amazing. I feel so confident. Laura was so sweet and such a great conversationalist. I cannot reccommend her enough!!

Olivia is so talented!! She loves what she does and that passion comes through with her work. It’s a small thing but she is literally the only aesthetician in this city that hasn’t ruined my eyebrows. She communicates and makes sure you are happy with your service. Also, prices are reasonable and in such a cute little places tucked away in Avondale. Go see her ASAP

I booked a first appointment last week for Friday. I woke up Friday with a high fever. I was not able to cancel online but followed the cancellation directions and called the phone number provided to explain why I had to cancel. A phone number was provided for text messages as well so I sent a message to that number. When I rescheduled for this week, once I was well, after my appointment I was told that I was being charged an extra fee (50% of my previously cancelled service) since I had to reschedule. Even though this was due to an illness and I notified them beforehand? There was no flexibility. If thats their cancellation policy then I choose to take my business elsewhere. Im a small business owner and dont understand how another small business can keep a policy lacking in the flexibility to handle clients unexpected life situations, like illness.Update: After posting this review, the owner contacted me and kindly apologized and refunded the extra fee I was charged so Ive updated my review. What I didnt include in my original review is that I found the service I received to be just ok, doubtful Ill be a return customer.

I would give Anne Bonnys 10,000 stars if I could. I had a small issue, called them up and they got me back in, at no cost and without questioning me once to fix it. The quality of their work is exceptional and their customer service stands far superior to anyone else. I will be returning here as long as I continue to need the services they offer because of this. I must of been quite annoying and yet I was never made to feel that way once. Thank you to McKenzie and Nina who are exceptional lash technicians (among many other things.) Yall will have my buisness forever! I would also like to thank the receptionist for putting up with me and making me feel more than welcome.You guys stand alone with the level of professionalism and communication you offer. Endless thanks!

Love coming to Anne Bonnys for facials, massages, threading, and lash lifts/tint. Ive had nothing but amazing experiences every time. The ladies there are truly awesome and I wont go anywhere else. Their pricing is also super reasonable! Best spa in Charleston.

After moving back to Charleston from North Carolina, I was worried I wouldnt be able to find anyone to thread my eyebrows. I have been going to Jen for over 3 years and have been very happy with her! Shes very nice, and squeezes me in if she can when Im on a tight time line! I would highly recommend.

This was the first time I had any sort of message/spa/skin work done, and I was very nervous at first. I ended up doing a facial just to start, and it was amazing! The staff were very friendly and sweet, and it was honestly a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has never experienced this, or even to those who have. I loved it!

I’ve been to see Codi twice now for a chemical peel and microdermabrasion. I’ve loved both experiences. It’s super chill and she’s awesome with communication. It’s a calm environment and I look forward to going. I’ve never done either, so she makes a new experience a great one!

So I was lucky. When I first wanted eyelash extensions I was directed here...and only here. 18 months later I know why. Forget that these gals are fabulous. Let’s focus on what can happen elsewhere...Here is the bottom line. I told my friend that if she was not careful and did not get her eyelashes done by a meticulous team...yes. I was disturbed when her lashes lasted 4 weeks. They shouldn’t. She had them done at a seemingly reputable salon...and the end result was that her lashes fell out. Most of them. And that is a done deal, they don’t typically regrow. EVER.Sooo manY people advertising this service. So few are qualified to do it properly. I will never leave this salon. When my lash extensions fall off I still have thick lovely natural lashes.A++++ ABS

Best price for Lash Extensions & Service couldnt have been better. Chrissy spent extra care to make sure they were perfect. I love this area, Avondale reminds me of Los Feliz.

Bonny’s is very convenient. I can stop in and have my brows waxed, along with anything else on my face that needs waxing. Also, they have online scheduling which is a major plus, if you are trying to fit it into a busy schedule. You can just check all of the days instead of staying on the phone for a long time.

I had a great experience with Laura! She interpreted exactly what I wanted and brought new life to my eyebrows. I highly recommend Laura for eyebrow threading and tinting.

Came into town to visit family and Got a lash extension from Laura which looks absolutely phenomenal and a reflexology massage from Marisa which was the best one I have ever had!! Wish I could take them back home with me!! Will def come every time I’m in town!!

Do not go to this place they are very unprofessional had me drive 40moms from Summerville to tell me to that they can’t do it cause they are going to need more time mind you I send a picture of my eyelashes the nite b4 to make sure I didn’t need more time and the quality sucks they were falling out the first 48hours please find another place to go this one SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Been going here for years. Its been great even with the change in ownership. Standards are on point, and I always come out looking and feeling great!!

Disappointed in this place, they promised sugaring it was not it was done with strips... They were super rude and almost scared me off the phone with their bad etiquette. When I asked about double dipping they seemed startled. I am not going to be back.
