Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a little detox session. Staff were super friendly with relaxing atmosphere. The salt cave is very nice and relaxing. Was nice to breathe afterwards. The ionic foot bath was amazing to see all the toxins flushed out. Would recommend for locals or visitors!
My sister & I were wanting to celebrate our birthday with something different & special so we booked the Wellness package and wow what a wonderful and enjoyable experience! Each treatment was amazing the staff was super friendly and we had the best time. This was our 1st time doing something like this and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended
Spa Day! What a unique and delightful spa! The infrared Sauna provided sore and tired muscle relief, and the Salt Cave was a transformation for the entire body! Relieved swelling, revitalized skin, and honestly, we all have more energy! Highly recommend, very clean, staff was wonderful and we will be back!!
Absolutely amazing!I really wanted to do the sound bath in the cave but they were sold out so I was told to call back about any cancelations. Sadly no one ever cancelled BUT that is clearly a good sign, and they were so helpful here that they made my dream come true and added a seat for me.Everytime I called they were patient, helpful, and in person just everyone went above and beyond. The sound bath by Martin Ann was absolutely perfect!I highly recommend it
I absolutely love this Spa! I have been here several times for services and shopping needs. The staffs friendliness and customer service is always 5 star - theyre amazing people. The Spa is clean and very well maintained. I love the salt cave and inferred sauna, so I usually end up getting a package that includes both! My favorite part, though, is the Himalayan salt items they sell, including the beautifully designed lamps! Ive bought several for myself and they make fantastic gifts!
This place was amazing!!! We did the salt room and hour massage package and it was sooooo needed!! I brought in some headphones for my own relaxing music and loved just sitting in the salt cave, the best part of everything was the massage.. tana who did my massage was considerate and thoughtful as this was my first professional massage. Was literally shocked at the end how relaxed I was. Do yourself the favor and do this!! All was very well priced as well and will be back!
The spa was very clean and peaceful. The salt cave was like nothing I’ve ever seen before, I loved the healing qualities, you could feel the minerals in the air. Angela led our group through an enlightening workshop working through energies and extensive breath work. She was an excellent guide and I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to center themselves and get in touch with their energy.
This place is my healing sanctuary anytime I need a little pick me up. We really enjoy the salt caves. The benefits from the Himalayan salts are truly amazing. Stephanie and Marcus are wonderful people. We’ve been coming here for many years. Plan on returning soon.
Genuinely appreciate the fantastic customer service I received this morning. I accidentally booked on the wrong day for my Salt Cave session and didnt realize it until I arrived and my reservation did not come up in the system. The wonderful woman at the front desk realizing what I had done immediately sprung into action to see if there was space available for the session I had hoped to join. Sure enough there was a chair available and she quickly updated my reservation so I could join. Seriously thank you for the kindness. I would give more stars if I could.
The most amazing experience. My daughter wanted to treat me to a spa and boy, did she hit the spot!!! Relaxing, unwinding, just what you need to unplug. The foot detox was great and surprising, the infrared sauna very comforting and pain relieving and the salt cave was out of this world wonderful. Do not hesitate about this place. Next time I go to Denver again, this is my one stop i wont miss for sure. Now to put the cherry on top of the cake was Maria and the so heavily massage. I had never in my life experienced such amazing hands operating miracles in my body. I had been to different massage therapists, but NOTHING compares to this. Honestly, you cant get any better. Definitely 100% recommend. Loved everything ❤
If you want peace and relaxation, this is the place to find it. Lobby is welcoming and soothing with crystals and other products to purchase. The salt cave is like a mini vacation at a spa. Fifty minutes of quiet interlude while enjoying the benefits of pink Himalayan salt. The ionic footbath is also an amazing experience removing toxins from your body through your feet. Sit in a massage chair while soothing music plays and let the ions do their work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you check this place out!
All the employees were so friendly! Made for a great experience walking in the door. The 45-Minute IR sauna is life. Will be back in a couple weeks. Feeling too fresh
Our first time to a Salt Cave and we loved It!!! So relazing, even 7 hours later! Very restorative....we will definitely be back! I recommend a later appointment because you will feel so relaxed afterwards!
My Mom and sister went there today to try it out. Atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and refined. The salt cave was very relaxing. Its a fun experience.
Got a couples package of salt cave and couples massage they gave us roses as leaving too and the French truffle and water was amazing. We couldn’t tell a difference from salt cave but was super relaxing and beautiful and massage was superb the lady that did mine works my back out and done an amazing side neck technique. First time here and in Colorado a must do and way better than what we have in tennessee
My husband and I went here on 3/6/22 for our monthly date. When we walked in we were greeted and told who to follow. As soon as we entered the salt cave my anxiety decreased and I felt so relaxed. I loved the sounds. The smell. The vibe. It was perfect. We will definitely be back. I purchased a few items when out session was over. Can’t wait to go back!
We had the most amazing Sunday pamper day at the 5 Star Salt Caves!! 🤩We did the private infrared sauna, salt therapy in the Himalayan salt cave, and the couples massage. Every single experience was exceptional. As first timers to the infrared sauna and salt therapy, the staff made sure to educate us with the benefits of these treatments. We felt detoxified and relaxed throughout the whole experience. And can I just say that I had the best deep tissue massage from Robin! She focused on the areas where I felt the most pain and tension, and it was so therapeutic. I can tell she’s been doing this for 29 years!!If you live in Denver or are visiting Denver and want a unique wellness experience, please visit this spa! We will be back!!
I made an appointment for me and my 2 daughters to do the ionic foot bath. We arrived and we were greeted I paid for the service but I was a little shocked when they asked for the gratuity up front when the service was not even started. They called us back to start the foot soak and one of my daughters was not working. It took several tries to get the machine working. She came back in and made sure it was working but they did not extend her time even though there was some delay in getting her started. Then once the time was up they came in gave us the speech about what was in the water(not sure if they even believe what they were saying) it seemed so scripted. She drained the water and rinsed our feet but told us that they do not typically make sure your feet are completely dry. Why would you want me to walk out to the main lobby with wet feet? They had us remove our shoes as soon as we walked in, very confusing. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I do not recommend this place we will not go back.
I did a 50-minute salt cave session and it was lovely. I noticed a big difference in my body after the session - I was so calm and relaxed! The staff members I interacted with were very welcoming and kind. My first visit was such a positive experience; Im interested in trying some of the other services they offer, as well (massage, sauna, etc.). I will definitely be back!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. To start off I booked a package for us for our anniversary. The price seemed low, but I later realized you get what you pay for. The person who checked us in was pleasant, but asked us for a tip and full payment upon check-in. I can almost understand paying but you want me to leave a tip based upon what? We hadnt even had our 1st service yet!?!?The Salt Cave was not what we expected. We just sat in the dark for an hour in a room with salt on the floors and walls. The woman who brought us in was very clearly reciting a script as she told us the benefits of the salt room. It consisted of an hour of sitting in a chair in the dark. We were told about skin health and breathing benefits, but when we googled it, we saw most doctors consider this a novelty, not a treatment. The sauna experience was not worth the time or cost, in my opinion. It is not a traditional sauna, but an infrared sauna-really just a small box barely big enough for two.The footbath was the biggest joke of the day. Dont let the name footbath fool you, this is just sitting with your feet in a tub of water for 20 minutes. The extremely rude and pushy woman with a mohawk was the one who helped us here, but help is far from what we got. She is condescending, rude, and the interaction with her was the last straw for us. She was almost manic in her behaviors and speech, constantly rushing us with an odd smile. She, much like the other staff, recited a script when telling us about our footbath. She seemed rehearsed as she told us what the colored water meant. I am not sure if she even looked at the water, she was telling us what orange and black mean and then my wife said, but what do our colors mean? Our colors were yellow and green? She then just said oh thats what I meant...ok?All things considered I would say spend your money at a real spa and enjoy yourself-this place is on the same level as Massage Envy-which is the bottom of the barrel.
I’ve been here a number of times for both the salt cave and for massage. The massage therapists here are always good and the salt cave is very relaxing. The staff is helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
Julies massage was out of this world. The staff were so kind and helpful. This was my first time and definitely not my last!
After a long week of helping my daughter get ready to move, we treated ourselves to a session of Halotherapy in The Salt Cave. It was a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. I recommend that everyone should try it and I plan to return on my next visit to my daughter in Denver.
What an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and experienced. We did the foot bath, red light sauna, salt cave and then a massage. The massage was wonderful!
Called ahead to book a massage with a medically knowledgeable therapist, Autumn. Warm welcome. Thorough intake. Focused on areas of need. Respected medical concerns. Gradual flow, nice relaxation massage. Cupping on shoulders was on point!Looking forward to using the sauna in the future. Thank you for the warm visit!
I loved every experience, and I did most if not all of them! The ionic foot bath was interesting and fun! Although scientific research has thus far indicated these arent effective in pulling unwanted materials from your body, they certainly agree theres no harm in it, and that foot soaks in general have been shown to be beneficial.I then walked barefoot with my freshly cleaned feet into the salt cave, which was fantastic and relaxing. The floor of the cave is lined with himalayan salt, as if it were sand, complete with zero-gravity lounge chairs. The walls are also lined with salt blocks, some backlit for a beautiful effect. The walls and ceiling are designed to look like the inside of a cave, complete with a ceiling that appears to be a glimpse into a starry night, ala fiber optic lights. The spa very thoughtfully provides bags of cough drops and earplugs to ensure a quiet, tranquil experience even if your cavemates drift off into a snoring slumber (they will)!Next, I enjoyed a relaxing 50-minute massage. My therapist, Alecia, was conscientious about avoiding my knee due to a surgery I reported. Her touch was a little too light for my preference for a medium pressure. Im sure she wouldve increased that had I requested it, but I wasnt bothered enough by it to mention it.Finally, I spent 25 minutes in the infrared sauna. If youre new to these, they allow you to get the same cleansing sweat benefits of a normal sauna but at a lower temperature than traditional saunas, thus allowing you to stay in them longer. Although an educational flyer on the small table in the room was mentioned, I didnt realize that you could change the light and thus the targeted benefits until after my time was up! Regardless of that missed opportunity, it was very pleasant. My only tiny gripe is with the tipping policy. My husband had gifted me a $300 gift card for my spa day, which he had intended to provide for tips as well. Indeed, my services left me with $95 on the gift card, but they insisted on the gratuities paid separately. I also didnt have the option to use the remaining gift card funds to help pay for another gift card. I thought Id get my daughter one for her upcoming birthday. Nor could that gift card be transferred to her name. A bit inflexible in my mind, particularly when youre trying to provide a relaxing experience to someone who might not otherwise be able to afford it, like my newly adulting daughter.Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and Im sure Ill be back to use the rest of my gift card one day, which is likely the reason for their policy. :)Update: It turns out this was a misunderstanding and they DO have flexibility to include tips with the gift cards. I was contacted personally by the CFO with a very pleasant and helpful response. Fantastic customer service, all! So refreshing to find businesses like this that take service seriously.
I went in for the salt caves and a full body massage, something I’ve never done. I can’t put into words how for the first time I don’t have any pain or tension. I’m incredibly grateful for the people who work here
Julie honestly gave me the best massage I have ever had. We’ll definitely be back!
Title: Exceptional Customer Service at 5 Star Salt CavesWe recently had the pleasure of visiting the Salt Cave, with my hair and makeup team for a team get away appreciation day, and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we emailed back and forth with Susan and meet the staff , we was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our visit as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. The level of customer service provided was truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend 5 Star Caves Wellnness Center enough.First and foremost, the staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their services. They took the time to explain each treatment in detail, ensuring that we fully understood the benefits and what to expect. Their expertise and enthusiasm created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to relax and fully embrace the experience. The salt cave was a true oasis of tranquility. The soothing ambiance, combined with the therapeutic effects of the salt-infused air, provided a rejuvenating and calming experience. The staff ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session, offering blankets and even a selection of relaxing music to enhance the overall experience. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, with a sense of inner peace that lasted long after the session ended. The foot bath and sauna were equally impressive. The foot bath was a delightful treat for my tired feet, as the warm water Ion therapy worked wonders to relieve any tension or discomfort. The sauna, on the other hand, provided a deep detoxifying experience, leaving me with a renewed sense of vitality. The staff members were attentive and ensured that I had everything I needed to fully enjoy these treatments water at every exit. What truly set this establishment apart was the exceptional customer service provided by the entire team. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from offering refreshments to checking in on us periodically throughout our visit. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest, and I truly appreciated their efforts. In conclusion, my visit to the Salt Cave, was nothing short of extraordinary. The exceptional customer service, combined with the outstanding treatments, created an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to indulge in their services again.
My boyfriend and I came to Denver for a long weekend and wanted to have our last day be relaxing. Before we left on our vacation, I did a bunch of research into spas in the area and finally landed on 5 Star Salt Caves. I gave them a call for openings and the receptionist on the phone was so helpful and nice and got us booked for a romantic couples package - and since it was vacation, we signed up for it all. When we arrived, we were welcomed right away - we did get there earlier than planned - but the waiting area was nice and lots of crystals and salt lamps were available for purchase and to look at. We had our first session in the sauna. It was comfortable and warm. It was private to us, clean, and comfortable. The next was massage. The two ladies who were assigned to us were professional and made it a relaxing experience - I never felt better! Im pretty sure I dozed off a few times. The next thing was the salt cave. It was beautiful on the inside. Quiet, peaceful, despite there being others...my skin felt so soft after! Finally was the isonic foot bath. The chairs were massage chairs and we were given water and a private room while in the session. The whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal, and I appreciate the entire staff for being so friendly and welcoming and explaining all of the benefits of everything. We feel great and if ever back in the area, we will absolutely be back to 5 star salt caves =)
My three sisters and I visited this spa for the first time Saturday afternoon as a treat from our oldest sister. The spa itself is lovely. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had three different services; the salt cave, the infrared sauna, and the detoxing foot bath. The salt cave was around 50 minutes long. The last two services were the sauna and the foot bath and both were rushed. The technicians were sort of vague and not super knowledgeable about the services. The main reason for the two star rating-when our services were over, we were rudely rushed out the door. There was a very sweet woman who was also having services done who IS a frequent visitor of their spa, and she struck up a conversation with my sisters and I as we were all finished and gathering our things. It wasnt quite 5 PM, the spa close at 5 and we were the last customers. We were well aware that they were closing and were just trying to finish up our conversation. One of the employees came up to us and said we close at 5 and it just immediately made us feel awkward and unwelcome. I have worked in the service industry my entire adult life, so I know how it feels when its closing time and you want to go home, however, I have never and would never make a comment like that to someone especially being that it was their first time in my establishment and it wasnt even 5pm yet. That one thing just kind of ruined the entire experience for us. Whoever the employee is with the short, dark curly/wavy hair is needs to watch some YouTube videos on customer service or something. My sister spent a ton of money in there that day and for it to end like that was not not even a little bit cool.
We did a “couple’s” package. It was a fun experience, we’re not sure what to think of the foot bath, but it was relaxing as was the sauna and salt cave. Jill and Cindy are top notch massage therapists!! The only thing I found awkward was having to undress and get dressed again after the massage and sauna. A robe would have been nice. Some hot tea or even lemon in the water would have been a touch of special. Still, I’d recommend it. It’s a fun experience!
The lady who did my massage had the most perfect touch. I almost fell asleep. All was good except I asked her to focus more on my sciatic and feet. She barely touched my feet, disappointed about that. The sauna was great, but not comfortable to not have back support.
I was looking for a local salt room for some relaxation. I found 5 Star Salt Caves Wellness Center and decided to check it out. I went with a friend, and we just showed up Sunday morning. We ended up being the only two people in the cave. They seat you in zero gravity chairs, and there is very calming music playing. We really enjoyed the experience. Sll of the staff were helpful and kind. I will definitely go back to utilize additional services.
Absolutely amazing. We had my sister’s bachelorette here which was such a fun and unique alternative. They had us split up into pairs and moving to the different treatments seamlessly. They were so friendly and accommodating. Every single treatment was wonderful. We all ended in the salt cave together which was so much cooler than I expected it to be. I cannot wait to go back.
I was gifted their wellness package of the salt cave, ionic foot bath, sauna, and massage. All of the staff were friendly and helpful on what my next treatment was and where to go/wait. Im not sure I felt any different after the salt cave but it was a cool experience and very relaxing. I really enjoyed the foot bath and massage. I would have liked the order of my treatments to be in a different order as my sauna was first and my massage was last. I wish these would have been right after each other and Ill request that next time. Highly recommend the experience.
What a fantastic experience my husband and I had here! For starters, we were greeted immediately when we got there. The team was so excited for us and assured us we were about to have a great day.The salt cave was super relaxing, but a bit cold for me. Thankfully I knew to bring socks so I was prepped. I might bring a sweatshirt next time, too.Next up was the massage and it was also fantastic. My husband enjoyed his, as well.We moved onto the iconic foot bath. I have never done it before and it was fascinating! Mine was slightly different than his, and it did align with my known health issues. I was skeptical, but this was certainly eye opening!Last up was the sauna. And it was the perfect ending. We got to relax even more and it felt SOOOO good. All in all, it was a wonderful 3 hours spent. I can’t wait to do it again!
Best spa experience ever! We had a whole crew come in and 5 star salt caves was able to accommodate all of us! I’m talking like 20 people! Thank you for the amazing spa staff who took amazing care of all of us! I will be back for sure to get my massage with Robin! She’s amazing!
Although not my first experience with a salt cave, this was my first visit to this location. It did not disappoint! From the moment I entered the facility, the ambience and the staff demeanor set the stage for a wonderful, calm and peaceful experience. I cant wait for my next visit!
I did the four treatment package, and it was truly amazing! Nurturing, rejuvenating and cleansing. Thank you 5 Star!
Ive had positive experiences at the Salt Caves, and its been particularly helpful for my allergies. However, when I wanted to introduce my cousin to it and had her purchase a Groupon, we were disappointed to discover that the available visiting times are only on weekdays when were both at work. Its quite baffling that they would limit the accessibility this way, considering that most people have standard Monday to Friday, 8-5 work schedules. We initially planned to buy more after the 3 visits, but with these restrictions, well find another place.
I really needed a refresh for myself so I did the Total Wellness package. The massage was better than I expected, the sauna was clean and peaceful, the foot ionization worked well and the salt cave itself was *supurb*. All the people were friendly and professional, parking was easy and overall it was a lovely refreshing time.
My review on the 5 Star Salt Cave Wellness Center incorporating a sound bath of crystal bowls.I gifted my husband a special singing bowl event for Christmas! Heres how it went...A bit of background: Halotherapy (salt therapy) clears pollens, viruses, pollutants, and toxins out of the lungs, and nasal passageways, preventing illness. Your respiratory tract will feel rejuvenated with the regular use of halotherapy. While in the cave, I definitely noticed I could breathe more easily and it seemed to have been like magic because my nasal passages opened right up so I could breathe deeply and fully.Sound baths use repetitive notes at different frequencies to help bring your focus away from your thoughts. Generally, these sounds are created with traditional crystal bowls, gemstone bowls, cymbals, and gongs. Each instrument creates a different frequency that vibrates in your body and helps guide you to the meditative and restorative state. Similar to how a yoga class works, each instructor has their own way of creating the flow of a sound bath. Essentially, a sound bath is a meditation class that aims to guide you into a deep meditative state while youre enveloped in ambient sound played by a sound therapist.I did some research on this before, and studies proved that music (in general) can lower blood pressure, decrease pulse rate and assists the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for digestion and some metabolic processes. By using particular combinations of rhythms and frequencies, it is possible to shift our normal beta state (alert, concentrating, reacting) to an alpha (creative, relaxed), and even theta (meditative state) and delta (deep sleep; where restoring and healing can occur). This was our first time, and it left me feeling calm, relaxed & recharged. When we walked into the salt cave at 5 Star, it had spots set up for us with blankets and reclining chairs. It looked like a professional napping set-up, and I was instantly in heaven. The first 15 minutes were filled with breath work and I kept getting distracted by the performance of the instructor. Then I started focusing on the sounds, the environment, and my breathing, and something changed. By the last hour, I felt like I was asleep but was also fully aware of my surroundings. It was wild — I tried to get into a meditative state, and quiet my mind. Not all sound therapists use the same instruments, either. But they should all share the goal of leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Take your time finding the right sound bath for you and treat it the same way you would find your favorite exercise class: through trial and error. The Bottom Line (and the Small Print)Sound baths can be an excellent way to meditate, especially if youre in a rut with your usual self-care routine. However, not every sound bath, nor every persons experience, is the same. Some people find sound baths challenging, and it isn’t unusual to feel frustrated the first 20 or 30 minutes as you work to clear your mind. But as long as you try to focus on the sounds, your breath, and being present, you will likely experience some level of relaxation, even if you dont reach a meditative state.By the end of the session, I wished it was longer, like when you go to a good massage session. It was worth the cost & I would definitely do it again! 👍
Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the 5 Star Salt Caves. There is so much Himalayan crushed salt on the floor, its like walking at the beach. The salt cave that has over 13 tons of Himalayan salt in it making it a little oasis to rejuvenate. Loved the shop that they have at the front of the store. Make sure to check out the lemongrass & Himalayan salt soap, its the perfect gift!
I had my first massage at 5 Star Salt Caves. It was a fantastic experience from when I walked in the door to when I left. Alexandria completed my massage and asked me about what I was looking for with the massage before starting. It was one of the best massages I have had. I will definitely come back again.
My husband and I were in town for the holidays and tried out the Infrared Sauna. It was so amazing! Loved that saunas are private and with the option to add on people to your pod. The experience was incredibly relaxing, calming and we both left feeling incredible. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for a 45 minute session for 2 people. The spa staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the space felt very clean and inviting. Cannot wait to come back every time we are in town! Thanks so much!
I had an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience here with a massage - Cindy is awesome - salt cave, and infrared sauna. Beautiful space too. Highly recommend!
I decided to try the Salt Caves. I did the Ionic foot bath and the salt cave. I was really amazed at how I felt after! I can’t wait to go back!
I only went to the Salt Cave and it was relaxing but I would say to make it better it would be great to have a guided meditation through the speaker (instead of just music). Also at other salt caves I’ve been to they have given a warm neck wrap which also was great. This wasn’t bad I’ve just been other places that had more bang for the buck in the cave.
I enjoyed the experience with the ionic foot spa. The facility is very clean, easy to find, and has easy parking. Susan at the front desk is a total gem and they have lovely and unique items for sale in thwir waiting area. Will return!
This was my first time doing the salt caves, and it was supreme relaxation. Before the cave, you remove shoes (I’d recommend wearing socks so your feet don’t get cold). They give you a light blanket, and then you relax in zero gravity lounge chairs. Even though you’re there with other people, they encourage silence and listening to their peaceful music during your time. This was a lovely way to unwind.
Experienced the ionic foot bath. Wonderfully relaxing and the results were most colorful. Awesome 25 minutes of blissful serenity. All staff were gracious hosts.
If I could give 0 stars I would. ask to be contacted directly by managment. never happened. truly unbelievable customer service given how expensive this place is. WILL NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE.
I attended a salt cave sound bath experience at 5 Star, and had a mostly good experience.Overall, I’d give 3.5/5.The good: The salt cave space was great, lighting was mood-appropriate, and chairs reclined for a comfortable experience. The sound experience ranged in intensity throughout, with a range of sounds, bowls and a large gong. The gong was my personal favorite, due to the intensity of sound and length of this part of the bath. I definitely felt some physical and mental shifts during this portion of the experience, which is what I was hoping for.The not-so-good: I wish the staff would be more mindful of being quiet while the sound bath session was taking place. Or that the room was more soundproof to the rest of the spa area. Aside from the gong portion of the sound bath, where it was loud enough to drown out external noise, we could hear staff laughing, talking and vacuuming during the sound bowl and other sound portion of the bath, which was distracting and lead to a less meditative experience during those portions. If the room was sound proof/staff were more mindful, the experience would have easily been 5/5.
- getting info when arriving could’ve been better as there were a lot of people in the front area talking kinda loud but the lady at the front desk was nice and did explain everything- Did the massage & salt cave package- Massage- 9/10- Great massage, wish it was longer than 50mins (in a good way)- one masseuse had a slight cough. She was respectful about it.- Salt Cave- 6.5/10- relaxing- issue wasn’t with staff but other patrons didn’t necessarily respect the quiet policy- 8/10, i would recommend to others
This was my and my daughters first experience going to a salt cave, and I wasnt at all sure what to expect, but it was wonderful! We were given clean, soft blankets to wrap in which made it all the more relaxing as we reclined in the quiet, darkened cave with soothing music lulling us into what I can only describe as meditative bliss! We followed the salt cave with an ionic foot bath - also the first time weve experienced this. I dont understand the science behind it, but was amazed at what I saw and felt - it was so cool! The staff were friendly, and the facility was immaculate. We will definitely go back, and hopefully will get to try the infrared sauna too.
I absolutely adore 5 Star Salt Caves. The atmosphere in the lobby is incredibly calming from the minute you walk in. The service is excellent, from check-in to check-out, everyone is kind and welcoming. Ive seen several different massage therapists here and they have all been excellent, which is super rare! I also cant get enough of the infrared sauna. As someone who isnt usually a sauna person, this one is different, and the positive effects last for days afterward. Personally I recommend a massage followed up with the sauna, but the salt cave itself is also a great experience. 11/10, would recommend this place to anyone who will listen, and cant wait for my next spa day.
I experienced the Salt Cave and Detox Foot Bath. Loved both very much. So relaxing. Staff was awesome, they make sure you are you feel welcomed and happy. This spa is a must.
This was my first time to visit this heavenly spa. My friend and I were gifted a day at the spa for my birthday. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and friendly! We started with the ionic foot bath, which was wonderful and very insightful! Next was the sauna, which was so relaxing!! The salt cave was an amazing experience, it was so relaxing and I cant believe how much better I am breathing! We finished the visit with massages! I am so happy to have found this magical place and cant wait to schedule another visit! Thank you!
This spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cherry Creek. We tried all of the services on Sat. Relaxation in the cave, foot bath detox session, light sauna therapy, and wrapped up our visit with a massage. The staff are all outstanding! I would highly recommend this place if you need some stress relief, relaxation, and self care.
Julie was my massus and she is amazing! I would recommend her.
First, I am so grateful for such a kind, lovely staff who answer the phones and operate this salt cave. I so appreciate their customer service and accommodations! The experience in the salt cave is amazing. My first time in their salt cave was for my and my friends shared birthday celebration in April 2019: we reserved the room for our private party, and our guests were impressed and had a relaxing, healing experience: almost all of our 12 guests have returned on their own to enjoy this experience again in the last year. I have my next appointment booked and am excited to bathe in this wonderful environment that includes thoughtful, nourishing staff and little touches. Thank you! I highly recommend a visit, solo or with friends. Calming, inviting, healing and just-what-I-needed.
Amazing healing sanctuary in the city! The salt caves are magical. I am in complete bliss after a session. Recently, I attended their Sound Bath and also Breathwork workshops in the salt caves, both were amazing! The facility itself is very clean and inviting. The owners Marcus and Stephanie are lovely, very welcoming and professional. They go the extra-mile to make sure patrons have an enjoyable experience. For anyone looking for a little Zen while improving their heath....the 5 star salts caves are definitely worth checking out!
A fantastic experience - wish I had booked more!First, customer service was extremely accommodating after I wasn’t able to make my salt cave appointment. They applied the $40 to my massage since I’m from out of town and wouldn’t be able to use it later.Second, Alex gave an amazing massage! I told her I was tense from weight lifting and she didn’t hold back. The perfect amount of pressure to relieve my muscles yet still allowed me to relax. I’ll have to come back!
This is one of the most affordable and memorable massages my husband and I have had. We are always on the lookout for affordable couples massages or deals and this place is our favorite in Denver. The infrared sauna after your massage is a nice touch.
I went here today for the first time and oh my goodness!! This is absolutely amazinggg!! I did the total wellness package and I am so happy that I did! My masseuse was incredible! The infrared sauna, salt bath and salt cave are so relaxing
This place is absolutely fantastic. My 80 minute massage with Nina was both relaxing and invigorating. I have double jointed shoulders that never quite feel right in my own body and she spent so much time and care on them. I walked out feeling totally comfortable and renewed. She was also so considerate and friendly - 100% recommend Nina! From check in to check out, the staff here are warm and welcoming, making the whole experience that much better. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed a unique and enjoyable experience in the salt cave. It was very calming and relaxing. The cave is smaller than I expected and each session can seat up to 9 people so you most likely will share the room with other people. There were 4 other people during our session. They dim the lights and provide ear plugs and cough drops (for some reason the salt seems to make people cough). They provide you with a blanket. I got really, really cold during the session so was happy to have that blanket. They play relaxing music but part of the music sounds like running water which, yep, made me feel like I needed to use the restroom 1/2 way through. Not really able to relax after that. I did bring my own music to listen to which helped a lot. I did feel like I could breath better afterwards and felt calm but not sure if there was any other noticeable benefit. But the price is decent and I would recommend people to try it at least once. I will most definitely be back to do the foot bath and maybe try the salt cave again.
We ended up having the cave to ourselves midweek. The staff was friendly. The place was clean. It was very relaxing. I have no other salt caves to compare it to, but suspect its much the same everywhere. The floor is salt grounds, so its like walking on sand. And the lighting is dim for relaxation purposes. Now, I personally like all of that, but think about my mom who is a little unstable on her feet. Would not recommend for anyone with a balance issue, unless they have someone to help them to their beach chair. They did offer blankets, since it can be a little cooler and youre not moving around. I loved it, but not sure if I received any benefits. My guess is it would need to be a regular thing for benefits.
We tried out the infrared sauna and had a great experience. The staff was polite and friendly. The spa is beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back.
This business needs to be called 10 star Salt Caves wellness center because it was above and beyond! Phenomenal Space, Very clean, amazing experience and friendly staff. This was my first time visiting and afterwards I immediately booked another session and I cant wait to go back. Truly an outstanding experience. Super relaxing :) I highly recommend!!!!
I visited the Salt Caves Wellness Center for the first time today, I did the Detox Package, and I feel so great. The infrared sauna was amazing, the foot bath was so cleansing and the salt caves was a great way to wrap up my day. I will definitely be visiting again.
Used to love this place but the service has become factory-like. Staff doesnt seem to be trained in how to stay composed and un-rushed while business volume is high. I walked in and announced that I was there for a 2pm appointment and before I could finish my sentence that wouldve ended with me stating my name if i had been given the chance, I was interrupted with, Name? Then, as I was getting dressed after using the sauna, there was a knock on the door from a staff member. I move a little slower because I have autoimmune joint issues but I had shut off the alarm right at the 30 min mark and if they couldnt hear a beeping sound, they had to assume I was getting dressed and on my way out. Just weird vibes all around and it kinda detracts from the relaxation of the services.
Could not recommend more! Best massage and the cave is great
In looking for something to pass the time away before a flight I decided to check 5-star. I was able to get a same day appointment (I recommend doing it advance). The staff was very welcoming upon arrival and prior to leaving. They were also knowledgeable in providing information about the benefits of salt. I was very relaxed during and after the visit. I felt great before my flight. Check them out! Good vibes and good energy.
Customer service is absolutely amazing and this is the most beautiful place in all Denver...the salt cave is a dream!I needed to find a fully vaccinated massage practitioner and the owners Markus and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me with my request. And then Ive had the great pleasure to receive a wonderfully relaxing massage by the very kind and fully vaccinated Alex.I highly recommend this place - it feels like a holiday at the sea.
We love the salt cave! It’s awesome and relaxing, but then again, we always go last minute when we see that there’s no other people booked. So we never had noisy people ruin our experience. The reason for the low rating are the owners, who are also the reason we will not return. When we first started going they had friendly front desk employees, who made the place inviting. At some point over the last year, the owners took over front desk duty and made the place really uncomfortable, kinda military. No smiles, no welcome, just mild disdain that we didn’t book in advance. She always acts like, oh, let me see if I can fit you in, you should’ve booked online, when we know the place is empty. I go there to relax, not to deal with her (and his) absolute lack of customer service skills.Do yourselves a favor, and hire a friendly front desk person, because you are alienating a lot of clients.
Salt cave - Great way to spend 50 minutes! I will definitely go back. I would advise that if you cannot sit still for 50 minutes, then dont go because it ruins the experience for those who are able to. The instructions were clear about not talking and turning off your phone, but there were people in my session who didnt comply with the requests. It was really frustrating but they did eventually stop moving and whispering.
Wow this place is a pretty cool concept. They have a salt spa, food baths and infrared sauna. I wish they had a chiropractor and float tanks because that could be a one stop location for a holistic body care day spa.
We had the best Ladies Day at 5 Star Salt Caves! The massages were out of this world, the salt cave was absolutely relaxing and the foot bath and infra-red sauna treatments were extremely soothing! I cant wait to go again!
Salt cave was very appealing and nice looking, yet cold! $180 for couples massage was not worth it. I asked for deep tissue and got nothing close. I have Sat in hot tubs with more pressure. Weak!
Absolutely phenomenal experience. I chose the Massage Choice package and throughly enjoyed my 50 minute massage followed by a cozy nap in the cave. I will 100% be coming back.
I seriously cant say enough good things about this magical place. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming... and all the beautiful salt lamps leave the air feeling SO good. The team were all friendly, warm and kind. And the salt room... WOW! This was one of the most relaxing, profoundly still moments Ive had in ages. I felt like I was on another planet, surrounded by the salt and the starry ceiling. It was simply magical. They were so kind to squeeze my friend and I in for a last-minute session today, and Im SO glad they did. We were both enchanted. I cant wait to go back with my boyfriend for a meditation session in the salt room, and try out some of their other treatments as well!
5 star experience. Our family had a bit of a cold, so we all went to the kid time in the salt cave. It was great, our 5 month old seem to be happy there, she does seem a bit healthier today. Our 5 year old did seem to light up a bit in the cave. We also got to have about 1 hour of uninterrupted family time, which was worth it! My Wife and I both noted our sinus felt better and so I think it is very medicinal. It is worth a trip here!
Been coming here for years and this place is amazing. I recommend everyone try the cave especially if you have breathing issues and with how bad the pollution is in Denver it is so helpful. Foot detoxes are also great. Last time me and my husband got massages and was impressed with their therapists. The people who run this place are super nice and have great energy which makes this place super special.
AMAZING experience! The salt cave itself is beautiful and really put you at ease. My family and I went in for a 55 min session and I was so relaxed I accidentally fell asleep, ha! It went by so fast. When I come in again from Minnesota I’ll definitely be coming back with my partner 👍
The 5 Star Salt Cave Wellness Center was absolutely fantastic. I had just gotten over a sinus infection and a round of antibiotics and a session in the Salt Cave was absolutely incredible. I felt 100% better immediately after my session. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back. Such a healing experience.
Would have been nice. I received this wonderful gift of massage for mothers day from my adult children. After my appointment was made online, using my gift code, I proceeded to go about my day, yesterday, Saturday, July 17th 2021 which was fully packed due to a family party we were hosting at our home. I got up this morning, Sunday and proceeded cleaning up the after party and completely spaced my 10:00 massage. The Salt Caves guy called me and left a message, this is how I remembered my massage; unfortunately, it was too late. It would have been nice to get a text reminder. They sent an email yesterday, I dont have this particular email connected to my smart phone; I never had time to get on my, at-home-computer to check emails. Now my gift is obsolete; I dont get another opportunity to reschedule. I feel completely cheated. :-(
I attended my first experience in a salt cave. Not only was it relaxing, but I left being able to breathe deeply :) My sinuses and lungs were very clear (Im Asthmatic). Another major plus is how kind and professional staff were. I will be back! Count me as a new fan.
Wonderful experience with a group of women led by Angela who nurtured, nourished and inspired us.
The Salt Cave room was absolutely fantastic! Not only was it beautiful inside, the owners were incredibly helpful at answering all of our questions and making us feel welcome. It was a very relaxing experience and we will definitely return.
Not sure yet… was Ok 🤷♀️ something was off with the vibe that I got. I was the only one in there, and I am not completely sure if I was supposed to turn something on in the sauna or not, but it was barely hot ( in my opinion) I didn’t even sweat and then I fell asleep, I’m embarrassed to say they were knocking on the door and the guy said that it was weird that I could sleep in that type of heat … he actually said gross 🤣 I just thought that was kind of rude because I was there because I hadn’t been sleeping and was under a lot of stress
Five stars all around. The welcoming front desk staff to my amazing massage therapist Cindy. I recommend this gem in the city for a day or a few hours of self care.
One of my favorite places in the world! Such a relaxing environment to pamper yourself! Highly recommended!!!
Oh My Goodness! This was a wonderful spa experience. My bestie and I loved every minute of it!! Every time I go to Denver, I plan to visit again. I loved it.
Relaxing and amazing sound healing experience in salt caves. Some prior reviews mentioned noises from other participants during silent meditation time. The place gives you ear plugs and you can hear relaxing music, so this was not an issue at all for me.I also treated myself to an infared sauna session prior to salt cave session. Very nice value for spa treatments.
I visited this spa during a work trip to Denver. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed. I indulged in the infared sauna service and I loved it. The spa was clean and well kept. I even picked up a few gifts to take home with me.I look forward to returning during my next visit to the area.
A must experience! Lots of great packages. Visited for the first time for our wedding anniversary. We will definitely go back! Great and friendly staff.
Wow is all I can say! I moved here for California and have not felt well for my first winter due to the cold dry weather. I did the salt cave and feel so much better with no pressure on the sinuses anymore. I just had to buy the salt for my house. I cant wait to go back again as it was so relaxing and the owner very friendly along with his staff! Im going to look into other services as well as its worth the hour drive to get there :)
We had a wonderful experience all around. The salt cave was awesome. Everyone was professional, kind and seemed to love what they had to share. We did the detox package and loved it. Great prices, great environment, clean, comfortable...we look forward to our next visit.
We just love coming here 2 - 3 times a year to do their detox treatments. It is a great time to spend it with a few friends or family. I fall asleep every time I do the cave. The foot detox takes the toxins out of my body and I feel so much better afterwards. I highly recommend coming here.
Pretty interior and nice staff, but I had issues with the rushed experience using their Infrared Sauna. First of all, they book their sessions back to back, with no time to change (or properly sanitize) the sauna room. I arrived early as I was told to, but the previous sauna users were running behind (understandably - there is no transition time), so my sauna session was cut short. I watched the timer in the sauna, I didnt sit down until 28 mins, so Id already lost a minute. Then, when I had a full 8 mins left on the timer, they adjusted to 0 (or maybe it happened automatically). Regardless, customers shouldnt get skimped because the owners refuse to provide 15 mins transition between customers. I paid for 30 mins, but only received 20 mins in the sauna :(
Im so glad to have 5 Star in my neighborhood! Such a gift. Ive tried the foot soak, sauna, and salt caves and left each of them feeling clear, grounded, and totally reset. It is hard to put into words how refreshing they are. I hadnt had experience with any of them and now plan to go back monthly to get my dose of a good, holistic reset. The owners are also incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. Theyll explain how everything works to you and will set you up for your sessions so you feel comfortable and ready to relax.
Loved Ann Martin she was exceptional. Wasn’t thrilled with on going person who snored the whole time and the person who left during the meditation and then came back.
Salt caves are amazing - the most relaxing 50 minutes I have spent in a long time. They offer a complete experience - from the light, the music, reclining chairs and comfy blankets - it is all there. The benefits stay will you even after the session. Looking forward to returning.
First time salt caver dweller here and I cant wait to go back! The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and warm. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Very easy to locate from the street and had no problem with parking late afternoon on a weekday. If youre there early enough I suggest trying Overt coffee shop right next door!
This is my go-to when I need mental clarity, or a salt cave session. I have asthma, and usually sinus infections every winter. In addition to other respiratory issues, I have severe anxiety and I am on the autism spectrum, so I enjoy being in a nature-like enclosure with relaxing music. Would highly recommend!
So relaxing, great staff and facility. Highly recommended!
Neat ambiance. Very relaxing. I have a cold and after 2 minutes on the salt cave I could breathe through my nose! Don’t worry...from my research, salt absorbs bacteria and creates an almost sterile environment. Germs can’t survive in a salt cave:) Will definitely be back!
Heard about this on the radio and there was also a Groupon so I decided to try it. In addition to the salt cave, I also chose the foot detox. Did the detox first and it was very relaxing, but rather alarming to see the water change! There were 2 other people in the room with me and when our time was over and they came to tell us the meaning of the water color we were told to refer to the chart.Next into the cave. It is very cool with salt walls and you walk through salt, almost like beach sand. Everyone had a blanket to use if we liked. Once everyone was set, the lights went down and the music came on and we settled back to look at the stars on the ceiling. It was quite enjoyable with 2 small exceptions, and these have nothing to do with the actual cave or the people operating it, several people in the room fell asleep and snored and the lady next to me decided she wanted to take pictures. Since the room was very lowly lit, her flash kept going off.I will definitely go back and maybe bring earplugs!
I went in for a massage and got an exorcism. Cindy banished the demons locked in my fascia. She was amazing. Facility was clean and comfortable, highly recommend.
A peaceful oasis in Denver. I didn’t know much about the benefits of salt, but my first session was guided by the owner herself. There is nothing but a vibe of peace and wellness in this establishment. A wonderful way to renew and set intentions for the week ahead!
Amazing! I just got back from here and I was so relaxed! I even passed out during my salt spa session. It is REALLY hard for me to relax in settings most people would relax in, but this was amazing. Ill be coming back with my boyfriend for my birthday :)
Energy & Chakra workshop was a great experience. Looking forward to going back and trying one of the other services. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff
Thanks so much for a wonderful Sunday cleanse and your great aura, service and welcoming. We had the Foot bath. The salt cave and sauna and will highly recommend it. Thanks again. Sandra, Severine and MikeJuly 25th
I could have sat in a lawn chair and taken a nap at home.I think its a waste of time n money. But I wouldnt have known if I wouldnt have tried it.
The cave is really clean and makes you feel like you are literally in a safe cocoon. However, the room was full and somebody started to snore. Since it’s a small cave you cannot ignore the sound. I didn’t come out as relaxed I thought I would be and didn’t notice the before/after difference. If I had to do it again, I would probably try a yoga session instead of laying on a chair doing nothing for an hour.
We went there for the infrared sauna and arrived right on time. The receptionist was not there and did not come up for a few minutes. We thought no big deal these places usually buffer their time between sessions. After 5 minutes of waiting she finally thought to look up front and brought us back and then took a few minutes off our session because they had someone booked after us. They also do not have a shower for you to clean off after you sweat, which is gross because then you have to put your clothes on after youve been sweating. Its also not healthy if you are doing it for detox reasons. Wont be going back.Edit: 2 stars because the atmosphere was on point but would suggest for them to add a 15 minute buffer between sessions and to either install a shower or not offer the sauna as it can be detrimental to your health not to not shower afterwards.
Taking pictures would not do this sound bath justice. I had the most phenomenal experience reclining in the salt room, listening to an angelic voice and music bowls. I cannot wait to go again.
A peaceful place full of positive, healing vibes. Ive have so many wonderful experiences at this beautiful place!
I have COPD and Asthma. My wife bought a Groupon voucher so I could get some healing for my lungs. The moment you walk in you feel a peace that comes over you. It was an interesting and very relaxing experience! Kristi at the front desk was great and very helpful! I will be back!
Salt cave was so peaceful - very unique, relaxing experience. Massage was WONDERFUL, and very well priced! Overall, highly recommend.
This is one place I will visit EVERY time I go to Denver! The pricing is reasonable and the service is amazing. Thank you all for a relaxing spa day 🧘🏾♀️
Visited with friends while in town and we all enjoyed our massages and private salt cave session!
Amazing experience, start to finish! We did the detox package and loved all three services. The space is relaxing and clean, and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be returning!
The Salt Cave was relaxing and healing. I took a class there with Christian Minson on the Presence Process and Transformational Breath. HE is having a webinair in January I also will be taking. I recommend this place great staff and environment.
They were so kind and helpful when booking mine and my friends sound bath, the experience was unforgettable and I cant wait to book again!
We had an excellent time in the salt cave today. We booked mid week, midday so we had the place to ourselves which made for a very tranquil experience. We will definitely go back for more!
Absolutely amazing experience! This husband and wife team are over the top. We were literally delirious from how relaxed we were. True healers at this amazing Salt Cave. Thank you for all you do.
I love the atmosphere here. I did an ionic foot bath and attended a sound bath in the salt cave. I will definitely be going back and doing their detox package and telling friends about it.
Extremely difficult to get to and find parking. They never mention that to you so unless you live in the neighborhood directly surrounding it, plan on at least an hour to get to it if you have to cross town. We had trouble finding parking last time, so scheduled a later appointment this time in order to find parking within a block. Took us an hour and a half to cross town. Very frustrating. They told us we had to bring socks and since I was already on my way I did not have any with me and had to stop for some. They are not very understanding when you’re bringing a child from the Children’s Hospital.
This was exactly what my husband and I needed! It was so relaxing and all of the staff were so professional and amazing. We will definitely be back.
This place is cute and clean! I had a problem with my sauna session and the owner was nice enough to write me a thoughtful email about my experience. Recommend for a much needed adult time out!
I felt absolutely relaxed and everyone is super friendly and so knowledgeable I’ll definitely be back!
I love 5 Srar Salt Caves Wellness Center. When I visit Denver ivalways make sure to visit.
Enjoy the salt cave, detox foot baths, and more. Excellent experience of wellness and relaxation
Fantastic salt room, very peaceful and spacious
Amazingly weird place, people slightly obnoxious but the room itself was relaxing and soothing. A great place if you love salt and understand the therapy behind salting. Loved.
Service was wonderful. First experience going to a salt cave and will definitely be going back. Thank you to Markus and the staff for being so friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place! Great draft, facility, massage and sauna! Highly recommend! Super affordable as well.
I love doing the ionic foot detox here. The employees are very polite and ensure your experience is always pleasant and relaxing.
I love this place! The Salt Cave is off the charts. It is so relaxing and effective. I look forward to going here and cant wait to visit again.
Such a great girls day out! The Detox is the perfect way to unwind with a friend?
I dont think this spa is worth the money.
It was my 1 st time in a salt cave and I had an Amazing Experience.....
WOW!!! Ive never experienced anything like this. It was like going to another planet being in the room surrounded wall to wall by the salt lamps. Incredibly relaxing to my nervous system! Highly recommend.
Really great service and friendly employees.

My twin and I loved the salt cave experience!! Plus super friendly staff.
Really enjoyed my time here. The space is lovely and so are the people that run the place. Highly recommend.
It was a cool experience but the large gong was way to loud at times. I left with a headache.

So cool! Relaxing and breathwork was awesome.
Awesome experience! Definitely recommend!
Lady who answered the phones is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Very condescending in her tone and the way she speaks, and isnt helpful at all.
This was a fantastic experience. I went for a breathwork workshop and it was amazing
Fantastic experience! Very relaxing! I will be going back...
Full spectrum infrared sauna is nice to have nearby.
Had the most amazing relaxing experience. Enjoyed every second.
