I love this place its so amazing to tell people about this smoke shop everywhere I go because they have such amazing customers service great people that will help you with anything that you need I wish I could work there moe and DJ are the best they always help everyone that will answer any questions

Best smoke shop in town! Wide selection and amazing prices! Employees are very helpful and friendly. All the employees are super knowledgeable! Ask for any product and they will try their best to make it happen. Shout out to DJ he deserves a raise!

I came in to buy a new battery and found that they have the newest e rig connect and a whole bunch of great items! Their prices are really good too!

Someone stole my vape (mod, battery, tank and remaining juice), and it was 6pm on dreary Sunday night, and we had planned to settle down for the rest of the evening. I needed to find replacements, but most shops were already closed. I was working down the call list of open from closest to furthest distance. After around 6 calls where the person answering told me that they didnt have what I was looking for, I tried CG Tobacco & Vape, who was open until 9pm. Joshua answered, and after telling him what I wanted, he said that he had plenty, and plenty of options. When I arrived I reminded him of the conversation around 15 minutes ago, and he remembered, bringing out all of the options that would suit me best. Within minutes, I had a fresh battery in the mod, juice on fresh coils and it was paid for. The prices were what I expected, the service was amazing and I like the new setup way better than the previous. If a manager at the store reads this, I dont know what you currently pay him, but he is knowledgeable about the products (you dont find that too often these days), and very helpful. You would have my blessings to give him a raise! And to whomever owns the store...you have one of the best selections I have seen, GREAT JOB!

These guys are awesome. Great customer service, best prices. They have punch cards for non tobacco products. After 8 purchases you can get your 9th 25% off by simply showing them your punch card everytime! I personally LOVE the location to. Super easy to get to 😁

My absolute favorite Tobacco store. The guys behind the counter, I know one is the owner, are friendly and knowledgeable. They never act like I’m taking up their time with my questions. I’ve never seen any of the employees in bad moods or acting judgmental. They are always quick to offer suggestions and share a joke.Thank you guys for making such a great environment for your customers! no other tabacco store even comes close to the service you guys give!!!

Enjoy the service I’ve gotten here. DJ is great at getting what I want and helping in suggesting new stuff like juice or disposables! Take time to look at what is in the shop you may be surprised from posters to ashtrays, devices to help you quit smoking and the juice to go with it, from hookah products to cigars a plethora of stuff to look from just have to take the time!

Owner was very patient and knowledgeable! Was willing to spend the time telling me the difference in products. Besides the amazing customer service the rate of the product was amazing! I was expecting the normal 80-100 price for a new pod and 60ml of juice but nope cost me only $59! Reasonable and amazing! Highly recommend!

Very helpful! great prices.Owner is very helpful as i have an issue with my vape of leaking and because of his advise i was able to overcome those problems without spending anything extra. I was willing to buy a new vape but he insisted that i should try for couple of weeks again with his tips and if it does not work then we can look for another vape. Things worked and i am happy!

Love this place. The atmosphere is rad. They have some cool gear like shirts and bags on top of vape and smoke supplies. Ive interacted with the owner quite a bit and hes an awesome dude as well as his staff. They have all been super helpful every time I go in.

Edit to add 5/7/22.DO NOT GO HERE. They will bait and switch. I have spent OVER $1000 on products here in the last three months. I save my loyalty punch card and buy 4 Mr. Fog products at once , always having the 25% off saved for buying more than my usual 2.I checked my transactions and they have in the past done the 25% off of the purchase of the four at once , but today they said “that’s not how it works “ and wanted to charge me $96.(Previously it had been about $75)You have to get 8 signatures /initials /punches to get the 25% off. Then when you spend all that money on earning the punches , they say “oh well we usually give you a discount when you’re buying less, so when you use your punch card we have to charge ‘full price ‘ “.This is classic bait and switch technique, and it is NOT ethical at all.Also … they are SUPER nice when you’re spending money in their store , but when you question the change of the price and rewards , they are NOT NICE.I will be following up with the BBB and telling anyone and everyone I know to never go here.Absolutely the best! I recently quit smoking, and decided to start vaping instead. Mohamed is pretty much always there when I am, and I am so glad! I am very indecisive, and he always recommends the best flavors for the Mr. Fog Switch I have been using recently. They last about 4-5 days on average. He explained to me how the device worked, how to re-charge it, and what to look for when the device was running out of charge/juice. There are also two younger gentleman that I see there quite often. They are also equally knowledgeable. Everyone here is very patient and kind. I really appreciate the convenient location, their extensive knowledge of products, selection, and continued excellent customer service. Every time I have asked (even really dumb) questions, they are happy to answer and explain every detail. I have to say...I did grow up in smoke shops due to my father working in them, and I have never been treated so well. Oftentimes when I visit a smoke shop, I am treated curtly and people are short because of my gender. However, I feel very comfortable and at ease at this location. I highly recommend them to anyone who is starting vaping, or is a regular tobacco consumer. Also, Mohamed probably doesnt remember this, but he did go above and beyond expectations in finding me a carton of my (pretty rare) preferred cigarette brand when I was still smoking cigarettes. Easy to become a regular in such a well run shop especially when comparing almost every other smoke shop around. Clean while still having a huge variety of options and the customer service is also warm, friendly, helpful every time.

Have always loved coming here. DJ is usually there when I swing in and always has great recommendations. He’s one of the reasons this is my main vape shop, even though I don’t live in town. Highly recommend!

Ive been going into the store since it opened in Cottage Grove & have always been treated wonderfully. DJ is great at explaining any product I ask him about which is very helpful!!! This is the store you stop at if your in the Cottage Grove area :)

Prices are better than most places I have go to get e-cigarettes. Staff is friendly and has an upbeat attitude. DJ is always helpful in suggesting new flavors based off of the ones I like.

I bought a lighter from here for 25 dollars, and Im pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say, for that much money it better work. Well i had problems with this lighter right off the bat. I tried to bring it back it was a refillable lighter but the guy said if it didnt have anything wrong with it he wont let me return it.So thats my bad experiemce

Ive been having trouble finding flavors I like and end up being sold iced flavors that I dont want. Today I tried this place and the shop guy answered all my questions and helped me find what I wanted and told me some information I didnt know about! Definitely will be going back! Its so much better to have someone know what theyre talking about instead of someone just handing you something that youll be stuck with not liking 5 star!

Amazing shop, I walked in and was greeted by the most lovely people. They have a great variety of vapes, juices, and disposables. I was very pleased with the selection for the deltas. The store is very clean and organized compared to the other stores around as well.

These guys are fantastic!! Seriously great service and selection of vapes both disposable and refillable. Coils, pods, juice, and all your normal tobacco products like cigs and cigars. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I walked up and see a well lit store, walk in and its spotless and all the products were beautifully displayed. Muhammad was very helpful and had more options for Mr Fog Disposable vape 2000 puff than the store I normally go to. Competitive prices and the most friendly man! Started going to CG TOBACCO & VAPE about 6 months ago & will go nowhere else. Mohammad addresses me by my name when I walk through the door!He and employees (DJ) are polite, knowledgeable about their products, answer questions AND seeks clients opinions on products to pass along to other customers. Their prices are lower than others in area (that I have visited) & NO ONE HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN CG TOBACCO & VAPE.

CG Smoke Shop is so much fun! They have a great selection of CBD edibles, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus they have a lot of weekend discount specials and a punch card.
