This place was truly a gem! I needed a quick stop for a mod replacement and popped in; the place was open, organized, and clean. The lady I spoke with was very personable and helpful with a great knowledge of the assortment of mods! She was also a fantastic saleswoman, if I wasnt on a mission she would absolutely have made a significant upsell. I fully plan to come back.

They used to tell my brother & I both that if we wanted something theyd order it. Well they still offer it but dont seem to follow thru on it. Ive requested a couple of items that they used to have but not sure if they cant get it but Ive been requesting popclouds grape 3% forever now & its never there. This has been going on for like 6 months. Before that it was TFV16 glass bubbles. I finally had to order it off the Internet. I guess Im going to have to do the same with the juice. Idk I talk to Omar (who isnt there much anymore but to be expected) & staff seem disinterested. If so thats fine. I can go elsewhere. Just wondering whats up? No disrespect. Cause the stores the brothers run are by far the nicest in the area. Just seems like the caring aspect of its services are kinda lacking lately or disappearing.Update: spoke to the manager the other night & Omar mustve seen my post because I was told theyre getting my juice in but they were unable to locate the glass bulbs & thats no problem Ive located another source. So to be determined. Still waiting.The guys in the store were very friendly. Very helpful. Store was clean. Great experience. Broad selection of top rated items. Everyone is awesome & more than willing to help. Omar & Abraham were absolutely great. Like these guys alot! Thanks & I recommend going & checking them out. Edit: they said they were fixing a past issue with (not a bad selection, just wasnt a lot, that being said, they were a brand new store.) My point is tho, these guys make a promise to ya, expect them to meet it. Great bunch of people here. Very friendly & eager to please.

I came in the store tonight, Thursday December 7th, and the young guy working with floppy blonde hair was awesome LOL he suggested that I tried one of the Tyson menthol Vapes. (After I asked for a certain type of minty-o Mr fog) they didnt have the type I usually talk, and he suggested this one. And I definitely like it so much! I think floppy blonde hair deserves a raise because hes awesome. I would have went somewhere else to buy a vape if he hadnt suggested this one, and I liked it so much Ill probably keep coming back to your store to buy more.

They sold me a POS defective banger for rig. I purchased a Aleaf Spinner Kit X from them on 8/3/2023. I took it home and could not get it to spin. The very next day 8/4/23 i go to the store and ask advice on how to use it (different employees). The 1 at store worked flawlessly (go figure). They told me since it had been used already that they could not exchange it even though it was thoroughly cleaned. I asked if they could just replace the bucket (NO). Their solutions to the problem was to offer me a discount on a new banger. Even with discount they are $35-40. Huge rip off needless to say, if you need nicotine vape stuff they are ok. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY OTHER NECESSITIES!!!!ps dont bother reaching out i shattered POS Banger due to utter disappointment, enjoy the 1 star review. Ill use Linden Ave Dollar Store or Centerville Smoke Shop from now on. Pass on Diamonds. Sucks cause its all in the same family

Every time I come to this smoke shop I feel so welcomed. The guys that work there are so sweet and so helpful. I’m not a person who usually rates and reviews places but I honestly felt the need to show some love to this place because I’ve had nothing but a good experience every time I’m in the store. Seriously, customer service is a 10/10. The products they sell are fairly priced and worth it. They’re great at making recommendations too, as a matter of fact, the only things I’ve ever bought from the store were recommended to me by the guys that work there. This is the only smoke shop/ vape store I’ll ever go to from here on out, and I’m a person who likes to try new things and go new places so that’s saying something. For real though, shop here for all your vape/ smoking needs and you will not be disappointed. They have a great rewards program too so sign up for that as well!!

I was charged 49$ and when I got home I saw that the sticker was 39$. They charged me like 53 after tax for a 39$ piece

Wow! Went here for the first time yesterday looking for a vape device that wouldn’t leak. They were so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my vape shop from now on! This place is so much better than the one I was going to before; there’s no comparison.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had the pleasure of in a long time. Saif was willing to go the extra mile and get me exactly what I needed when I had no clue myself . I will be a long time customer as long as they are so knowledgeable and helpful.

Sunday they are supposed to open at 11am. I had a group of friends over at my house last night and someone had the bright idea to throw everything g vape related in the hot tub. This morning. I woke up at got to the vape shop around 11:05. Stayed around until 11:15. No one was there. Doors were locked. The 8 of us potential customers will not be revisiting this establishment or lack there of. Very disappointed in the middle aged man who probably owns this place. I’m 21 and own a gas station in Springfield and have never been late to opening up my store.

Found this place on accident and as soon as I walked in a felt welcomed and they were very helpful even the people that didn’t work there and were actual customers lol. Probably the nicest and cleanest looking smoke shop in Dayton. The guys that work here are really friendly and helpful. They sell everything cigarettes, tobacco, vapes, vaporizers, glass, CBD, Kratom, and anything else you’d expect to find in a smoke or vape shop.
