I had to go check this place after it was recommended to me. They had a very large selection of disc, and about anything else you may need for disc golf like bags and towels. They seem to always be getting new item if you dont see what you are looking for. I returned here looking for a special disc and was able to find one here with a variety of plastics and weights, made my day!

There isn’t much to say about this store other than if you like disc golf, you’ll love this store. They have always been great to work with, and employees have always been very helpful. The putting range has been fantastic because you can test out some putters before you purchase one. It’s great for people getting into the sport to get a good handle on some disc before they just keep buying disc until you find one that feels perfect in the hand. I’ve even had them ship me discs, and it has always been well packaged, and the disc is in perfect condition when it arrives.

Always have a great selection and helped me with some very specific requests on discs. Took the time to sift through inecetory and get me exactly what I needed. No brainer to do business here!

I’ve always gotten great help from the workers and never felt rushed with my noob questionsSide note: if u can’t find what u want on the shelves check their site! A lot are on their way to the floor in the back which you can check online.Just picked up disc golf about a week ago. Went there to buy my first discs and bag. Dude who helped was super knowledgeable and helpful. I was LOST, He walked me thru the disc types and helped me build a set. Since then I’ve made a few online orders from there to build my collection… glad I stopped in, they now have a loyal repeat customer

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and never had a bad experience. The employees are very laid back and equally helpful/knowledgeable. This is a quality shop, and other retailers should take notice of how its done.

I just have to say the employees in this store & the smoke shop are absolutely amazing and wonderful. I’m always greeted with a smile and both times I was in there within the last couple weeks, I got in and out in an exceptionally reasonable amount of time, finding what I needed thanks to the help of the guys. Definitely my favorite shop to go to and I will be returning, they have everything you need and are very helpful and kind, caring.

I dont want to give a low rating to the store because its very cool, chill and has a great selection. Ive been coming in to the store off and on for a bit but the last couple times I have been saddened to see and hear the manager Todd belittling and harassing other employees. Its not right to say hurtful things and physically do thing to others to try and make them feel bad about themselves or make them feel unintelligent. I know there are boys with special needs that are in the store sometimes and I really hope he isnt doing that to them as well. Just disappointing and heartbreaking to see a manager treat people the way he does. Not cool man

They organization was not the best, they sort the discs by type where different brands are randomly placed. They works were very nice and even gave us a recommendation where to go for lunch. The smoke shop attached was a bit strange and was more suitable for people who use glass pipes

This place is disc golf heaven!!! So many discs, so many stamps, so many plastics, and so much knowledge! All the guys were super friendly and helpful. There’s even an entire room where you can putt indoors! 10/10 would recommend!

Out of all the dozen or so disc golf stores I have checked out across the country, Hazy Shade might be the best. Their disc and gear selection is extensive and their new website for buying discs is great too, though sometimes they sell out of popular discs or brands very quickly, but that is common across most stores right now as the sport is growing tremendously and manufacturers cannot keep up with demand. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their disc organization can be confusing at times. A lot of stores sort by brand, and then by speed / stability, but Hazy has all brands mixed together, sorted by speed, then stability. This likely due to the fact they have pretty much every brand you could ever want, so sorting by brand would be much more difficult. It is not a terrible system, but sometimes it can just leaving you looking for specific discs for a bit. After a few dozen visits I can find most everything I want quickly. But ask any employee and they will help you find exactly what you need instantly. Their new rewards program now extends to all their products, not just discs, so you can earn $5 off coupons pretty frequently, that can be used on their site too. Their used rack is usually pretty empty these days, but you can usually find some good stuff on there. And finally, if you have lost a disc in the Dayton area, there is a good chance it is on their Lost and Found rack, which is huge. To summarize, if you are a beginner or veteran to the sport of Disc Golf, Hazy Shade is the place to go.

This store is excellent! I love that they have a rewards program so I occasionally get a few dollars off my discs. Disc selection is the best Ive found in the greater Cincy area. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were BLOWN AWAY with the level of service and how they handled the situation.Upon leaving we looked at each other and commented that we would never go elsewhere to make a significant purchase. Hazy Shade is always super friendly, and the staff is always really well versed in their knowledge about their products. I had gone in recently after looking online for a new E-Nail since my roommate moved out and my girlfriend moved in. I went in and asked the price and after the associate told me the price I stated I had seen it on their website for a lesser price. After pulling up the official website and showing they offer free shipping, Hazy Shade honored the online sale price for the item! Super cool! So I grab a shirt and proceed to get rang out. I get home and get ready to use my new toy and 2/3 of the items are missing. I immediately call them up and they inform me they had just switched over to a new POS system that day and had JUST started their reward program that day and It was a bit hectic so I understand. So I go back with my receipt grab the missing items and get home only to find I have a 19 mm banger instead of a 14 mm banger so I called them up they apologized and told me to come and and they will swap it out no worries. I went in they apologized a few more times and I’m again I told em no big deal we all laughed and I left but the point of the story is that even when they messed up they immediately corrected the issue . I love supporting local shops who go above and beyond to assist their customers. Great store 10/10 recommend.

Love this place. Guys in here are very knowledgeable and know their stuff. Been going there since their old location. They have a fairly extensive tobacco/smoke shop with all supplies needed as well as a whole vape area. For those who dont know they also have a location in Springfield Ohio.

The best disc golf store in Ohio and likely the entire country. The selection is amazing and the indoor putting baskets are a fantastic added touch to try out a new disc. Staff are very knowledgeable about their inventory.

Friendly people, great prices it would get a 5 star however because of the amount of incense that they have in there that takes your breathe away when you first come in Im only giving it a 4 star. I left with a sore throat from only being in there for 5 mins.

This place is one of the top shops around. I travel all around the east side of the US throwing on my travels. SW ohio has a very good disc golf scene and the shops to help grow the sport. From N KY to Dayton there are a lot of great courses. Stop by Hazy Shade, talk to their staff, get some new plastic and go throw one of their close courses before you head back to wherever you call home.

Amazing store and staff. Owner is a great guy who is good to the community. Disc selection is second to none anywhere within an hour or two of Dayton. Next to Belmont DGC so you can grab disc and go play. I stopped ordering online and always support them here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, while not being in-your-face or aggressive. Offered to let my wife and I use their disc testing room as long as we liked. HUGE selection, including their own brand of discs that they try and match to other popular brands (which they do very well - bought one ourselves).

Went in to browse with my girl, my third time in there and her first time and let me tell you! The selection of quilty glass goods is outstanding! The fella who helped me was informative on product and very nice. Going back next weekend after payday to pick up a Qomo 😁😁

Love coming here great selection of bags carts and discs. They also have a smoke shop in the back. They carry CBD items as well. And body jewelry. Did I mention they have a good selection of incense, they smell so good along with handmade items for sale. I recommend stopping in!!!

In addition to their wonderful apparel and gear business, Hazy Shade is THE serious vape shop in Dayton. They dont mess much with disposable vapes, having a small selection of those. They do have Daytons best selection of the highest quality glass and electric vaporizers and rigs. They also feature custom built vape mods that literally no one else has to offer. Their employees are friendly, cool, and probably Daytons most knowledgeable and experienced vapers who work in customer-facing roles.

Come for the back room but everything else is super cool in there. So many choices for disk gold gear and an AMAZING selection of invents probably the best put together I’ve ever seen and they have like every scent wild berry makes. Definitely get in there!

Idk what I was expecting before walking in, but it blew every expectation out of the water. Anything you need when it comes to the sport of disc golf. It truly was a place you need to visit and spend a bunch of money.

I always liked that place and have been a ton of times through the years. Tonight I kinda had a bad experience though with a woman working in the back room. Just very rude and a total buzzkill. I was actually planning on buying more things but the way she was talking to me when she showed me the first thing made me want to get what I needed and get out. Otherwise its a great store to shop at

This is an amazing Disc Golf shop, and also Smoke Shop in the back. The Manager was absolutely fantastic and helped me and my son with everything, we even got to try out the Disc in the Putting rooms with 3 Baskets to throw at, including a Target in the 2nd Practice room. I got my son what he wanted for his Birthday at a very reasonable price and we both had a great time while we were there. Best Disc Golf shop around, fer sure.

This place has a unique hometown neighborly feel to it. The staff really know how to be helpful but not annoyingly in your face. They offer lots of neat knick knacks, homemade thingies, disc golf supplies and a well stocked head shop in the back room. This is the kinda place where you wanna take your time and look in every nook and cranny cuz there are super neat things everywhere

Best shop in the area, great selection and now they have an online presence as well. Knowledgeable staff overcomes the downside of their accompanying smoke shop (at least the smell is mostly incense so not unpleasant).

Im new to disc golf, and had a great experience at Hazy Shade. The employee I talked with was really friendly and helpful, and he steered me to a good set of used midrange discs for my family and I to start out using. Were excited to get into this. It seems like it will be a great outdoor activity we can enjoy together for very little cost.

I cant say enough great things GS about the entire staff here. Theyre the most helpful people Ive encountered at any business Ive gone to. It doesnt matter how busy they are. If you need help theyll be there. Its also a major plus that they dont pressure you into buying anything.

Biggest selection of discs youll ever see and very good prices, including an $8 preowned section which could save someone who doesnt know what they like yet a lot of money. If youre going just for the smoke shop be forewarned that they focus on quality more than quantity. They have a small selection of your standard inexpensive pipes at ok prices but outside of that there isnt much middle ground (most pieces are 20 or less or 100 or more). If you play disc golf its worth making a long trip to visit for sure. Excellent service and frequent shopper discount on discs.
