Shadys Long Shots

Quesadilla burger was quite tasty. However, $1.99 upgrade for tator tots was a joke. I literally got 14 tots. The bill is weird, because they add the tax on each line item, supposedly so the total is their CASH price. Of course, they charge extra to use a credit card. They could make the whole customer experience so much better.

We arrived at 6:30 and left at almost 8. It took forever for someone to come to the table, my husband had to ask for service! It was not busy! We did not order anything that would take any time to make! My sons burger was black with a burnt bun. My chicken tacos had pre-sliced processed meat and my tots were cold. The chips were so salty my husband couldnt eat them. The only good thing about this place is that its on the lake. I will not go back! Id rather eat frozen pizza!

We have always come to shadys for their nacho platter. This time it was horrible. The nachos were piled very high on a pile instead of laid out nice like they used to be. Which left very little meat on the chips and very little cheese. Over half of the nacho chips on the tray were completely dry and had nothing on them. I wish they would go back to laying the nacho chips out flat on the tray and putting more meat and cheese on like they used to be. If they continue to serve this pile high nacho platter with very little meat and cheese we will not be ordering the nacho platter again. Which is sad because they did have the best nacho platter around.

Food was great. Wait staff was great. But the place was loud af. As usual. Only half full. They need to figure out sound dampening. Do that, 5 stars

It was nice and quiet when we first got there. Then it started to rain and all the golfers came in so the place got quite noisy. But the food and service were excellent.

Had some Street tacos (walleye) that were pretty tasty. I think they need to work on the slaw and sauce a bit though. Chicken strip basket is large and the fries are delicious. Price for quantity is great. Tap beers were good. The only thing that was a little ish was that salad bar. The lettuce was real sad and nothing was that chilled.Will return for sure. It was a good experience.

This restaurant was really good, but lately the service reminds me of when the golf course managed the restaurant. It was really bad then and Im seeing I similar atmosphere going on. My family and I visit frequently, and on our last visit we had to wait 15 minutes to receive a menu and waited 1.5 hours for our food order until we ultimately cancelled it. Not sure whats happened to this place but it has definitely changed for the worst. It wasnt that busy, and I herd similar complaints at the bar where one customer had still not received a simple appetizer order, going on 45 min. Hopefully things improve and get back to the level of service I know management is capable of delivering.

Waited almost 2 hours for our food tonight (ordered 2 apps). Drink service was just as bad. Paid for nachos which never came. Yikes

Foods always great, beers always cold, and the service is always amazing!

Cuban sandwich was really good. Husband enjoyed the Philly. Tator Tots as a side are chef’s kiss 👩🏼‍🍳 💋

Great place to come off of the lake for a drink and some appetizers. Food is always great and love the outside dining option. It can get pretty crazy inside on the weekends in the summer, so expect to sit for a while if youre sitting outside and relax. Enjoy the sun, conversation and drinks. Please get more jalapeno cream cheese wontons! Youre always out 😭

Great atmosphere. Great food. My favs are the disco burger and cream cheese wontons. Great beer on tap, always a few fantastic IPAs. Wait staff is very attentive and kind. Same with bartenders. If you are in the area, this is a great bar / restaurant. Catch a round of golf while you are at it and youre living the dream.

Was seated at 7:00 and was handed our food at 8:39. There were 7 of us. All ordered hamburgers or sandwiches, nothing fancy. 25 minutes before the food arrived we asked to cancel our order and leave paying only for our drinks and we were told no because the food would be ready any minute. After we got the food we spoke to a manger and she gave us 15 percent back in the form of a gift card. So unhappy with this joint. I get that theres not a lot of competition in town so they can pretty much get away with whatever. But that doesnt make it right.

1st time there and great food and service!

Stopped here about a month ago, enjoyed sitting outside and listening to music. Food however was not very good, Chicken wings were pink inside and my fries were cold. Waitress would not clean our dirty plates, even though we had pushed them to the edge of the table and she repeatedly walked by empty-handed.

We have gone twice now and both times have not been good. Waiting long times for a sever to help us (I know times are hard with employees, many standing around). The appetizers were good, but main food was not. Ordered 18 wings received 14. Just not impressed at all.

Huge improvements have had major impact to this place. There were consistent crowds from morning til evening. The docks have been expanded 10 fold. There was live music and nice outdoor seating. The Menu is great along with fabulous drink prices will keep this place very busy

We went for the concert in back. Everything was nice. But they should have some tomato juice to make bloody Mary drinks ..vodka gimlets are good but they give me heartburn...the CONCERT WAS AWESOME . I HAD NOT HEARD OF THEM BEFORE..and the young man who was so drunk, next to us, puked and splattered on my friends feet and lower legs. That was unfortunatelyNot a nice way to end the evening.Otherwise it was a nice evening..

Had high expectations, other locations have great food! Terrible food, patty melt stunk, couldn’t eat it, wings weren’t done, garlic Parmesan was a processed cheese sprinkled with garlic? Raspberry jalapeño was a runny raspberry jelly with no spice? Got a frozen fry in with the other done but delicious fries. Drinks were cold and waitress was good too!

Was very impressed with the service. It was really nice to see staff actually paying attention to there customers instead of being on there phones or taking smoke breaks. Place was very busy and bartender always noticed when we needed something. Food was very good epically for the price and drinks had great pours. Only reason I gave it 4 starts was only been there once but for surely going back. Also, staffed seemed to be very well trained at there jobs!!Nice work.

We had the Reuben with chips and the Juicy Lucy with fries. The food was really top notch. There was also a good beer selection, and the outdoor seating had a great view of the lake. Well be returning soon!

Great place to overlook the lake or golf course.

Environment was fun and welcoming. Much more enjoyable experience on the lake in the summer!

Me and my wife have been going to shadys for almost 4 years now and everytime we have gone it was great the food the service everything was great. But the last two times we have gone the food has not been good at all it has been terrible. Hopefully the next time we go that will have changed

Sorry Shadys. You didnt make the mark. Appetizer came out with all of our meals ( six of us) cold, taco salad had no meat; ckn bacon ranch wrap was not grilled, patty melt was an over cooked cheese burger. Saw our waitress three times. Drink order, brought food and gave us our bill.

Its a great place to cool off with a nice cold brewski after being in the sun on the lake all morning. Great burgers as well.

The worst fish fry in the area. Overpriced. All fried items taste the same. My suggestion go somewhere else. I wont go back.

I was very disappointed in this restaurant, appetizer came with dinner, husband burger was very red still and gravy on mashed potatoes was cold and fried chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil ,wait for refills on pop and mine came with Pepsi and lemonade mixed together and not once did we get asked how are food is !!!We will not be back

First time visitor and will be back. Fun environment with good food and drink. They seemed to be under staffed so service was slow but friendly. With that said I rounded up from 4.5 stars.

There were maybe 10 people in the bar when we walked in and by the time we left we were the only ones. We kept getting ignored even when the bar tender was right by us as we were sitting at the bar. Very very unfriendly as we felt like a inconvenience. Never would go back.
