This place is hands down, the single best vape store. Been to dozens upon dozens of places over the many years Ive been vaping, but not one single place has ever gotten close to the customer service, selection, and even deals that I have gotten in the 2 or so years Ive been coming here. Just today, I had an issue and they fixed it right up. Employees are awesome. If you could go higher than 5 stars I would, cannot recommend this place enough.

Hands down the best experience Ive had at any smoke shop. I called ahead of time, because I needed my vape fixed. Jay told me to just come in. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted and welcomed. The guys instantly clicked, they didnt make the experience seem like it was all business. We talked and I got to know everyone in the shop at the time. The prices are fair and the recommendations were even better. Ill definitely be back for sure.

I really like this place, the guys in there are super friendly and knowledgeable + they usually always have what I need and if they don’t they quickly get it. It’s a 15 min drive for me but is the only one I’ll go to as all the other smoke shops I’ve been to suck ha.

Stopped in quick because I was in the area. Best decision Ive ever made. Had the pleasure of working with Dillon and he made sure that I got to try everything I had an intesest in, made great suggestions once he heard what I was looking for and ended up leaving with more than I was looking for, but couldnt be happier. Amazing store, insane selection, and a real family owned store vibe. Id give them 10 stars if it allowed. He even gave my friend and I a water. Which if you intend on trying some vape juice, its a Godsend.

These guys are great. Every time I go in, theyre super friendly and make me feel that theyre genuinely happy Im back. I dont even go in super often, maybe once or twice a month, and they all act like they recognize me every time I come in.Theyll let you try any flavor you want and are extremely patient. They know a ton about all of their wide range of products, and go above and beyond in their level of customer service. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly vape shop to make their home. = )

I want to love this place. Its close, the people are nice and do their best to help you. They have a nice selection of E-Juice, salts, and throw aways. If you just need coils or a new pod, they usually got ya. Store is always clean and hours are great.Heres my issue... Nothing I need is ever in stock. I buy a juice I like, Ill go back to get another and it wont be in stock. Months go by and its never restocked. Seems to happen with everything. I dont use pod systems or disposables, but the tanks are never in stock. Variable wattage devices are never in stock and they are never consistent. I cant even count on the website for current information because its been my experience that NOTHING is ever correct on it. Say they have things in stock that they dont. Say they carry things they dont. And dont bother placing an order because it will just be a wasted trip to the store.I dont care that they dont carry RDAs or RTAs. Doesnt bother me they dont carry rebuildable supplies. But it would be nice if they had a consistent supply of SubOhm tanks, mods, and kits. There are a lot of people like me out there that like to switch it up and prefer to pair my mods, tanks, and coils myself.

Outstanding service as always. I have never written a review about any store before, but this one deserves it. The young man who owns the store certainly knows every aspect of excellent customer service, store maintenance and product placement. The employees are knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. It is a treat every time I go in. And to the owner: I went in at 10:15 on 4/30/2019 and was serviced by the young man with the dark hair so you can tell him as well. The other employee there was a treat as he always is.

I was happily helped by the staff here (sorry man Im terrible at names) I believe his name was Aha. I came in today looking for a new vaporizer since my old one was giving me trouble and i prefer a box type over a pen. He was quite informative and gave me some good advice. Everyone who works here are super friendly! They all go above and beyond in regards to customer service...also, the staff are all very knowledgeable about the products, whether youre buying a mod or just trying to find a new flavor of juice...they will let you try juices if you dont know what you want...plus they have a pretty great reward points system...they change my coil for me when I am in there for coils,:they clean my tank and get it all set for me! I recommend them to everyone for their vape needs, they are awesome, Including the owner, Moe, who works just as hard at customer service and is just as friendly as the rest of the staff!!

Flat out the best place for your liquids and accessories, the team here is knowledgable, courteous and you can tell theyre excited about their stuff, it shows that they love what they do! If youre trying to find a perfect flavor this is the place, from describing to them what I liked, they understood EXACTLY the flavor pallet i was looking for, you can tell theyre experienced it was as if they were in my head. This is first vape shop I ever went to when I was looking to quit smoking. They took the time to not only suggest my first mod, but answer any questions I had about it. Also, rather than setting it up for me, they actually walked me through while having me set it up myself. The staff are the best Ive ever run into. They know SO much but there are two things more impressive than knowing so much. First, if they dont know something they tell you and will even research an answer for you. Second, they actually care about the customers feedback. Ive been in many times where the owner will have me try a new juice and ask me if I feel they should carry it or if I think it would sell well. Knowing juice as well as they do is one thing, but asking for customers opinions is just another level that Ive never run into at any other shop. I dont have any brothers other than the adopted brothers at this shop!

Great place, great atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, helped me find what I was looking for right away. Allowed me to sample their 120+ flavors they had before I made a specific choice. Be sure to have some time on your hands if youre going in there to sample flavors lol. They work well within your budget & get you the best bang for your buck. I love this place! Out of all of the vape shops I have been to over the years Cloudhunterz stands alone, I will not go to any other shop. Being new to vaping it was a bit intimidating walking into a shop. I got very lucky walking into this one. The owner was very knowledgeable and let me try a few flavors out. Ever since that day I have not picked up a cigarette. Ive been wanting to leave a review and now found some time to do so.I found my favorite flavor and never needed to return to cigarettes. So thanks to Cloudhunterz for that. No more carbon monoxide from burning paper, formaldehyde or any other disgusting carcinogens in cigarettes. I have been going there for about a year. Decided to stop at a different vape shop one day and I will NEVER stray from Couldhunterz ever again! They are so kind and helpful every time I go in. I never have to wait for service even when theyre busy. They guys are so amazing with multi tasking and making sure that every customer leaves satisfied. I’ve shopped at this vape store for almost 3 years now and i rarely go anywhere else. The staff is very nice and polite. They are always willing to sit with you and ask you what you need. They will also get to know you on a first name basis just like friends/family. There is always no rush to leave. There is a lounge area with a tv and also a faux bar to sit at. There are many juices to shop from and try before you buy. They have many devices from pod systems to mods. All their prices are fairly priced. I highly recommend visiting this store.

This is the ONLY place to go. High end equipment, priced higher yes, but you get what you pay for. The mods carried are not the basic Smok brands that every vape shop carries. Juice selection is the most unique Ive ever come across. Definitely take the time to stop in.

This shop is amazing. I walked in incredibly disappointed with my previous vaping setup, almost ready to quit, and the manager, Jason was insanely helpful. He set me up with a brand new mod and spent at least one full hour teaching me the ins and out of my new mod. And the juice selection is incredible, everything is there and ready for me to test it. I must have gone through about 10 great flavors before I picked my favorite one. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enhance their vape experience. This place is a great place to go no matter if your a beginner or a veteran to Vaporizers. They carry only the best stuff. They also have the best prices that i know of. Another great thing about this place is before you leave you will know everything about the product that you purchased. They are very knowledgeable on all of their product. The atmosphere is very relaxing too. The flavor selection for their juices is amazing. Any flavor worth vaping can be found here. They even carry Cuttwood and Five Pawns Vaporizer juice which is great.

I have been going to this vape shop for roughly 6 months now and am extremely satisfied. I switched to this vape shop for a variety of reasons including better prices, better customer service, and better selection of products. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I am very picky with my flavor of juices but the staff does not stop until they find me something that is right for me and they always have great recommendations on what to try! My new go to place for everything vape! I refuse to go anywhere else now. So here’s why- The owner and employees very super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The service was honestly so good that I wanted to tip them but the owner politely refused. I pride myself on amazing customer service at my businesses so It was very easy for me to recognize the amazing service I was being provided.- they were the only shop within 15 miles that had the glass piece to my tank. I brought my vape in and they knew right away which piece to grab.- the guy helping me also recommended a different tank for my mod that would make my life way easier. I could tell he wasn’t just mentioning it so that they could make a sale, but rather he was telling me about it so my life would be easier.- helped me pick out different colors. We mixed and matched different tank colors on my mod to see which looked better. Some places will just leave them in the display and tell you pick.- Offered me something to drink. He Went and got me a cold beverage.- showed me step by step how to set everything up. It wasnt overwhelming and definitely noob friendly. He gave me the little tips and tricks that only pros know that would save me time, money, and headache.- the place is clean, organized, and has a super chill vibe to it.Overall 10/10 place/experience. I felt like I was going to my friend’s store and not just a place trying to sell me something and get me out.I highly recommend this place!

An absolute amazing establishment. I wouldnt know where to begin, I received nothing but five star customer service upon every visit to cloud hunterz. They have an amazing staff who are nothing but patient, welcoming and have in depth technical knowledge that you cant find in youtube videos. They will set you up and make sure youre vaping safely, and of course cost efficiently.

Cool environment and super friendly. Even allowed me to bring in my pup to vibe with guests. The juice that was recommended was good and the charger I purchased was above my expectations on performance, as well as the 35 amp batteries. The glass I purchased wasnt the one I asked for. It was a small version which I have 3 already and was looking for the larger version. Im not into returning things and I didnt notice till I got home. I drove 20 miles to visit cloudhunterz and there was no way I was driving back. Good experience and was even offered coffee. However the coffee offered was cold and was almost offensive to be offered something out of hospitality thats was super subpar. Create a legit coffee station open to self serve with a Keurig, cream and sugar. So that clients are more likely to get amped up and feel good, which in return will generate repeat business and make people spend more while feeling good off of premium coffee. Good luck

Absoutley love this Vape Shop. It has my coils in stock all the time which other vape shops dont. Wide variety of flavors and brands for juices, mods, tanks, coils, and everything you need for your vaping experience. Went in for some juice, the shop was okay, however while I was in there, multiple young guys came in to buy product, none of which were IDd. They had to have been about 15 or 16 years old, this is a huge turnoff to see a vape shop selling products to minors. They seemed like nice guys working there, but obviously very careless about who they sell to. Nothing special, will not go back again.

Ive been vaping for two years now and have spent a lot of time at various shops in that time. No experience has compared to my first trip to Cloudhunterz. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff, to the variety of products to choose from, to the welcoming nature of the store sets the bar way higher than most other vape shops can begin to work towards. The shop I frequented before going to Cloudhunterz is about 10 minutes closer to my house, but I will gladly take the extra time for a store of this caliber.

So I went in about a month ago. I was a pack a day smoker. The owner asked me a bunch of questions, took his time to find the right tool, showed me how to use it. I haven’t smoked a cigarette since and I will pass 7 vape shops to hit this one. Excellent staff, helpful and always gives me exactly what I need. Except for the coffee and cigarette vape juice…………🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I had never bought a vape before and didnt know much about anything. As soon as I walked in my friends and I were offered coffee or water. Dylan one of the employees there was very kind and explained to me different things about vapes and juices, when I picked the vape I wanted we went over to try juices at the bar, the owner Moe was enthusiastic and and very helpful when trying different juices. They made my experience there a very pleasent one and I will be returning 10/10

A+ service.I tried vaping in the past, going from a cheap E- cigarette that you throw away after half a day, or a cheap 25$ refillable vape pen. Didnt like it so i quit. Couple years down the road, im at the regular gas station of mine, and they have this vaping kit in. It looked like a good deal as it was digital and looked fancy. Boy was i wrong. I was overcharged for some cheap Chinese Knock off.Came to this place and WOW, Mo took care of me, i never asked if he was the owner or manager or just employee, but i was treated like a personal friend.HUGE selection of E-Liquids, over 100+ flavors. They let me try so many different kinds, what i appreciate most is never once did they push a sale. Mo explained how to make the best of my situation.I highly recommend this place if your interested in vaping, are a vaper, or just have some questions. They will answer them all and make you comfortable at the same time.

I went home to Detroit to visit my family in March because I was alittle home sick! I left my vape in Houston and decided to buy a new one! I got a new vape and juice for about 65 bucks which is a steal compared to Houston prices! I was the only woman shopping at the time and the staff they were so sweet and kind even the shoppers!!
