The return policy has always been strict. Making sure your devices work before you walk out the door otherwise you can’t return them. But I just found out if they sell you a faulty delta cartridge they won’t exchange it even if you check it in the store. So I just wanted to let everyone know that if karma sells you faulty product. They won’t let you return it even if you check that it works before you leave. So you’re paying for their faulty inventory.
I purchased some glass that was sold as quality but vracked the first 2 x of using and crumbled after 48 hrs. I would say go anywhere else. The place does not do well with new customers. I would say plan on obnoxious requests like photo ID check for a any smoking related item. I wouldnt be surprised if they ask for a tip after selling you a bunk item..

Go to both locations regularly and have never had any issues that haven’t been resolved. Staff, while understandably not always the most knowledgeable on the subject, have been nothing but kind to me. I feel I can go to them with any questions and often make friendly small talk. It’s hard to find and weed out the companies that make faulty devices in a time when many of them are doing it to make a quick buck. I haven’t had any issues with the fairly common items used by customers and am always asked to check my device for errors before leaving.
Horrible customer service. I bought a vape which was faulty, they refused to exchange for another one. They didn’t apologize or even seem to care! Not coming to this location again. P.s they are hardly stocked properly as well.
Went there today and got a faulty vape. They would not refund the amount. Told me that had to talk to manager in the morning. Can’t believe that they don’t stand behind the product’s that they sell. Told me that I should have tested before I left the store and due to covid-19 they couldn’t do anything about the faulty vape. Still can’t believe that was the excuse since I was the only one wearing a MASK!!!! Very disappointed and will be done with this business
The manager on duty sold me the wrong coils for 2 different vapes. Both of which I purchased from this store. They also have a no refund police so I couldnt even get my money back! If youre going to be the manager at a vape shop you should know the products!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS! BUYER BEWARE!Bought something that leaked like a sieve upon its 1st fill. But guess what? No refunds. Thats right kids...At a store where the majority of sales are of smoking-related products...There are no refunds on smoking-related products! And this was no fluke...3rd time I have purchased damaged or broken goods, and staff just wont help.ALSO, MOST staff members are rude. They act like youre inconveniencing them...Like theyre doing YOU, THE CUSTOMER, a FAVOR by selling you a product...Like theyre too busy, even when the store is dead.UNPROFESSIONAL. BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE, GIVEN THE OPTION...for all your smoke-related needs. Its been like this for a long time now, and I hope it finally catches up with them. I dont know what happened...Lots of good memories from the old location by Sirloin Stockade. Sad.
If I could give them no stars I would. Dont waste your time go anywhere but here. Manager on duty is a terribly rude person. When asking about a return of a product that clearly didnt work, she refused to listen to any word I said and referred me to the manufacturer. Awful customer service and a false return policy is one of many reasons to avoid wasting money here.

I went there today actually an bought a vapor pen to smoke. I was greated as soon as I walked in the door. I then was greated at the counter where I befun talking with a nice young man about the vapor pens he had to choose from an what flavors they had. He helped with the best of his knowledge about the item I wanted to buy. He continued to help me with my purchase. I was greatly Satisfied with my experience there today an will mostly likely be going back. I would recommend them to everyone
Bought 3 bottles of juice and all 3 wont seal. There is juice on my bag from them leaking on the way home and none of the three will seal now and when I called to tell them they just said idk.i spend a few hundred dollars a month there and they were ok with them leaking and didnt want to do anything about it so I will not be back. This place is obviously all about the money they dont care about the people who are the ones paying it.
I go here to our purchase my juice for my hand held hooka. Some call it vaping. They have a great and wide variety of different and creative juices. I prefer the tiger blood and PMS. Have different levels of miligrams. . Need to have my atomizer more often...bought the unit here so expect to buy its refills here and be available Thanks Columbus Karma
