Phenomenal session! I was told by my partner I was snoring and she was moaning (in a good way). These ladies put it on us! The ambience was delightful and comfortable. I just remember looking at skylight ✨️ then I was out. We were talking about this for the rest of the night. Thank you so much! We will be back.

I had my 3nd appointment with Vanity today. She is very friendly, professional, and courteous. She provided a deep tissue massage and worked out numerous knots. I felt so stress-free and body felt better. Vanity is great and highly recommended.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. My masseuse Neema was AMAZING. She gave me a proper deep tissue massage and found all the tight and sore spots. Ive had many massages and Neema gets an A+ from me.

My massage was the best ever. I have never experienced anything that relaxing. I was having some issues with my back that it just seemed to help some. I cant wait to make my next appointment in August! Ms Jai was awesome and certainly took away all my fears with getting a massage.

We recently booked a couples massage through Groupon and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The ambiance of the spa was truly beautiful; the lighting, music, and aromas created an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. We were assigned to Jay and Casey for our massages.I had been dealing with significant neck pain for a few weeks and mentioned this before the massage. Jay took special care with my neck, expertly working out the knots. Her skill was evident in the way she addressed my problem areas, providing much-needed relief. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and felt immense relief afterward.My husband also had a wonderful experience with his massage.We will definitely be returning.

I had Dasia and she was amazing!! From her personality to her professionalism. I plan on returning and will be booking with Ms. Dasia if shes available. It was chilly inside and as soon as I told Dasia, she turned on the fireplace. The front door needs to have the suite listed on the door so that new people can know that their in the correct place. I had to ask someone in another office if that was the correct door bc there wasnt anything on the door letting you know you were in the right place. Outside of those two things, I had a great experience. Thanks to Dasia for making this a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Overall was an okay experience. A few things would deter me from returning. I specifically requested a female massage therapist online, and was still assigned a male. I drove over a hour so I wasn’t going to reschedule. With personal history of traumas, I was unable to relax during this massage. The man was knowledgeable and appropriate. He was a great massage therapist, but if someone requests a female there is a reason. The facial was mediocre. Not worth the money. It didn’t feel like there were any quality products being used or really anything special that I cannot do at home. No tools for massage or drainage techniques were used.

I love this place! It’s the most lovely room ever too!! The Rose Room. Vanity was awesome too. I’ve already booked my next visit.

I had my first visit to Massage Lofts a few weeks back. Staff was courteous, professional and very experienced in massage therapy. I work at a desk and I do not have the greatest posture but Vanity did a fantastic job at getting the knots out of my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be returning and recommending to others

If I could give this place zero stars, they wouldnt get any.Smh.I bought a couples massage Groupon package for my aunt and my mother on her birthday. My mother lives out of town. And traveled here to enjoy a full itinerary I planned on her behalf. When they showed up at massage lofts, they were rudely told that their appointment was canceled due to non-confirmation. They called me, (my aunt & mother)I showed up to be told that I failed to confirm it and that it was my fault. At this point I am very confused because not only did I talk to the corporate people in Florida, but I also confirmed with the receptionist at the local establishment in Bexley.After further investigating asking questions, because im very upset at this point and im embarrassed, We find out that whoever took the appointment locally wrote down the wrong phone number and obviously the wrong email address also. Smh. Never received a phone call, never received an email.I repeated this info twice to this woman! And she told me she had it! She even read it back!! smh I was embarrassed and I was upset! Some careless individual wrote down the wrong information! Not to Mention it ruined my moms surprise and made my aunt look foolish; who is very hard to even get to leave the house in the first place. Also noticed a child in the back, like 4 years old, A workers child. Smh I was so upset with the non-professionalism, That I will never recommend anyone to go to this place. The owner canceled the appointment. I never received an email or an apology. Nothing. Im sorry, but it only takes one time to literally screw up for me!!! First impressions are everything!

My first massage and we had a couples massage. The ladies were great and I feel so relaxed. Loved it. Will definitely do it again!

I am giving this place a three start rating. The massages that I have received here are very good (5 star) but the place is mismanaged (0 ) stars). Each time I have gone there has been something that has gone wrong. One time I showed up for an app and no one was there. No call or text. This last time my husband purchased me three gift certificates and when I finished my massage I was told that I could not use a gift certificate on a Monday. There is no place that states this. Also I became a member years ago and they told me it was good forever, however, this time I was told that my membership had expired so I had to pay even more for a massage that I thought was covered by my gift certificate. So BEWARE!

Vanity was amazing! She made me so comfortable & made sure I was okay with everything she did along the way. Super low prices for super high quality work.

Did a couples massage there today. It was great! Loved how well they communicated, the ambiance of the room, and the heated tables. The massage was a perfect pressure and they were open to changing the pressure if needed. Scheduling online was really easy, definitely would go back!

Very professional, zenful, & peaceful. One of the best spas Ive ever visited. Every person on the staff is super welcoming. Honorable mention to one in particular, Rayshawna. I had a wonderful spa session with her. Overall 10s across the board.

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and scheduled an appointment shortly after. The day of our appointment I received a call that they had to cancel due to the therapist being sick which I wasn’t happy but I know things happen. I scheduled another appointment and again the day of I receive a text this time saying that they needed to cancel because the therapist didn’t work past 3 pm and our appointment was scheduled for 3:30. This place has alot of unprofessional employees that don’t have a problem with wasting people’s time. My husband had rescheduled his own work just to accommodate to their times since you cannot use your Groupon on certain days of the week. I emailed the owner Deborah and clearly she is ok with her business being ran this way since she wasn’t much help.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Ms. Jaquetta. It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. She was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be back to see her.

Making the appointment was quick and easy online. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Vanity made sure to understand what I was looking for. Vanity delivered that and more.

Went for a couples massage. I told the girl that did mine I wanted light to medium pressure. It seemed like she dug her whole body weight into pressure points in my back for 30 seconds at a time. It was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. It felt terrible. We won’t be back

Mr. Stacy was amazing! I told him the issues I was having with my back and not only did he address them in the massage, he also gave me tips on how to stretch it at home. I will definitely be back.

Jay and Stacy did an EXCELLENT job and made us feel so comfortable that we both reached such a high level of relaxation that we floated away into a loss of consciousness for several minutes. We will continue to go there on a regular basis.

I was in desperate need of relaxation and pain relief. Vanity went out of her way to create space in her schedule for my appointment. Upon meeting her she was warm, welcoming and professional. I felt that my comfort and care was of the upmost importance to her. She walked me back to the room, checked hi in on what my needs were for my massage and made me completely comfortable to let go and relax. During the massage she not only focused on the areas I requested but treated my entire body head to toe in a 90 minute session. I would describe her style as intuitive, she paid attention to any knots in my body and without me telling her she knew the spots in my body that were sore. Her attention to detail made me feel cared for. She used a variety of massage techniques. I requested medium to deep pressure and she hit the nail on the head. I was able to relax but also experienced some needed deep massage on certain areas. The talking was minimal which allowed me to deepen into the relaxation. The environment was clean and tidy. I am definitely looking forward to coming back again. She made me aware of the current deals and other services offered at the loft. This was my first time meeting her and I can say that this experience was the care I needed during a very stressful time in life. Thank you Vanity!

The manager Ms. Debbie is also very nice. She offered different service packages according to your needs. Overall it was a great experience, I felt comfortable and cozy. I usually don’t like leaving reviews and I deal with it and don’t complain, but my massage was extremely disappointing. I am a new mom so my husband sent me to get a massage and to relax because I am exhausted. Not sure the name of the lady who did my massage, she is a very nice person and very social, but that’s not what I was looking for during my massage. She talked to me the entire massage even when I tried to ignore her and she would stop to use her hands for her story. The massage was not good and I was frustrated that she wouldn’t stop talking… I just wanted silence and a relaxing massage! I feel bad making the review because she was nice, but there a time and place. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it and honestly it was a waste of money. I walked away more stressed than I already was. 0 out of 10

I’m pretty sure my experience here isn’t the norm but it was not great. No one was there for my first appointment nor did they answer the phones. I emailed the owner and she said they’d figure it out but never responded to my next email. I called again and left another vm and a couple days later an employee got back to me but I couldn’t answer. When I called back I gave the times I was available but they’d always call around 10. We played phone tag for a bit before they stopped calling back.I scheduled my own appointment again still not sure what had happened at the last one, the soonest was 3 weeks later. Anyway for that one someone was there, the massage was solid but halfway through the headrest broke so for the rest of the massage my head was kind of twisted. I did try to reach out to the owner to let her know but she never got back to me.

Vanity was amazing!! She used the perfect amount of pressure, and her personality was radiant! She was such a great energy and I left feeling more than relaxed!! I will definitely be back to see her.

I wasnt planning on going back here because I found it frustrating to schedule an appointment with a gift certificate I bought from them (not Groupon). But I gotta say... Jasmine gave me the best massage Ive ever had. My neck feels so much better, and its been close to a month since I had an appointment. It was so relaxing and she worked some magic. The rooms are cozy and I like the atmosphere. Looking forward to my next massage with her

You guys really need to hire a receptionist. I’ve been trying for DAYS to get ahold of someone to reschedule my appointment, and there’s never anyone available to talk to. I even came in to buy the holiday certificates you guys were offering and I had waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came out to talk to me. Pretty disappointed

Very unprofessional. There is no way to contact anyone directly although they demand you do so in order to cancel an appointment. I forfeited my $59 dollar Groupon, which I can accept, but I was also charged $25 on top of this. I sent an email regarding this and not one person at Massage Lofts even bothered to return my email. It is absolutely an unethical business practice to charge above the cost of services NOT rendered because of a cancellation. My cancellation was due to a serious illness too, which I would have happily provided documentation of had anyone taken a second to treat me like a valued customer. Please note also that all reviews on Groupon are cherry picked by the vendor in case you wonder why they’re all positive. Just despicable.

Facial was great, my arms didn’t get massaged because of my sensor on back of my arm, but overall good experience

If I didnt know any better, I would have thought she gave me a brand new back lol very professional, the atmosphere was relaxing, the girl has magic in her fingertips. This was exactly what I was looking for and needed.

I had my first professional massage on a Carnival cruise ship and thought no where would I get that level of care or professionalism anywhere else. Massage Loft lives up to that experience and is the only place my husband and I would get a massage unless were on a cruise ship! They are professional yet very down to earth. You get a great vibe as soon as you enter the door. As for the actual massage...well I can say I might have been to heaven for 60min! Im not really sure it matters who you chose or get to do your massage, they are all excellent massage therapist and very knowledgeable!!

My fiancée and I got massages here yesterday for the first time, and we walked out feeling like different (less in pain) people! The staff is friendly, funny, and very attentive to your individual needs. The atmosphere is so peaceful. We will definitely be returning and we encourage you to do the same!

Long story short, I purchased the Groupon for my husband for Fathers Day. Tried scheduling TWICE. First time he scheduled and they canceled. Second time I scheduled and everything seemed to be ok. Received several texts to confirm the appointment over the past few days and it was stressed that there was a cancelation fee if we canceled within such and such amount of time of the appointment. Which was fine because we wouldnt cancel it anyways, especially since we took off of work for it. Anyways, I received a text ONE HOUR before our appointment Hi Ms Jennifer unfortunately one of the therapist scheduled to do your massage just called off at the last minute. We can you see one of you but not both today or reschedule you both, Im so sorry.. An hour before our appointment though!?!?! And yall didnt even have the decency to CALL me instead of sending a text!?!?! Are you guys going to pay ME a cancelation fee then!!?!? We took time off of work for our appointment so this place wasted our time and our money!! Their answer seems to always be you can get a refund from Groupon. How about FIXING the ongoing issue!!! If yall dont like Groupons then why even offer them!?!?! And yes, we can get a refund but we cant get our time back! Its extremely clear that this place doesnt care at all about their customers, their customers time or their customers money! I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will always advice against it.

I bought a Groupon a while ago, and finally got online to schedule an appointment. There was an opening the same day (a Saturday) so I booked and did not have any issues!! I had Wendy and she was amazing! She listened to my needs and I felt that the massage was effective. I will definitely be returning!

Too difficult to get in touch with someone and schedule an appointment. Everything is done online and most of the other spas have someone at the front desk who actually answers. There are several better places in the area. But my therapist did a decent job.

Heather was Amazing! The bed was comfortable and her hands were God sent. I feel so much better. The deep tissue is what I ordered and she worked on the specific areas that needed attention. I most certainly will be back.

Ashley was kind, sweet and most importantly, gave me an excellent massage. My shoulder area was so tense and I left feeling like a new person. Highly recommend! My massage was a Groupon gift from my daughter, and honestly you never know what those will be like, but I’d definitely return as a paying customer!!

I very rarely, if ever, post reviews or share my customer experiences but today, I’m going to call out #massagelofts in Bexley. If I could give the zero stars, I would.I booked a couples massage as a birthday present. I found a deal on Groupon for Massage Lofts in Bexley. After purchasing the Groupon voucher for the couples massage, I called them to schedule. I spoke with a man named Ken who told me I could only use the Groupon on Mondays, which I thought was odd because the Groupon offer mentioned nothing about this. But, I did what he said and booked the massage for today. After hanging up the phone with him I got an alert that my credit card was charged $49 from Massage Lofts which I also thought was odd but I figured they charged it to hold our appointment in the event we didn’t show up or canceled. We went there this morning and the lady at the front desk was talking with another customer and we overheard her say to the customer “you can’t use gift certificates or Groupon deals on Mondays.” The woman then said she would call the owner and ask if it were ok for her to use her gift certificate as an exception and the owner allowed her to use it. When I went up to check in she said that she would call the owner back to see if we could use the Groupon we were quickly told “no.” She didn’t offer to reschedule us. She didn’t offer to refund the $49 and told me I had to deal with Groupon. She didn’t even offer an apology. I told her I wanted the $49 refunded immediately and she refunded it and now I’m dealing with Groupon.Another thing is when I booked it with Ken he sent me intake forms for me to fill out but never sent a second set of the forms for my other party to fill out. I called and asked him for those forms and he told me not to worry about it and as long as one of us has the forms filled out we are good to go. When we got there, the girl at the front desk said my other party needed to fill out the forms.This place sent us away with nothing but aggravation and embarrassment and now I have to deal with Groupon. Stay away from this sketchy place if you’re in the market for a massage in Columbus. This place shouldn’t be allowed to get away with telling lies and misleading the public. #massageloftsbexley is a joke. #massagefailI see your reply. This is all true. Every word. No one offered to do our massages today or any other day. No one even apologized. No one cared to. You refunded the money because you had no reason to keep it. You should train Ken so this doesn’t happen again. He wasn’t even there on time to start the massage if it were to happen anyway. He was late. Your receptionist told us this. So please don’t negate any of my experience to save face. You messed up. It happens. Next time, do better.

While the actual massage part was excellent, we did end up leaving with some disappointment. My boyfriend and I booked a cozy couples massage via groupon. We followed all the steps they sent us via email and text messages and arrived on time (10 minutes before). However, when we got upstairs, we were instructed to fill out paperwork that was not coming through on the phone. After about 15 minutes, we finally made our way into the massage room and settled in. By the time the actual massage started, it was 15-20 minutes after our start time of 11am. Because of this, we missed a nice chunk of the time we paid for. The massage just felt very rushed honestly. If this was our mistake and we arrived late, I would not be leaving this review as I would take responsibility for that. However, we did everything on our end exactly as instructed, and ended up losing massage time anyway.. so that was definitely a bummer. I wanted to love this place because they were so nice and it was a great little calming space, but sadly we will not be coming back here.

Had my first ever massage with therapist Damaria some days ago. Been bragging to my friends ever since. Seemed to have spectacular technique (not sure how it’s supposed to be) but there basically wasn’t a dull moment. 10/10!

Cleo was really on POINT TODAY.My massage was heavenly and she used warm towels on my feet and back. I was so so please I tipped more than my norm.Thanks Cleo for taking care of my aches and pains

The place was difficult to find. My masseuse was very nice and caring, but the massage left me in more pain than when I started. She didn’t use enough oil, and as such the pressure made my skin hurt really bad. She also didn’t distribute the massage evenly; it felt like one side of me was getting more attention than the other. Overall 3/5.

Lady was super friendly and thorough. They worked with me when they weren’t able to massage me when I just found out I was pregnant and honored my Groupon later on too.

Although the therapists were great the time we were able to come. The second appointment, we called the day before to reschedule. Unless you are calling exactly 24 hours, you are charged $25 per person. We had a situation we could not control and called less than 24 hours. We couldnt even get anyone on the phone when we called. I realize that if you call the same day, you will incur a fee. But its the day before. I would not waste my money at this location again. Good luck and beware to all who use this service you will be charged whether you like it or not.

I went here to celebrate my birthday and Heather was my masseuse for the day. She was great and I will definitely go back. The only issue I had was construction next door, so it threw off my relaxation vibe. No fault of hers, but maybe get some soundproofing?

The office is clean and comfortable. Phonan is a life saver and does the best deep tissue massage. While she does work on the whole body, she takes care to focus most on the areas that are of most concern to me. This is kind of a weird description but I love how she really kneads on the muscle knots in my shoulders and back - she can get deep down into the problem areas and over time it really loosens things up and makes me feel so much better day to day. She is very kind and friendly as well, which puts me at ease.

10/10! Had a great experience here and will definitely be booking again. Definitely recommend!

I got a facial last week, and overall experience was pleasant. Initial thoughts were confusion... as the location is within an office building. An odd setting for massage and spa services. The waiting room needs updating and less clutter. However, I had a good experience and my attendant was thorough and professional. I would go back!

The owner contacts me after 10am to tell me my massage therapist call off! They charge people for cancelling they need to charge their employees too to ensure they come to work even if they are late. This bad business and bad look for a neighborhood I respect. All this place did was waste my time; my time is precious I work 5 and 6 days a week, thanks for opening the door!

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Touch Therapy! I have been under a lot of stress lately and havent been sleeping well. After my massage yesterday, I felt very relaxed. All the tension I had in my body was gone. Today all my kinks and tightness are gone. I had the best nights rest in months! My husband really enjoyed his 60 min massage as well! This was my first massage ever. I didn’t know what to expect. The young lady was very nice and explained everything to me. It was a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The massage therapist was excellent! Thank you

Have never had a massage before, but this was great.Good atmosphere, and felt great afterwards.Bad side was they called us (getting a couples massage) 45 minutes before the appointment and told us one of the workers was feeling sick and that we needed to reschedule.We decided to just show up anyway, since they didnt answer our calls.We got there, and they took us in like the phone call never happened.So, it all worked out in the end, but it was not a good first impression.Thankfully, the actual massage was great though.

Had a 90 minuet Deep Tissue with Brad today, it was amazing! He focused on my areas of concern as well as attending to other area.I found myself so relaxed, I fell asleep!The atmosphere was great, music appropriate and soothing. Loved my session!Thanks Brad!

Ive gotten a few massages here, and I have really liked each and every one. The staff are professional, constantly ask you what would work best for you, are on-time consistently, check in with you throughout the massage, and just overall give you what you want/ask for. Im so glad to have found this place!

Sheila was excellent! My muscles are relaxed & knots are gone 😁A heated table is an option. I chose heated which felt wonderful.She stretched different areas of my body.Sheila finished off with a steamed towel.Great experience all around. I highly recommend Touch Therapy!

I woke up in the middle of the night with severe neck pain to the point where I contemplated going to the Emergency Room. I was referred to Fabian and after a 90 minute massage my entire neck was completely painless. I have never experienced anything like it, Fabian is the most gifted and knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. I rarely write reviews but this is warranted. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing neck or back pain you will not be sorry.

Each of the three visits, I am pretty sure the so called massage therapist was trying to make me bleed. It has taken 4-5 days to recover from her treatment, todays may take a week. Went in with a pain level of 4-5 and left at a 8-9. Just trying to get home for some Ibuprofen. Business not recommended but if you are ignorant or unfortunate enough to go, avoid the redhead!!!!!

I book with Jasmine for firm pressure because my muscles are very tight. She is attentive and does phenomenal work! I walk out of that office better than I walked in, she gets the job done!

I booked a Groupon last year and had a good massage so much so I bought another one! I scheduled it, drove 40 minutes and arrived to a locked door. Called and was told it was a miscommunication and would be made up to me. I was upset but I rescheduled with the same person at the same location for a week later. Drive my 40 minutes again to arrive to ANOTHER locked door! Call and was told she was getting tires on her car and was in her way if I didn’t mind waiting...it’s almost 20 minutes past my appointment time at this point. I waited 15 more minutes and call again. “She had an family emergency, and won’t be able to make it” Are you kidding me! No only did you NOT call me but to lie when I call back? Because 15 minutes ago she was just running late and on her way. Now she had a family emergency and was never on her way. It was stressed if I missed it I’d be charged $25 dollars. You missed my appointment twice! I’m extremely disappointed!

Update 3/20-still my favorite place in the area for a relaxing massage.2018-Always professional and relaxing. Have gone here several times and each masseuse tailors the experience to your needs and wishes. The couples massage is a romantic way to spend time together.

The staff at Touch Therapy were extremely nice, helpful, and quick to address any and all needs and questions. Andrea asked lots of questions to be sure that my massage was tailored to what I needed. Very relaxing atmosphere.

(ELECTION DAY RESULTS) This was by far the worst and I mean worst experience I have ever endured in my life! My fiancé and I originally had a scheduled appointment that was scheduled for October 31 at 1 o’clock they called me and rescheduled me for 130 and then the day before our appointment they called and said that they were not able to assist us on the 31st due to one of the technicians being out sick so they rescheduled for November 3. We showed up to our appointment about 3 minutes late due to him working which I had advised her the week prior that his job Notifies them the day before so considering he was getting off before our actual time for our appointment I just went ahead and left the appointment as is. When you walk in there’s a note on in the lobby that states for you to contact them before entering. We called no answer so we waited a minute or two called again no answer. So we head up to the door slightly knocked and Open the door and I asked is it OK for us to come in ? the lady behind the desk was speaking to another young lady on the other side of the desk (worker) so they continue on with their conversation as were standing there for a minute then she goes on to say you can come in.I was quite ready to leave at this point. However, I knew he was ready to have this massage as we have been waiting on it since before Covid. So we go in and grab a peppermint sit down as she’s finishing her conversation calls someone on the phone to let them know we’ve arrived. Then she invites us up as first time customers and explains we need to fill out the paperwork she redeemed my Groupon and ask us to have a seat while we fill out our paperwork. She goes in the back for about 15 minutes and comes back at 3:28 and says. I have to reschedule you I said what do you mean reschedule us and she says well the time that you came we didn’t think you were coming I said excuse me I said we weren’t late. We were downstairs waiting on someone to pick up the phone. Plus you’ve had a sitting here for at least 20 minutes or so waiting filling out paperwork then she says well Bryan has left already so we have to reschedule you and then goes onto say we can’t reschedule you until December 5! I said wait a minute I’m sorry excuse me! are you kidding me like it’s a joke am I’m being punked? I said so you have us fill out paperwork redeem my Groupon which is no longer valid and then tell us you have to reschedule us! This is Absurd! She like there’s nothing I can do. I took my paperwork and left! Stay clear from this company they don’t like us at all!!!!!!

I recieved a wonderful deep tissue massage. My therapist was very tentative and thorough. I had a few problem areas I requested a bit more focus on. My therapist worked it out with no problem. This was my second time there. Definitely will be returning.

This place is amazing! Andrea gave me the best full body massage that I ever had. It was beyond therapeutic. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming and the massage itself was exactly what I needed.

I received a chair massage at my place of employment and loved it, so I wanted to schedule at their place of business. I emailed to schedule, and they replied that theyd call me to schedule. I never heard, so I called and left a voicemail. I never got a returned call, so I emailed again asking if someone could call me when I got off work. I still havent heard after teo emails and a phone call. The massage was great, but their customer service/communication is definitely lacking.

Looked forward to my appointment for weeks and was such a let down.. the woman sat in a rolling chair while doing my whole sports massage on my back. So really not worth the money in my opinion and I won’t be back. Not sure if she was tired because i was her last appointment for the day, or didn’t care because i used a Groupon?

I hurt my lower back working out, so I made an appointment with Fabian for pain management. I left the 60 minute massage feeling SO much relief in my back, plus relief in other muscles that were stiff and had been bothering me as well. I have never felt so relaxed after a massage! It is evident in Fabians technique that he is very educated in pain relief and he knows how to target the right areas. I definitely will be returning!

I called 3 times to get an appt for a message and they were booked and only had guys available to give massages. The 4th time I called, my groupon had expired and the girl said I would have to pay the difference, but she had no idea how much it would be. The girl on the phone was not helpful and rude. When I told her that I guess I had to call Groupon to complain she just said ok bye. I guess they are just too busy at this location to even care. Dont waste your time calling this place! BEWARE! Enjoy that 1 star cause you deserve 0.

Wife said it was the best massage she has had. Heated beds. Very comfortable. I also like getting massage in silence, there was no pressure to talk. Also, Bose speakers, so the music was not grainy. Odd to note but a bad stereo can be really distracting.

OVERCHARGED ME $180!! I called them once I saw it and told them this couldnt be right since I already paid on Groupon and they said on their end they only charged me for the tax (which is about $10). I emailed them my bank statement to prove to them they did overcharge me and they said they couldnt do anything about it. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Ridiculous.
