Called and asked if they had the upgraded atomizer for the regular pufco peek I clarified multiple times that it was for the orginal peek spoke to a girl named Oliva who assured me that they had it so I drove to store to be told that they dont have it and that she must of thought I had the pro I know I clarified multiple times that it was for the peek

Hazy Bear by far has the best customer service I have experienced in any smoke shop or any business for that matter in an extremely long time. Very insightful visit. The staff really knows their products...the fist shop I have entered that was all female staff at the time of my visit. I got exactly what I was looking for, and purchased a few extra things to enhance my original purchase. A little tricky with street access entrance, parking, and exit, but easily managed.

Hands down the best smoke shop. We drive 50 minutes to come to this store. The customer service is the best. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The manager is hands on and just as wonderful to deal with. Usually managers take a back seat but not this one. Everyone is always ready to help. They run promotions and giveaways on their Instagram page. They have a large selection of everything and prices to match your budget. They do offer military discounts and you can earn points as well. Not to mention the cute bear logo in different styles of tshirts and stickers. Always an excellent experience there!

REALLY love this place but wish staff was masked up and masks enforced for customers. Was checking out when 6-8 people came in at once all not wearing masks. Thankful I was leaving but got super nervous and uncomfortable my last few minutes there. Staff is always so nice and helpful and I want to continue shopping here. I know they offer free delivery for orders over a certain $ but I just needed to grab a few things. If the owner reads this, please consider masking up for a couple months to make people feel more comfortable. Love this shop

Great little hidden gem of a shop! Their selection is amazing! They had my favorite Pure Infinity chewable kratom extracts and my favorite disposable vapes which I havent found in a brick-and-mortar store yet and Ive only bought online but I would much rather shop in person so that was awesome! This store rocks!!! Where to start, they had a lot of rigs I couldnt find anywhere else and they do raise the price because of that got it for like normal where others had it $30 or more. I had a few problems that was none of there fault and they where so nice and fast to help. Not only fix my problems but even hooked me up. You would be a fool not to shop here. Seriously loved this place. I was smoking Newport 100s, then went to juul menthol. I bought a caliburn g last year from another shop and I messed it up. I gave up and just started buying infinity puff bars. I went here and the girls were awesome... they helped me NOT feel stupid lol. Got me the pods I needed and coils and showed me how to use them the right way. A spectrum employee actually told me about this place.... I’m so glad he did!!!!

They have really good deals on vapes. I buy 3 for 50. If you go to a regular gas station they are 25 a piece. Plus you get rewards and money off every time you go.

This is the third time I was sold the wrong piece/vape cart/lied to/given wrong info.Great points system, lots of selection but do not take any advice from them. I was sold a vape kit ($50) that was due to be discontinued that month. They had knows this and still sold it to me. This is just one example. If it wasn’t for their points I would go there. Take what they say with a grain of salt.
