Elements Massage West Ashley

The receptionist Danielle was very welcoming and made it easy for me to make an appointment over the phone. My massage therapist, Cheyenne, did an excellent job, applied the perfect amount of pressure for me from the start and was knowledgeable in her technique and providing me with home care advice. I wish the lobby was just a touch darker because it is a stark contrast coming from the dark room and hallway in the back, but I have no complaints about staff or therapists. Thank you!!

My massage was great and I was hoping to leave, relaxed and refreshed, but my checkout experience completely undid my one hour of peace. I was given a gift card for a one hour massage by a friend and I scheduled my appointment at the West Ashley location to redeem my gift. Had a great massage, but When I went to check out, I was told that they did not honor that gift card since it was from a different location. Mind you, the gift card at the front of their store looks exactly the same as the one that I had in my hand. I was told by the person at the desk that I could call the other location myself and see if they would be willing to upload my gift card number to my account so that I could use it to pay for my massage in West Ashley. I was also told by this person that this other location gets really mean and nasty when they are asked to do this, but yet they thought it was a great idea to have me, the customer, call them and ask for them to do this. And as expected, the other location refused to upload the gift card so I was left to pay out of pocket for a massage that I was not prepared to pay for that day because I thought I was using said gift card. The front desk person and the owner did nothing to try to offer a solution or even make the situation even a little better. All the owner wanted to know was what the other Store said to me on the phone instead of asking what she could do to make it better. Like maybe instead of playing the blame game and telling me how terrible the other location was, she could have done something to keep me as a repeat customer? Idk…. I find this entire situation completely unprofessional, and it sounds like these Elements Massage centers have some issues with each other, and the customers are the ones losing in the situation. Anyways, clients beware: not all Elements Massage locations are the same. They are at war with each other instead of working together to provide a good customer experience. Only reason you see two stars is because my massage therapist did a great job and had nothing to do with the nonsense at checkout.

Wonderful massage, I even dosed off. We had two massages for 1 hour and half. I received my full massage. The person I brought with me did not.The massages were a Christmas gift that was paid for in advance. I was not offered a refund for the 30 minutes lost! But that’s corporate problem I guess

I just had my first massage in 8 months, since beginning telehealth services, and my session with Simone today was absolutely wonderful. She respected my specified areas of concern; her technique and pressure were exactly what I needed! My back, neck, and shoulders are feeling great. I’ll definitely be back soon with her. I always enjoy my visits at elements massage. Bre is an incredible massage therapist and by the far the best I’ve ever been to. She takes the time to get to know the issues you’ve been having and very attentive to your needs and pressure preference during your session. Also has an incredible vibe and an extremely positive attitude, making you feel relaxed and cared for. The front desk staff is always kind and attentive. Highly recommend this location for your next massage!

Not recommended at all, we had today, the worst experience in our life! Scam!!!!!!!Booked a last-minute appointment for my husband birthday. The lady who answered the phone was very rude claim that she told us that it’s nonrefundable which she hasn’t.The call was recorded, and once she Listen to the record, she realized that she is wrong and hung up on us on our faces and never pick up the phone sinceWhen we went there Talk to her, she start scream and told us to leave the store and that it’s harassment. Which is ridiculous we came to see what’s going on and if we can do the appointment eventually or we can have our money back, but she refused to talk to us scream at us that she’s gonna call the police and lock us outside of the storeNo need to mention His birthday is ruined With this terrible experience!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE the West Ashley Elements Massage! My experience was fantastic the first time around and every time since then has been super as well. I have seen multiple therapist and had great experiences with each of them. I love the cleanliness of this salon and the professionalism is unmatched! If you are considering elements massage - DO IT!

Very clean, very nice and professional. He got out the knots in my back without putting me in immense pain. Massage included everything one could ask for! Deep as I needed in the areas needed, worked on face and scalp (super plus), gently massaged near the joints (super plus), and did stretching and mobility! Best massage ever....and Ive had a lot. Got recommendations at the end and a chocolate :). Signed up for their membership and cant wait for the next one!

Set up a massage. Was told that due to my breast cancer (done with surgeries and treatment) that I had to switch to a different masseuse at an hour later as he was more experienced. Made all the changes in my schedule to accommodate. Then 15 minutes before leaving to ensure I was there in plenty of time, they called to say that they had to cancel because he was sick. They wanted me to move to the next day with yet another masseuse. There was no way to reschedule my entire day to make it happen. I was frustrated and apologized to the woman who called that I took my frustration out on her. But nothing but issues. No one even offered to add aromatherapy for free or asked when was the next day I could make it so they could accommodate. It was like no one cared. I need to know that when I schedule, it happens or at least someone calls me first thing in the morning when there is an issue. Not 15 minutes before leaving. Very inprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience at Elements! Very professional atmosphere. I was able to fully relax and enjoy the experience. My massage was outstanding! So good I took advantage of their monthly membership. I cannot wait for my next appointment!!

My husband and I went for a couples massage. He’s military and does a lot of physical activity and the deep tissue was AMAZING. I also left so happy. Pains I didn’t even realize I had, were gone when i left. I’ll definitely be back. We both agreed it was probably the best massage we both have had.

When you walk in you can feel the calming atmosphere. All staff is so friendly and sincere. The massage therapists are absolute professional and very knowledgeable. The massages are heaven on earth. The studio is state of the art.
