Illusions The Drag Queen Show

I felt completely ripped off with this show. I’ve been to quite a few drag shows, but this was the most low budget ordeal I have ever been in. The location was changed for whatever reason so it was in a small room in a bar. We had to sit on hard metal chairs. The drag queens were coming out of what seemed to be a broom closet or kitchen, I’m not exactly sure what it was. To make matters worse the show started almost 15mins late and ended 10mins early and there was only three drag queens. That’s not a show. I definitely felt conned.

The one in Charlotte is a fraud especially if you purchase the VIP Package, the add on cake. A person from the place CALLED me and asked if I wanted the cake to say “happy birthday” on it. Now that I reported them to the BBB now they don’t put things on the cake. They made up so many false accusations to not refund me it’s ridiculous. I’m just so upset because I wanted to give my aunt an awesome 60th birthday celebration. BE AWARE THERE’S NO VIP TREATMENT OR TABLE it’s a PICNIC TABLE!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this drag Queen show.1. I paid $700 for a VIP table for 6 and the Princess package for my wife’s birthday. NOT WORTH IT! The venue did move to club Scorpio, not sure if this had anything to do with how this event went! That being said, they sat us at a plain white DIRTY table with no table cloth and weak chairs. The VIP table was at the back of the club instead of the front near the stage.2. A bug and several other particles was floating around in my wife’s drink. The bartender apologized and got us another one. I’m assuming they don’t clean their ice machine like they should. And there was only ONE bartender for about 80 folks.3. NO DJ, they were playing music from Spotify off of their phones!!!! Complete NO-GO!4. I honestly believe the drag Queen show was a coverup for the male strip show that followed. The Drag Queen show lasted for LESS than an hour. But the male show actually put on a great performance and they weren’t top tier.5. Very disappointing, we love Drag shows and this was very upsetting to pay that much for maybe an hour show. These were the top issues we had that night but I will not be returning.6. Almost forgot, they advertise dinner, NO FOOD AVAILABLE! We didn’t eat based off the advertisement (bought my tickets off of eventbrite) and we ended up being hungry and just drinking liquor.

Great show!! I organized a bachelorette and took the girls here, everyone has such a good time!! The Queens were gorgeous, funny, and so so talented! I will definitely be returning as they informed us they switch up the celebs each show. Highly recommend.

While in Charlotte this past weekend with the girls we were looking to celebrate a birthday party and do something out of the ordinary, we came across this celebrity impersonation drag queen dinner Show and decided to attend. What an amazing idea! This celebrity impersonation show was awesome. The food was great and the impersonations were outstanding. This was one of the best drag Queen shows Ive ever seen.

Started out fantastic with VIP table (VERY EXPENSIVE AND I MEAN RENT EXPENSIVE) right up front for a bachelorette party at the Charlotte location. The drag queens were fabulous!! But.. the drag show ended after 45 mins when the tickets said 3 hours. As soon as it ended, we were asked to leave our VIP table because someone else booked it for the “muscle men” show. We were NOT informed that there was a strip show about to happen and they told us we had no choice but to leave the table which was extremely expensive to begin with. Paid all that money for 45 min drag..disappointed and a rip off. And drinks were WAY over priced..$14 for a vodka cranberry in a tiny 6 oz plastic cup. Absolutely crazy. The place it was held at was unorganized and outdated. As I said, we loved the drag, until it ended and the mediocre/terrible strippers came out and our table was taken from us. The bride said she had a good time overall, but we were highly disappointed in the fact that they ripped us off and said “oh well”

We took my friend to this show for a birthday/bachelorette party and it’s by far been my favorite drag show I’ve ever been to. Jeff was fantastic and hilarious. He did everything he could to ensure we had a great time last night and all of the queens were beyond perfect. The energy in this place is amazing! Thanks so much to Jeff and the Chasers crew for making last night unforgettable. I look forward to going back

This establishment is a definite con. Do not waste your time or money especially for the VIP treatment it’s dark and dirty and mirror are cracked and not clean and bathroom is disgusting. The show was horrible with the entertainment lower than amateurs And when reaching out after receiving your payment they don’t respond. I would have giving no stars if I could

We took our daughter here to celebrate her 18th birthday. The evening exceeded any and all expectations. The performers were incredible, the customer service was top-notch. We danced, we laughed, we left with so many wonderful memories. The team went above and beyond to create an exceptional evening and show!

Me and my girl went to go see this drag queen dinner show in Charlotte and it was absolutely phenomenal. The drag queens did such great impersonations that you would not be able to tell whether they were real or not. My girlfriend absolutely love the drag show. I’ve never seen a drag queen show before, but this was amazing and I would go back again.

I went with my sister and her friends to this show for her birthday, and omg it was sooo good! Ive seen plenty of drag shows before, some good and some bad, but this one had me laughing my a$$ off! Plus in this show, the girls do impersonations of all the favorite divas out there. Seriously, good stuff. The food they had there was tastey too, which is a change from other drag shows Ive been too. Ive already told my friends about it and we plan to go see it again soon. This show is going to be big, just you wait and see.

Came for my cousins bachelorette party last Saturday, had a blast. So entertaining, Tina Turner was my favorite. All the ladies did so well!! Definitely will be back!!!

Went to the show today and no one showed all doors locked. Wasnt even notified show was cancelled. We did get a good laugh at the stray cat living in the parking lot seeing how us and him were the only ones there.

This was the first drag show I had ever been too. We were there for my friends bachelorette party. It was an amazing experience and I will be back again and again!

Had the best time, Skylar was amazing, Alex was the best MC ever, the Queens were wonderful, and the show was a blast!

What an amazing show. Everyone was so entertaining and fun. I love how they all really interacted with the crowd and made everyone feels welcome. I will absolutely come back to another show.

My friend and I bought tickets for dinner and show. Needless to say it was just a show. No dinner. And it was mediocre at best. Ugh so disappointed.
